How this election will play out. Now, the key to this for donald trump is getting not only his base to show up at the polls, but also the people referred to as dixiecrats. Here in florida, there are people whose families, generation after generation, are registered democrat, but they vote republican. They are dixiecrats and we run into them in the trump rallies. We asked these people what is it about donald trump . Part of that, we hear they feel like a part of a movement and furious at arrogance of washington. Here is what a few told me. I dont think they understand what mess the country is in today. Theyre not well, the young millennial kids get things handed to them and they dont work for what they got and get it free. Everyone has their own opinion. Were one nation, black, white, whatever you are, were one people and shouldnt just category us as deplorables. I dont believe in what she says. So these voters, these Trump Supporters are turning out, as are Hillary Clintons supporters. Lets go through the numbers and then the context, which is key to understand florida. First, 5. 7, almost 5. 8 million registered voters in florida have cast their ballots. That means almost 50 are done. They voted. Republicans voting by mail, 1,019,000 and democrats by mail, 947,000, 476 on top of that. Then voting early on the polling station, republicans, 1. 2 million. And democrats, 1. 3 million. The key is the independents, the nonaffiliated voters, those who are registered, but never registered with the democrats or republicans. 1,063 have cast their ballots and if history is an indicator, they tend to vote republicans. What youre going to hear coming out of florida in the next two days is first, a surge of latino voters in southern florida the democrats say is good for them. Youll hear the republicans say, yes, but democrats have failed to turn out their overall base in the kind of preelection, early election numbers, that would ep help them win and republicans are turning out in numbers which show they have the momentum and finally, donald trump will be back here monday. This is key. Just south of tampa in sarasota, because this state, the 29 votes right here, near tampa, this is going to decide the election. Back to you. Thank you very much, adam shapiro. Now, to Connell Mcshane in philadelphia. You know, its interesting, charles. I was listening to adams report from florida and striking how different that state is than here in pennsylvania where there is no early voting. Its all about turnout on tuesday, the only day that people can go out and vote. Lets look at real clear politics averaging in the state. Weve seen a comfortable Hillary Clinton lead in pennsylvania has turned into a small Hillary Clinton lead. Down to, you know, about 2 or 3 points now and worth noting that donald trump has never led in a polthe way to june. So hes making it closer, but not enough yet to overtake secretary clinton. What is see doing . Shes trying to drive that out. And bringing out stars like tonight, katy perry is about to perform at an hour behind me and weve been speaking to supporters, an Enthusiasm Gap and trump polls show more enthusiastic. And some of them are supporting for secretary clinton, unfortunately too young to vote. Take is listen to what the young lady told me. Im excited, if she actually wins, if i could vote i would definitely vote for her. I dont want to be mean, but donald trump is kind of like meanish a lot. [laughter] there you go. Kind of like meanish, a lot, charles. Thats a cute little one. Only nine years old. A few more elections, but shell get a chance to see katy perry the next hour, but i dont know if that translates into votes. Connell mcshane always having fun, thanks, appreciate it. Three days to go and the stakes have never been higher. My panel to discuss adam goodman and brian baker, ill start with you, youre helping the fun part of this mad dash for tuesday. How are you feeling about the money . Well so far . I think so. For trump to win hell have to hold every state in 2012 that mitt romney had, and i think ale do that. And polls show him leading in ohio, your two correspondents hit the nail on the end. Florida, the corridor, thats key and pennsylvania and play off the young Hillary Clinton fan if mr. Trump is seen meanish, i think that independents see Hillary Clinton as guiltyish and we think that trump can pull this out. Let me ask you from a Strategic Point of view. Donald trump chris costing the countries and we know that it comes down to perhaps the three states, brian just singled out ohio, pennsylvania, florida and i would think he would throw North Carolina in there. How is the strategy going into the last three days in your mind . Well, i want to first begin by saying that i agree with the nineyearold in philadelphia. Okay, weve got that. I want to be on record with that and charles, here is Donald Trumps problem. Donald trump is not ahead anywhere he needs to win. He is either tied or behind in the states that he needs to win and theres not a lot of time left. By the same token, mark, now that you said that, Hillary Clinton hit a plus 45, 47 brick wall for a long period and youve got to be nervous about the momentum that donald trump has coming into the tape. Ground game goes to clinton. Its worth the point, if its tied she wins and she, charles, only has to win one of those states that were mentioned. He has to run the table and its too little, too late. Adam, let me ask you about the hidden voter. We heard adam shapiro talk about dixiecrats. And