Again, fbi director james comey announced they have searched Anthony Weiners computer, his laptop, theyve looked through all of those hundreds of thousands of emails somehow, in a rather record amount of time for the government, right . And theyre not going to prosecute Hillary Clinton. Meanwhile, donald trump barnstorming across five battleground s hillary hits three including a rally in philly with the obamas, bill and chelsea. Connell mcshane in philadelphia ahead of tonights big event, adam system row in florida shapiro in florida, blake burman in North Carolina where new polls show just exactly how close this race is, and jeff flock in ohio, a state every republican ever elected president has won. Were going to to get to all of that in just a moment. But first, fbi director james comey shocking everyone yet again, this time saying the new investigation into Hillary Clintons emails, its over, and no charges will be filed. Will this news stop trumps momentum, or has the damage already been done . I mean, im not going to be indicted is not exactly the greatest campaign message, right . Joining me right now, Fox News Contributor ed rollins and trump surrogate, carl paladino. Carl, your reaction saying, just kidding. I think his words were very carefully couched to talk about the emails and not necessarily the other issues that might lead to some problems for hillary, including the, her foundation and other matters. I think he was very careful trish in other words, theres other stuff there. He was trying to balance the situation out a little bit and show the people that, you know, he hasnt formed any major conclusions trish but hes saying, look, im exactly where i was. Right . Well, on the emails but not necessarily on the question of the foundation and the activities of the foundation. Trish okay. So lets talk about politically how it plays out in the next 24 hours, ed. It certainly was seen as an advantage to donald trump when this announcement came. Now that comeys saying, okay, well, you know, effectively just kidding, thats sort of how it feels, how do people react to that . What he said initially is there are documents in there she should not have put in there, the classified documents, what have you. What he said yesterday was they were all kind of duplicates which means there still were documents she shouldnt have had in there, and the mere fact that they were in anthony wieners computer who has no clearance whatsoever shows you again that there was stuff out there. I think people who this was a big issue, the trump supporters, what have you, are more intense than ever to think the sysm, as he has said, was fixed. This was the attorney general, the Deputy Attorney general and the president himself who didnt want him to do this. I think the president took two shots at him this week, and he rolled over and played dead. Trish do you agree, the pressure had to have been intense from the president and all those in the white house, including the democratic party, to say, hey, careful here, why dont you reconsider . Yeah. Trish yeah. Absolutely. Trish and thats what happened . Possibly, we dont know to the American People right now, this is total confusion. Trish yeah, you know, i think james comey, he hasnt done himself any favors here, carl. And in a sense, you have to get to the real core of what this election is about. Its a movement, as donald trump has been saying. My better word for it is revolution. This is an upheaval of the middle class in america upset, angry and finally finding a leader who says what they think, okay, about the treasury, if you want to call it, of the elitist class in washington and how theyve abused the middle class and forgot about them and didnt bring them along. And the suffering that these people are going through. Thats what this election is about. Its a lot bigger than these candidates. Trish okay. And thats whats motivating trumps base to come out, and its going to come out really strong. Trish i hear you. The last time we saw this kind of uprising would have probably been the campaign you ran, ed rollins, ronald reagan. Tell me how things very similar in 1980. You had an incumbent president that was very unpopular. They went out, the establishment went out, both republican and democrat, and didnt want reagan initially. The democrats basically thought they could beat him easily, they spent an entire campaign trying to tarnish him saying he wasnt safe, he wasnt this, he wasnt that, even though hed been the governor of california or two terms. For two terms. He took jimmy carter apart and asked the question are you better off than you were four years ago, and fundamentally, the country said, no. All of a sudden, landslide came about, and he won 44 states in a landslide by 10 . Trish okay. But he was, you know, on the day before election leading in the polls. Were looking at donald trump trailing right now. Its close, but hes trailing. Is there a difference though between then and now . Sure, theres a whole lot of things that are