Because weve heard some different tones coming from, you know, some of his officials and then from the president himself. Where are they at this point . I think they are on the same page, and, look, its a complicated path that theyre pushing. On the one hand they want a diplomatic solution. A military solution is almost un unimaginable because of the fact that north korea could wipe out hundreds of thousands if not millions of people right across border in seoul, including a lot of americans, thousands of americans who are posted there, so you want to find a non nonmilitary, diplomatic solution solution. But its very hard. And we have been trying and other president s have been trying for seconds, republicans and democrats and theyve been unable to do it, so i think there are a couple of trails here. On the one hand you want to put economic sanctions, you want to get all of your allies together, you want to put pressure on china and one of the things that gives that more urgency is at least the possibility of military action. So i think to the degree that youre hearing all those things, i dont think it shows any confusion in the administration administrations policy. It just shows that there are a lot of paths that theyre pursuing. Clayton china right now not on the economic ground that they were a number of years ago. Remember front page of the economist magazine, china, its like everyones looking to china for the economic future. Theyre on shaky ground. You know, chinas buying back bonds, theyre actually in debt for the first time. Is this the time maybe the president can press that economic button, economic sanctions on china . Is that maybe the one leverage piece he does have . Kevin well, they own an awful lot, a trillion dollars of our debt. You have to be careful about that. Yeah, you could get tougher on china, you could sanction which we have not done some of the chinese banks and other industries that have more direct dealings with north korea. But we have pushed the china card pretty hard. Remember the president s summit with chinese president xi at maralago this spring and i think frankly the president s been disappointed that china has not stepped up, has not put more pressure. Its very complicated for china as well because they are right on the border of north korea. And if that regime were to collapse, millions of North Koreans would flood into china, and china doesnt want that either. So its a big mess. And, you know, weve pushed with china really hard so far. It hasnt had any impact. I think weve gotta consider the possibility that you cant have an impact, that president kim has decided that it is in his survival, his own best interests interests. He looks at khadafy, he looks at Saddam Hussein and thinks, you know, a Nuclear Capability is the only thing that will keep me in power. Pete i think thats exactly right, and a lot of the foreign intelligentsia crowd for decades on both sides of the aisle have pressed sanctions, sanctions, sanctions. Theres no instance in history yet where those have gotten a dictator to give up their weap. Ns chris no. It certainly has slowed down things, but it hasnt gotten them to give up their weapons. On the other hand the flip side of it, which is the military equation, is almost unacceptable unacceptable. Clayton would have been talking about houston and the aftermath there and the president s trump down to houston which well the bet to in a moment but then the president up earlier this morning tweeting about north korea conducting a Major Nuclear test. He writes, their words and actions continue to be very hostile and dangerous to the United States. North korea is a rogue nation which has become a great threat, an embarrassment to china which is trying to help with little success. South korea is finding as i have told them that their talk of appeasement with north korea will not work. They only understand one thing. So what is the president to do . What is the administration going to do . Well, what the president needs to do and i think what the president s alluding to here and let me be clear; i dont speak or work for the president is we need to make sure that china understands the economic ramifications of not putting more pressure on north korea. What we know is that the United States is the greatest superpower in the world and what the president has said is that the un and the sanctions that they have tried to impose on north korea have not been successful, and he has asked china for their help and putting economic pressure on north korea korea. Look, north korea does not have anywhere near the economy that china has. They are solely relying on china for their economic survival, and china is reliant on the United States. So what we need to do is put economic pressure on china so they continue to put pressure on north korea so that we can have a stable environment over there, because we have a madman in kim jongun and we dont know what hes capable. Of pete corey, there are reports for a long time within the white house that there are two very different camps as it pertains to china and confrontation with china. Steve bannon who recently exited has been pushing for a not a trade war per se but very sufficient actions on china, where some of the more moderate members of the white house staff have said lets play it safe. Do you think simon are moving to the view, it is really, really time to put the screws on china . Well, as you know the president said during the campaign that china has been taking advantage of the United States for a long time. They are very much tied to our giant economy. We buy a lot of goods from china china. Theyve taken advantage of it. Weve got a massive deficit with china right now. They continue to dump their goods on our soil and subsidize their companies so they have a an unfair advantage whether thats steel or other products. Its time to hold them accountable through economic means and thats where people get hurt, when you hold countries accountant through