Telling them that there are no chemical weapons, all the while stockpiling them on their bases. The world is waiting for the russian government to act responsibly in syria. The world is waiting for russia to reconsider its misplaced alliance with Bashar Alassad. The United States will no longer wait for assad to use chemical weapons without any consequence consequences. Those days are over. But now we must move to a new phase. A drive toward a political solution to this horrific conflict. We expect the Syrian Regime and its allies to take the u. N. N. , without even the backing of our allies, but it is a strong move, good move, its going to make a difference in syria. I will bet you that assad did not expect it. I think he did a great job to implement it. I think he took the advice of the generals. I think they have his back. I dont think this is a political issue.
