They are trying to get out more boys than they ever have before. A total of four boys and coach and remaining crews inside navy seals and doctor carrying for them now. Out here the police are getting ready to almost receive that ambulance. Land by helicopter likely. Come down this road. Go past this road block. The road will be closed off and join their teammates who are currently inside this hospital here. There is 8 of them inside. Now, a little bit more about what we could expect with todays rescue. 19 divers are involved. And the rest could i crews seem very confident that they will get the remaining players and coach out. The order will be the boys first, obviously. Then the coach. Then the doctor. Then the three seal officers. The rescue mission could actually include nine people. The doctor and navy seals have been inside. The only colonel right now is the rain. And so that is sort of what they are working against. Mother nature, they feel confident that they have been pumping out enough water. It seems like the pace is picking up. When you have over 1,000 people coming together. 90 divers, you know, from thailand, from different countries, from britain, coming together for this insane rescue, an 11 hour round trip for all these kids, i think they are doing incredibly. Ainsley what is the difference in trying to rescue a child and the coach . Because im thinking there is some tight quarters. 25 years old is he going to be bigger and taller. Have you experienced anything like that and how can you weigh in on that . I think the biggest challenge, right, is psychologically. What are those little boys going to be thinking . What they are going to be doing. Apparently many of them dont even know how to swim. They have never much less dived. Putting them in a confined space with a face mask, thats what you are really worried about. As a combat medic and dive medic, you know, the greatest thing we have to worry about is obviously breathing oxygen and whether or not they are going to age or elm bowlize and just keeping them calm as they snake through that maize of maza cave system its impossible to tell the severity of it. But, obviously, claustrophobia, any other types of bad dreams. All this stuff is hopefully flew great counseling afterwards, which there is already great reports that they have people there. They are counseling these kids. I just got to give a tremendous shoutout to the navy seals and the doctor that are in the cave with them, because they are really settlrealsetting the tont never quit state of mind to remain intact through the entirety of this whole process. Every academic in the world practically disagrees with my conclusion that you need a crime. I go back to the history i show hamilton and madison and proved conclusively that impeachment is not just a political act. Its a constitutional act and for it to be satisfying the constitution, you need to prove that the president committed bribery, treason, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. We have also seen european nations make agreements with north african countries to try to limit the number of migrants, especially the number of smugglers. You see the same thing you see on our border, human traffickers taking advantage of an awful situation. The president is urging the European Countries, these nato countries to spend more on their own defense. What happens when you have failed states like syria and see whats going on in libya and africa, if we choose not to lead in these countries and help resolve these crisis then you will see thats the cause of all of these people seeking asylum because there is a civil war going on in their country. People must be very, very happy as night is about to fall there . Reporter absolutely incredible to think the 13 individuals survived more than two weeks in a cave without any real [no audio] we believe this is the 10th child possibly ha is showing up here right now at the airport. The helicopter left a little while ago. We have already seen the ninth show up outside of the hospital. Were waiting the rest of the team. Were also, need to keep in mind, yes, there are three Navy Seals Still inside. The doctor has been watching over them. We hope they get out to celebrate as a group. Thai navy seals said hooyah. We can not wait to celebrate with the entire group. The folks have cameras out to wait for the good moment, to see the wild boars as they have been telling them start to roll through here, get to the hospital and get some care. Ed there were reports that a couple of boys were in the hospital battling pneumonia. Do we have any sense much their medical condition after this ordeal . Reporter that is one thing we heard about. Two of the boys from the first days had respiratory issues might be pneumonia. The four from yesterday, not the first four but the four from yesterday all seem in great condition. Theyre wanting food. Some. Boys from the first day wanted chocolate and bread like nutella. The doctors gave it to them. Theyre keeping their spirits up. Theyre hoping to see their parents here soon. Ashley i was going to ask you that, jeff, you you were reporting might be 24 to 48 hours to see their parents. The parents are like absolutely no way, excited to see their kids. Any new information there . Reporter can you imagine not being able to hug your kids after they have been in the hospital or a cave more than two weeks. That is an ambulance pulling up right now here outside the hospital. Amazing to see this in person. Amazing to see so many people out here just waiting and watching for all this good news that seems to trickle in hour after hour here in thailand. Pete jeff, thank you very much. Well come back to you as things develop. When you step back 17 in days in a cave, lost, didnt hear anybody for 10 or 11 days. Theyre found. Talked about, might be months bench they come out of the cave. Four months, monsoons are coming. Most dangerous course of action were told take them out with scuba divers, go for it anyway. Best scuba divers show up, including americans, this highly sophisticated, complex, Dangerous