some are saying that theyve reregistered as republicans. But theres a secret Donald Trump Army and they dont know how big it is, and maybe thats why its going to against clintons campaign. Theres hidden vote if we went into the weekend with margin of error with Hillary Clinton, he would be the next president of the United States. I base that in philadelphia in ed rendells home state, with the mayor of philadelphia at that point frank rizzo who always underpolled and always outperformed polls on election day because he was never popular in certain places within the city. To admits you were a frank rizzo supporter. I think the same things are in play here. If youre looking at a pollster or as any strategist, at the tend lines in the polls. Theyre very tight. Theyve gotten within a margin of error and almost every key Battle Ground state and the good news for republicans, great news for republicans, actually, is that the vote on election day, which used to be the preserved, more democrats than republicans, has flipped. Especially with early voting in my home state here of florida, thats very good news for donald trump and as an agent of change, is very, very easy for him to make the case against the system that most americans have grown very, very distressed about. I want to ask you about the ground game. The money is raised right now, donald trump a lot is going to air time and crisscrossing the country. Do you think the democrats are underestimating the enthusiasm in how that may play out with respect to volunteers surging in and maybe making up for that distance, the historic distance . Ive never been a big believer in assessing ground game based off rally size, but i am struck by the number of people, the hours that they want in line to get into the trumppence rallies, hundreds of thousands of people across the country and in the swing states, so i think there is a great deal of enthusiasm for change and lets face it, secretary clinton is not a fresh face. The clintons have been around for 30 years, theyre a part of the system. Trump and pence are not. They are agents for change. So, i think that the tie there goes to the outsider and this is an outsider election. Ill just say one last thing in terms of the early voting, every single state where we have early voting, the republicans are exceeding by large numbers the numbers that mitt romney won in 2012 in the early votes. So i feel good about that. Are you concerned about nevada the early voting there. There are some expert pollsters say almost 70 of the vote in, its going to be the longest of long shots now . Yeah, i saw the john rolston report saying the whole election was lost. Lets face it, its not just florida, pennsylvania, ohio there are other routes to the presidency, nevada is one of them, but trumps message has resonated in nevada, dr. Joe hecht is very, very popular. Harry reid is the bottom of popularity so i think thats a state that trump and pence could win, if they win nevada, pick up iowa, New Hampshire and Second District in maine and a poll came out over the weekend in iowa hes leading and a poll has New Hampshire tied again. Hillary clintons yeah. Hillary clintons momentum is going in the exact wrong direction at the exact wrong time which is why her campaign went from saying, they were going to be all positive and now theyve gone negative again. Theres no way listen. Her momentum mark, mark, theres no doubt that Hillary Clinton became a rudderless ship knocked off course this week and maybe gotten it back together. When democrats say it comes down to ground game, thats kind of worrisome. Bha what youre saying she doesnt have the momentum on her own, even with the celebrity and the help from the president , she doesnt have that organic momentum to carry it out without some sort of expensive, expensive ground game. Doesnt that worry you . Charles, a couple of things, the wind clearly shifted with director comeys inappropriate intervention in the election. She has the wind back in her sails now, a week later. She is ahead in these places where we are talking about a ground game. She is ahead in pennsylvania where im from. Frank riz o hasnt been mayor for 40 years, theres no hidden vote for donald trump in philadelphia. Ed rendell says there is, we dont know how large it is. You guys are fantastic, keep up the good fight, well see you in a couple of days. Some days, by the way, you love them, some days you hate them. Theyre getting crazier and crazier, the question no, can we trust them . Im talking about the polls. Tweet me sh, how trustworthy ar the polls . Well be back. My business was built with passion. But i keep it growing by making every dollar count. Thats why i have the spark cash card from capital one. With it, i earn unlimited 2 cash back on all of my purchasing. And that unlimited 2 cash back from spark means thousands of dollars each year going back into my business. Which adds fuel to my bottom line. Whats in your wallet . [vo] is it a force of nature . Or a sales event . The season of audi sales event is here. Audi will cover your first months lease payment on select models during the season of audi sales event. Hey, drop a beat. Flix . Show me orange is the new black wait, no, bloodline how about bojack, luke cage oh, dj tanner maybe show me lilyhammer stranger things, marseille, the fall in the same place as my basketball . Narcos, fearless, cooked the crown, marco polo, lost and found grace and frankie, hemlock grove, season one of. show me house of cards. Finally, you can