just to recap for people and ppe try and connect some dots here, what we were told is that the suspect was trying to e leave the united states. t they were arrested at jfk by b agents with homeland security specifically customs and border protection. authorities are telling us bo that they believe the suspecton. was the person who bought the suv, the pathfinder for cash sv just about three weeks ago. ou they believe he was the w individual who attempted to park the vehicle in time tim square. emphasize -- [no audio] it isuiy moving very quickly. it is moving because the bomb did not detonate. of there was a wealth of forensic information contained in the suv.f it included dna and hair haisame samples and it allowsriti authorities to pursue a number of leads.y what the attorney general said i inry clearly is thes investigation is onve going.ey e they are aggressively gathering intelligence and a that they are pursuing a number of other leads.ui a n reading in between the lines, led he did not say that they thinkot they have wrapped this up. wrapi what he is suggesting is there are further tenticles they are exploring and he specifically referenced overseas andnt intelligence relating to overseas, and that's that's con consistent with the guidancewe g afteot late this afternoon, that the evidence was leaning toward of overseas connection.ss what that connection is atat this time or to a group or anr individual, we don't know. ts c >> what is the connection withwe pakistan? we are learningg pakistani dissent, phone calls made to pakistan. >> certainly what grabbed the attention of investigators is dissen this suspect had been in pakistan for several months in >> r what we confirmed he recentlyhee returned to the united states.ms separately we understood this afternoon that investigators were going through phone records of a small pool of suspects, and that there wasof at least one overseas phonend call which had peaked their interest.ued we have not confirmed thated tht phone call was to pakistan. we are told it was an over seas phone call. a but you have to look at the three areas or hubs that counter terrorism officialsri describe as existing or emerging threats to the united states.th there is a tribal area of pakistan. there is yemen which is home het to the american-born cleric who was linked to the attempted christmas dayclic bombing as well as the shooting at fort hood in november and the final pocket is in east africa and that is somalia. an an an -- an al-qaeda grouph n there is aggressive in recruiting. i am not drawing conclusions as to where the connection mayim be. i am just telling you that pakin is pakistan is one of the three hubs that counter terrorismee officials see as growing or existing threats to u.s. national security. >> thank you, katherine live for us on the phone. we also have steven hayes who>> is a fox news contributor and senior writer for the weeklyaze, standard. join he is joining us now by phone. p thank you, steven, for beingthe with us in the middle of the night. >> no problem.o prob >> we are learning now thathe the suspect will be in courtt s today. i assumewi hllere b in new yorke city.ci what will happen next in youryou experience, steven? >> that's a good question. and remember when the deristmas day bomber was apprehended he was detained briefly by customs and border a patrol agents and then interrogated and read his miranda rights which i'm sure all of our viewers remember caused quite a bit of continuef verse see. now, eric holder,. the attorney general defended that in a letter to congress and said it was consistent with the long-established and publicly known policies andhe practices of the u.s. the justice government, the fbi and the what justice department and what have you. but many critics of the administration suggested that by interrogating mujtaba and reading him his miranda rights, the united states might have lost available intelligence information. so one of the real questions tho that we are looking at now is whether he will be mir ran how diesed and exactly how they wndle it. >> what strikes you as -- does anything stand out after you-- watch eric holder's statement? we will play that in a minute, but anything stand out for you?yo >> i just echo what juan and katherine have said.lear it is clear this is a fast-moving investigation, andtu i think when you have somebody apprehended in this short turn around, whatever else happens fm from this point forward, it is b clear there have been fantastic police andas investigative work that hasaken taken place in a very short ver period of time that has t allowed them to detain this individual.. what also is interesting isl le that we will learn a lot more a- i suspect we will learn a lot more about exactly the kind of intelligence that you and katherine referred too,w with respect to phone calls and and contacts withh international organizations.s -- you know, i am now speculating and i want to be clear that if am speculating.en if we have evidence that came into knowing that evidence so quickly that he had been in contact with these outside b groups that my guess is that gr, it was more than one phone call here.ne c there's probably a moreere isbal substantial body of evidencef ec connecting him to either a of variety of groups orlsside individuals outside thery country that raised these red fs flags for us. >> right.erine well, katherine was saying he went to some lengths to try to o cover his tracks by payingcks cash for the suv, the license l plate was stolen, the windowsdow tinted. however, more than 48 hours after the attempted bombing in times square he is just trying ' to leave the country out ofryuto jfk airport. i mean, of