>> well, the first woman's name is ginger lee. former porn star who now is into stripping and dancing. her relationship started the same way as the other woman. she contacted the distinguished gentleman from new york, over twitter. and facebook. and finally she wrote back. they started a conversation. most of it for about a year's span of time, being some politics, some sexual-type conversation towards the end it did get nastier and more sexual. the most interesting part of ginger lee is the fact that at the end we the story broke in the press, he had the audacity to start to team her how to lie. the most unbelievable thing to see a politician writing to some person teaching them, here's what you say so no one will understand that the true is something else. let me write you a statement that you can send to the press that's total not bs and not true, but i'm going to send it to you and believe me, they will believe what you say. >> greta: did she supply you e-mails or any sort of records so you saw with your own eyes? >> i actually have a copy of all the back and forth e-mails between anthony weiner and ginger lee. and in the e-mails, like i said, they start from a while back many the most important ones, that i think are from last week after the story broke. and specific information about the press and about this whole story. one of the most important ones being him saying to her, do you think that you need a professional pr person to help get you advice? and then says i can have somebody from my team contact you? huge line to cross if he used congressional staff to call this woman and help spin the media to tell false stories about their relationship. >> greta: the second one from vegas. tell me about her. >> her name is lisa weiss. same scenario, she contacted him on facebook after seek a speech where he's very passionate about a certain subject. she con tagses him. they start talking to each other again about a year relationship. goes from politics to sexual stuff, almost right away. >> greta: how did it get that way? did she explain? how do have a conversation with politics, she said it wasn't sexual but raunchy. did she tell you how they turn that corner from medicare to raunchy or whatever it was? >> it is interesting. i was reading, thinking the same thing you are asking. when i looked, the specific moment when it went from that to this is they were talking about dressing up like cape crusaders and going to fight the gop. they were talking about what they were going to wear this is a joke. all of a sudden it is like. well are your tights tight? then it is like what's in the tights? it spins the other direction and starts getting sexual from that point forward the e-mails get raunch as they go. it was a political conversation about fighting republicans and it went straight, merged into the sexual background. from that point it got way worse. she never was contacted by him after the story broke. but very, very similar conversations. >> greta: did either one of them get pictures? >> no. both were to the point in their conversations in the last month where pictures started to come up. send me a picture of you. you send me one. >> greta: woo kind of pictures? -- what kind of pictures? i can say send me a picture. nothing weird or funny. certain pictures that are weird or funny, creepy. was there a discussion about the creepy ones? >> the specific pictures with ginger lee which she thinks she was supposed to get are some of the ones that you guys have seen in the media of his underwear, him with his shirt off, that sort of stuff. she thinks they were bun for her. with lisa weiss it was her telling him, i'm in a sexual situation with my boyfriend. i'll take some pictures and send them and vice versa. he will conduct some sort of sexual act and send the picture to her. she never received them. just the conversation in the last month was, let start sending each other pictures. they both never got any. >> greta: are you on -- are there other women or is this where -- where are you guys in your investigation? we know what the story is. we know what he did. the guy lie. he brought reporters back in the hallway. when he knew he was lying. came back outside into the hallway, lied again. nancy pelosi and the democrats ought to show a little bit of leadership and get in guy out of town. he's a representative in the greatest country on the face of the earth. and the democrats should show some leadership and tell the guy to hit the bricks and go home. that's what nancy pelosi promised she would do. obviously, debbie wasserman it and someone needs to. >> is there a difference with david vitter he's on a prostitution client list. is that different? >> i don't know if it is different. i'm not relitigating the david vitter situation. >> greta: listen i think everyone gets his turn. there are a lot of members of congress up there. tomorrow a be your turn where you have some errant republican. you see scandals on both sides of the aisle. if i were -- nobody has asked me to runny party. it hurts the democratic party if he -- if he doesn't resign. you have all your arguments again him. do you want him to resign? >> i think he should for the good of our country. he think he should get out of town. i think it is the right thing to do. true leaders of the democratic party should exhibit a little leadership. and ask this guy to resign. i think that it is the appropriate thing to do. i don't think you can have a guy -- this has been high drama for now 10 days. of lying and running around and making up stories, lewd behavior. you just illustrated the first eight minutes of the show -- who knows what else is out there. >> greta: congressman cantor has asked for his resignation. why do you think speaker boehner has not? >> i'm not sure. i think the nrcc has been clear. they've asked for the donations to be returned. [ artis brown ] america is facing some tough challenges right now. two of