But its the red cross who greets them. Theyre here at the table and registering and taking anyone in. Anyone who needs a spot no matter the capacity. You mentioned a guest sean. Its been devastating for people. The red cross responds to disasters every day in the country but a disaster of this magnitude is something that requires us to rally our troops. While theres so many people trying to get here, we are doing everything we can and we will accept everyone who comes to the shelter. Were not turning anybody away. I dont think louisiana gets it that bad compared to whats going on in texas. This is continuing to pivot over there. That pivoting process is going on. The wind im watching the wind over Galveston Bay its turning north and northeast. Ive been talking about this, my worry is because of all the water in Galveston Bay the bays enhanced because of the storm surge, the water comes in to galveston from the north because of the winds are now 25 to 45 miles an hour in the next 24 hours. Virginia capes, 40 to 60 mileanhour winds. Its texas, this storm still has another 24 hours. It will make landfall i think wednesday and then continue out of there.
