He is the guy runs the place, charged with obstructing duration city and state he has been operating. He referred to it, ainsley, he was operating in an autonomous zone which sounds familiar. He didnt have a license to selleck core which he was doing. And they busted him. Look at the big protest last night. People supporting him. Ainsley about 2,000 people they say were out there on the streets. We interview him a lot the owner of atilis gym in new jersey. They did the same thing to him during the pandemic when they were closing down his shop. They were throughout protesting. They are really mad at cuomo. They were screaming out different words for him. They were saying defund the sheriff because they say that new York Sheriffs Department went in and arrested danny pressie. His attorney and danny were on with tucker last night. The attorney made an excellent point they divided Staten Island into two different sides the orange zonal and the yellow zone. This happens to be in the orange zone so you cant go indoors and dine. Look, i have got to feed my family and pay for my workers. We cant keep going on like this. You go up the hill and a block and a half up the hill to another restaurant and can you go inside and eat. He says does the pandemic stop right there at the top of the hill . Why are they allowed to serve and were not, brian . Brian i had outs running our state on almost every level. Politicians who dont know thousand run a business and dont care. So they took his liquor license. The nypd he doesnt have a problem with. He says they have been great. The Sheriffs Office on the mandate you from the state. Im sure these men and women wouldnt be doing this on their own go there in plain clothes and stop their business. These guys dont want to party. They actually just want to live and make a living. Believe me, Staten Island is the canary in the coal mine. People looking around this country in california and texas and places like austin and looking around and seeing the oppressive way in which politicians are shutting them down, even though they have complied with their plexy glass and their spacing and their masks is way going over the limit. 37 states got mask mandates. Everybody is complying the best they can. Guess what in the numbers are still going up. So our economy tanks, businesses are destroyed. Livelihoods trashed. And you know, i think whats happening in Staten Island is sort of indicative of the old expression you can forgive people for being wrong or even for being stupid. It was so important to him he future out on his Facebook Page about staying home and not traveling. Watch this. We need to, you know, stay home if you can. What we didnt realize until just last 48 hours is apparently he actually taped that when he was at his daughters wedding in Cabo San Lucas in mexico after flying on a private jet with 8 people not all of them from his immediate bubble. And that particular image was of him at a timeshare in mexico telling the people of texas not to travel. Ainsley well, after he got caught by the local newspaper. They got a tip that he had the wedding and then they went as a family down to mexico. He does this video. You cant tell is he in cabo. There is a tv and fireplace in the background. You dont know that he is there at the beach and having a vacation. Steve maybe if there was a mexican. Ainsley or maybe a frozen drink in his hand on the beach he didnt want you to know. He got caught and now he has released a statement. He said i regret this travel. My fear this travel even having happened during a safer period could be used as some as justification for risky behavior. In hindsight and even though it violated no order it set a bad example for which i apologize. What makes people mad is that they are going on television and saying stay at home, gavin newsom, dont go unless its essential. And then they are getting busted for doing the very thing they are telling you thought to do. Thats why these bar owners down over in Staten Island. All over the place are upset. Because whats good for me is not good for you what these politicians feel like are saying that bar in Staten Island, i wanted to add one more thing. Brian launching investigation into voter groups trying to register deceased or out of state voters ahead of the senate run off takes place january 5th. One of the groups under investigation the new georgia project Stacey Abrams is a key person in and chaired by the Senate Candidate Raphael Warnock. Here with more is Alanna Goodman Senior Investigative reporter for the Washington Free beacon. Now the secretary of state, who is a republican, is interested in voting fraud in his state. Yeah. I think that he has been under a lot of pressure georgia voters are very concerned about voter fraud the powell rally when many georgians showed up. They have been voicing their concerns. And so the governor has to do something. His secretary of state announced earlier this week that theyre looking into four groups. One of these is the new georgia project for Voter Registration irregularities and potential legal violations. This group the new georgia project was where Raphael Warnock who is running for the senate, was ceo until earlier this year. This could pose a big problem for Raphael Warnock in a state where voter fraud is a major concern. Brian yeah, i guess so. Its a major colonel now and there was a problem during the governors race obviously. Stacey abrams still hasnt admitted that she did lose. There is three organizations theyre looking into. The new georgia project founded by abrams. The America Votes and vote forward. There are 23 investigators working on 250 open investigations. And they could be looking at a felony or 100,000 fine. Where do you think this is going to go or is this just a brush back pitch. I think that the Campaign Administration does have to answer allegations what specifically theyre looking into on this and when these when the new georgia project was registering these voters out of state illegally which could rise to the level of the felony in the state. Because warnock was there until earlier this year. I mean, he was serving as ceo from 2017 until this past february. So was he there when these incidents took place . I think that the secretary of States Office should definitely step up and respond to that. We have reached out to them for more information. And so far they have not wanted to comment