the most important are energy security and economic growth. north america actually has one of the largest oil reserves in the world. a large part of that is oil sands. this resource has the ability to create hundreds of thousands ojobs. at our kearl project in canada, we'll be able to produce these oil sands with the same emissions as many other oils and that's a huge breakthrough. that's good for oucountry's energy security and our economy. >> greta: what was in the trunk of casey anthony's car? garbage or a decomposing child? everyone wants to know that answer. in court today jurors heard from one of the canine handlers in the investigation. depend -- the deputy testified that one of the highly trained k-9's alerted officers there had been a dead body in the trunk of the car. judge janine joins us. she was in the courtroom today. good evening. tell me what happened today? who won, who lost? >> it didn't start out as a good day for the prosecution when they had to call back the forensic anthropologist to identify it was a wrong piece of evidence. i think the winner today was the four-legged witness who didn't take the stand. but the foundation was laid for the admission of cadaver dog evidence. and that basically that a dog who was trained and certified, hit on casey anthony's trunk. he got very examine sighed from the passenger's side of the car when he went in through the door. and then put his paws in the trunk. indicating and corroborating the evidence of six other witnesses. cindy, george anthony, dr. vass the tow truck operator and the k-9 handler. there was a dead body in the trunk. period. end of the story, no question about it. >> greta: except you and i tangled about this before. the reason the dog made that identification today they didn't need the anthropologist, forensic anthropologist who testified yesterday with some sort of silly death sniffing machine apparatus that he had. having been called back today he looks silly. all right. does the defense -- is the defense saying there was no dead body in the trunk, it was garbage? if so, how does the remains get from the home six blocks to where they were discovered? >> well, the question is, where exactly did caylee the 2-year-old die? we don't know. there is rumor and not yet testimony there was a big fight at the anthony home on the night of june 15th, caylee and casey anthony left. 31 days later the baby is missing. only as a result of cindy anthony, the grandmother saying, where is my granddaughter? everything that has been presented so far on the part of prosecution, and though you think it is overkill is part of the piece of the puzzle which indicates this body was in the trunk of the car for a significant amount of time. enough that it was decomposing. the car stunk. it was the smell of death. everybody knew it. and then the baby ended up having its body, you know thrown away like garbage five blocks away. >> greta: has there been a determination of cause of death? in theory, she could drown, accidentally, be put in the trunk and have someone -- have a young person panic and the body decomposes. i'm not saying that happened. i'm saying in theory. have they made a determination she died from tape over her mouth, smoothered, drowning or whatever? >> you and i tried enough murder cases to know if you find only the skeletal remains there is no way for the medical examiner to say what the cause of death is because he can't analyze tissue many -- there's no lungs to see if the kyle drowns. defense benefits from the passage of time. we know it want a suicide. we know this was ly a homicide. -- this was clearly a homicide. a 2-year-old didn't die of natural causes. you know as well as i do these cases can be powerful. they can be very strong. you've got a young girl. there isn't enough evidence yet to show the behavioral evidence that searching for chloroform on the computer at a time when neither george no cindy were home. the evidence is there. you can claim the martians came in and kill her. and we can't disprove it. the issue is, what rings true to this jury. and they are listening. >> greta: they are going to hear a lot about the accused behavior when the child was missing, which is not going to be helpful to the defense. judge, thank you. always nice to see you. of course none of us is going to forget saturday night 9 p.m. right here on fox news channel justice with judge pirro. don't miss it. >> coming up, you go inside the anthony family home hear from cindy. does she think caylee drowned? >> rick sanford rum is making it official. he want -- rick santorum is making it official. he wants to be your president. he has six competitors. what is his strategy to come out on top? he goes on the record, next. [ gnome ] it's go time. . >> greta: did caylee anthony drown accidentally? that's what casey anthony's lawyer said in court that caylee drowned in the family pool and casey's father george helped cover it up. originally she said she dropped her daughter off with a babysitter. in 2008 cindy anthony took us into their home and the backyard and showed us the pool. key to the defense. >> i specifically asked them to check around the pool area. just in case maybe an accident occurred coming out of pool. normally, we don't leave the ladder on. i know caylee is not here. if she would have been here, we would have the ladder off that was a habit. i have it up now because i was in there yesterday trying to clean out the leaves, because i want to keep it clean for when caylee comes home. >> greta: cindy talked at length about the pool and ladder. we were told that the ladder was on june 16th, the last day that your husband saw caylee and you had seen her father's day the day before is when you left the ladder was off. you came back the ladder was on the pool. is it possible there was a terrible accident? >> i don't know. we did look around the pool area. that was one of the things that i had talked to the detective