State departments ranking official david hale is talking to lawmakers in private. The Associated Press says he plans to testify about the former ambassador to the ukraine, Marie Jovanovich is removal from office. We start off with john roberts reporting live from the north one but for us we go to mike emanuel reporting live from capitol hill. Still reading two hours of investor bill taylors testimony but we were able to pick up some highlights along the way. Taylor was the diplomat who is able to raise the possibility about military aid to being held for digging up dirt. Some sources are noting that bill taylor and testimonies that he never spoke with President Trump, acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney or the president s intern. He said what i know is what ambassadors sondland was able to tell me about those investigations and ambassador volker it. So where was this condition coming from if you are not sure it was coming from the president . I think it was coming from mr. Rudy giuliani. But not from the president , i dont know. Elsewhere, taylor expressed more concerns about Rudy Giuliani saying i have became less convinced that it was worth what he was asking. President zelinski in order to get that meeting, we will have to intervene in u. S. Domestic policy or politics by announcing an investigation which would benefit someone in the United States. It wasnt clear to me that that would be worth it, that the meeting would be worth it. And more from taylor on Rudy Giuliani. I let them know up front going into the meetings that i had not decided whether to accept the offer because i was troubled by what i was hearing. Not just Rudy Giuliani articles that i was troubled by outer to other things as well. It is worth noting that bill taylor, the guy that we are reading about so much of this hour will be one of the first witnesses in open hearings here on capitol hill next wednesday. Shannon . Shannon what are you hearing from lawmakers on the hill . The three house chairs of the relevant committees, adam schiff, eliot engel and ambassador taylors testimony lays a fair the shadowed policy with the assistance of ambassadors sondland and volker placed pressure on the Ukrainian Government to accomplish the president s goal. And, on the other side, one of the president s principal defenders, North Carolina republican congressman mark meadows. The testimony that we are hearing today is getting easier to defend the president from the standpoint that there is no linkage between aid. In fact what we are hearing today is this is part of a broader analysis, or in general in terms of what we should do. It wasnt just the ukraine. The number three official at the state Department David Hale is answering questions behind closed doors. Shannon it goes public next week as you said. Our team fox coverage continues. Busy day at the white house john. And that seems to track fairly closely. The white house might be well aware of that and the white house is so far saying that in all of its transcripts theres really no blood here. And what he said in the deposition is, thank you to call mike kurt volker. You asked what conversations did i have about quid pro quo . Well none because i didnt know there was a quid pro quo. The president is adding his own witch hunt. Vice president mike pence del mike pence who had many conversations and a meeting with ukrainian president zelinski said there was no demand for anything. Listen here. I never said listen. You have to do something on corruption. Of course not. Other than dealing with corruption in the ukraine. The white house is also saying that this revised testimony of sondland is good for him because even though sondland changed his testimony to say there was a quid pro quo, he says he only thought that there was. Listen to the press secretary here. Thats presuming that the aide was linked to something and he admitted he didnt even know why he was presuming that. This is good for the president because the transcripts that were released today show exactly what the president has been saying all along. If you look at the timeline, and he presumed that they were being tied to the ukraine making a statement about any corrupti corruption. On september 1st in warsaw, he told ukrainian officials what he was thinking and then told tim morrison about it. When he talked to investor taylor about it eight days lat later, he called President Trump to ask what was really going on. That was his first conversation with the president about it. In that call the president told him there is no quid pro quo. So the white house is saying that while sloan lund may have thought he knew what was going on, he really didnt know what was going on. And i expect, to come up with the white house is not going to be overly concerned about bill taylors testimony because what bill taylor is saying is predicated on what Gordon Sondland believed. And as the white house already said, sondland was presuming all this. But thats not really whats happening. Shannon john roberts at the white house, thank you so much. We are still waiting for President Trump to speak moments from now at the white house. We will see if he talks about the impeachment inquiry or todays other big headlines. But first, this years election day is over but the results are not all in. We are awaiting a final call in kentucky still up for grabs. The president of the kentucky senate, it said his team did some research into kentucky law and determined that his body may ultimately decide they outcome the election. Shannon what is a reaction from washington . In terms of winning statewide to come up in terms of trumps role that he invested into the election, the Trump Campaign was pretty quick to just respect Governor Bevin saying that the president dragged him across the finish line or attempted to drag him across the finish line and then looked at the down ballot races. And kentucky results for Mitch Mcconnell are in 2020, and all i have to say is mitch, you are next. We will