Breaking this hour, everyone, a federal judge has overruled the government and will allow a conservative group, Judicial Watch, to gather more information about Hillary Clintons private email account and why it was not searched in response to a freedom of information act request. It filed a foia request but never got anything. It filed several foia requests, and they ended up before two federal judges. Both foia requests were against the state department, and the requests were for Hillary Clintons emails. And the state department responded in both cases, we dont have any of her emails, and the case was dismissed. Then the washington times, new york post, fox news exposed, revealed and expounded upon the existence of the secret email server at her home in chappaqua, and it turned out there were 66,000 emails but the state department, in fact, didnt have them. The state department has been so dragging its feet in getting the emails from mrs. Clinton into the hands of those, judicial of watch, who have legitimately ordered them that two federal judges one appointed by president clinton, one appointed by president reagan both ruled the same thing.