now find all of netflix in the same place as all your other entertainment. On xfinity x1. Tminus 3, were down to the wire and while this has been a frenetic race, nothing has been more manic than the polls. The question, can we trust them . Look at 1980 the president ial campaign and polling in the home stretch forecast a close race, and it turned out to be a landslide. Pollster with us to help break it down. In april of 1980, jimmy carter at 40, Ronald Reagan at 34. Two weeks out, and jimmy carter was still winning, Ronald Reagan finally took the lead on the eve of the election and ended up winning by a margin out of this world. Look at the chart, amazing. And weve seen this over and over again and people are saying with the craziness of these polls, you wake up and they change so dramatically. Should we trust them . I think what youre hitting on is something thats critical for people to watch as the election comes closer. You know, two, three weeks, four weeks out. Polls are what they are, theyre interesting, they sort of convey some information about the state of the race at a given point in time, but there is a lot of volatility, there are all sorts of events. Look at this a month ago, we hadnt had the debates, the allegations about the Sexual Harassment and allegations about the Clinton Foundation and moved the polls around. Whats interesting about this race, 80 is a good analogy. Republicans remember theyre republicans and democrats remember theyre democrats and what tend to happen partisans come home and stabilize that vote late. What do you make, were looking at key states now where there are so many more independents. Who are they . How do you figure them out . What we found is that younger generations, we talked about millennials, but its millennials plus. Theres another generation coming of age. Theyre much less likely express a commitment to the republican or democratic parties and identify as independents. If you ask a secondary question, which way do they lean . They lean strongly one way or the other. The leaners behave more like partisans than independents. Really . Yeah, in fact the underrated trend the past ten years, younger people identifying as leaning democratic, the democrats have a bankable vote even though they identify as independent. Speaking how people identify, the fox news poll, its tight in a fourway race. The competition of the poll changed though. Right. The prior poll i think was plus 7 or plus 9 demes plus 6. Plus 6. This one it was 4040, why is that. Rounding error, plus one democratic, when people ask about the comey effect. Whats with a the effect of the reopening or at least the continuation of the fbi investigation, what seems to be the case is that, you know, Party Identification is an attitude. Its not a demographic and fairly stable and moves around. What happened with the comey announcement, sort of weaker identifying democrats, this week, said, you know, im independent. You know, they didnt express a democratic identification. So, and that alters the number a little bit overall so its kind of a bad week for the democrats, more of them identify as independent. That drives people crazy. Oh, yeah. Particularly because so many of these polls, theres your peers, they, the polls are plus 6, plus 7, plus 9, im seeing them even more than that and they always seem to overweight democrats. Are there that many more democrats in the country than republicans . Overall the democrats have a 10 point party advantage. Registered voters about 7. Likely voters, 3 or 4. All right . So the tighter the screen gets, the closer to the electorate, the smaller the democratic advantage. When we see the plus 3 or 4 number, it dumps around. On a good week for the republicans, even. If you have the election that week, republicans will win. Bad week for republicans, 7 or 8, a democratic win. You hope the election cycle doesnt coincide with the news im sure, youre not going to tell me if i should be able to trust the polls or not. I will. See if you ask me which one. Is it all about momentum then . Is it about the direction the polls are going in . In 1980, Ronald Reagans polls started going up and he blew into the finish line. Thats the key thing. That, you know, even the polls that have been a little whacky, whether its the uscla sometimes, investor business, theyre trying to converge and showing a fairly similar picture and youre right, reagan, brexit, if you actually look at the numbers right before the election, they were pointing in the right direction. Thank you very much. Next, stomping for clinton tonight even after wikileaks blue the lead off the clinton camp and the dnc tried to rig the race against him. Well be right back. Impressive linda. It seems age isnt slowing you down. But your immune system weakens as you get older increasing the risk for me, the shingles virus. Ive been lurking inside you since you had chickenpox. I could surface anytime as a painful, blistering rash. One in three people get me in their lifetime, linda. Will it be you . And thats why linda got me zostavax, a single shot vaccine. Im working to boost lindas immune system to help protect her against you, shingles. Zostavax is a vaccine used to prevent shingles in adults fifty years of age and older. Zostavax does not protect everyone and cannot be used to treat shingles or the nerve pain that may follow it. You should not get zostavax if you are allergic to gelatin or neomycin, have a weakened immune system or take high doses of steroids