further than what they have already said on this publicly. I also this new georgia project were under investigation back in 2014 for alleging filing over 200 fraud length ballots. And so this is not the first time that the group has had these issues and warnock has been involved with this group since 2014. So, i think that he does have to answer for this with georgian voters. Brian until somebody goes to jail. And it doesnt seem real. The threat isnt real. Why not take the risk. Heres a statement from the new georgia project goes like this. As georgians, we are turning out in record numbers to have their voices heard at the polls. The secretary of state is resorting to desperate attempts to smear law abiding organizations and scare eligible georgians from registering to vote in upcoming critical elections. We will not be deterred. So game on. We will see what happens. We know that the governor will be on with Laura Ingraham and i imagine the secretary of state is going to be on the guest list, too. And whats really excited about how they are rolling this out, steve, they are going to try to protect Nursing Homes and healthcare workers. I will tell you why i like both of those decisions. Steve, 6 of the cases of covid19 are in Nursing Homes in this country. But 40 of the deaths are in Nursing Homes. And you know how the media spins that. So im very, very interested in protecting Nursing Homes. Healthcare workers if i get the shot i will go on tv and say its safe. It worked for me. I feel good now you get it and also healthcare workers taking carol of people at higher risk and we are getting a shortage of healthcare workers across the country taking care you have covid. Very important two groups to get this right off the bat. Steve absolutely. In the meantime, you know, they told us dont travel for thanksgiving and now theyre saying dont travel for christmas if you can help it. They the cdc has also changed the quarantine rules. Now they say you can end your quarantine on day 10 without testing. Or and on day seven after receiving a negative test. You know, the things they are saying now are different than what they were saying in the beginning, but then again, dr. Siegel, we know so much more now than we did in the beginning. Well, thats true, steve. As i write in my book, all of these reversals and the flipflopping, specifically on the part of the centers for disease control, has spread a lot of fear here. And i dont really think that 14 days remember, if you are exposed to covid how long before you got sick it. Never really made sense for 14 days when you consider the other recommendation which is if you actually have covid, you can go back into circulation after 10 days. So, im glad that they are changing the recommendations, but they flip flopped on masks, on schools, and now on this. We need a consistency here to get trust and confidence in our leaders. And the other point about gatherings is, you know, the biggest problem with traveling is not planes. Study from the department of defense shows that planes seem to be pretty safe if you distance on planes. Its in the airport. Its coming to and from. If you are careful there is no reason you cant be very careful and still celebrate christmas which is hugely important to the american psyche as you know. I made one of your dishes by the way. A total catastrophe. But were going to show it and hopefully the courts in particular, the Supreme Court of the United States will see it. I was standing by the tabulator machines and i could tell most o right away most of e people didnt know what to do when a ballot gets jammed. The tabulators did see the double counting on the jams. I saw that seller times. They would take the ballots that were just scanned and scan them again. But in many cases, brian, its because, you know, i keep hearing people say there is notified. Yet, they have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits of people sworn to tell the truth under penalty of perjury which means if theyre proven to be liars about this, they go to prison. They are coming forward. Is it enough to change the election . I dont know. Frankly, nobody knows because nobody is being willing to get into the details of how many votes actually could have been changed by the voting machine irregularities. The mathematical anomalies. There are just a lot of questions. So, i dont know that it would change it. I just dont know. But the fact is we cant know unless someone digs in to how many ballots were lost in the chain of possession. Thats a big issue. How many different pieces of software were used. We have a number of people with sworn affidavits and i hear people say there is no evidence. Its unsubstantiated. Well, then somebody is lying. Because there is some evidence out there. I dont know how we get to the boss of it, no. Steve we did hear from bill barr when he said the other day to the Associated Press. He said there was no they had not seen systemic widespread fraud that would have overturned the election. But they did he also said that the department of justice did look to see if there had been systemic fraud and looked into the allegation that some machine somehow flipped votes. And they said there was no evidence of that. But, moving on, and brian touched on this a moment ago. Part of the president s legacy will be to make sure that a Democrat Senate does not tear apart the things he has got in place right now. In fact, the president tweeted i will be going to georgia for a big trump rally in support of our two great republican senators, david and kelly. They are fantastic people who love their country and love their state, we must work hard and be sure they win. So, he is all in on going down on saturday night. How much can he help them, given the fact that, you know, his race, he feelings, is unsettled but he would like to help them with theirs . Well it, shows a great unselfness on his support. An understanding that his role is not over. Even if the election is. You will i think it also shows that he recognizes that his duty to the country is to make sure that Chuck Schumer, nancy pelosi, and joe biden dont just run ram shot over the process of our whole country. But anyone who has done this to the people of austin and shut them down but he doesnt shut himself down, he ought to do the honorable thing, the right thing, he should resign and let someone be mayor who wont tell people to do what