Instead of focusing on her states most vulnerable communities, focus on them, the elderly, Nursing Homes, she enacted broad measures for everyone. Meanwhile, Florida Governor descent as did the exact opposite. In the numbers, they speak for themselves. By far, he did one of the best jobs in the country. Look at your screen. Well, numbers tell the whole story. Fatality rate at floridas longterm care facilities drastically lower than michigan and obviously new yorks numbers are the worst because they didnt use the 3,000 beds at the Javits Center that the president manned and built and converted to covid19 patients. They use 1,000 of the 3,000 beds. They only use 182 beds at the hospital ship, the navy ship the comfort. 182. Bill for 1,000, covid19 converted. Nope. March 25th, executive order. Send all the covid19 patients back into the longterm facilities, and oh, by the way, that is what 30 of the people of new york died. By the way, the fatality rate, new yorks longterm facilities, 18 . Sean, weve known from the start that nursing home residents were the most vulnerable, but new york state has now released some stunning new numbers that state an additional 1700 people in the states Nursing Homes have died. These fatalities are just not being disclosed because they apparently died of covid19 cov9 before their infections were confirmed by lab tests. In total, more than 4800 people have died from coronavirus in new york Nursing Homes, and that could still be a vast undercount. In the meantime, in the span of 13 hours, two homeless men were found in a new york city public trains. On friday night, 57yearold man was found slumped over on a train in the northern part of the city. Early saturday morning, another man was found on the brooklyn train. Both apparently died of natural causes, but its raising concerns about the spread of covid19 on public transportation, which is why, in three hours and 30 minutes, 1,000 new York City Police officers will begin removing Homeless People from the some sy system so cleaning crews can disinfect the trains from covid19 germs. And the speaker wants a brandnew stimulus package that will give liberal states billions of your dollars, not for covid relief, not to help workers or Small Business and no, to balance their overblown budget. As a resident of new york, let me be clear the federal government this will hurt me, i dont care. Whats fair is fair. Federal government, wherever you live, outside of new york, new jersey, illinois and california, you should not bail out these corrupt states. You should not. This is not louisiana dishwater we are spending. This is taxpayer money and we are going to have to pay it back and all were saying saying is, lets go slowly and see what works and what doesnt work. I introduced a bill today to give the states more flexibility to spend the money that weve already given them, and weve already given them at least 200, 250 billion. But that doesnt mean the money should be wasted. It shouldnt be wasted on bailing out mismanaged pension plans. It shouldnt be spent on people who are in our country illegal illegally. I understand where governor Governor Newsom is coming from. He just thinks the border is a nuisance. He thinks that if you believe in immigration laws, you are a racist. I dont think that vetting people properly before they come into your country is racist. I think its prudent in the world we live in. We shouldnt bail out that kind of nonsense. I think that is going to be a big part of the reaction you see from congress and the months ahead. Sean gordon, what insights do you have or may be into their thinking having studied china in understanding how they are reacting there and to what they are thinking as theyve been building up their military, theyve been trying to compete with us, get ahead of us on 5g. I think what weve got to be very concerned about is that the communist Party Leaders feel themselves cornered. When you think about the death toll cometh going to be, i suppose, around 60,000, but we really dont know, because they have been extraordinary in covering up this. So we can only guess but its many multiples of what theyve been reporting. Sean it is estimated, i think, senator, correct me if im wrong, over a trillion dollars of debt they hold for the United States. I dont hear the and of people saying, why would we pay any of it back because of the damage this countrys had to pay for because of their lies and cover up . That is only the tip of the iceberg. We should be exploring every avenue that is available and that is proven and that will protect the American People from ever having this kind of pandemic unleashed on the world again from china. Its not the first time one of these outbreaks have originated in china, and recouping the losses that we have suffered so badly over these last several months.