economic means, thats where they understand it. Abby a lot happening this week. Apparently on tuesday there are reports were supposed to here from the Trump Administration on what they want to do about daca and reports that they may ditch that program but keep the 800,000 dreamers that are already here in this country. We had a guest on earlier saying look, if he does does that, thats really going to upset his base, some that he promised on the campaign trail he would do. What are your thoughts . What do you think he should do . Well, i think first and foremost if the president does rescind this its because its been unconstitutional. We know that for sure and its the president s prerogative to inject in this. Heres my concern. All of a sudden were hearing from leaders in congress who are saying, oh, mr. President , give us the opportunity to act. Theyve had years to act. This is what congress always does. When a crisis comes before them that they have punted down the road for five years now, they decide that theyre not going to like what the president s going to do, which is to fulfill his campaign promises, so theyre asking for more time. We have no more time. You know what . Congress has had chance after chance after chance to engage in this issue, and they havent done it. Now the president says that this week hes going to make a decision on daca and we hear the Republican Leadership saying give us an opportunity to come up with a legislative solution. Abby corey, i will say when youve heard the president speak about daca and dealing with children in this country that came here through no fault of their own, a little bit different thing weve heard than the campaign trail. Hes emotional about this. He releases the impact this will have on families thats no doubt going to impact the ultimate decision that he makes here. Theres no question about it. And the president has a big heart. What he said was there are a number of children have come here, have no understanding, know no other country, this is what their home has been, but there has to be a solution, and part of that solution has to be a strong immigration policy moving forward, part of that solution is building a wall moving forward so that when people come into this country we can stop them from doing so illegally. The president has to weigh the understanding of people who came to this country through no fault of their own and this is the only country they know and continuing to allow that to happen moving forward, its two very separate things. And i think the president has a big heart, he wants to take care of people, but weve got to stop the flow of illegal immigration to our country. This last week you talk about critics, theyre always out for this president but save for stiletto heels, theyve been pretty silent abby she still wore them. Clayton yes. Look what the president did yesterday wiretap went to a church, handed out food, went to a ravished community and said we will rebuild for you. He went to louisiana, there was a literal parade that was there to meet him because they love him. He said were going to help rebuild this country. HiS Administration has pledged all of the resources necessary to the people of texas and louisiana to rebuild this quickly as possible. Hes pushing a big bill to get through congress as quickly as possible to start that rebuilding process. Expelling hundreds of Russian Diplomats after those u. S. Sanctions. Also this while texas recovers from historic flooding, los angeles is now dealing with its largest ever wildfire. Take a look at that. More than 700 homes now evacuated as the brush fire burns, more than 5,000 acres in the northern part of that city. Hundreds of firefighters are also dealing with tripledigit temperatures. Still not clear how the fire started in the first place, though. So far luckily no one has been hurt. And the last cruise ship held at sea by Hurricane Harvey finally docking in galveston, texas. 3,000 passengers were stranded on the Carnival Cruise ship. This is the fourth and last cruise ship to dock since the hurricane hit. Stranding 20,000 vacationers. You see the size of that ship and how many people have been sitting there for a week. I mean, she just she is commandandcontrol, right, and she is one strong woman. Im blessed to be married to her her. That woman, we got our bridge fixed, she was gone, man, she took a truck and she rolled out. I noticed she completely evacuated a target of cleaning supplies and everything and has been transporting them down to houston and doing food drives and clothing drives and just not stopping, bro, shes not slowing down, man, wearing me out. Abby that is amazing. Yeah. Shes taking point on that and doing as much as we can with what we got. I mean, its pretty bad down here, and its still going. Thats the biggest thing. Just a short distance from this location there are active evacuations underway right now and hundreds if not thousands of homes are expected to lose their power, so the team here in houston still devastating, but at this particular location pastor joel osteens church this sunday marks the first morning of services after Hurricane Harvey ravaged houston and many parts of texas and its also the First Sunday Services after a very difficult week for this church, critics blasting its top leader for not opening the doors to the church sooner to evacuees evacuees. The pr nightmare began when stories emerged of people being turned away from the church. Critics slammed osteen and his church for not doing the christian thing, immediately opening the doors to evacuees. Mind you this building can seat and fit tens of thousands of people. But this morning the church tells us it never intentionally turned people away and thats if there are stories of people being turned away, security might have done that in the initial hours directing evacuees to the official shelters which are a short distance from here. Nothing was ever done meanspirited. The church also tells fox news that in