is to blame. full scale criminal enterprise in homeless camps and they don't have the power to stop it. >> rich: dan springer is live in seattle with more. >> unfortunately, portland, a beautiful city has been turned into the set "the walking dead" show, and minus the zombies, of course. but this city has 100 homeless en campments, and inside are the remains of stolen cars. people who live and work nearby tell us they have seen stolen vehicles brought into the homeless camps on a tow truck and in a few days they are completely stripped and it goes on out in the open. the car owners' pain is the impound lot's gain. we spoke with the owner on the north side, he's taken in on average six stolen vehicles every day, and he can spot the ones coming from the tent city chop shops a mile away.
