We need to have people that start solving the problems. We really have to get to work. Restoring the military funding, while youre asking them to be so much might be a place to start. I imagine they look to a veteran who served in the wars that were still fighting to put them in a prominent position if you are to win in november. But where do you see the threat today . We hear about 911 looking like a big deal to alqaeda and their affiliates. How do you see it . It is probably one of the greatest threats weve faced in
decades. This idea of a caliphate is a powerful tonic to unite jihaddists all over the globe. Were seeing it with americans that are going overseas, other westerners. Its not just westerners. Its coming from all over the globe. We do have to deal with it swiftly. We are seeing some gains in iraq. That is encouraging. They are cutting off some of the supply lines between iraq and syria, leaflets going into mosul. We have some of the Iraqi Security forces making a few gains. When people say no boots on the ground, it was Steve Russells boots that were on the ground or not on the ground. Guys like you and women like you. Having said that, do you think that there is a way to use the Kurdish Forces and the Syrian Free Army and National Army to do a lot of the fighting on the ground and establish a coalition quickly to neutralize and destroy isis . I think if we can unite folks on the idea that isis constitutes a threat to everyones future, no matter what it is, i think the kurds
are probably autonomous at this point. I dont see them enter into a united iraq. Its unlikely. We have to find something for the sunni arabs to unite over. Their choices are alqaeda and isis or no future in a shia dominated iraq. But they do understand, they do not want to live in a future like this. So we have to act very, very quickly on this idea of isis. Do you sense when you say quickly, give me an exact time frame. The president says he wants a plan by friday. Some say hes had a plan and wont pull the trigger. Whats the timing . I think we have to keep Operational Security for one and we do see some good special Operation Forces conducting great operations around the mosul dam in hitting these supply lines and hitting key targets. The president has to be very, very careful that in putting out time lines and putting out strategies, we dont expose our very, very key special Operations Forces that are

What a great person. What a story. What a story exactly. It turns out not true. Family member jumped in and said if its a cousin or nephew or niece, we dont know who it could be. That cant be possible. 911 not called. No. None of the normal happenings that would occur after a rescue seemed to take place. The coach there at usc said this, we are extremely disappointed in josh. He came out and admitted he lied about the entire thing and made it up. Were still not sure what happened to his ankles. He does admit that he fell from a balcony. There has been some suggestion that it could be some monkey business, something crazy, maybe something illegal. His attorney has come out and said that there is no criminal aspect to this whatsoever. But we still dont know what happened. We just know that he made up quite a whopper of a story to try to cover his tracks. But now we know that he was a liar. He sure did. The coach im sure he came forward and admitted this. But he said that although this behavior is out of character for josh, its unacceptable. Honesty and integrity must be at the center of our program. I believe josh will learn from this. Mercy coming from the coach who will need him once he recovers, but also offering a a chance at redemption to this player. Youre just a coach trying to get your team ready and then you got this national story. We thirst for a heroic story so

This appears to be entirely separate from the threat from isis, although it is uncertain whether the increased chatter that some intelligence officials have been talking about the last 24 hours is coming from isis related sources, from alqaeda, or some crossover of the four. President obama received president ial Daily Briefing today at 10 00 a. M. And always includes the latest threat assessment. This as the white house says it is continuing to work to form an International Coalition to address the isis threat. But specifics remain very, very vague. Well what does that mean, root out the cancer . How . I think that as i mentioned in answer to rogers question, the president laid out a comprehensive strategy for dealing with the threat posed by isil. That threat apparently centers around no american boots on the ground in iraq or syria as of yet. Protecting advisors in iraq, also protecting and flying humanitarian needs of the religious minorities there, and supplying the kurdish rebels with arms. The president s critics, Lindsey Graham among them, who spoke to Greta Van Susteren last night said this is a problem of the president s own making. And the 2012, going back, when the president was advised by Hillary Clinton and general petraeus to get in there and do something in syria, leaving that space for terrorists, isis here, to really grow in strength financial complete through their reach. Those that are being recruited daily. Right. So al bagdadi started teaming up with wannabees since Saddam Hussein who was killed. They decided to combine forces and for four years grow their caliphate. Now the point that theyre well coordinated and they can get an infrastructure rolling between iraq and syria. You would think the president of the United States would have enough time over the last four years being briefed, but choosing not to take action, to get a plan together and just decide to do their plan or not do that plan. But it has to include hitting syria if youre serious about stopping this growth. And to do that you need to deal with some of the syrian units who are fighting against assad and against isis. But the units on the ground said we have not heard anything. We have the intelligence to give the americans to do something, but no one is even asked what to do. The question is, does the president have bad advisors who are unwilling or unable to put together a cohesive plan by the ends of the week, or is the plan in front of him and as some insiders are saying, the president not decide to go implement that plan. I think its choice b. The pentagon is always ready. They see threats, they get it from the c. I. A. And they start working on a plan. The president and his administration, however, for years have been living in that fairy tale world that okay. Osama bin laden is dead. Alqaeda is on the run. Theyre not. Theyre j. V. Remember . all his war cabinet trying to convince the president its time to strike isis. Not just in iraq, but also in syria. But the president not ready to pull the trigger. So theyre going to have another meeting later today and apparently the purpose of the meeting is simply to convince one man to convince barak obama that this is the thing to do because for some reason, hes not willing to go over that invisible border between syria and iraq because as jen tsaki says, there is a big difference. Iraq, they invited us. Iraq has invited the United States in to help address the threat from isil. We have undertaken a range of strikes, as you know, and we have a broad comprehensive strategy. I believe its a political motive obviously. The bad thing is it makes our everyone in our country so complacent to not be able to pick up on signs that something, another attack may happen, which is inevitable and will happen. Why are they down playing it . We see this Youtube Video just last week where they cut the guys head off. Its real and theyre coming after us. It is real. Unfortunately. I just think it goes back to not wanting this on his presidency or his administration during his term. And its unfortunate that way because its still going to happen regardless. Were not going as proactive as we should be and were going to become another reactive 911. So in other words, hes got a choice. Good morning. Good morning. So were going to get right to it here. First email is from jay in washington. It says this mom passed away in 2002, survived by husband, not my father. They owned a house together. He occupies it presently. I found a will drawn up in 1981. Im an executor and it leaves personal items to me and my sister because of the date of the will, is it still legal . Lets break this down into two areas of the first most likely the house was owned jointly by his father and mom. So as a result of that, the husband is going to get that particular house because its survivorship. No need for probate, nobody has any claim to that. Now the will. Now you look at it, you say, is this valid . Yeah, it could be valid but remember, there is a theory in the law that if you have an existing will and then lets say one of the people die or get divorced and they get married, part of that will could be revoked. So what they need to do is they need to get a lawyer to look to see as to the validity of the will or maybe after this will was done, they got a new will, a new trust, and that revokes all prior documents. So i think what he needs to do is go see a lawyer, have them review the time line on these wills and then inquire with the husband, hey, were there new wills done or trusts done, just to see what rights they may have in the course of their lifetime because a lot of these personal property things i bet they were given away to somebody during their lifetime.