the initial hours and days of this disaster, its own staff was dealing with flooded homes and therefore the church would not have been able to properly operate the facility. Pastor joel osteen spoke to fox news. Heres what he had to say. The main thing is that the church is always open. We took people in and when the george brown the big shelter filled up, people started coming here. So i dont know. I think sometimes people trying to make that narrative that, you know, were not open to people, but weve been doing this for 60 years and well continue to do it. The church has been accepting evacuees since tuesday. Right now donations are pouring in. We see them piling up. Weve gotta have a permanent solution in congress so that these people are not living in limbo. Again, when you look at the economics of the situation, those protected under daca contribute over 460 billion to the economy its projected over the next 10 years. These are teachers, doctors, many of these people are First Responders in their communities. And, of course, as we know there have been reports about people who are in houston who are Daca Recipients who have contributed to the Recovery Efforts in houston because they are First Responders. So these are people who america is all theyve known. Many of these people came over here when they were two, three years old. It is absolutely inhumane to send them back to their country and i hope this this will instigate an argument and a debate so we can have a permanent solution to this issue in the country. Katrina, inhuman is what adrian said. Youre shaking your head. Of course thats every response from the left to anything the right wants to do for the right reasons, particularly putting americans and their family first. But clayton, i gotta say this is a false argument. The 800,000 kids that theyre claiming are going to stay if he decides to keep it are going to stay anyway simply because the president has clearly stated that this was not going to be on his priority list when it comes to enforcing the immigration laws, and i agree, this absolutely has to be a congressional solution. But this president is also the rule of law president. Daca is unconstitutional. This is something that president obama did as an overreach because congress failed to act. This was because the gang of eight bill failed. The people did not want that. Amnesty is not great for this country. Weve tried it. It did not work. The borders were not secure. There is no border wall at this point in time. Clayton katrina, and ill get both of you to respond to this, what about the money, apple, geological, facebook, all these Big Companies last week sent an open letter to the the president saying, look, this is going to cost the economy billions of Social Security funds that they pay into, billions for the economy, these workers. What about the money side of this . Well, i think the money side of this is just a shiny object, because essentially the debate is about keeping an un unconstitutional law on the books to benefit people who broke the law. And i think that is where this argument remains. The president should absolutely get rid of daca and let Congress Work this out. This is not like these people are going to be rounded up and deported because he already said that was not going to happen, money as. De pete aid rehab, congress . First of all, i dont think you can dismiss the economic argument. Again these are people who have been here for years and years and years. To try to send children who came over here with no say and no skin in the game when they were two, three years old, to send them back to a country where they have no connections, no relationships with, is completely is an inhumane thing, but again the economic argument is important, inning its important to listen to the ceos, like mark zuckerberg, warren buffett, who sent the open letter. Is the president then happy with chinas response to this . Well the president made clear again in his tweets thats how we know what the president is thinking in realtime on these issues. The president has said that north korea is becoming an embarrassment to china and that appeasement is not working. This president and his team have been able to enhance and improve relationships with china, when it comes to trade agreements, we have beef going to china for the first time in about 15 years for example, but no one is fooling themselves into realizing that on facing north korea down on this particular issue where theyre threatening the lives of millions that in our safety and security essentially, that the president wants south korea and china, japan to join him in becoming tougher and you know, we all know the president will be at the Un General Assembly in about 10 days from now or so. You can expect the president to address these issues and more while hes there and i think that youll hear more from the white house just today. Clayton well be looking out for it indeed but this white house inherited a lot of bad deals as the president has pointed out, a lot of foot drags as it pertains to north korea. This white house declared the era of strategic patience over and talked about fire and fury yet within all of that, north korea has continued to test and now theyve got a bomb 10 times larger than the one they had last time and potentially the ability to mini churrize it so if its just getting tough on china or sanctions or the un, both havent worked yet. How are you going to signal more clearly to kim jong un regime that the military option is on the table. Youll never have the ability to hurt us and hit us with a Nuclear Weapon. The president , the secretary of state have made very clear and recently all options are on the table and the president will continue to do two things hes been promising from the beginning which he did recently with respect to afghanistan policy. Number one, he will consult with his team that he consults with those and his National Security intelligence Foreign Policy teams regularly. Much