killed over 2,000 people in haiti. it was closer to port-au-prince in the capital where the population is. there's still plenty of small towns in the area, haiti, one of the poorest nations in the caribbean infrastructure is certainly difficult and because of that poverty people don't have really kind of the means to protect themselves. we are going to get a lot of information coming out here to see what kind of damage this will have. now keep in mind, take a look at our map here. this was originally 7.2. i think they are getting reassessments, down to 7.0. lots of shocks continuing to happen. in fact, over 6.0. so still a lot of earthquake energy happening across parts of haiti. they had tropical storm fred that moved through there just a couple of days ago, fred by the way for us some time monday
