I think the Hawaiian District Court decision is severely flawed because it assumes because the statement that President Trump has made over the past number of years that the policy is forever tainted and thats simply not with the case law says. The fact of the matter is we have a situation where the president had an order in the court invalidated it and the second order that try to remedy it but the court is basically saying nothing trump could ever do could remove this and thats simply not what the case provides.
