The concerns about the senate are that we have 23 republicans who are up and only a dozen democrats so absolutely you have to focus on that in the margin is slim right now. The president was key to point out that if the democrats take control of the senate, that Chuck Schumer will change the rules on day one to make it harder to get things done in the second trump administration. In my new book about the law i talked about how the federal governments primary job is to protect the citizens religious liberties and fundamental Constitutional Rights. Sandra it so what do you think we eventually will see happen here as a churches fight for their rights to enter the doors . I think religious services and practices are discriminated against, then that you will see a lawsuit against the state of california and enforcing the law in the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of california so if they can go to a supermarket and socially distance and follow best practices they can also worship according to their religious faith following the same practices. So obviously a lot of this was left up to the governors at the state level. Note that the order that we put out today will allow for Counseling Services and, they will allow churches to meet more broadly as offices but for the congregants thats a few weeks away. Not months but weeks if everything holds. Sandra so while they are allowing for some services as far as the physical congregation as far as people going into the churches, we are a few weeks away on that will be lumped in with hair and a nail salon openings, Movie Theater openings and that is essentially going to be stage three. And that social distancing will take place as well. They should be a house of worship to have services, not just Counseling Services but to have actual religious services. According to again come at the phase two protocol which include social distancing and all of the Safety Measures which would be employed. We cant afford to have our economy shut again and if we have another outbreak, if we have a large scale outbreak, economy will be shattered either because our elected officials decide that is so or because the market dictates that because people just simply wont come out of their houses.