course authorities are going to be there and f looking out for this guy.catewas how sophisticated was this plot?l. >> well, it's hard to tell. you herd janet napolitano describe the attempted bombing e as amateurish.ng as evt everything looks amateurish until it works, andul then the second it i works it it brilliant. you can have plots that are -- a that are relatively car unsophisticated, but once they are carried out you don't care about the level of you h sophistication. you have other bombers in the de past that have done the kinds of things that he appears toapp have done, leaving through an airport in new york city.k there wra -- there were members of the 1993 world had trade c benter attack that were detained by the fbi, interrogated, appeared by cooperative, released by the fbi fbi and then flew out on their own from airports in new york city. he so we've seen this before.hy d >> why do you think the attorney general, eric holder, went on with this in thedlef t middle of the night? >> i know there are some i the reports that the information was reported before the obama administration wanted it to be t reported.or t i think it is important for the attorney general to get -- o describe to the american people, to have people waking up tomorrow morning or watching this t tonight and see that he is inhar charge, that theatiois o thministration is on top of this. i think just from public appearances perspective, you want to show the country thathat he's on top of this, and thatsta the mistakes they meed -- they made which many have acknowledged if not the administration itself, theis mistakes that were made in thek christmas day attack won't be br repeated here. i'm hopeful for that.or >> all right, well, steven, ste thanks for being with us. w >> you bet.s. >> you're welcome. a short time ago attorney general eric holder released a t statement. y if you missedou it, let's go's back and replay it for you. >> earlier this evening, on fizel-shahod was arrested.l, a the american citizen was taken into custody at jfk airport in k new york as he attempted to board a flight to dubai. the fbi, prosecutors, intelligence lawyers in the national security division ofs n the justice department which dep mr. chris heads and the attorneys offices in manhattan and connecticut along with the police department have worked yr night and day to find out who was responsible for what wouldso have been a deadly attack had it been successful.athe over the course of the day we received additional evidence that lead to tonight's arreste y that was made by agents by the department of homeland security of customs and border protection. is onnvestigation going. our a as are our attempts to gather useful intelligence and we continue to pursue a number ofd. leads. but it is clear the intent behind this terrorist act was to kill americans. fbi agents are working withocal state and local counterparts and other jurisdictionscase. related to this case. coordina we are also coordinated with members of the nationalo security team to ensure that we use every available resource the nation has toto bring anyone responsible toe t justice.eads we continue to gather leads intd the investigation, and it is important where the american people remain vigilant.ilt. the vehicle in times square was first noticed on saturday by a citizen who reported it it to authorities.s, as always, any american who notices suspicious activityt to should report it to thew appropriate law enforcementnow,a agencies. as i have said, this investigation is on going. it is multi faceted, and it is m aggressive.s as we move forward, we willd, wl focus on not just holding those responsible for itbt accountable, but also on any obtaining any intelligence about terrorist organizations overseas. nature o because of the fast-movingi nature of the investigation, i f not able to make any y further information public at this time.ubat t but the american people should know that we are deployingepng every resource available, and we will not rest until we have p brought everyone responsible to justice. >> that was attorney generals eric holder releasing that statement.older probably about 40 minutes ago ms at the justice department. we are being told the defendant will appear in a manhattan federal court on a pearl street at an undetermined time it says says, according to the ap on formalor charges at some point, today coe he will appear in ort could. we will have that for you andbro bring you the information as we get it.ews brett behr is our correspondent in washington, d.c. are you learning anymore information? t >> the associated press statentc statement comes from a statement just issued by the by u.s. attorney's office for the southern district of new york fr th and the fbi and the new york yok police department and it is what the attorney general said about the arrest and about theue suspect and he was a u.s.an citizen born in pakistan andat taken into custody at jfke airport after he was identified by customs andborder border protect -- protection trying to take a flight to dubai. he will appear may 4th,eralrt tomorrow, at federal court innh. manhattan. this is a big win no matter how you look at it to be ableo to bring this suspect in for the new york joint terrorism u have task force. you have a whole bunch of folks, folks including the new york police department and the fbis n and customs. imagine if you have stepped up surveillance and stepped up sed screening at jfk, you have thousands of people going throug through there.h and tod be able to get to everything to come together to be able to tighten the net enough, to get this guy before t he got on the flight to dubtt eight is pretty