hear from him and just about two hours. Shannon we will cover that. Thank you. In mississippi, republicans will soon control all eight statewide offices in the for the first time in more than a century. Tate reeves defeated democratic attorney general jim hood in the governors race last night. Reeves will succeed g. O. P. Governor who had to step down because of term limits. After winning big games in both the state house and senate. That prompted democratic Governor Ralph Northam to declared virginia is officially blue. And the question is, does it tell us about trends for 2020 . Peter doocy reporting live for president ial candidates are filing the paperwork to get on the ballot in the first primary state. Senator joe biden does think this bodes well for 2020 for his side. He told fox news at the airport today that democrats are back and virginia led the way. The republicans lost for the first time in 26 years. I have one question for you. Do you all like the color blue . I said it, do you like the color blue . Because i am here to officially declare today november the fifth 2019 that virginia is officially blue. Congratulations. Republicans did well in the rural parts of virginia, and virginia was not a state that trump won in 2016. But pennsylvania was. There was an historic flip there, and the Delaware County counsel outside of philadelphia has been in republican control since the civil war went blue as well. Something like that might be of just as much interest to people trying to figure out whats going to happen in 2020. Democrats have a lot to say about last nights elections. It is a common denominator, and they are filing paperwork to get on the ballot. She explained why. It is some on his economic policies which a lot of people realize are not going to help him when he adds more and more debt. Shannon cops are hunting for a 13yearold double murder suspect who escaped after appearing in court in North Carolina. Law enforcement doesnt usually release mug shots of minors but Officials Say the boy is dangerous and has a history of violent and unpredictable behavior. They are identifying him only as jericho w and say he escaped yesterday around noon in lumberton North Carolina, about 30 miles southwest of fayetteville. Investigators say the kid apparently made a run for it and got away wearing leg restraints and no shoes. Trace gallagher reporting live with more. So the last time this kid was spotted was on a highway . He was on a highway near the woods and thats where the search is focused. The way this whole thing works is the department of social services is in the same complex in Juvenile Court so 13yearold jericho was in social services waiting to being taken back to the Juvenile Court when he made a run for it. Although very difficult to move at any decent rate of speed wearing leg restraints but somehow, he was able to make it into some nearby woods. Police say they believe the woods have been cleared to come thats kind of their code for saying that hes no longer in there. And that is why this is now a statewide manhunt. Aside from the double homicide the boy has a history of unpredictable and aggressive behavior which is why Police Believe he is so dangerous. The boys mother has made a plea for her son to turn himself in so that he can get the help he needs. Watch. All the help that i asked them for and all the times they could have had somebody to come get him and help him and now they are sending people to look for him like hes a bad kid. He was charged with murder after police found two men dead in a home that the 19yearold shared with the men. Helicopters as you said shannon flying near the woods in the courthouse because while Authorities Say he could be anywhere, theres a strong possibility that hes hiding out locally. The question now is, is somebody giving him help . They are making a plea that this boy needs to be back in custody. Shannon . Eliquis is proven to treat and help prevent another dvt or pe blood clot. Almost 98 of patients on eliquis didnt experience another. Eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. Tell your doctor about all planed medical or dental procedures. Whats around the corner could be your moment. Ask your doctor about eliquis. Shannon a fox news reporting rolling on and isis with a new message for terrorizing the west. Pulling off these attacks could be as easy as striking a match. A deputy essenes grabbing a girl and slammed her to the floor and now he is facing serious charges. And hunting down monsters in mexico, seeking justice for american mothers and children sprayed with bullets and burned alive. Those gunmen shot one of the kids in the face, another in the foot and a third in the back and foot. According to a relative as we are learning new details about the gruesome attack that killed nine people including six children. It happened monday, as three mothers were driving with their children separate suv is. One of the families relatives is speaking out. Six children, three mothers. There should be ethics. There needs to be justice here. Today i heard the governor, the mexican president say that this is a free and sovereign state. Where is the freedom in this . Its tough. Shannon we also got photos of the kids after the attack. Emergency workers transported children who were hurt to hospitals in the u. S. All of the victims were u. S. Citizens living in new mexico and they are part of an offshoot of the church of latterday saints. The family has a decades long history in mexico including past violence with cartels in the area. Robbie wheeling joins me now. Robbie, good tabby with us. Thanks very much, good to be here. As being one i was fascinated to learn more about the family and these communities. But this is not new . Thats right. The family, which is the extended clan that the victims of this massacre belong to had been in mexico for nearly about 100 years now since 1924. They were part of a number of offshoot groups from the lds, mainland Mormon Church that left the