>> welcome back to "the big saturday show." two very different parenting styles are gaining momentum. first is child autonomy which lets kids make their own rules. one couple shared how they run their household saying, quote, we believe in child autonomy and enabling kids to take governance of their life, make their own choices and decide what what goes on in their life rather than dictating to them. this doesn't mean no guidance, it's just about involving them in the decisions. then there's the idea of no kid zones, should we ban unruly kids from some public places like restaurants and museums. you know, as the one person missing children on this entire panel, i guess i'm going to hand this over to you. >> i think the mom would say i'm not the one person raising them, i'm one person raising them least. listen, kids gave me a purpose in the life. they got me out of -- my son got