impressive. that's one of the reasons the w attorney general was out talking about that. i just want to say that justhis, as the attorney general said, rnr this statement says the investigation remains very much on going. they are emphasizing many i times how this is on going and continuing. >> do you think they will try wy and make an example out of examp this individual just to send a message to other individualse tp that have this type of thing in mind? nd? >> i don't think there will be a lot ofth -- listen, everyone talking about this clearly t -- says that the attempt itself was to kill americans. the evidence is pretty strong. i so if this is the guy and theypa can pinpoint -- they have a way lot of ways of tieing him, d fwh -- dna, hair samples and perhaps fingerprints to the so -- to the suv, video, it is going to be a strong case if if they have all of the ducks in a row on this.d to but that he wanted to kill americans and that carries in-- and of itself a strong pebble -- penalty. >> eric holder says he plansll to hold more suspects accountable if they are found. u thank you, brett, live in this washington. as we just mentioned, it is tuesday morning here on the n east coast. it is almost 2:15 in the morning.th the suspect will be in court on wednesday. we were saying he will be in court tomorrow. y for you folks on the west wst coast, he will be held inrt court on wednesday.on on may 4th. 4 we will take a short break and we will be back with more information for you. this is a fox news alert. i'm ansley earhart. a federal authorities arrested aun suspect in connection with theqr bomb scare in times square. the suspect identified is a u.s. citizen of pakistanial dissent we are being told, arrested trying to board a plane to dubai at jfkce international airport. are we are being told that he was ae arrested at 11:45 on monday night and believed to have recently returned from a tripec to pakistan, purchased the the nissan pathfinder used in saturday's attempted bombing, shophased that reportedly from a repair shop in connecticutned and somehow connected through. craigslist. a short time ago we heard from r the attorney general. he says that americans need to be very vigilant, and barack tss obama spoke about this situation on monday.ittle a short little brief statement from him. l let's take a listen to that. >> i want to commend the work of the nypd, the new york fire department and the fbi which responded swiftly and aggressively to a dangerousion. situation. i also want to commend the vigilant citizens who noticed the suspicious activity andnd reported it to the authorities. >> now, dr. michael boden is a fox news contributor, knows a lot about these types of about investigations. doctor, tell us what yourio history is with these types ofrh investigations and how you t think they found this guy. >> i was involved with the first world trade center attack and second centers for airase control attack and bombing episodes and crashes in the past 40 years in the new york area. one of the things that struck me as eric holder was speaking was the seem less cooperationerl between the federal, state anda, local police agency which hasag not always been present in past multi-agencydes investigations. this really boweds well for ay theture, the w are agencies are working together. i the other thing we can remember is the forensic fensi evidence may not only identifyre one person, but it may be more person than one person. a moving around the pro propane tank, the gasoline containers and the gun locker that was there and all of the different wiring and the police will notice it better of more than one person. it may be more than one person needed to set this device up u so the police have afhi tremendous amount of things to work with. is i think there is a forensic similarity to other bombings as mentioned.failed the failed detonators in the shoe bomber and the under wear bomber. a number of situations including the use of propane gasoline fertilizer. lots of ways to make explosive devices.ece, having propane and gasoline is similar to theater -- attempted theater bombings in l the london theater district inst the past few years and thegow glascoe airport so that there seems to be a lot ofehat suggestions here that it is more than one person. they have -- they may have dna and fingerprint evidence of that right in the car, but i think the police agencies have agen had wonderful, mutual g cooperation that will be good from now on.we >> thank you.udge he can tell us more about theus, legal process.e one of my co-workers at fox news.ju wha what happens next? nex >> the next thing that willhe happen has probably already started. by the way, good morning andrt thank you for all of the work you are doing on this. a as the information is comingit in bits and pieces, i'm sure the person that has been arrested is being an tear get to interrogated has a right to remain silent and has a right to ney, battorney. if he is willing to speak, helle is probably -- he has probably been told the more information he gives the government, the easier it will be for the prosecution of him.en, a dr. baden is on the mark. the government would like to know immediately if othersus were involved.d a if they are still in the u.s., t it is the case to arrest themrs if they are here.rrt the significance of otherse. being involved affects the penalty. p for example, if it was aas conspiracy, meaning two orr more people planned this, then the penalty for conspiracy is ie the same as the penalty for a crime as if it had succeeded which in this case would beposst life imprisonment withoutct possibility of parole. the practice tau cal tee ofs looking for other peoplead