earlier on. think an accident could have occurred? they checked out that area. i was worried last year when caylee wasn't sure-footed on the steps, we always carried her up. i was worried about slipping. it is a steep ladder. and we always made sure there was all two adults many that you would hand one off. this year caylee was great climbing the steps. we had a routine down where she climbed a certain level and we were sure-footed on the ground before we took her. so there was no slippage coming down those steps. i still was concerned, what if? the one thing i'm sure of, if there was an accident why would casey want to hide something? she would be calling 911 frantically saying something has happened to my daughter, can you come help? there's a lot of drowning victims that come back. i had a close friend years ago her daughter drowned. and they brought her back and she was fine. it was several minutes before someone came and was able to rescue her. i don't think, you know i'm pretty sure that there was something like that, that happened. i'm pretty confident. there was no evidence of any hitting her head, bleeding or anything like that around the pool area that was something that they never hit on that area. the dogs never did. and the sheriff's department assured me everything back there was perfectly fine. so there's no signs of any day day anything like that, no vomit, they checked the filter. just things like that. you would want to look at. i'm pretty confident that did not happen. >> greta: in terms of the ladder, i understand your husband george, saw caylee and casey about 1:10 on the 16th. >> 12:50. >> greta: and left and returned and the ladder was up on the pool -- >> actually, i know for a fact on the 15th, i took the ladder off the pool. just habit. caylee and i were the ones swimming. casey said it was too cold. when caylee was ready to come out. casey took her and when i got out i took the ladder off. two days later, we i came outside, after work, it was later in the evening, i went out, as i normally do to check on the pool level, the chlorine level, things like that and let the dogs out the ladder was on pool. i asked my husband if he had cooled off, he had been doing yard work? when i went around the gate had been opened that the first time that we had kids or whatever coming in possibly, you know, there's neighborhood kids summertime, they know there's a pool there, that could have gone in. i asked him if he had opened the gate or whatever? we had not locked the gate, at that time. after that incident we started locking the gate, at that time it kind of frightened maybe -- me that somebody would come in and us not home. when you a pool you have that ladder you can takeoff. you also have a gate around the pool for safety. so that kids can't wander in. >> greta: you don't assign anything to the ladder? dr. baden's wife is a former member of the defense team in this case. good evening dr. baden. first chloroform. why is that of any significance if found in the tkwrpblg >> it is ubiquitous. present in many household products and in the manufacture of rugs and things. i think dr. vass yesterday said there was a huge amount of chloroform in the testifying. fbi toxicologist who has better credentials than dr. vass said it was even less than the normal amount of chloroform. i think the chloroform, so far, will -- doesn't appear to be an issue. >> greta: the defense and prosecution -- prosecutor saying a dead body was in that car defense saying the experts are wrong that the dog is wrong. it is a curious issue. how in the world did the remains get from the home six or eight s to where they were found? it had to be transported somehow. hard time understanding why the defense is fighting that one. your right. somebody could have carried the child around the corner, it want so far away. but i think as far as the odors go, there are seven, eight people who smelled the odor of human decomposition. that's not correct. they are smelling a foul odor. a very foul odor. but in my 50 years of doing autopsies on decomposing bodies, going to garbage dumps, i've never soon a dog or human identify a human decomposing body when there are other smells around of decomposing meat and decomposing other garbage. >> greta: what do you make of this forensic anthropologist who testified for the first time ever that he can determine a death smell? >> i think you are right in your comments earlier. that's not true. i would disagree wholeheartedly with that the only other time his machines were used was when they dug up charlie manson's area a few years ago looking for bodies buried previously that his machines and technique proved that there were bodies under the soil there. and they dug deep holes and didn't find anything. >> greta: if i were the defense i would have been thrilled that was put in the evidence because would it give me an appellate issue. one thing was stunning we the defense tried to cross-examine him about a financial from in this machine and needing to have it qualified in the court, the judge cut him off from showing bias. i thought the judge handed a gift to the defense that was unwise. because bias is always relevant. that was a gift to the defense. >> one thing with judge pirro, you can tell from skeleton remains whether somebody drowned. that's by looking for die tomorrows in the -- for die tons if the bone marrow. i don't know if that was done. >> greta: the trial isn't even half over, thank you: >> thank you. >> greta: hear the latest about senator rich santorum. he wants to be your next president what is his plan to win the gop nomination? let's ask him. he joins us. good evening sir, congratulations what is the strategy to win the white house? how are you going to get the nomination? >> well, here i am. i'm in des moines, iowa where it stars. straw poll coming up in august. caucuses in february. we are working hard been here more than any other