What is most important is if you step back on the key trends and technology industry, you have trends around cloud, mobility, social. We look for companies that have been able to build platforms. Digital assets enabled these companies to translate revenue into earnings and cash flow growth. When we think about earnings over the coming weeks and what we have seen so far, we are looking to better understand and get more insight into what companies were doing. For example, even though the markets focused over the 12 to 18 months, what is somewhat underappreciated as the value of their ecosystem. It is obviously a key area. The company like cisco is a contrarian name one area we point to given whats going on in the world the public safety. If you look at a company Like Motorola Solutions a leader in that area overall we like what we see so far, but really focused on the medium to longterm view. Maria is it fair to say card and mobility are the two growth stories of text today . Cloud and mobility. Yes, basically to look at companies able to combine the best of those elements. For example, google are off the bat as its now known as both a tremendous Cloud Platform and the android operating system is the brains behind over 80 of the world smartphones. We saw the earnings taken a little bit negatively the other night because tech costs and things like that may be going down. Thats a blip in the long term picture there. The longterm picture is absolutely intact. A couple of reasons for it. Whats going on is the business transition and growing more and more and mobile. That is an impact on the margins. Looking at the longer term, what is important here is assets, for example, in tv. The platform they built can be a revenue driver over the next several years to another important thing is the Cloud Platform to compete with the likes of Amazon Web Services and microsoft. More importantly, when you think about the industry going, you have a situation where the google platform from amazon platform, microsoft platform have the potential to drive significant growth. So we dont necessarily look at it as a winner take all, but she do have assets in google as ive mentioned has terrific potential. Well, obviously hes not that successful out the gate but i think hes got a correct approach. Hes got to stop the leaks because otherwise he cant govern, he cant consider if they cant secure the white house, then they really cant move forward because their own white house is creating the muck. I dont want to i do want to distinguish that from whats happening in congress. I do think that the Republican Party has no clear position. Theyve lost the edge on health care, democrats have a clear edge now and something thats been unpopular for many years because of the fact they cant agree on which way to go forward. Maria yeah, i dont know if you can say the democrats have a real edge here. The democrats came up with a plan two dais ago, Better Future and it also all bug ignored. They are still not coming up with a plan that will resinate with American People going into 2018 midterms. What do you think of the plan that Chuck Schumer wrote about in his oped this week coming up with a plan to talk about jobs but sounds a lot like Donald Trumps Campaign Speeches and i dont know that its actually resinating with people that they really are serious about turning to the Economic Issues that matter to the American People. Well, at the end of the day almost 90 want the democrats and the republicans to work together. Maria right. They do want a bipartisan solution here and it doesnt seem to be any Movement Towards it and i think as the Republican Leadership has said, if they cant get republicans, they better get democrats and theres no legitimate move to do that and frankly if youre a democrat, why would you, in fact, move in that direction, you let the republicans have maximum political pain before you start to negotiate. Maria how about that thats their job and want participating governing . Youre supposed to be working for the American People. To do their job. 70 believe that medicaid shouldnt be cut and the democrats are standing up for that. The monthly active user is flat for the quarter. We all hoped that it was going to keep going but it was a trump bump from the last quarter that everyone was talking about. The other interesting thing that im seeing here, pete, the street was looking for 125 and the issue here, though, next quarter adjusted cash flow projection is 130 to 150. Now the street was looking for 140. 1 there so midpoint of that is slightly light. Mau and cash flow projection, i think thats where we are seeing the shortfall. The daily average users not to get too detailed they never reveal that one. They had been accelerating roughly a year, year and a half ago and had move intoed the double digits. Thats a leading indicater. We think whats going on is a churn away from celebrities into the knowledgeworker space. We use twitter all of the time. Artificial intelligence, experts they live on twitter, i really think that youre having a wholesale changeover in the user base so to a very important and valuable demographic. Maria we agree. We are on twitter all of the time so is dagen while we are here but are they going to be able to monetize it . Yeah, i think so. Lets put it this way, i run away from advertising everywhere but the way twitter is doing it and promotions i run to it and pay more attention than i do normally. This is a demographic they are not going to get very many places. Im not on facebook. Dagen to that point that you might get, this is more of a question, but you might get more advertisers flocking twitter because at least theres invent other and if you can really define who your users are better to the advertisers which again working on their own metrics because you see facebook has hit a ceiling which Mark Zuckerberg talked about on news feed, they are trying to push video. Twitters main product, stream of tweets, its been extremely difficult to monetize for multiple reasons, the audience, exactly what youre talking about isnt a uniformed thing. What kind of music do you like, what kind of fashion do you like, you cant figure that out based on how somebody tweets. The information flow that we get is so valuable and its not out there in the dagen celebrities can use instagram because they only have to take photos of themselves and they dont have the put thoughts into words and sentences. It would be very difficult for the United States to walk out because britain, france and germany our partners would not walk out with us. Iran would have achieved everything it needed from this agreement and we wouldnt. There is a separate question here where i think the Trump Administration has been more effective. Its instigating violence and syria i think the in ministration has been right to try to push back by strengthening our relationship by the gulf states. I think you have to divide into two parts. If in fact he is favoring and certifying that iran has met the agreement. He is right on the facts there. He is something that has this. Do you think he was maybe sending a message.