are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Its important to talk to your doctor about what situations you may need to avoid since zostavax contains a weakened chickenpox virus. Single shot zostavax. The full value of your totaled new car. The guy says, you picked the wrong insurance plan. No, i picked the wrong insurance company. With new car replacementâ„¢, well replace the full value of your car plus depreciation. Liberty mutual insurance. Were down to the wire with three days to go. Hillary clinton surrogates are stomping for her in key states. Clintons former rival Bernie Sanders is in colorado, our own robert gray is. Colorado springs. And you know, theyre expecting as many as a thousand people. Easily multiple hundreds by our count on Colorado College campus. Bernie sanders expected in a couple of minutes, as a matter of fact. And hes in the Building Back stage and the clo crowd has com here. And some are surprised that hes stumping for Bernie Sanders, and the emails discussing crushing sanders in the primary. Bernie sanders is incredibly popular in colorado and easily won the primary in caucuses, remembather in thspri. And plenty of bernie buttons on folks out here. At least one person was out there, with signs protesting the dnc and Donna Brazile posting along questions. And one for jill stein and a lone trump supporter and folks here backing Bernie Sanders. That would create the first state sponsored Health Care System in the u. S. , it looks right now, that measure is not going to pass according to early polling. A lot of folks still havent come in. The top of the ballots are tightening up. Magellan strategy showing a 6 point Hillary Clinton lead, but look at university of denver its a dead heat at the top of the ballot, charles. Back to you. Robert gray, thank you very very much. Well, the never trumpers arent giving up yet. One antitrump group of republicans reportedly organizing a vote swapping scheme with third party voters in swing states, switch votes with clinton voters in the safe democratic county in order to box out donald trump. Joining me now to discuss that on the phone, john, who is organizing the vote swapping organization. John, youre a republican, right . Yes, sir. And youre going to this extent to stop the republican nominee from becoming president of the United States . That is correct. And not alone. You know, in the prime tie, more republicans voted against him than for him and the polls indicate as recent as the last couple of days, that more than 20 of registered republicans arent voting for him this time. Thats unprecedented. Mitt romney had about 5 defect to obama. Were looking at four times more republicans voting against their nominee than in the last election. Weve seen a lot of republicans coming back into the polls and numbers are all over the place, you can cherry pick them. Every time new polls come out more and more republicans to governor pences phrase, come home, if you will. Are you willing to allow the democratic candidate Hillary Clinton to be president of the United States, despite whatever misgiving you may have with your own partys nominee . Absolutely. Even if you think that Hillary Clinton is a two, you know that trump is a negative 11 and theres the difference. I know youre not fond of the republican nominee, but this sort of selfdestructive, you know, antics, for lack of a better term, particularly on the eve of the election, it seems like its going to have a longterm impact thats going to destroy the g. O. P. Well, donald trump would destroy the g. O. P. Himself, but if you look at doing the vote swapping, that kills the integrity of the process. As a never trump republican myself, i said id be voting for Evan Mcmullen and people came after me and said thats a vote for hillary and i said no, thats a vote for somebody else. If youre saying, hey, if you want to swap your vote, do that. Weve seen time and time again, shady dealings, including Hillary Clinton getting protesters into events. Weve seen the shenanigans by Hillary Clinton and we know the question marks and the investigation and even the recent thing with anthony weiner, even as that, youre a life long republican, you want to see the party go on, youre relatively young. Youre talking about destroying the party. To me thats not destroying the party, with a man talking Single Payer Health care and he said were going to replace it with something the government will have. Do we need lower taxes and better trade deals. Of course, we need to do all of this and you make a checklist and say, okay, these are the things i dont like and these are the things i like and kind of say, ive got more checks on this man most married couple have when they compromise. When we see donald trump say im going to do, im going to make America Great again. Ill make good deals, how are we going to do . Winning, thats not a policy, thats a platitude. We need details and donald trump has not given us details its unfortunate because the only details we get are how he wants to charge nato members protection money. Thats not president ial. Thats moplike. But youre willing to let Hillary Clinton become president. Im willing to vote for Evan Mcmullen and conscience. Everyone has the right to vote the way they want. Thank you. What do 1 million in the Clinton Foundation and qatar have in common . Wait for this next bombshell. I know youre getting used to them, but this is a doozy, well have the details for you copy. Charles well, the Clinton Foundation confirmed today it accepted a 1 million donation from