1,000 invited guests who were here to actually have a private ceremony for whitney houston. but because of the public and because of her adoring fans, the family actually allowed a camera to be in willing to give that at all costs. believe me, cissy houston would prefer it was her home going today instead of whitney's. but nevertheless that is a mother who deeply loves her child and her child city's now cardinal timothy dolan and baltimore's edwin o'brien. an update on the condition of a federal agent shot by a coworker in california. police saying an immigration and customs enforcement agent wounded his supervisor after a dispute. another agent then shot and killed the gunman. we are now hearing the injured supervisor is in stable condition and recovering from six bullet wounds. emotional closing arguments in the murder trial of a former college lacrosse player, george huguely, accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, yeardley love. the prosecutor appearing to sob as he spoke to the jury. both sides have rested their cases. the jury could get that case as early as tonight. we will let you know if in fact that happens. a fox news weather alert now. tornado watches popping up along the gulf coast. the situation we've been watching closely over the last few hours. meteorologist malina with more. >> we have conditions that are favorable for tornadoes that's why the tornado watches have been issued along the gulf coast. there's two of them, one in effect until 9:00 p.m. central time, including portion of the florida panhandle and another tornado watch that includes portions of mobile, all the way down south of new orleans. that one is in effect until midnight tonight. we will continue to track these storms systems as we do push eastward. right now no tornado warns which is some good news. however there are a number of severe thunderstorm warnings and those are the ones highlighted in yellow. we could see damaging wind gusts, 60, 70 miles an hour and that is dangerous as well. everyone stay alert out here and the storm system will continue to head eastward. as we head into tomorrow we have another new threat for severe weather. this will be earlier this the day across portion of south carolina and into southeastern georgia and all the way down into central parts of florida, including the city of orlando. large hail, damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes will be the concerns again. another aspect of this storm system is that it has a lot of moisture. so looking at flash flooding is a concern. there are a number of warnings out across new orleans. eastward into portions of the florida panhandle. generally 1 to 3 inches of rain possible, locally higher amounts and that is why we already have reports out here of flooded roadways. the form system is going to continue to head eastward and some of that moisture is going to clash with colder air along the mid-atlantic. by early tomorrow morning on sunday we will expect to see snow break break being out portions of kentucky, into virginia and some significant snowfall in the appalachians will be possible. we are talking about generally 6 to 10 inches of snow possible across southern portions of west virginia but the good news further off to the east, d.c. maybe an inch or two. >> that's amazing. everything from twisters to snow and not really all that much space between the storms. >> yeah, and that's pretty typical during this time of the year as we start heading into spring and we start seeing the storms in different aspects. >> glad you are on it. thank
