The ones who are in default, the servicing companies, they didnt just put them in default right away. They spent a year getting in touch with them and saying between 200 and 300 timemes ove the years, letters, emails, texts and they never get any respse and as people are prioritizing their other debts, ththey have a car payment, rent everything else, prioritizing it over the Student Loans and feel they dont have to pay it.
