But it does appear that omar may have filed joint tax returns in 2014 and 2015 with her current husband. But at the time, she was reportedly married to another man. And tax experts say the irs only allows joint filing if the state legally recognizes the marriage. So conservatives are now, accusing her of tax fraud, which is a felony.