different. Theres a more angry electorate out there. We have cable television, thousands of different ways of communicating, we have twitter, we have all kinds of things. Back in the 80s with a traditional kind of campaign. This is a revolution, as carl said here, and my sense is a lot of angry people feel the system is not working, and he is the agent of change. And i think this whole comey thing tells me that they meaning the clinton people were very worried. And as i talk to people i know that are democrats, they are very concerned about this race. They dont think they have it won yet in spite of the poll leads, and our side basically thinks were in good shape. Its going to be an interesting trish and, karl, tell me carl, youre there in western new york where people have felt firsthand the results of companies relocating. I mean, its a struggling economy there thats trying to reinvent itself, but its been very challenging. Donald trump is really speaking to these folks. What needs to happen in this country in order to really start to grow this middle class and grow places like where youre from . We need donald trump to get elected, and and then well start growing. Because the establishment has been holding us back. Theyve been sharing us with this Global Attitude that they can control a worldwide economy, a worldwide peace, if you want to call it, all this nonsense that goes on in the heads of theorists. Its not going to happen. Weve got to get away from it. We have to get back to the basics in america. We need jobs, we need to protect our borders, we need a fair trade agreement, okay . Where were not taken advantage of by anybody. Thats what donald trump is advocating, and hes winning the hearts and minds of Middle America in doing that. Those people are going to come out strong for him. In erie county, the last time the county went and won, okay, a president ial was richard nixon, okay . Where they went for richard nixon. That was back in the 70s. Were running at 64 right now for donald trump. The democratic crossover on the side of progress rather than on the side of more taxation and more playing games with the progressives and their elitist attitudes about things. Trish its going to be an interesting one to watch. Thank you. Thanks. Trish good to see you. A little levity today. Donald trump at a rally in florida accepting a donald trump mask from the audience. You see there [laughter] even making a joke about his hair. Watch. Nice head of hair, ill say that. [laughter] [cheers and applause] thank you. Trish early voting in florida setting new records today. More than half of all eligible voters have already voted in this critical state. Thats nearly six and a half Million People, and every vote is going to count. As the polls show these candidates virtually tied. Adam shapiros in sir sea toe sarasota, florida. Hey, adam, how is it going . Reporter hello . Trish adam, its trish. Can you hear me . Reporter i can hear you now. They got the button fixed. [laughter] let me tell you whats going on in florida. Heres whats happening in florida right now, we just got a speech from donald trump. He spoke to the a crowd of about 5,000 here in sarasota. His last stop in the sunshine state, but this is a key state. This is a pivotal state. This is the key state because 29 Electoral College votes, you know, the analysts say whoever wins florida will win this president ial election. Now, part of the message donald trump gives to his supporters in addition to draining the swamp that theyre looking for greatness for the United States is the opportunity for these supporters to vote at the ballot box and deliver justice. Heres how trump puts it. Hillary clinton is the most corrupt person ever to seek the office of the presidency of the United States. Hillary clinton is being protected by a totally rigged system. And now its up to the American People to deliver justice at the ballot box tomorrow. Thats whats going to happen. [cheers and applause] reporter so let me give you the numbers without any queuing or, you know, lining up to play this out. You decide whats happening here. In florida 6. 4 Million People have already voted, thats more than 51 of the registered voters. In the nonaffiliated vote numbers, this is where this election will be decided in florida, 1. 2 million have cast a ballot. No way of knowing if these people voted republican or democrat, but what republicans will tell you is that it leans republican. Voting by mail, republicans have an edge, 1,047,000 have returned ballots. In the early voting, this is where the democrats not only have an edge, but are breaking out. They have a 153,000vote edge over republicans as of this morning. Democrats, 1. 57, almost 1. 6 million have cast a ballot at a polling station, republicans, 1. 