The president committed to listening to his team as it prepares to release guidelines for reopening the economy he made clear his position that he, not state governors will have the final say on when to begin the relaunch. The president of the United States has the authority to do what the president has the authority to do which is very powerful. The president of the United States calls the shots. When somebodys the president of the United States the authority is total. The authority is total. Many legal scholars disagree with the broad nature of that statement noting there are key elements of power that reside at the state level. However the president is correct when he asserts that his position does will enormous power particularly in times of national emergency. If you are not a payroll heavy business the loan is not going to be as forgivable which means you end up with alone on the books. Thats one of the problems with this particular plan.