because there may be other badod guys out there who may need to be stopped before they can do this again, the more they can learn from this person that they have arrested, the easier it will be.reat and the governor has had great success at talking about theper. wisdom of cooperating. >> how do they do that? >> well, they inform them accumulated against him, of the likelihood of conviction of the certainty of life in prison and of the distasteful nature of his life and theyr offer a cooperation deal whereby if you assist us, we will inform the judge of this and that will be taken intoithra account.eally it really does work. the government gets deals forad people, even bad people, in to order to extract informationhem from them. an example is the azazi casehic in which he pleaded guilty to attempting to bomb then't subways.n he hasn't been sentenced yet, but he will get something lessam than the maximum because of the cooperation he provided p the government. the cooperation at this level,ge at this stage of the case, ansley, is extremelyause important.ther there may be others at large who once they leave the country, it would be veryy difficult and costly to arrest., if they are still here, i ite mr would be a simple matter ofng tn ind fooing them and arresting them. >> so what happens when he goes -- when he is in thein federal court. we are being told -- according i to the ap we are told he willedu be in federal court on may 4th which is wednesday. >> normally the law requiresgher you be booked before a judge within 48 hours. that particular law is different in all parts of the t country. in new york it is 48 hours. >> now i am being told -- scpiews me for interruptiing, but i am being told it issd. tuesday. the wire says may 4th, but now we are told it will be be today. >> well that's the preferedl,ha' procedure. fedel to bring the person before a federal magistrate judge within 24 hours of arrest. they will have some chargesand v against him and will have ine evidence to justify the crges charges and he will be assigned a lawyer, and then the pro success of negotiating t between the lawyer and the federal prosecutors will begin. some prosecutors actually prefer to deal with a with a defendant defendant's lawyer than with the lawyer's himself than with the defendant himself because of language problems and because the lawyers p' understanding of the systemillis and willingness to explainxactly exactly how all of this works. >> and does the lawyer have toas take the case? one? or can they pass on it saying guy? i don't want to represent thispy guy? >> he will probably be assigned from a pool of lawyers who are federal public defenders meaning they are i employees of the government. in a case like this, believe>>he it or not, they would be climbing all over each otherwill to get this case because of the exposure and notoriaty of the case and also to demonstrate their skills inroteg protecting his civil liberties and his rights as a l defendanta so i would imagine thatbe de assignment would be made sometime before his appearance in federal court.ourts federal courts don't allow television. even though we will all be down at the courthouse in a few hours, there won't be any television cameras in the allow courtroom.ons so we won't actually see him. but we will be able to interview whoever his attorneym. is and who will know little ofew the case. >> thank you for joining us this morning.ttle >> thank you, ansley. swa if you are just joining us, the suspect was arrested in the attempted bombing therehe in times square on saturdaywe ae night. we are gathering information, and we will take a short breakni and we will be back. this is a fox news alert. i'm ansley earhart and if youki, are just joining us, federal authorities arrested a suspectad in connection with the bomb scare in new york's time square on saturday night.quare the suspect is now identified ni as shizad, a u.s. citizen of pakistani dissent from the wasrs connecticut area. he was trying to board a planeio heading to dubai.he is he was believed to have recently returned fromm pakistan and then purchased athd nissan pathfinder suv offigsl ta craigslist that was used in saturday's attempted bombing. now, a short time ago eric holder released a saint saying american -- a statement saying n americans need to be vigilantle' and barack obama released a statement on monday afternoon.nd let's take a listen. wrk o >> i want to commend the work of the nypd, the new york fireb, department and the fbi which responded swiftly and aggressively to a dangerousus situ situation. i also wanatt to commend theiti vigilant citizens who noticedios the suspicious activity and reported it to the authorities. g i just got off the phone on d h the way down here with mayor bloomberg to make sure that are state and federal officials are going effective tiffly.nsu statre take the steps to make sure the state and localartnhave partners have the full support and cooperation of the federal n government. >> that was barack obama on loua sunday in louisiana. oil he was there for the oil spill and gave a statement about the suspect and what happened in times square. now greg jarret, we got you out of bed and you got down here. y out what's your reaction to all ofwt this? >> it is no surprise to anybody that since the bomb. failed to detonate, failed to explode there was a wealth of to evidence. it was inside and on it. ind in the end it was probably the vin number, the vehicle identification number, which was actually stamped on the engine because it had beenehi removed from the usualt location near the driver'socal side. with that vin number they then traced it to a connecticut manao who had actually