4 million. One thick to keep in mind one thing to keep in mind, trish, as i throw it back to you, Palm Beach County should be leaning democrat, but its underperforming. The democrats arent turning out in the numbers they should in palm beach, and that could be a bellwether for the rest of this state. Trish all right. Adam, thank you very much. All right, in a sign of how important pennsylvania has become, both candidates will be making appearances today including that big rally with the obamas and the clintons tonight. At one point this state was part of Hillary Clintons firewall of states with a 9point lead she had just less than a month ago. Shes now up only by 2. What has happened . Connell mcshane is in philadelphia. Could pennsylvania go to donald trump, connell . Reporter well, yeah, two or threepoint lead, trish, youre or right. Its really tightened up. I was just listening to adam in florida, quite the contrast in pennsylvania. Theres no early voting here at all, so everything has to happen tomorrow which Hillary Clinton was reminding her audience in pittsburgh where she appeared earlier today in front of speaking to more than 3700 people there. Said get out and vote, you have to do it tomorrow. Now, the clinton campaign, want to show you some video in the suburbs yesterday, they are relying on organization, volunteers showing up, getting their packets with the addresses and the doors they can go to, going door to door, getting people out to vote. We just received some new numbers from the campaign. They say they knocked on more than 1. 3 million doorsusin this state just this weekend. That compares to about 500,000 the weekend before. So thats what theyre relying on. Donald trump, meantime, is relying on the enthusiasm that he gets from his large rallies. We saw him in hershey, pennsylvania, friday night, hell be back here this evening as well, at least in van stomp, to make scranton, to make a run at it. One of the things that comes up is how much tension this race has created in neighborhoods and even in homes. Watch this. Yeah. This was a neighbor i really liked, but we were kind of having a nice discussion on my lawn yesterday, and i finally had to say, okay, lets cut it, because it can get pretty heated. It almost seems like the countrys almost becoming to a 50 50 point. Friends are tense, arent talking, are angry at each other. We have weathered three election cycles in this town before, and its never been remotely like this. It makes me sad for our country. Reporter yeah, people are are worked up, trish, as you know. Were standing in front of Independence Hall in philadelphia, and that event you were talking about with the obamas and clintons and even jon bon jovi and Bruce Springsteen trying to get out the vote. Trish all the stars. Thanks, connell. Youve got a big rally on your hands with the dow up 348 points, s p up 43, nasdaq up 116, actually doing the best of the bunch, 2. 3 , all on the heels of the fbis decision not to bring criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. Our own lori rothman is standing by at the New York Stock Exchange be, and shes got a look at all the action. Lori, good to see you. Investors breathing a big sigh of relief here . Reporter absolutely, trish. And really the reversal in sentiment once it was announced that clinton was cleared by the fbi was instantaneous. Obviously, the news, of course, came out sunday afternoon and markets have been way up in a classic relief rally today all session long so far. You are looking at the vix. As we know, this is the fear index. Well, it snapped its longest losing streak ever winning streak, i should say. It was rising. And today its now falling down as you can see over 17 . So calm has returned to this market. And youve got a riskon situation which means your typical safety bet, gold, is selling off. Down at my last check about 23 an ounce, nearly 2 , and that is weighing on the gold producers. Look at that nova gold down almost 8 , similar story for harmony gold. Back to you, trish. Trish thank you so much, lori. Tightening polls laying out several paths to victory for donald trump, but there are several mustwin states. Our own kennedy is here with her electoral map, a magic one. Shes going to lay it all out for her next. See you here. [vo] is it a force of nature . Or a sales event . The season of audi sales event is here. Audi will cover your first months lease payment on select models during the season of audi sales event. Trish despite media dismissing his chances, guess what . Donald trump, turns out he duds have a path to 270, a few of them actually, but hes going to have to flip at least one state currently leaning towards Hillary Clinton. Kennedy has more on trumps path to 270. Hows it looking . Its looking improbable, but its still possible. And, trish, i think we need to start with florida. Its always a wonderful place to start your vacation and the electoral map. It seems as though there is a onepoint difference between these two candidates in the sunshine state. That means anything could happen. Ive already given virginia to Hillary Clinton. Im going to give georgia to donald trump, because im giving that way. I think because he has the slightest of leads in North Carolina, that may also