of what occupies the president s times and thoughts and decisionmaking these days have to do with issues of this. Number two, the president is not going to broadcast to north korea or anyone else ahead of time what the United States will do next. He said why are we telling everybody what were about to do when we do it . So he will continue to make good on those two promises. I want to go back to the fire and fury comment, because if you pulled up what was trending on social media and elsewhere what obsessed the media for three days thereafter, it was those two comments, what does he mean . Is he starting a nuclear war . Some areas of texas still seeing rising water people still having to evacuate their homes. Seeing president there on the ground, we have some of the footage coming in here. I mean to see it from that perspective there have you spoken to him since he went and saw what actually happened . I mean what did he tell you about what he experienced . You know, abbey, as moved as the people on the ground in texas and louisiana seem to be by the first lady and the president s visit i can tell you personally, they also feel very moved, as did the Vice President , second lady, the cabinet members. Anyone whose gone and met with the people face to face, shoulder to shoulder and thats whats so significant here is that the president and the first lady felt very compelled to do any 1 million of their own money, felt compelled to visit twice to really spend the time yesterday, engaging people looking in the eye but this is the donald trump that so many of us know and are privileged to work with and to know very close up close and personal. I was really struck by many of the comments from people who say i didnt vote for him. I didnt much care for some of his policies but im so moved and this really changed my opinion. Nobody is locking for voters. We look at them as our brothers and sisters in need who are suffering but this man is somebody whose always expressed the capacity and compassion to people in need and you know, i think about many in the media who have one gear which is attack attack attack. Theyve sort of done it from day one. Theyre almost like when you return a rental car and it says if you back up your tires will deflate. They went over that barrier on day one and they are just sort of stuck now. Clayton sure. They look so small attacking the president and the first lady when all theyve done is gone and literally done shoulder to shoulder donating crayons and books, diapers putting their handson peoples shoulders and meaning it so this is a very important moment people are always saying he missed it he missed an opportunity to unify the country. They are doing exactly that here and also getting people meeting their needs of food, water and shelter at the same time but lets unify as a country beginning with the president and first lady. Pete they have through their actions no doubt. Now this week theres another topic that requires this president s decisionmaking which is the daca socalled dreamers and what to do with their future. Theres a lot of information floating right now speculation but how the president will come down on this, will he simply end that executive action because he believes it was the wrong thing to do for barack obama, will they allow everyone to stay for two years but then not renew dac a, or will they allow the 800 here to basically receive amnesty and then grandfather them in. Whats the latest take on what the president is going to do here . Theres no point in speculat ing and conject ouring. The white house has said that the president is going through a very lengthy review process. I know that firsthand and decision will be announced on tuesday. I do want to remind everyone that President Trump was able to take issues that were languish ing in low singledigits if not an asterisk in the polls in terms of whats most important to you, trade, illegal immigration, and he was able to expand them into an entire message of fairness. For years, people would say whats fair to the illegal immigrant, what else can we do, what else can we give and he also said he loves all people. He is very sympathetic to everyone in this country and you saw that firsthand yesterday on the ground in texas and louisiana but this is also someone who says that he wants to know whats fair to the american worker, whats fair to people in this cunt are it who are competing for jobs and other benefits and this is all part of i think you have to look at his entire economic and domestic agenda, when you talk about he talks about sanctuary cities, border security, he wants a wall and he expects congress to pay for it because he says that we have to keep people and poison out of our communities, and people who are coming here illegally and competing for those jobs and we have to know who lives among us but when it comes to daca, the white house is committed that the administration will make an announcement on tuesday and it is really no point in guessing before then. We saw yesterday one resident Tom Richardson as you may have remembered talked to him as he went into get his belongings he came early even before Law Enforcement was here and he says as he went back in today hes frustrated with the way things have been handled take a listen. We dont have any answers as to when were going to be able to go back in when the waters down, right . So theyre saying 15 days, weeks , months who knows. Nobody knows at this point and so we dont have any answers, we dont know whats going on. I mean, any rain will add particularly in this neighborhood to the height of that reservoir which is the army corps of engineers having to pump thousands of gallons of water so any rain let alone irma abby thats the last they need, griff, youve done such a good job. But we are going to rick right now whose giving us the very latest on Hurricane Irma thats still what nine, 10 days out but something to look out for. Folks in houston dont have to worry about it at