Mission to pull out kids who cant swim, never scuba dived before in harrowing passages. Do it appears almost perfection. Who knows what contingencies they came up in the cave, well learn as days come out what happened. We call it a miracle. That is true. A test of the human spirit to, planning, to courage, people know what the heck theyre doing. Ed former navy seal was on yesterday who would have known. He has conducted not exact missions like this but not precisely the same. This is like climbing mount everest, coming back down which is not easy. Think about the boys ranging in age from 11 to 16. They sent notes to home. Cant wait to get home to have friday chicken. Another said i cant wait to get home, keep planning my birthday. Have a birthday party. Ashley imagine what theyre going through now. Getting physical from the doctors. Making sure they dont have pneumonia, or taking care of initial health concerns. I imagine hamburgers will be, pizza, whatever their Favorite Foods are, these kids are probably saying, they didnt have food for nine days. Ed whatever they like they will get, no doubt. Ashley did you think it was possible when you first heard the story . Well, it was tough. I mean i couldnt even imagine getting pushed down in a cave that deep with 12 kids. That soccer coach, to have all of them come out in the state theyre in a absolutely amazing. Funny, i watch the diagram yall have been using in a cave, i will make a little adjustment to it, if you dont mind. Imagine, a row of school buses for two miles sitting at bottom of the ocean end to end. One end you have the backdoor open with a bunch of kids, they dont know how to swim or how to dive. They have been in there, dehydrated, terrified, they have no idea what is going on. At the other end is the door open. Literal to do what they had to do, slow is smooth, smooth is fast. That is absolutely true. If anything can go wrong underwater, it will. They have to recalibrate everything after every crawl. Imagine crawling through the buses under the seats, on your belly backwards. That is the kind of terrain youre dealing with. Anything can go wrong on the rocks down there. Everything will get cut or moved or wedged. I heard them say some of the kids didnt know how to swim. That is okay, were already on the bottom, you have to walk it out. So those frogs came in there, hats off to the frog that pushed it all the way. There are two kinds of divers run rigs out, idiots and frog men. To push to the kids and die while doing that, well honor you forever for that. That is amazing. Once they got in there, talking dive lessons 101. Make it into, i thought what i would be doing whole time with the kids, make it into a game. Thats what i do with mine. Hopefully the navy seals came out of the water, pete, like you, navy seals, were here to get you out. Most epic line ever told. Got to pull that down. Dive lessons, 101. Dont have to worry about dive computers. Each one of those seals had a dive buddy. Wedge that kid in between them. Talk to them the entire time. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Anytime freaks out, loses bubble, wedge him down to the ground, that full face mask will push air in there while he is breathing. That is the best side. The downside is the hoses how long and deep they are into the earth, any wedge or twist or pull, it will cut the hose. You can bet whole time they were staging tanks through that, relighting it, going over it again, and again, every single time. Just goes to show how fast and how productive they were to getting everybody out. Pete taking us inside for them to do it multiple times four kids a day, going back and forth what you describe with those school buses essentially. This is not hard for to you imagine because you rescued yourself. Take us through what it feels like when youre waiting and youre wondering . Two miles into the earth there is no sunlight. Darkest place in the planet is underneath Aircraft Carrier you know water at night. Where they were at supersedes anything i had ever seen. Total darkness. And there is a point where, you cant, sensory deprivation, sense of impending doom after a while, into that coach, into those kids, you guys are amazing. Youre as tough as they come. Truthfully, you really are. To have that morale and that motivation to keep each other going theyre truly a team. If they werent they are now. To have somebody, that first sign of life, to come in see a diver come out of the water, i couldnt imagine the look on that divers face, coming two miles into the earth finding a bunch of kids who havent eaten or seen human being in couple weeks, mind blowing. Like finding a lost colony. Ed pretty high prize from the lone survivor. Ashley marcus, we know your story, saw the movie, read your book, lone survivor. I hear you talk walking us through the school bus scenario, wee reminded of the service, you and so many seals and anyone who served our military, what you sacrifice to save our children, to make our country better, an youre so brave, you are definitely a hero, why do you do it . Anything you train us on land we can do underwater. Ive fallen asleep under water, those guys are in the comfort you wouldnt even believe. To have the confidence when those guys came into the cave, it would melt on the kids. As strong as they were to begin with, pete, you know the deal, get that situation turned into a game, now theyre in the navy seal movie. Were on an on with the kid, coming out out of a cave. Turn it into something unbelievable. That is what those guys did. Get them out of there, and to pull that line to where they didnt lose one person was absolutely amazing. From what i understand it is a tradition for that soccer team to come in and touch the back wall in the dark, kind of scary, whatever, they were just exploring, that is what kids do. Maybe kids went deeper, instead of letting everybody separate. Who knows, i will not speculate but i know he was last one come out of there, all of those kids came out after being complete darkness in a cave with no food, talking about licking the walls for he got them back.
