We have excess capacity globally. Why do they need access reserves for it . Its really love loudly and when it comes to regulation we have to begin the one that back. That will be the global economy. Maria how significant are negative Interest Rates at this point . The bank of japan lowers the new outside Central Banks right now but have negative interest rate. I mean, that is an experiment that has never happened before. Theres a reason why its never happened before. People said its not that great an idea. We took rate down from say 400 basis point to zero and it didnt cure the problem. They are coming up with innovative ways of how we can cut it another 25 basis points in the negative. If you think another 25 basis points will solve the problem come you got to explain why in the first 400 basis points out the problem . Maria bottom line, you have to not love with the ecb did this morning. No, look at the root of the problem facing europe is theyve got a massive internal imbalance for germany had high productivity growth in Southern Europe had very slow productivity growth and they are basically saying if we tried the euro down for everybody enough we could just export our problems to the United States because our stuff will become so cheap that we can start growing again.