go his way. Anytime hes got a tiny advantage, i will give it to him, not so much pennsylvania. Were going to hold off there. New hampshire, it seems as though its too close to call, again one of those razorthin margins. So lets head out, because donald trump also has comfortable sitting in iowa. The glorious marching band leader here, thats how we learned it oh, no, were going to go back to the democratic side. Were going to hit the d and give wisconsin back to Hillary Rodham clinton. And i think that she also takes colorado. Were going to press the r and dash peoples hopes and rain on their parade as i hit the r for reset to republicans. There we go. The map is very tricky. Sometimes you have to tickle it and buy it a few drinks before it does exactly what you want, and i think thats why i love it so much. Arizona goes to trump. Nevada. Now, nevada is firmly in the tossup category in a lot of different places you look, including foxnews. Com. But im a betting woman by nature, so im going to and give that to the donald. What does that do . That means hes got 265 electoral votes, and it all hinges on a place called pennsylvania. So what are we going to do there . No one really knows whats going to happen, but im going to go ahead take the big gamble, im going to give that to donald trump, that puts him to 285 electoral votes. I dont think thats going to happen, but i do like the way it looks, and its fun to pretend, and Hillary Clinton can go ahead and take New Hampshire which puts her at 282, and that is mathematically impossible, and thats why i love this map so much, because it doesnt respond to algorithms or logic. Back to you, trish. [laughter] risch president bush all right. Kennedy, thank you very much. Donald trump barnstorming across five battleground states including my home state, live free or die territory, New Hampshire, where things are very tight. Also North Carolina. Weve got live reports coming to you from manchester, New Hampshire. The state hasnt bonn gone republican in over a decade, donald trump currently with a slight edge. Trish live free or die New Hampshire getting a whole lot of attention today as president obama is set to hold an event there this afternoon, and donald trump is going to be holding his big prime time event there tonight with mike pence. Thats happening at 8 p. M. Quick programming note, i am here with you tonight at 9 p. M. Right after lou dobbs for a special edition of intel, 911, ill see you then. You know, New Hampshires a state that keeps flipflopping in the polls with trump having currently the slight edge going into tonight. But New Hampshire hasnt always voted republican, in fact, it hasnt voted republican since 2000. To our own peter barnes is on the ground in manchester with more. Peter, this is an interesting place, i mean, not just because im from it, but i do watch it carefully in part because of that. But this is sort of libertarian, live free or die, small government territory, and yet perhaps because of the influx of so many liberals from massachusetts, its really started to shift in recent years. Whats going to happen tomorrow . Well, youre right. And barack obama carried this state two times, the last two cycles, but to my friend kennedy and my friend adam shapiro, i say about florida, au contraire. And i know, trish, that you agree with me being from New Hampshire yourself. New hampshires the most important state. You know the scenarios, youve seen them run. Trump takes florida, trump takes North Carolina, trump takes pennsylvania and a couple other places, he gets to 266, and what does he need . He needs the four electoral votes in New Hampshire to get him to 270. I think New Hampshire, like you, trish, im sure, is the most important state in this election cycle. But we are here outside of the southern New HampshireUniversity Arena where trump will be tonight. We see the satellite trucks already lined up for the big event. The arena holds 12,000 people, so weaver expecting were expecting a big turnout for him. Were expecting the standard stump speech, and you have heard it all day today as he has been making his way across five states. Hillary is crooked and drain the swamp. Back to you. Trish okay. My contact trish things we have heard before. Peter, thank you so much. And, yes, thank you for that New Hampshire plug. I agree with you, actually, its going to be incredibly important and one to watch because it really could go either way. Anyway, donald trump is going to be taking the stage there for one of his five rallies today. He was just down in sarasota, florida, hes about to speak in raleigh, North Carolina, key as is florida, as is New Hampshire, a number of these states, pennsylvania. Hillary clinton is also scheduled to hold a midnight rally there. Its a state that, you know, at this point its kind of hard to predict because the latest polls show hillary taking a small lead. But on average the lead has actually been in trumps favor. Let me go to blake burman whos outside the rally, and he joins us