Early on he said he would win iowa and then South Carolina all the sec states. He would lock it up. It didnt happen. He won iowa and lost every where. All those sec states. So they changed the rule to say that on the first ballot you have to vote for whoever won your state. So i would make the argument that if trump was playing under the rules four years ago he would be ticked off. This time around he has some protection. If trump wins statewide that guarantees 71 delegates up for grabs but only get 17 statewide, 54 up for grabs. How does that work. Each Congressional District elects three. Three times 18 is 54 so we have people running without any affiliation as to who they are for. So the campaigns have to run a Grassroots Campaign for everybody who supports them running for delegate in their
respective Congressional Districts. See, those are the rules. But that doesnt seem fair. Those are the rules. He wins statewide. No delegates were ever committed four years ago. None of the delegates were committed. So everyone ran that way and instead of having 17 super delegates which is what we had last time the state chairman picked the 17 and voted for whoever he wanted them to vote for. There are over 500 deaths here in ecuador from this earthquake and its been hit by terrible after shocks. You can see just by looking at
some of the devastation behind me. Look at the buildings. Look at the destruction here. Its absolutely horrifying. Peoples lives turned upside down. The odor here, the stench is horrible. Theres no way of us knowing whether people got safely out of these buildings or not because we go block by block and see these lives turned totally upside down. You can see inside their houses. You can see bricks. You can see keyboards. You can see buildings collapsed. And to the extent that any of these buildings have survived is that they may look like some of them survived but they have huge cracks in the wall. We dont know if they will fall. We dont get close to these buildings because we dont know if parts will fall off. Look at the size. One of the big problems here is theres no water. And so they are delivering water in these trucks and different cars. When a water truck shows up everybody ran down to queue up. They got guards with machine guns. People will fight for water. Look at the size of the line for not much water. This line developed in less than a minute. This line is the line on the other side. Greta, when you think of the city, you take water for granted and these people, the water pipes are broken. So the water is turned off. And they are standing in line just for a bottle of water. They wont get gallons of water they will just get a bottle of water. Not everybody will get water. Theres not enough water for these people. Not nearly enough. I dont know what they will do.
