It is a massive body of water that is behind the grand floridian resort area. It is a manmade beach, theres sand and theres a shallow entrance and that lets out into a bigger body of water and i dont know exactly how many people would be in that area at that time but again, people are vacationing, theyre relaxing, families are out there thinking their children are just enjoying themselves and then kids love beaches and thats the reason why they are made there.