with the latest. Hey, blake. Reporter hi there, trish. Donald trumps not even on stage here, and this is one of the more energized crowds that i think we have seen this entire election cycle for trump. Hes expected in about 15 minutes or so. I guess thats probably the case, because the election is just hours away. [cheers and applause] i think you can get a little bit of a flare of what were hearing in here. This is the fifth stop in 12 days for donald trump in North Carolina. He sent mike pence here yesterday. Hillary clinton will be here tonight. She closes out her Campaign Later tonight in raleigh, and she sent her running mate, tim kaine, into raleigh again earlier today. Gives you an idea of just how important they feel North Carolina is. Here with part of the message from kaine in raleighing just a little while ago. We call it check mate. We feel like if hillary wins North Carolina, shell be president. We really feel that way. And we love what we see in early voting. Of course, we take nothing for granted. Reporter the latest polling here, trish, out of North Carolina comes from Quinnipiac University earlier today showing Hillary Clinton with a twopoint edge. The polling averages have trump up about a little bit more than a point at this point. Its all eyes to tomorrow, though, to see what happens out of North Carolina. We expect trump any moment here now inial eeg. Raleigh, back to you. Trish well be monitoring and watching that when donald trump takes to the stage so, everyone, stay with us. Were going to be heading back shortly. Wikileaks, meanwhile, releasing another batch of emails from the Democratic National committee revealing new evidence of media bias, this time at cnn. The emails, they seem to show collusion between appropriators there and the dnc reporters this and the dnc. And this comes on the heels of what we already knew about cmn and its collusion, seemingly, between the dnc and its network. Weve got these emails, and were reporting them for you next. Theres a lot of places you never want to see 7. 95. [ beep ] but youll be glad to see it here. Fidelity where smarter investors will always be. If only the signs were as obvious when you trade. So while the world keeps searching for healthier were here to make healthier happen. Trish fresh evidence of media bias today, wikileaks releasing new emails from the Democratic National committee showing what appears to be collusion between the dnc and cnn. The Democratic NationalCommittee Research director asked people to submit questions that wolf blisser should wolf blitzer should ask donald trump, anchor at cnn. Ed henry has been combing through all of these emails, thousands of them, working around the clock, and he joins me now with his finding. Hey, ed. Reporter you know, youre right, more dnc emails as part of this latest leak, suggesting that the dnc was digging up information to give to cnn and then, you know, either attack donald trump wit, hit him with it in an interview. Cnn has been pushing back and saying, look, that these were not the questions, whatever the dnc submitted, that wolf blitzer ended up asking, and we dont have the actual questions, so theres no way of checking that out. I think the problem for cnn as you pose it is the Donna Brazile situation which has already led to her being forced from the network as shes now interim dem Democratic NationalCommittee Chair to help Hillary Clinton, feeds right into the talk from some sanders supporters, bernie sanders, about it being rigged but also donald trump has, obviously, been making that charge as well. Then theres a whole bunch of other wikileaks emails about the Clinton Foundation. Late yesterday we heard about allegations that Chelsea Clintons wedding may have been paid for with charitable funds, and now a new one, bill clinton, the former president , has said, look, if Hillary Clintons elected president , were going to ban foreign money from flowing into the foundation, something thats been a big source of conflict of interest charges. Well, theres an email from late last year where Clinton Foundation officials were saying maybe theres a workaround here, trish. Maybe if its not a donation from a Foreign Government or company, but we call it membership fees to the clinton global initiative, is there some way to get around this. So i think the point here is some of these emails are revealing the inner workers that are going to make people wonder, is this the way theyre going to operate, is this the way theyre going to sort of try to have some workarounds to make sure that foreign money and other questionable practices continue to flow into that foundation . Trish theyre just going to have to get rid of that foundation, because there are two questions, and i think eventually reporter certainly under pressure to do that. Trish ed henry, thank you so much. For more analysis im joined by lisa booth and leslie marshall. All right, lets talk about this idea here that cnn cant come up with its own questions, it actually has to go to the