he didnt do. His message to them was basically let them eat cake. And in his case it was wedding cake. Brian governor, i know there is a lot of responsibility when you are the governor of a state. When you say to these leaders these mayors and governors that have owe preserve restrictions on while they get paid. Governor newsom, the mayor in san francisco, the Assembly Woman in santa monica. This austin mayor. I mean, you have tough decisions when you are in charge, i get it. But, at this point, why should the American People listen to these politicians . Well, they shouldnt. We had over 42,000 duplicate addressed individuals who actually obviously voted more than once numerous things had taken place. One of the things i wanted to talk about here we have evidence of actual numerous instances of fraud. When we are able to match up the data, birth and address and Voter Registration number there are numerous Different Cases of issues that have transpired and one i want to talk about. We actually have a whistleblower who worked United States Postal Service who unfortunately not able to testify because of usps did not allow him to do so, this individual, excuse me, and actual instances of them being told not to do certain things, obviously from the postmaster, you know, from the local postmaster, these are top i we are talking about. I want to focus on the actual hard evidence, brian, because i want to be exact with these papers. We have 19218 nevada voters who have nonnevada mailing addresses. There is another 42,284 voters who voted twice. I want to be specific on that number because these were individuals who have multiple Voter Registration numbers associated with substantially the same name, birth date and address. We. Brian so you are presenting this today, chris, duplicate ballots. Yes. Brian the wrong address, and having said that you are down by about 35,000 votes. Is this going to make up the difference . Look, it certainly can. We certainly have enough astrong enough case to be able to certainly turn this thing around in nevada. We have hard evidence of that between cash for votes. Between the duplicate votes, between actual physical evidence of individuals voting with coming to fake addresses. With coming to addresses that really dont address. We have tons of data and information that substantialically support that information. Brian chris, you will be in courts today you earlier brought up the signature verifications too loose. Nevada was one of these Battle Ground states that just mailed out ballots unsolicited to everybody because it was too dangerous, according to the democratic governor, for people to actually show up and vote in person. Can you understand the frustration of Business Owners and parents, in fact, where their children are not allowed to go to school, in states like new york, where there is so much frustration and it seems like, you know, the restrictions to try to prevent people from getting the covid seems to be keeping people from making a living. Yes, theres a couple things in play. Number one i think the overall majority of people understand this virus is a problem, theres things we have to do to be careful about it and try to mitigate against the risk and theres things that were going to have to restriction and be not be able to do. That said there are some things youre going to have to be able to do no matter what the risk is and one of those is make a living. People have to make a living. They have to work, provide for their families and to do that they need their kids to be in school, and their kid, by the way, also need to be learning. They cant afford, we cant afford to take a year off until we get a vaccine and not learn, so, our job, and Public Service whether its in local, state, or federal, is to provide the resources and the pathway so we can do those things. Now, the second problem here is the hypocrisy. Okay . The hypocrisy of during the campaign, when trump had a rally with a bunch of people, after the campaign, when people took to the streets dancing, in the crowds, tightlypacked crowds celebrating because of biden, nobody said a word, and its the same with the stuff now weve got these people that own a business, that put their whole lives work into it and you got some guy behind a zoom camera on television who gets paid to work from home, lecturing them about how they need to close their business, and not work and not employ people until they tell them its okay to do it, so its an enormous amount of hypocrisy and people are tired of it. Ainsley the denver mayor told people dont travel for thanksgiving and then he flies to mississippi to see his family. You got governor gavin newsom, you know what happened there, the austin mayor told people to stayathome on aideo, turns out that video was recorded down in mexico when he was on a vacation. So youre right about the hypocrisy. And ive heard it said every paycheck is essential. How do you pay your house payment . How do you pay for food for your kids or College Without a paycheck . Its all essential. The biggest hypocrisy here and in places like new york is they arrest someone for trying to work, but then they raise thousands of dollars and ask others to give money to bail out people who are committing arson and Burning Police cars and vandalizing cities, so think about that. Youve going to demonize people because they decide they are going to work but youre going to help bail out the heroic arsonists and looters. I think on the ppp portion of it that goes a long way but its missing, you know, its missing some money and were going to find ourselves if we dont put enough money to set aside enough money in the ppp program then by february or march well have a situation where you have Small Businesses who need it but cant get it because the money ran out so we want to avoid that sort of cliff that we faced the last time. Brian so you want more than 900 billion . No, no, 900 billion is for the total package. The ppp portion was about 200 they put in there. We really need closer to 259 billion. Now, it may not all get spent because understand the only businesses that were qualified this time around are ones that can demonstrate a 25 revenue reduction. Theyve lost 25 or more of their revenue, so weve limited who can get it to the ones who really need it but, you know, a lot of businesses now either they arent allowing you to operate or youre at the mercy