did the prosecution out lawyer them? is scott peterson where he deserved to be? >> i don't think they were out lawyered at all. o >> i thought they were at best starting at trial they would have another district attorney in and the prosecution stepped up a lull bit. certainly the defense out lawyered the publicity in the case as we all know was over the top. the effect it had i would always answer that. that changed the venue from modesto to red wood city in my opinion wasn't enough. it should have been moved down south somewhere like los angeles. i know publicity would have followed it but the jurors down there weren't as involved as the jurors up here. >> did scott peterson kill laci peterson did he kill their unborn child? >> the jury came back with a guilty varied i respect that. yes, he did. he stands convicted he's on death row. >> what about the possibility that he will be executed. seems to michal cal is kind of repulsed by capital punishment these days although they keep sending people to death row. >> keep in mind they are talking about taking a person's life. california takes 20, 21, 22 years before we get there. it should take that long?
