We will process anybody who says they are subject to religious or any other prosecution in their home but we are not going to bring them to texas or arizona or one of those dates. There is a method called coldwater that is really fast and actually food safe so you dont have to worry about getting anybody sick with your turkey. You want to allow 30 minutes per pound, place your turkey still wrapped in cold water and rotate the coldwater, change it every 30 minutes and your turkey will be thawed. Russell turkey like a 12 pounder it takes 6 hours. If you cant do all 6 hours it is okay, do as much as you can until you need to get the turkey in the oven and it will cook faster. Are some questions and the best way to know when your turkey is done and the only real way to know is to use a Meat Thermometer to make sure your turkey is cooked to the temperature it needs to be to be safe but also still moist and juicy so you use a Meat Thermometer to check the temperature of your breast meat, the biggest part and the thigh.