Democratic Committee to get some ideas and some suggestions, you know . Leslie, some people say, oh, this is good journalism, youre sort of doing the opposition research. I say thats lazy journalism. Why couldnt they come up with their own, leslie . Well, first of all, if, in fact, this is true and cnn claims that it isnt, and i understand peopling with skeptical about that people being skeptical about that network because you do have an individual who did the unthinkable as a journalist and said, hey, let me give you a question in advance as if the clintons didnt know that would be a question. But wolf blitzer, i have to say, ive known him professionally for years and, you know, this is a guy that i have seen do a lot of his own work. I would find that one hard to believe. And, again, i gotta look at the source. I have not seen some of these wikileaks definitely, to me, look troublesome, but some of them look like theyre made up, and some of them trish okay. I know the whole russian thing and, you know, the reality is at least when it comes to Hillary Clinton and some of the Clinton Foundation stuff, they havent denied it. They actually havent denied it. So, you know, as to whether or not its made up, i would just keep pointing everybody back to the fact that they havent denied it. I want to share with you guys what Donna Brazile is saying right now because of what leslie just brought up which is really unthinkable and really discredits her overall. She says regarding that whole cnn debate question, quote my conscience as an activist, a strategist is very clear. If uhuh had to do it all over again, i would know a hell of a lot more about cybersecurity. Lisa, i guess shes basically telling us, hell, yeah, id do it again. Right, exactly. Trish id just be more careful about her email. Thats absolutely not fair to both the individual at the town hall who asked this question because she did not get the truth from Hillary Clinton, she got the polltested truth from Hillary Clinton. But also for viewers watching the network and thinking that theres a fair debate between Hillary Clinton and her democratic rival, bernie sanders, during that debate because that wasnt the truth. And to the question about the Clinton Foundation, youre right, trish, ive not seen anyone from the Hillary Clinton campaign deny anything that has surfaced from wikileaks. In fact, if you remember during some of these debates, Hillary Clinton actually defended some of things that she has said in these emails exchanged in the wikileaks. Ive not seen anyone from her campaign, none of the individuals that have been involved in these emails as well, nobody has denied this. So i think based off of that and her defending op soft only of of some of the things she said, i think we can take a lot of it or all of it for truth. Trish leslie, does the foundation need to end if she is elected president . Well, i think, you know, some people get confused. There are actually two foundations. There is the Clinton Foundation which includes chelsea, hillary and bill clinton, former president clinton, in name. And then there is the foundation that is private. You know, it might be a less of a mistake in a sense for them. The problem that i have is when you look at the overall good worldwide in various area that is the Clinton Foundation has done, that is trish i dont know if it outweighs the bad. But, but trish okay, great. Theyre doing good things [inaudible conversations] the question is, wheres the money coming from, whose palms are being greased and everything is on the up and up and theres nothing wrong at all, leslie, its the appearance of conflict. I mean, were talking about the qatar donation, right . Weve done quite a bit of coverage on that. A million bucks so long as they could get a meeting, she was supposed to disclose that. She promised the state department shed disclose it. She didnt. I mean, again, it could have been an oversight. A lot of people doubt that, but assuming we give her the benefit of the doubt and it was an oversight, its just going to beg more and more and more questions, leslie, about her honesty and her motive. True, but going into an election as we do tomorrow, i dont think that this is going to sway voters who are in that undecided column, and thats what it comes down to, first, is the election. Some people might say foremost in the future, obviously, it comes down to was there any criminal behavior. And, trish, you are right that it would shut down any, you know, potential investigation but hold on indictment, etc. , if they closed it down. Hold on here. To leslies original point, the problem is there are two different entities here, and they should both shut down if Hillary Clinton was to win. And the problem with all this is not only just the fact of what looks like for pay to play, as you mentioned, the fact that she failed to us do failed to disclose that 1 million donation. And the bigger problem is she sat there before congress during her confirmation hearing promising the American