But they also know that they cant stop everybody. I dont know if you even have to pay for asylum. That depends if we can get there. My dream is get through the border if we could. Then it went to 6,000, now reports were getting from the interior minister this morning its over 7,000 of hondurans, guatemalans and some mexicans. Well, what we believe is going to occur and what they say will likely happen is there are some buses that theyll try to get on, on their way up to tijuana, what we were told today. Not the Rio Grande Valley. There is the train. Some will take the train. They consider him armed and dangerous and urging the public to exercise extreme caution if they encounter him. Maynard faces charges of aggravated assault and felony murder in connection with the death of Police Officer an twoin tony. He was shot responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle near a middle school in the snellville area. Thats a suburb about 25 miles northeast of atlanta. Listen. Shots rang out and the responding officers returned fire and one of the officers dragged officer tony to cover. The vehicle fled the scene and crashed a short distance away. A second suspect was behind the wheel of that getaway car and he fled on foot. They say he pointed a gun at another officer who encountered him while searching the area. The officer opened fire but did not hit the suspect and he fled into a wooded area. Later on marshals brought him into custody and he faces charges of aggravated assault. The other suspect, maynard, who remains at large a swat team searched nearby buildings and took out a search warrant on a nearby home but found no sign of maynard. He had been with this Police Department just shy of three years. It was his first police job. Sources say many other people are going around this Processing Center and around this process that the u. N. Has set up to try to head straight to the u. S. Border. For people to make a claim of asylum but taking aim at those people who only seem to want to get to the United States tweeting sadly it looks like mexicos police and military are unable to stop the caravan heading to the southern border of the United States. Criminals and unknown middle easterners are mixed n. Ive alerted Border Patrol and military that it is a National Emergency. The president said if large numbers of migrants are on track to head to the United States border, he will shut it down. Listen here. This is the result of a mish mash of immigration laws that we have been trying to fix for a decade. The democrats have seen the mish mash of the laws as an advantage to them. They see that they are losing their voting base of labor and they are hoping that immigrants coming into the country through the southern border will provide a new voting base for the democratic party. They have even organized lawyers to go down who understand the complexity of our laws to meet these groups and to work them through the courts so that they get an opportunity to be released on their own recognizance and then they disappear into the country in the u. S. And so the democrats, as the president has pointed out, are really exploiting this issue and these poor people. Sandra will this generate enthusiasm for the gop vote . Im not sure it will generate more enthusiasm than the kavanaugh situation did. But there certainly is a rising enthusiasm amongst conservative voters in the country. They are looking at this gathering of 4,000 to 7,000 people coming up here and they understand that it doesnt happen spontaneously. It has to be organized and logistic put into place. Somebody has to spend the money to gather them. And they are suspecting the coalition of democrats and the sorosbacked groups are very much behind this and it is creating anger. I think if you look at what was the Traditional Democratic base of labor around the country, i suspect the democrats are going to be surprised when a lot of these folks again as they did in 2016 vote republican in 2018. When you entice people to come to this country and have weak immigration laws, thats what happens. These people are at the mercy of criminal organizations who dont care about them at all. Saudi arabias foreign minister telling fox news in an interview his death in istanbul earlier this month was a tremendous mistake by a rogue unit and not authorized by the crown prince. Around 2015 when things started getting a little strange we said okay, now we have the makings of a movie that an audience can connect with and then you get tell all the fun parts. Sandra you are being applauded for the authenticity of the film. You were the producer and star of this film, gerard. How did you get the access to really produce this what is being seen as a very authentic film . We went to the navy and basically showed them the script and said here we have a movie that allows an audience to claim incite into submariners and see how talented they are and the warriors they are. For the navy it was a great opportunity for them to be able to help us. A Beautiful Partnership to make it feel like a big, epic movie that an audience can understand what incredible people they have. Sandra that was something for them to work with a star for you. What was it like making this movie . Incredible experience. We went for three days on a Nuclear Submarine to give us a taste of what it might be like. They did all the drills as if it was really happening. We took all that and put it into the film. Sandra one thing i heard you say is this movie is filled with surprises. Premiers friday. Dont give anything away. What surprised you the most about making the film and going through the process . I think its that even though we wanted to bring the heroism and show have access into these kind of deep, dark spaces, i think what really is said were surprised and what amazing men are down there and how much they drill and train and how courageous they are and how so much of that is unheard and unseen. They really are the unspoken heroes. We came away truly moved and inspired to do a good job in this movie to shine the light on them.
