Brenda snipes might be under person and and might have too much, you know, upon her suddenly, i dont think anybody thinks that shes dishonest or lack integrity. She allowed felons to vote, there were 30 of them that came in that people voted twice, if somebody cheats and commits a felony, should their first vote count, i dont think so, i think they ought to extract them all but welcome to sunny Broward County. Candidates taking swipes at each other yesterday, here is rick scott, listen. Somehow they came up with 93,000 votes after election night, ive asked florida Law Enforcement to go in and do investigation to find out what happened here. Jillian bret, many people say we are at critical point in the country where half of the country doesnt believe this media outlet and half of the country doesnt believe the media outlet. Its so hard for people to really know that they are getting the truth, how dangerous is this now because many people are saying how do we believe the votes in florida . Thats exactly right, its the same problem we had, when the courts stepped in to define an election result theres something trob bli wrong, we fought on 3 fronts, we fought in courts, recount centers and fought in the streets because we were outraged of what was happening, the only thing different from 2000 and today the vote count, in 2000 only 537 have tens of thousands of votes and they only seem to be finding democratic votes by the thousands, something is terribly wrong in two counties at least in florida out of 67 counties and always seems to be the same tune. Rob broward, one to have biggest is 700,000 voters there, you have brenda snipes involved there and shes got this interesting past i guess you would say. The lead for rick scott is narrowing from 58,000 to 13,000, how does that happen . Well, thats the question we want to know and we dont have the answer. She held a press conference the other day and she couldnt even tell us how many ballots are outstanding whether its in the mail, military ballots and by the way she admits to comingling provisional ballots, ballots that need to be questioned about legitimacy and now she says she will count all because disenfranchise those who voted correctly, this is not the way the system should be working. Rob ken, yeah, you look at the governor race and the senate race with Governor Scott, 58,000 down to 13,000 at this point, thats extremely tight in a florida that big, in a state that big. Well, sure it is and nobody expected anything otherwise, all votes need to be counted and the votes need to be counted pursuant to the law, what the circuit judge, the chief Circuit Court judge in Palm Beach County held that there needs to be compliance with florida statute 101. 164 and thats florida election reform act and that statute requires a very specific thing, for any ballot thats damaged or overcounted or undercounted, there must be a compliance with the procedure, and the procedure is that the county canvassing board, not unilateral decision by the supervisor needs to be the entity that determines the voters and the votes pursuant to those protocols. Rob susan, what do you make of the susan im sorry, the brenda snipes situation in Broward County, 7 700,000 votes. I used to live in Broward County. He started saying nobody expected anything else, i think people did expect Something Else and thats why its important to have the recount. I wasnt there in terms of what she did or did not do but i think that a recount would show the accuracy of it and we would be surprised with the results, its swinging the other way and its going to be blue and i think thats why everyone is upset, so lets rob if you flip this and all of a sudden they find all of these republican ballot and the race gets tighter and tighter for democrat, would you expect the democrats to behave in any other way . Well, you know what, i dont know if we flipped, i just know that we have been here before with florida and theres a problem, theres a problem on both sides, not just senatorial, gubernatorial, i think its going to go blue both ways, lets see what happens. Do you think this is a scandal . No, i dont think its a scandal at this time, what is being shown is that there has not been protocol thats been filed and in broward, Governor Scotts campaign also filed a lawsuit and relief was granted by the judge, the lawsuit that was filed in broward was pursuant to the florida constitution, article 19 which requires transparency, we havent had the transparency, we have two counties out of 6 counties where there have been problems and the problems have been with lack of transparency and lack of fallen protocol. Well, i mean, you know, we are having a conversation about what another country thinks about america, you know, in the first place, so theres a bit of, you know, who really cares and i think he needs to check the definitions first, if you look up the definition of nationalism, being patriotic and if you look at patriotism is very similar, the act of being patriotic, now there are some extreme things in the definition especially nationalism and one of the extreme measures that people seem to find as bad thing is the belief of superiority of other countries, one country is superior to other countries, as americans we kind of believe that america is the greatest country in the world and if you have a problem, a, dont be here and b, you probably take advantage of 1. 3 veterans for you to have freedom to question that america is the greatest country in the world in the first place.