sold it to andt individual who paid cash. and so it was very easy to actually do the trace on it, and then it was only a question of locating the o individual who had paid cash. in the end it appears to have p been this man. there was also other evidencecoa they could have used to trace the evidence to the citizenevenw who has now been arrested.ur it is not that surprising that roughly within 48 hours theywere were able to get their handsn on the guy they believe is behind this failed bombingbing attempt.ttempt. >> what do you think this says about the suspect, greg, andfact the fact that he was trying to leave the country through jfk airport? he had to know -- you wouldink have think he was known he in would get caught there.? we have been reporting on that a all day that they had extra h security there.securi and you had to go through twoe. different measures to get on a plane and this was an international flight. was in addition, if it was t connected to the taliban i'm sitting here thinking, it wasn't a suicide bomber which is dmormly what we -- normallyht what we see in these s situations. >> almost immediately on websites that are monitoredoror for claims of responsibility, a pakistani taliban groupth claimed responsibility for this. there were some doubts about that and it was expressed early on by officials they weren't sure they had evidence to that affect.ef the commissioner saying he hadvc no evidence connecting it. now it is curious that this individual is although an american citizen, he was naturalized here and of pakistani dissent and has t close ties to pakistan whichic is probably one of the reasonste aiy they were able to nab him trying to leave jfk airport. iao it is evidence that will be used against him. lawyers call that flight as consciousness of guilt. f it indicates he was trying tos o get away with a crime.it but it is going to bey interesting to see how thise. plays out, whether indeed there is a pakistani, whether on, whether he was trained in afghanistan orrain pakistan by the taliban orta b other terrorist elements, that ths yet to be played out. but it is certainly one of the scenarios that the federal government will be looking the into as well as judge napal ton know -- napolitano pointedd out, there could be othersr that helped him. heav the gun casing locker is very wh heavy and filled withtwo o fertilizer. it may have taken a few moreinto people to lift it in the poi. nissan path finder. t >> good point. you are talking about then,th pakistani connection and whether or not there was one. hv we have a terror analyst onox the phone with us. in your experience, what do we think? terro are we tralking terrorist ties here? >> well, first of all you have a press released issued by the so-called pakistan taliban.ba you had a few months ago ago a series of threats by these leaders on the one hand, and then you have the suspect basically who is from pack --sce pakistani dissent who was going there which is the case to take refuge.ds he may have had some supportge. over there. but the most imminent issue isit to get information about thehe possibility of having otherposst evidence. that is the most imminent issue.mmine others may have helped him toped put the car bomb together or bom who may have scouters who are basically still in the city ore. the united states. >> it is greg jarrot. we are accustomed to hearingin about terror suspects beingpe trained in afghanistan, in somalia. in me o what about in some of the mountainous regions of pakistan? >> well, basically if indeedereu this is the case, there is noibr doubt the taliban or any otheri organization would select a u.s. citizen. i mean, that's now becoming a sy reality they would prefer to go freely in new york and elsewhere. and at the same time, have most likely, if this is the case and in that time there t are all those areas and out of f there basically, he may have b e been instructed.oo it is too early to see that, but these would be the projections. >> would our government haveiduo been on to him earlier? would he have been on a watchf c list because of his ties to pakistan? fr just returned from apparently a 5-month trip there, and though he is a naturalized american citizenhasa and reportedly he has a wife pa. in pakistan. would those have been the kinds of things that would have put him on a terrorism watch list? no. >> no, no, greg. be this is the case of not justt thousands, probably hundredsds of thousands of individuals with regard to pakistan or anyy other country in the region. there are many u.s. citizens who have their spouses one orer other side of the atlantic. ocean.ne the one indicator would have been him being involved in a i previous activity, terrorism, h radicalization, but the fact he goes back and forth toakistas pakistan is not the issue because of so many people who travel to pakistan. >> walid how long would he hav have to be here to become a american citizen? >> it all depends.ehat we don't have that got information. nat how he got that naturalization , being a spouse or every three years or every five oth years. we have to look at what the at government is going to provideon us. >> well, with youren informatiot and your experience, after ur watching eric holder'sol's statement or listening to thattt statement, what comes to mind? any red flags there? >> i think at this point in time it is a victory for u.s. oe law enforcement on the one hand. we have to be very -- this isime a benchmark. this is how the taliban orther other united organizations, orgh how they intisend to pursueo attacks against the united u states. we have to be attentive from now on. >> thanks for being with us. we're gonna take a short break . and