of market conditions. Youve basically got political leaders telling people dont go out, dont go shopping, dont eat at restaurants dont travel and dont go here or there so even if they allow you to stay open no one is coming, so youll have a lot of Small Businesses go out of business forever and we should have done it a long time ago and the democrats play political games with it. Steve do you know what, senator , you just perfectly setup the sound bite with your governor. All businesses are open, weve had things like theme parks, beaches open for months and months. We have schools open, we have sporting events, and i think that for me, i think as you alluded to, a lot of these lockdowns have been very in effective. They have huge negative consequences and my view is that everybody is essential. Who is government to say that your job is not essential . I think some of the stuff in march and april didnt work. I think you have to let people earn a living, and its really not even governments role to say who could pick and choose. Steve but thats the problem. In some localities, the people in charge, whether its a city or a state, they are figuring out who gets to win and lose. Yeah and look, its part they like the power and the ability to step in and tell people you cant do this or you cant do that and part of it is if you dont do it as a leader you get beat up and look, i think the perfect example is new york and florida. Governor desantis in the state of florida is often characteriz ing the legacy media as some sort of covid disaster but new york has less people than florida, more cases, more deaths and nonetheless their governor wins an emmy because of his press conferences, i mean this is stupid and the kind of hypocrisy, again people see this stuff and they realize it. Ainsley all right, so, we want to ask you about the joe biden interview with the New York Times. He hasnt even been sworn in yet and hes already blaming republicans for what hes not going to be able to get done. He says exactly how much he will get done will depend to a large degree on two things, biden noted. One is how republicans in the senate and house behave once trump is truly gone from power and the other is how mcconnell behaves if he continues to control the senate. Your reaction . Well, i think a lot of it will depend on how biden behaves is he going to fall in line with the radicals and the Democratic Party that are already insisting that right out of the gate we do the Green New Deal and all this other stuff, or is he going to try to get things done that both sides can agree on so it really depends on what he seeks to prioritize and what he wants to do. But ill tell you its all part of life, getting knocked down and adversity is part of life, and the minute you understand that, and accept it as i would tell the Team Every Year were going to have three crisis this year. Ive had the opportunity to speak with multiple superintendents all up and down the state of california and they really spoke on the Mental Illness toll that its giving on students all across the state. Sadly, they brought up suicides in their own districts and its a real thing thats happening right now. For myself, i know multiple teammates, myself, are finding little motivation in school right now and sports are really what keep us connected and engaged and into our schools and its hurting right now. I know students that definitely wouldnt be in school right now if it werent for sports. Ainsley wow so why is the School Federation and these 10 commissioners why have they decided to do this because you have to weigh out all the risks. I understand the risk of covid but like youre saying suicide, scholarships, what about those risks why are they doing this . One thing that i need, that they should do, what i think they should do is take a look at the 40plus other states that have allowed some High School Activities to go on. If we take a deep dive into that we can find that we have the ability to do this safely. We can follow protocols and sadly, its become such an equity issue in the whole state. Families that had the ability to get out of state before the school year started did so. They did it so their students can play their sports that they love. Families that have the ability to send their students to different states every weekend, i mean, theres hundreds of travel teams leaving the state every week just to play their sport, and why not have that be through a proven School System that has the ability to follow plot o protocols where otherwise they wouldnt be there if we just continue to let the au teams travel teams, and even teams at the park happening and if we let schools take care of it, littletono transmission will occur. Ainsley i know your dad is a superintendent for a School District in california and you all talked about this a lot at the kitchen table, and what is he saying the reason is . One big thing that i want to make sure thats clear is that School Districts want us to play. The move hoping to boost confidence in the planes after they were grounded last year over two deadly crashes. Grady trim bell from our Sister Network fox business is live at the Dallas Fort Worth airport with a look at the new plane. Reporter good morning, ainsley. American will be the first major u. S. Airline to fly passengers on the 737 max again later this month but before they do that they are offering demo flights to employees and thats what we took yesterday. We flew to tulsa, oklahoma, to the hanger where american is storing its 737 max, and that flight essentially felt like any other flight, thats what american, boeing and all of the Airlines Want people to see. The aircraft of course, has had wiring fixes and most notably, boeing updated the Flight Control system that was partially to blame for those two crashes in 2018 and 2019. The pilots of those planes will also receive several hours of training. At the Tulsa Airport where the max has been stored for the last several months, boeing or rather american has been doing regular maintenance on those planes. The coo of american tells us that this plane is safe and its ready to fly again. I wouldnt get on this if the flight attendants and the mechanics said it wasnt safe, id tell my friends and family, id tell anybody its a safe airplane to fly. Reporter united will reintroduce the plane in the first three months of next year. Southwest, the largest u. S.