u. S. After they banned what they call plural or polygamy. This family has become quite wealthy and prominent in the area of northern mexico with which they live and that has made them a target for extortion, kidnapping and violence by organized crime groups in the area. Shannon and i know one of the younger members i think back in 2009 was kidnapped and there was a ransom attempt that was asked for. They went to the government and said, you have to get involved here. This is a mess and our people are are not safe. That person was returned but it wasnt long after that that there was more violence and more members of the community were killed . Thats right, a 16yearold boy was kidnapped in 2009 and an organized crime group demanded a 1 million ransom. The community got together and decided it was not a good idea to pay a ransom of that size because it would encourage more kidnapping and more violence. And one of his brothers, his older brother, took it on himself to design an selfdefense campaign or advocacy campaign. He marched with hundreds of Church Members to the statehouse in chihuahua and demanded that the government look into this issue and they investigate and find out who kidnapped the brother. The government responded and deployed the full force of the state government, state police and even some federal forces were deployed as well and they got the younger brother released in about eight days. Benjamin the older brother paid a very high price for this. He was 31 at the time and he started a Broader Group to advocate for the safety of his Community Called sos to wawa. About two months after that he was kidnapped and murdered along with his brotherinlaw. So this was a big clash between the community and of the local cartels in northern mexico and that really was a wakeup call i think for the whole community and because a lot of people to think twice about their safety and security in the region. Shannon was interesting to me as there was one member of the family that you talk to speaking out saying, based on recent years with the cartel come cartel come up with that we were fine. Do we have any clue about what caused this latest murderous rampage when the family thought they were coexisting . Right. So who leon lebaron which is another member of the extended family and has kind of become a spokesman for the whole group, he actually is the one who found several of the children who had survived the attacks. He organized a search and rescue party. He told me that, indeed in the last few years there has not been a lot of problems between the family and the cartels. There havent been the same extortion threads were kidnappings and the reason he thinks is because its clear how costly such an attack or such an intimidation would be for these organized crime groups because they now enjoy the protection of the federal police and the state police. So yes. He told me it was very puzzling when this happened because they couldnt think of a reason why it could have happened. The latest theory from the Mexican Government is that these families were caught up in some Collateral Damage of a turf war between two warring factions in northern mexico. The thinking being that one group which is from chihuahua was trying to prevent members of another group, both of which are warring over drug traffic, and those are vehicles that are members of the organized crime group that are used and essentially that couldve been confusion or some kind of confrontation. Some folks during one of the groups may have confused these women and children in their cars for members of the other group. There was indeed a gun battle earlier in the week before this horrible killing happened. Shannon we forget that this stuff is happening every day. There is cooperation between the Different Police forces. Mexico needs more resources and we are ready to roll on this and wipe the cartels off of the face of the earth. Especially, they dont seem to be safe where they are. The main thing to understand now has said repeatedly over and over again, there will be no more war on drugs. The war on drugs has caused too many lives so he pretty much flat out rejected President Trumps offer for military support for military presence from the u. S. And mexico. So we will have to wait and see what other further solutions have been come up with. Shannon robbie wheeling to thanks for your reporting on this. A School Resource officer arrested and accused of child abuse after cameras caught him slamming a 15yearold girl to the ground in south florida. It had been at a school in Broward County just outside of Fort Lauderdale and in the security video you can see the student nudged the back of the deputys leg with her foot. About one minute later you can see the School Resource officer walk over and grabbed the girl by the neck and throw her on her back. So far the officer has not commented publicly. Phil keating has more. For Broward County sheriff says even without audio on the tape the video itself simply says it all. And the sheriff of the second most popular county in florida, he finds the whole episode embarrassing. What happened at this high school with four kids with emotional and behavioral issues is a violent take down and arrest of a 15yearold the School Resource officer Deputy Willard miller cannot be seen texting on his phone as the girl is pacing around the room apparently after getting into some sort of trouble which has not been detailed. Despite no audio you can tell the girl and the deputy have an exchange of words and then the girl walked walks up to the deputy and nudges the back of his knee and thats when the deputy grabs her near her throat and then slams her heart to the ground. He then kneels on her, handcuffed her, picks her up by her handcuffed arms and pushes her out of the room. The sheriff was asked whether the girls behavior could have been a factor. It doesnt matter. It doesnt matter. Do you think that was appropriate for us to respond as Law Enforcement professionals . I would hope