all. This isnt a storm for them. Storm is way out in the atlantic about a thousand miles away from the western antilles, and our setup is very interesting. We have this bermuda high, the High Pressure is always there and drags these storms down along to the south of it and this here is the friday position from the National Hurricane center where we expect to see a very strong category 4 hurricane after that, thats where the big question comes in. You have the High Pressure, you need something to pull it away from this and that is this jet stream a little dip in the jet stream is it Strong Enough to pull it all the way down and back off to sea or not if it is not, it likely makes landfall. We wont know that still for a few days yet which is good news because we have plenty of time to track it but over the next few days you certainly need to watch this would be the time to make all preparations anywhere here along the eastern seaboard because it is a very real possibility that we would have a hurricane on our shore here some time late next weekend guys. What were hearing is the big worry at the white house is contained in photographs that north korea released last night just before that nuclear test took place and that is that north korea appears to at least from these photographs have a Thermo Nuclear war head small enough to be fitted on to the tip of an inter continental ballistic missle difficult to know if its an actual war head in the photos or just a tin can but certainly the white house concerned about it Sarah Huckabee sanders in a statement a short time ago saying the National Security team is monitoring this closely. The president and his National Security team will have a meeting to discuss further later today. We will provide updates as necessary. The president also expressing his concern in a series of tweet s saying north korea has conducted a Major Nuclear test their words and actions continue to be very hostile and dangerous to the United States. North korea is a rogue nation which has become a great threat and embarrassment to china which has tried to help but with little success and also saying that the process that south korea has been going through hasnt been helpful saying south koreas finding as i have told them their talk of appease ment with north korea will not work. They only understand why thing. No word from the president on what that one thing might be, military action or more economic pressure, but speaking on Fox News Sunday a few minutes ago the treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin said he is preparing a new round of sanctions against people doing business with north korea to try to put the screws to them. Listen to what the treasury secretary said here. I did speak with the president and its clear that this behavior is completely unacceptable. Weve already started with sanctions against north korea but im going to draft a sanctions package to send to the president for his strong consideration that anybody that wants to do trade or business with them would be prevented from doing trade or business with us. We are going to work with our allies well work with china, but people need to cut off north korea economically this is unacceptable behavior. Reporter back at the beginning of august the president raised a few eye brows when in bed minster he said to the cameras north korea would be met with fire and fury from the United States if it continues to threaten the u. And its allies north korea went quiet for a couple weeks after that prompt ing the president to say at that rally in phoenix he thinks kim jong un is coming to respect the United States but since then hes become back to his old bad behavior culminating with this test so well see all the National Security officials here at the white house later on today and well bring you whatever we can find from that. North korea claiming its Hydrogen Bomb is five times more powerful one the one dropped on nagasaki that helped end world war ii. Joining us to break down the differences and their threats is director of defense studies at the center for National Interest can you pronounce it for me sir . Kasianas. Pete youre an expert you deserve that respect. Harry if you could give us a sense do you think this was a Hydrogen Bomb and if so would it tell us . Pete its tough to tell if this is a Hydrogen Bomb or not. My own source at the pentagon which i wrote a piece for fox opinion a couple weeks ago they were thinking the North Koreans were six to eight months away when it came to a Hydrogen Bomb so what we might be seeing late last night is that the North Koreans could be testing sort of the conceptual design of a Hydrogen Bomb and keep in mind for a Hydrogen Bomb we usually are talking in the millions of tons of tnt. The test that was last night was 100,000 tons of tnt. So that would be a very small Hydrogen Bomb but i think the intent is very clear. The north koreas are rapidly building up their Nuclear Weapon s capabilities. We have to be concerned and i think the president is going to take some bold actions. Pete the graphic on our screen right now shows how much larger this test was last night, 120 kilotons than even the previous one a year ago 10k ilo tons so no matter what theyve advanced their technology. Do you believe they have the ability to couple it with an icb m, a missle that could reach us . Well thats the trick here. Usually a Hydrogen Bomb to take that design and basically scale it down and make it small enough to put it on the nose cone of a warhead, and be able to deliver that on a target thousands of miles away, thats a hard thing to do so where i would argue here pete is that the North Koreans are at the very start of this design process for Hydrogen Bomb but i still think the North Koreans have the capability to still take a standard atomic bomb and hit the United States. Thats just dangerous in and of itself. Pete harry were talking about sanctions tougher on china using the diplomatic and economic leverage but youre