People, promising congress under oath that there would be no conflicts of interest. But that has been a blatant lie, because weve seen conflict of interest after conflict of interest. Trish i just want to tell the viewers, we dont have time for this, but concerns also about chelseas wedding. Doug band writing to john podesta, the investigation into her investigating for campaigning, for her wedding and taxes on money from her parents. I hope we will speak to her and end this. Lots of concerns to go around. Anyway, thank you so much. Good to have you. Lisa and leslie. Thank you. Trish ohio, battleground state, another critical one. No republican has ever taken the white house without winning ohio. Trump has the edge right now as new allegations of democratic shenanigans surface outside of polling stations. Kind of doubt it, but thats the thinking also, of course, the lack of fbi investigation also having a positive effect on financial stocks with the thinking being that if Hillary Clinton, i guess, wins, then, you know, theyll continue to get a pass. Sources say cbs has been paying Goldman Sachs to advise on a possible merger with viacom, both boards have created special committees. The microsoft cloud helps us stay connected. No republican has won the white house without winning the buckeye state, and according to the real clear politics polling average, donald trump is ahead of Hillary Clinton by four points right now, 4642. More good news for trump in ohio, an Appeals Court there has struck down new antivoter intimidation rules, and just a short time ago the Supreme Court backing this decision. Lets go out to jeff flock whos all over it in columbus, ohio, with the latest. Hey, jeff. Reporter Franklin County. This is where some of the last early voters are emerging out these exits here. This is the Franklin County board of elections early voting location. Early voting ended at the start of your show, trish, 2 00. If you were in line are, you got to continue to vote. On the question of the Supreme Court denying those new regulations that were put in place by a federal judge, a lower court federal judge, essentially it was the stop the steel organization, the roger stone organization. Democrats had filed suit against him and the trump campaign. Top the steel has said stop the steel, and perhaps we put up the quote from the group, the clintons had to cheat and rig the system to steal the democratic nomination from bernie sanders, why wouldnt they try to steal the election from trump . Democrats tried to block new regulations to try and stop voter intimidation, Supreme Court says not really necessary. I would point out that john houston, he is the republican secretary of state in ohio, he has said and he is a republican and a trump supporter, he says he voted for donald trump he says theres not going to be any significant vote fraud in this state. He said he agrees with trump on a lot of things, but on the subject of a rigged election, he does not belief it. Vote fraud is very difficult to perpetrate, he says. We didnt need the regulations on the stop the steal guys, but he said vote frauds not going to happen in his state. Whatever happens here, whoever wins will be the legit winner, you can take it to the bank. That from john husted. We will certainly watch it and see who does win, trish. Trish i guess hes got to say that. Jeff flock, thank you so much. The department of justice deploying more than 500 personnel to monitor polling stations in 28 states tomorrow. 500. Well, theres been a lot of concern about voter fraud for some very good reasons. I mean, right now only 32 states require some form of id in order to vote. But get this, only 15 of them actually require a photo id. Im joined by fox news senior judicial analyst judge Andrew Napolitano for more on this and, you know, look, im the naive one that still shows up with my drivers license or my passport trying to think, well, you know, theyre going to ask me who i am, but they never do. I voted early in new jersey the other day and for the first time was asked for a drivers license. It didnt trouble me. But heres the distinction. In some states, voting is considered a fundamental right like speech, privacy, thought or travel. And you dont need to show your drivers license to do any of those. In other states the right to vote is considered a privilege offered by the government, and in those states you need to prove who you are. So thats really why we have the difference. And the Supreme Court has decided not to resolve that dispute and leaving it up to each individual states. So some states require the drivers licenses and some dont. Trish doesnt it leave a lot of room though for fraud if you dont require some form of i mean, i cant even get into the building, right, without my fox id agreed, agreed. But thats the antiid crowd would say theres a lot of people who dont have cars, theres a lot of people who are afraid of the government, theres a lot of people who dont know how to get an id if they dont have a drivers