that every cop in america would disagree with that kind of response. Thank you. That deputy has been suspended and it has been charged with child abuse. To my grandmother watching in northern florida, cover your ears. Federal piece prosecutors say roger stone told Paul Manafort that he had an idea to save trumps after stolen emails during the 2020 campaign. Prosecutors say they have the email from stone to mann him. They charged him with witness tampering and obstruction of a congressional inquiry. They say he lied to congress about his interactions with wikileaks. This case of course stems from Robert Muellers russia investigation and we are also learning that the government will very likely call former Trump Campaign ceo steve bannon to testify against stone. Prosecutors say stone wrote bannon that he knew how trump could win the election but you can quote it aint pretty. Roger stone has pled not guilty to all charges and today the defense did not deny any of the of messages at prosecutors reference but said there was no corrupt intent in anything stone said or did. A democratic strategist and former Obama Campaign manager is leading an effort to challenge ththe trump team online. He says an Organization Called acronym will spend 75 million on digital ads in battleground states. According to acronym the Trump Campaign has already spent 26 million on google and facebook alone. Thats more than the top four democrats leading the polls altogether. Kristin fisher is live in northern louisiana where the president is set to hold a rally tonight. These rallies do a lot more than give President Trump a chance to connect with his supporters. They also give the campaign huge amounts of data about all the people that attend. In order for these people to get inside the tonights rally they have to get the campaign their phone numbers and email addresses. The campaign then cross checks that data with the rncs massive database and within hours after every rally is over, the president Campaign Manager, brad parr scale has been given a detailed printout of all the data thats collected. Take, for example, muddy knights rally in kentucky. He learned that 28 of people that attended had not voted in one of the last four elections and he shares that data on twitter. I asked him, why not keep it secret . Why make it public . I have one speed to come on. Hiding doesnt get you anywhere. Right now, even democrats can see that the Trump Campaign is beating them in the Digital Space and thats especially true when you take a look at those microtargeted ads that we are seeing so much on facebook and google. Shannon . Kristin, how was the Trump Campaign responding to all of this . Brad parr scale thinks that democrats are freaked out by the a Trump Campaigns prowess online and even obamas former Campaign Manager is calling it a devcon one situation. Thats why this week there is a 75 million effort to challenge the Trump Campaign online but parr scale said he isnt worried. I think we are further ahead than anything that has ever existed. We, from the day he won never took our foot off the gas. It was built as a digital operation, and its unheard of. Pretty soon the Trump Campaign hopes to let you use your phone to check in to one of these rallies, kind of like it weighed when you are boarding an airplane and that would get the Campaign Even more data. Shannon . Shannon why not. We do everything else, we order food and find pet lockers. Is a natural progression. The one President Trump now speaking from the white house talking about all the judges that he is appointed and been confirmed. Theyve been doing this at a record pace. Senator Chuck Grassley who was a chair of the Judiciary Committee has been a big part of this as well as Senate Majority leader Mitch Mcconnell. They have filled scores and scores of seats. There are still vacancies they are but the president and mcconnell are committed to getting that done and filling seats. Listen in. And name 20 or 25 people in that list is still out there. Its made up of the kind of people that Mitch Mcconnell has talked about and youve talked about, people that are constitutionalists. And you kept your word. 20 of the people voted for you based on the proposition of the kind of people you were going to put on the Supreme Court. So a lot of candidates for any office run on a platform but they dont stand on that platform. And i think whats important about not only the judges that you have appointed along the lines of what you promised the people that you were going to point, but also a lot of other issues that you stand for. And the people of this country ought to be complement did that we have a president that said he was going to run on a platform and he stands on a platform and you protect us under those judges. [applause] President Trump hes great, thank you. He has this fierce way about him. Hes tough even when hes trying to be nice. But i heard that once, and i shouldnt say this but he looked during one of the big events the United States senate, he looked at a guy named comey and said, did you leak . And he was being nice. And comey choked, he did not want to say he was so frightened of this guy. He choked. I want him to start looking that kind of stuff up by the way. Please look it up, lots of choke there. Another man who has been incredible and been a friend of mine for a long time. We actually competed against each other and he wasnt at all my sick during the campaign. And he would have thought we would become good friends . Who would have thought . But we did. And i could say the same for ted. While we were good friends and then really bad. They said when will he get bad to come the media, like the Academy Awards with all the media. For when it was successful. It died when they went after us. Its just a regular program now. But i said ted and i get along good. In fact he was having a big event near the white house and he wanted to get more people so he invited me and he said, can you come . And i said it, we are running