Graduation season is in full swing but our next guest argues that as many College Grads prepare to enter the real world their experience on campus has taken a hit. Thanks to the lefts obsession with identity politics. So here to explain is Fox News Contributor and president of independent womens voice tammy bruce. Good morning. Ainsley explain this to us. We are in the season where search graduating the point about the College Experience you leave your parents home. You leave your hometown. You move into an earn be environment larger than you. Meeting people you would never meet from different parts of the world even. And what we have got now is as we have seen over this last commencement season 73 colleges having separate commencements for people of color or africanamerican or guys and lesbians or la teen knows. These are four year graduating seniors. They have been in their college for four years. While they may participate in the larger Graduation Ceremony their argument is that in order to feel better about themselves or because there is racism on campus having a separate experience with people like themselves the more interesting, the more enlightening thing for them. Of course, that is the opposite of what the College Experience is supposed to be. Which is where at least for those four years you gather with people unlike yourselves. You create a knew community. You learn about empathy, right . Part of the argument is people unlike me dont understand me thats part of the reason for college. In addition to booklearning have that larger experience realizing you need to feel empathy for people that have had a completely different Life Experience from you and vice versa. It seems that identity politics and what the left has done is encourage people even in those environments to retreat into themselves and to still want things that only they have understood in the past or have experienced. I mean, you can return to that when you leave college. This is a small segment of an opportunity to realize well, you are an american first but then maybe you leave as a harvard woman and have you othat network. That seems to be retreated from to some degree. Ainsley some of these ivy leagues are having separate graduation for illegals. This is where the politics of identity has changed the entire pointed for some peoples experience, especially important for minorities where you do grow up in a separate area, perhaps where we have rejected the separate but equal argument. We know the importance of identifying America First and expand within your work and where have you learned about becoming an architect or doctor and the importance of the Broader Community at large. Ainsley it will be interesting to see how this effects our society going forward. We see it in so many different environments that these are specifically, particularly young people who need to be rejecting it in order to do the best they can in their lives. But what they did to try to find out was, in a very unseemly, very overarching, very over reaching, maybe illegal, certainly improper and now their fear is that we will see what the, what the whole thing was made of. At one point, for example even, even before the appointment of the special counsel, say a couple months into Robert Muellers tenure, at what point did know reasonable certainty there was no collusion with russia . Was he trying to get trump and his key people in perjury trap the way he got Michael Flynn and carter page . I think this will be a huge story. In watergate, there was burglary, a crime that was covered up by the president. In russiagate, there was no underlying crime. There can be no obstruction. It is obstruction of injustice. You know, i, it could be but how did the dossier then come to have such super weight in terms of its credibility and using it to underpin fisa warrants and so forth, when it was a creation of the rival Political Party and paid for, bought and paid for . That most opioid deaths actually involve other substances. Oxycontin deaths one study showed 96 involved other substances. Steve what is that . At at this van drug. Ainsley taking them together. Uncannily prescribed together, that is deadly combination. If youre on the combination, please be careful, be very cautious. It wasnt fentanyl that killed prince that knocked him off the feet in the elevator. The xanax stopped him breathing. The entire epidemic was created by my profession. What people dont understand this is the second Opioid Epidemic in the countrys history. First one was at end of 20th century. Now in the 90s we decided pain was something we had stigma against. Opioid phobia, treat every pain. Look what happened everybody, welldone to my profession. When you see ideology or religious fervor helping medicine and law making be careful, that always ends up bad.