saying they may be at the start of the process of getting in their mind the ultimate weapon. If we were to take preemptive military action in any size or scope, would now not be a better time than waiting until they are further down the procesor potentially have it . Pete here is the problem with military options. North korea is the land of lousy options. The challenge is this. If we launched a tremendous military strike on north korea first of all it would take us a couple weeks to get that together. The North Koreans would see that coming probably strike first but even if we were able to do that lets suppose the North Koreans have i dont know 30 Nuclear Weapons and we get 28 of them. That still would leave two Nuclear Weapons left. I guarantee you kim jong un will fire one at tokyo or los angeles thats why a military option at this point unless the North Koreans attack us first is not a good one. Were following other headlines closely this morning while texas recovers from historic flooding los angeles they are now dealing with the largest ever wildfire. Take a look at that more than 700 homes now evacuated as the brush fire burns more than 5,000 acres in the northern part of that city. Hundreds of firefighters are also dealing with triple digit temperatures still not clear how that fire originally started but so far luckily no one has been hurt. And the nations second Largest Oil Refinery is nearly back up and running after historic flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Exxon restarting the baytown, texas plant but theres no solid timetable for when it will be fully back up to speed. That refinery typically puts more than half a Million Barrels of oil a day all across the United States. And if you ever wondered what president obama wrote in his parting letter to President Trump, well we now know the letter obtained by cnn says this in part dear mr. President congratulations on a remarkable run millions have missed their hopes in you and all of us regardless of party should hope for expanded prosperity and security during your tender this is a unique Office Without a clear blueprint for success i dont know any advice will be particularly helpful still let me offer a few reflections from the past eight years. You know you think about the sanctions that we Just Announced on north korea for example, a billion dollars youre talking about potentially a 20 billion economy and thats not such a big deal and thats by the way, hopefully so long as china actually enforces them because historically china hasnt enforced these things. You look at trade for example, in the First Quarter of this year between china and north korea, it was up nearly 40 so dont tell me that china is actually playing ball. Theyre not doing anything that they really should be doing. You know theres some okay they sign on to the sanctions, they can do a whole lot more but its up to us to make sure abby whats stopping us from doing that because weve had experts on saying every administration up to this point has not had the political will to push back hard enough on china. Is the Trump Administration capable of doing that do you think they will . Trish i think if anyone can do it actually its this president who made china very much one of his platforms when he ran. A lot of people who shied away from it because we economically have such a tie to china and you would run the risk of a trade war ill let you think back to the 1930s tariffs and what that meant for the u. S. And the rest of the world and nobody wants that but ill tell you, china is propping up this regime in north korea and we cant allow it. We sanctioned one chinese bank recently but theres a whole lot more we can sanction. Pete not just propping them up but protecting them in the un Security Council is with that vote even if they dont have to vote on it they snuffed out sanctions or diluted them in the first place but youre saying in addition to diluting them they just arent trish they arent enforcing them. How does trade go up 40 pete, right . How does trade increase between china and north korea 40 if in fact they are enforcing their sanctions . Theyre not doing enough and maybe theyre giving us lip service right now by signing on to additional sanctions however i think we need to put the pressure on china. We need to threaten them and say listen youre not going to do business in the United States of america if you continue to allow this nut job to exist in north korea. Pete but do we have that leverage i guess thats the question. It seems like maybe that would be the smartest thing to do but we have a one trillion dollar deficit to china so were sort ofits hard to put pressure on someone you owe money to. Trish i hear that because china is effectively our bank, we owe them a lot of money but guess what we owe them the money and we are the ones that the can or cannot make good on that so in other words we have some leverage there. They need to get paid back and if we possibly, i mean one thing to consider not that we would ever suggest that we not pay our debt but in other words we have more leverage than we think. Pete what about real estate . Canada shut the door to chinese investments in vancouver and other places for buying up all these buildings. We havent done a lot of that in the United States and theyre putting so much money here. Trish they do it to us. Think about that there are a lot of u. S. Corporations that want to be doing more business that want more factories in china but they say no you cant because youre u. S. And in other words we need to level the Playing Field and we need them to cooperate with us. Pete so its okay they execute nationalism over there but here we cant demand the same in return . Its effectively what the president ran on is lets maybe defend the home team first and then worry about chain a. Trish by the way defending the home team is not just economically but keeping us safe from north korea so we need to exert this pressure on china to do what it can do.