we will be back with more information. this is a fox news alert. i'm ansley earhart.m ains if you are just joining us,fedeu federal authorities just arrested a suspect in connection with the attempted bombing in times square. he is a u.s. citizen, of pakistani dissent and we have team coverage in the newsroom in new york city.ws fox news awnchor greg jarrets joins me. h. now we are talking to tal different individuals and getting more information juan a williams is a fox news contributor and we will be talking with him about thela latest information. imati juan, what are you learning atat this point?? any new information? >> what we know is what wehear heard from eric holder, the attorney general, about theinvet continuing investigation and i think the key here is that he said this investigation now goes beyond the borders of then united states and the question y is where does it go? there was earlier denial of taliban claims of responsibility of this attempted attack in times who i square. so the question is, if it is not the taliban, who is it? we are questioning the idea that there may have been support for him. he did not immediately attemptw. to escape the country and so therefore where he is gettinge t support it is what ind could of job he had and how was he able to purchase the vehicle with money?oney and so we have various arms of what the attorney generalgel called an aggressive aggresive investigation both here in the united states, in connecticut, in new york and now overseas. >> juan, it is greg jarrot. s the washington post came up infi with information that ison fairly revealing. apparently the federal officials have alreadyeral obtained international a telephone records between the suspect and others outside the country. the implication is in pakistan. investigators uncoveredve evidence, a piece of paper,s fingerprints and it points to il an individual who causes concern to investigators whoto h has overseas connections and they are now looking for him. the overseas angle does not necessarily mean al-qaeda or taliban, but given the claimdit of credit early on, that's the direction the authorities would be looking.e? true?reg, >> yes. what we are hearing is the suggestion that there may havetr been some support mechanismtecha here in the u.s. so was he acting on his own? apparently not is what we are picking up now.se ithe apparently there is something else in the water, and that ofr, course raises the threat ofrt some sort of sleeper cell. i don't think from what we know so far that anybody would identify him as an agent of al-qaeda or the taliban. the question is whether or not he is one of these people who as we saw in the case of theri christmas bomb goes into some sort of training camp andom uma comes out with the idea andut wh training that would allow him to attempt to as he did in times square, load the vehiclexp with explosives and obviously easily obtain the explosives, of some of which turns out weren't really effective.ilizer the fertilizer was not explosive. but did he get that training and was he able to get help here in the united states to pull it off? those are the questions and in the hours and days ahead, likely questions ahead. o obviously a huge breaking news event.ve. the american citizen citi naturalized but from pakistan, arrested in connection with a failed bombing plot in newes york's times square. a quick break and we will be right back. this is a fox news alert. aim ansley earhart. we are here in the newsroom in new york talking about this major breaking news. breaking news is that shizad was the suspect arrested on nig monday night at 11:45onnec t connected to that attemptedd tiu time square bombing on sat saturday night.. at the jfksted airport trying to get on a plane headed to dubai. y now, new york senator chuck schumer had a statement about it. let's take a listen.om >> this was the work of a does professor bomb maker, but it does show whether it was professional or amateur, they look to go to new york. so and so while i'm glad that pledg president obama has pledged federal assistance in theign, w investigation, we also need the administration's full support for current efforts by the nypd to protect new yorkers from deadly terrorists. attacks. >> now apparently according togo the washington post, authorities are looking for another individual because for they have a piece of evidence ei that may include fingerprints.es it connects to an individual they are concerned about.s js waledpharess joins us now ands what do you think of others who may have beenth associated p with this failed bombing plot,pr and in particular those who may have been in pakistan. what is the likelihood of thatof in your judgment? the >> well, the actual failure of the operation, the bombing operation lead to the era now. the initial wealth of information we were talking about, because of that, they are going to produce an even a wider pool of information. because they are tieing to leave and because he was trying to go to a particular de destination, now we will bento involved with the pakistaniswh t or others to get information on who is he going to be go meeting? who will he take refuge if hgood that is the destination. to >> and i have to cut you>> short. we are up against a hard break.in they have seized internationalty telephone records between the suspects and other individuals, and that may be r r the source of some of the best t inidence of all. well, stick with us if you will. the news is sti a man has been e arrested. a it is in connection with a failed bombing attack in times square on a busy saturday night. i'm greg jarrot with answerly earhart. we will be back with more of our live coverage.