against each other. And the president said you guys are campaigning against each other but fighting each other for the nomination. And i said thats all right, we like each other and we get along great. I think hes great. We both had incredible relationship. And i said dont worry, it will end. And when it ends it will be really bad, probably worse than normal. It was a pretty bad for a little while, they didnt even think how bad it would get. But its been great. Lindsay, id like you to come up and say a few words, youve been terrific. Thank you very much. [applause] thank you. Well in theory at 4 00 we will vote on two more judges so i will move this thing forward. [laughs] after i got beaten like a dog which he likes hearing, he called me over to the white house and said i would like you to help me. And i said i would love to help you be a great president because you are now my president. And he said i dont have your phone number. And i said theres a reason for that. So the highlight of my campaign was when you gave out my phone number. If i did as well as my phone number it might have been in a different story. To the committee, thank you. The Judiciary Committee is not for the faint of heart. Our democratic friends are tough and they believe in their causes and we have to fight hard for our causes. One thing i wanted to say about President Trump, the defining moment of your presidency for me was the cabinet hearing. This room would be empty if we had failed Brett Cavanaugh. Brett cavanaugh lived a life that we should all be proud of. He worked hard and the way he was treated was the worst extremes ive had in politics. A lot of people would have pulled the plug on him. Mr. President , thank you for not pulling the plug. [applause] and let me tell you why its important. Who would have been after brett if he had gone down . What conservative young lawyer would want to go through this if we had failed Brett Cavanaugh . So the child was right. When you run and you get reelected one year from now, one of the main reasons is that people in the conservative world believe that you fight for judges. God bless you. [applause] President Trump thank you very much. We can say that for everybody here. I dont think any of them i know you all very well and i dont think any of you had any thoughts of doing anything different at least in this group. I will say, and that includes mike, at that time we didnt know bill. He came at a good time. It was a tough time. But you know, nobody in this group i will say this though and mitch knows this, there were plenty of other people that were saying, lets go to may be another choice. And they didnt say it so nicely. And people that you know very well and people that you work with every day but i can tell you i know everyone of you very well and there was nobody that i think even thought about it in this group. And that starts with mitch because you never gave me the call that said maybe we could do it an easier way. But i told Brett Cavanaugh i picked him and he was ten years ago they were talking about him. I would hear that he would be someday a Supreme Court justice and that was before i was in this wonderful life of politics. I could enjoy my life and think about all sorts of things and, they would say that Brett Cavanaugh was going to be a Supreme Court judge. And anyway, he was on the list. Leonard leo, thank you for being here. We had a list that you worked very hard on and others. [applause] and it did have an impact, it really did have an impact on the election if you think about it because people knew me very well but they didnt know, is he liberal or conservative, who are your judges . And i did come up with an idea, to pick 20 and 25 people. Ultimately it was 25. We put great people on and we have great people on there right now, we had 23 left. Every one of them is terrific. I went with this list and at first i said, i will take this list and gave the names. And i will pick people. Do you remember this . That are like these people. And i got nowhere. Nobody believed me. They said, what does that mean, like these people . And i said no, they will be like these people. And i was being hammered. They said to say it. Say it president or potential president. And i said okay. It will only be these people and thats what we have and thats where it is. And they were just so respected as a group and still are, its an Incredible Group of people. I could take anyone literally and that had a big impact so i said to Brett Cavanaugh, i said you are the one. And he was so honored, he said this is the greatest day of my life. And i said i just want to congratulate you. Its an amazing thing that im doing it and you are receiving it. I said let me tell you somethi something. I said this approval process that you are going to go through would be so fast and so easy, you are perfect. Perfect life, perfect family, perfect education. Top scholar and best schools. This will be so easy. Little did he know. But i will tell you what, it really represented something. It represented and some of those people that came forward, or my way of thinking, all of those people that came forward, i thought it was disgraceful what happened. I want to thank all of my republican colleagues were standing up tall for a man who really didnt deserve what he went through. Nobody could have believed a thing like that could have happened to a man like that. You could almost say to anybody because nobody has ever seen anything like it. He hung and strong. And he also hung and strong, there were plenty of people im sure that said you have to cut yourself loose and he didnt want to do that. So, its a very important day lindsey and you are a big part of it. I think your ratings went from 50, to 82 with one little speech. He made one little speech. One little few remarks that lasted for about a minute and they were historic. They really were. The delivery and the words in the whole thing was very important and what you did was something very special so, thank