license, and we want those people to be able to vote. The proid crowd would say it is from among those people that manipulation can occur, double voting or people pretending to be somebody else, and we need to guard against it. Jeff flock reports that the authorities are aware of that and are looking for it. But its really the fault of the state that chooses not to have the id or the burden of the state that chooses to have the id trish seems to me youve got to protect the process. Ive got to go, judge. Right now we are waiting on donald trump who is going to be speaking in raleigh, North Carolina, we heard blake burman say this is a very animated and excited crowd, one of the most excited crowds he has seen. So you can anticipate some excitement as he comes to the stage. I want to get back to the market which is up 320 points. It seems to be some kind of political relief rally, ashley webster, with more whats going on . Well, it is, but i dont think this is the market saying, oh, we love Hillary Clintons policies, thank goodness, lets go ahead and buy, everythings great. I think this is more a safe bet. Theyre going to say, look, the fear of the unknown with donald trump is enough that once the fbi announced, okay, there are no other criminal emails or criminal indictment coming down, i think that was weve seen gold go down because gold went up when it looked like donald trump was more in charge. As a safe, as a safe bet. Same with the treasuries and now falling, the peso is rising, apparently to the markets its all good because hillarys in charge. Trish all right. Here he is in raleigh, North Carolina, coming out a little bit early. They love him. Trish yeah. Blake was saying this is a very enthusiastic crowd. You know, North Carolina is pretty touch and go, its very close in the polls right now which is remarkable, actually, because she had been significantly ahead earlier. He has started to close that gap, and hes here in the 11th hour push really trying to get everyone mobilized, get the base out because a lot of it will turn out to voter turnout. You know, raleigh carolina, itll be interesting to watch because around 7 00 the polls close in florida. North carolinas another key state early in the evening we should be watching. New hampshire as well, ive told you, because its such a small state, and four electoral votes. [laughter] trish well have a good sense of whether the polling data is accurate. Lets listen in right now to donald trump inial riege. So we have thousands of people outside trying to get in, but we should start, do we agree . [cheers and applause] theyll come in. First of all, i want to thank you. Special, special place. Its a special place with incredible people. In one day, do you believe this . One day we are going to win the great state of North Carolina [cheers and applause] and we are going to win back the white house. [cheers and applause] this election will decide whether we are ruled by a corrupt Political Class youre seeing whats happening, everybodys watching or whether we are ruled by the people. Were going to be ruled by the people, folks. [cheers and applause] that is going to be the choice. Our failed political establishment has delivered nothing but poverty, nothing but problems, nothing but losses. Nothing but losses. We dont win anymore as a country, were going to start winning again. [cheers and applause] they get rich by making america poor in in many cases. Its time to reject the media and political elite that has bled our country dry. [cheers and applause] and these are among the most dishonest people. They dont give you the truth, folks, they dont give you the truth. Were to put them back to work. The policies of bill and Hillary Clinton had destroyed manufacturing in your state and throughout the entire country. The corrupt clintons gave us nafta. That entry into the World World Trade Organization one of the disasters that was a Hillary Clinton beauty and a Transpacific Partnership which will be a total disaster. That Hillary Clinton says this is the Gold Standard. She said by the way who won the debate. We win that debate . [applause]. She lied to the debate she said it is a Gold Standard the Gold Standard and then she said she never said it. Were bringing back coal. Clean coal. We are going to do clean coal. Not if Hillary Clinton gets in. Shes enough to start think about thinking about something else. Clean coal. Thinking about it though. The press didnt talk about it. Donna brazil its the questions to the debate but then it turns out to be a number of debates. Who cares about donna brazil. She turned out to be not what people thought. Illegally, she gets the questions to the debate. She then takes those questions and gives them to crooked Hillary Clinton now, the she reported that she say i shouldnt have these questions or these answers i think they give them the answs also. No she doesnt. I wonder if she have the questions in my debates. She didnt do that well. But the years of the trail will end and they will end