candidate. we had a great day today. we had town hall meetings, radio interviews. working the diners. just out here. i started at 5:30 this morning. i'll be up again at 6:00 in the morning. just working hard. that's what pays off in tates like iowa they expect to see the candidates. they want to find out who they are, meet them face-to-face. it makes a difference and we are doing well when we do that. >> greta: you mentioned straw poll, there was a straw poll at a barbecue in new hampshire. you number one, 36%, next in line was ron paul at 11, pawlenty 11. at least you have good news in new hampshire. now, in the iowa des moines register tonight the headline is: quoting you, don't pick romney, pick someone you really like. did you say that at one of your house parties tonight and what does that mean? >> i said you don't have to pick the favorite. i didn't say -- i said you don't have to pick the favorite. i made the case that republicans always pick the favorite. that historically in presidential elections among republicans the guy on the top of list gets the nomination. i said this time you don't have to do that. you have a chance, i think race is wide open. and you can pick who you think is the best candidate. and it is not a fait accompli. not a hit on mitt romney. saying in the past election cycle in 2010, a lot of folks who were the favorite didn't end up winning the primaries. because the electorate has changed. it is not just who is next in line. but who has the best chance of winning the election. >> greta: the republicans have to make a decision. what is the main difference between you and governor romney? what policy issue would you say separates you? >> clearly, the biggest one has to be obamacare. and his support of the massachusetts health care program. and the individual mandate. not just the individual mandate, the idea of how do we reform the health care system? i believe that america was founded because this fundamental belief it believed in free people. that people if left to be free could solve their problems and using the market system and capitalism that we could create innovation and solve problems better at the local level. solve them by trusting people and institutions on big government. when governor romney in massachusetts went along with a government top down system to make sure everybody has insurance and what insurance they are going to get, i think it violated those fundamental principles. similar to what president obama did with obamacare. i understand the states can do this. i believe governor romney is right the federal government can't. still, the principle is the came -- is the same. it is a fundamental difference how i believe government should act. >> greta: 30 seconds left. you are quoted in this article as saying iowa is critical. you think you should phase out the ethanol subsidies in five years. major stink bomb in the state. >> the people here, ethanol has gotten a bad rap in the sense people say it can't be competitive. i've learned a lot about the industry. they've made tremendous strides. it is a very efficient way of producing fuel. i know people say you are crazy subsidies it would go away. watch, the subsidies are going to go away. ethanol has turned the corner technologicallism they are going to survive -- survive this and did well. i think what pawlenty and i propose will in my case more so put them on a path to make them sustainable over the long term. >> greta: thanks, you got to get up early, thank you senator. >> i will be out the road again. thanks greta. >> greta: donald trump sounds off about weinergate. he says something good came out of political sex scandal way can be good about? you know donald trump he isn't holding anything back. >> many people have been asking me about anthony weiner, the congressman from new york who had big ambitions and wanted to run for mayor of new york city. the fact is, i know him very well. he called me all the time looking for campaign contributions. it would never stop. he would give me all sorts of phone numbers. fortunately, i don't think i ever call. the fact s anthony weiner is a bad guy. he's a psycho. when this came out, i was not surprised at all. i watch him in interviews. i watched him on television. i hear what he had to say. you could see he was like a boiler ready to explode. little did anybody realize, especially me, that he would get in this kind of trouble. i thought that his career was so important to him. the fact is, what he was doing was more important or probably he just had a death wish. when you watch the interviews he did over the past week, it was incredible how much he was lying. could you see it when they asked is that your picture? and he didn't want if give an answer. the fact is, he lied. he cheated. he was as bad as i've ever seen. i don't know what this guy was thinking to do all of those interviews and now having to recant. he's a liar. he should never, ever be allowed to run for office again. what he's done is incredible. and what he's done to his family is truly a shame. the fact is, one thing good came out of anthony's mess. i'll never have to give him campaign contributions. and that's really wonderful. >> greta: well, we think it is safe to say donald trump probably won't be campaigning for congressman weiner's reelection next year. >> spirit airlines cashing in on the scandal. the company unveiled what it calls the weiner sale, referring to hot dogs. promo goes on to say fares too hard to resist. the promotion offers flights as low as $9 each way this is not the first time spirit has entered the scandal. in 2009 spirit ran an tiger sale after tiger woods fell from grace. >> finally some may be shocked by weiner's sex scandal. not everyone is shocked that the 20 one-year-old who sparked the -- that the 21-year-old who sparked the scandal is involved. she was the photo of the congressman in boxer briefs. guess what she was voted in high school?