you very much. Thats so important. From the beginning of my campaign i promised to appoint judges that will adhere to the true and original meaning of our constitution. This afternoon, that promise was made and that promise was kept and i think many times over. Later today the senate will vote on our 150th new judge and i will let you get out of here so quick. Of course if you are not there, mitch, nothings going to happen so i will keep you a little bit longer. But we will have confirmed i asi said of 112 judges to the Federal District courts, 44 judges to the Federal District courts and two outstanding judges to the United StatesSupreme Court and that number is rapidly rising. Now one out of every four circuit judges currently on the bench is a appointed by this administration and that number has been exceeded by quite a bit. No president in history has confirmed as many Circuit Court judges, not even close. The average age of my newly appointed Circuit Court judges is less than 50. A young, and smart. Thats ten years younger than president obamas nominees, the pace of appointments is only accelerating and its going very quickly. And you know at some point we will have to slow it down because we are going to have any openings, you know that. But we will find them. We will find them. We will find them. Would you like to add a few judges . That would be a bad idea. How about adding another hundred or so. We are on track to have more judges confirmed this year than in the prior two years combined for us and we will be a record in history, a record the number of judges that we are getting in just a short period of time. Once all pending nominations are confirmed i will have appointed about 219 charges. And that number will go up substantially from there. But the more gains we make, the more aggressive the hard left has become. I probably shouldnt be making the speech right now. Im driving them crazy. They will go back and have even more craziness they have had in the last three years. Can you imagine . Three years already. Three years. Who can believe it, almost . In fact, in two days less than a year, we will be fighting an election. And we actually had a very big night last night. We had some tremendous results last night. And i will be leaving for louisiana. I think we are going to have a great result in louisiana. One of their favorite new tactics is that nationwide injunction. This very destructive practice enables anyone of 673 district judges and validate executive critical actions and stop the enforcement of duly enacted law. We have had it many times especially when it comes to our border. When you see whats going on the other side of the border, maybe its right about the wall. Maybe he is right about having very strong border. The other side wants open borders which a lot of people have told me that over the last couple of days. They are starting to get the border thing. The activist left only needs to find one partisan resistance judge anywhere in the country to agree with them. Perhaps no issue, these District Court junctions have been more damaging in the area of immigration. In case after case, judges prohibiting us from forcing the client letter of the law. And you know that better than anybody, people in this room. For example, federal laws are expedited, the removal of illegal aliens apprehended within two years of entry. But a District Court judge declared the law could only be applied to illegal aliens court within 14 days. Thats a tiny group of people. Just a small fraction of what the law expressly allows. In the words of the late great justice, whose son thank you very much for the approval. Our secretary of labor. These are great, young guy. A good judge must suppress his personal views, and must decide each case as the law dictates, not as he would resolve the matter as if he had drafted the law. We have a lot of them looking at it as if he had drafted the law. Lets create brandnew law. If federal judges want to right the law, they should run for congress. Let them run for offers. Do you think this is easy . Its not easy. [applause] its not easy, fellows, is it . It is nasty. No one told me it was going to be this nasty. But that is what they have to do. Let them run for office. Let them do the job the way it is meant to be. In recent years, the leftwing assault on our constitution has become a personal assault on the and you are right, one of the reasons it was so important was that people watch this. They dont want us giving up on them. They dont want us lets take the next one down the pike. That would have been easier, by the way. It would have been much easier. They dont want to see that. Nominees have been attacked in hearings for their religious beliefs. Our entire nation was founded by the the president taking a victory lap over the recordsetting pace that he and his administration have been on. When it comes to confirming federal judges to the bench, two are on the u. S. Supreme court. And now the chair of the senate Judiciary Committee. They are yet to confirm another round of judges this afternoon. Its one of the promises of the campaign. As you will recall, while they did well, the legislature has flipped to blue in virginia where democrats are fully in control. We are also getting a bit of breaking news that Rudy Giuliani has himself lawyered up in the midst of this impeachment inquiry. The democrats have withdrawn a key subpoena. More of that coming up on your world with neil cavuto. Neil thank you. We are monitoring the president right now. Later on, he will be heading for a big old rally in louisiana. Its his third trip to southern republican stronghold in a little over a week. Democrats are saying that he is looking week. A race that is still too close to call. Or to stop democrats from controlling all three levers of government in virginia. For the first time in more than a quarter of a century. A moderate democrat has the best chance of winning it all next year . We are on that. Welcome to your world. I am