qatar in 2011 while Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state and, well, they did so without disclosing the donation to the state department. Remember, Hillary Clinton signed an ethics contract agreeing to disclose new or increased donations from foreign governments. An email from the foundation, from an employee there indicates qatar officials made the donation with the expectation that they would get face time with bill clinton. In a Wikileaks Dump last month, it was revealed that Hillary Clinton implied in a 2014 email that the government of qatar was involved in funding isis. Joining me now, gina louden, john burnett and will pearce. Gina, wow, i dont know where to begin. I dont know where to begin either. Its just, its unfathomable that we are at this place in our history, charles, where someone who is honestly being considered for the office of president of the United States has signed ethics agreements, as you mentioned, and given no regard to those once she was finally serving as secretary of state, and that that same person said knowingly that, you know, these Governments Fund isis, both qatar and saudi arabia that she took donations from, and further that, you know, she has no regard whatsoever for what those governments do to women. And be she wants the womens vote. Im speechless too. Charles you know, john, some would say this is a mice cocoz microcosm of pay to play. This would be a perfect example. Either Hillary Clinton is misleading the american public, or shes omitting key facts that would directly link her to the pay to play scheme. So, you know, like gina said, either shes charles why do you think she wont tell the state department . The transaction happened, atom to point its probably going to come to light, is that just the same kind of arrogance and deceitfulness that makes you set up a server in the first place . Its embedded in her dna. And after this investigation is over in terms of the new 650,000 emails that were discovered, who knows whats lurking in the dark. Charles you know, will, i know that you were trying to draft biden to be the democratic nominee. Where do you stand with Hillary Clinton represent aring your party . Representing your party . Right now, charles, im completely behind the secretary because this is the thing, we know all about the finances for the Clinton Family because they have released their taxes charles well, we know a lot no, but this is the thing. Let me just speak real quick. So john, who was just talking, he was talking about pay to play, we dont even know who donald trump is paying or playing with because he has not released any of his taxes. Just to take it a step further be, what benefits have the qatari government received from this 1 million donation . Nothing. There we dont know. Charles yeah, yeah. Its one of these things, gina, where, you know, the rationale or the listen, ive seen some twisted logic throughout the last six months or so, 15 months, but again to say, well, were going to dismiss this because someone else didnt reveal their taxes seems not to be logical to me. She obviously did not keep her pledge, and in a senior role as secretary of state, and that has to speak to her competence to be commander in chief. Its a really if were going to talk about because when mr. Trump has brought up, when mr. Trump has filled out a 90page Financial Disclosure with far more detail than anyones going to get from any tax returns, that is a disproven and moot point at this point. Were talking here about what Hillary Clinton has done. Were asking the question, this begs the question, and i would love for your guest to answer this, charles what did she get in exchange for that money . What has the government of qatar its not she. Its not she. [inaudible conversations] lets address that real quick. Its not she. The thing is, its the Clinton Foundation which in 2011, when this happened, she was nowhere involved with. The only Clinton Family members who were involved was chelsea and bill. Youre saying what did she receive . She has received nothing because she was not connected charles well, the Clinton Family [inaudible conversations] one second, guys. John, the bottom line though is will just mentioned the Clinton Family. I mean, the Clinton Family has a very lavish lifestyle via the Clinton Foundation. Before or after they were dead broke . [laughter] charles well, it certainly has helped them not be dead broke. Were talking private travel and everything else, and people question just how much of this money goes to charity. Within report says 6 one report says 6 , they say its more. This was a complete disregard of the rule. Theres rules and laws for everyone else, and theres rules and laws for clinton. Charles coming up, markets are in bigtime selloff mode heading into the election, but the big question is which one of these candidates is, ultimately, best for the economy and your 401 k . Were going to discuss it with one of my favorite guests, next. Now that fedex has helped us simplify our ecommerce, we could focus on bigger issues, like our passive aggressive environment. Were not passive aggressive. Hey, hey, hey, there are no bad suggestions here. No matter how lame they are. Well said, ann. Ive always admired how you just say whats in your head, without thinking. Very brave. Good point ted. Youre living proof that looks arent everything. Thank you. Welcome. So, fedex helped simplify our ecommerce business and this is not a passive aggressive environment. I just wanted to say, you guys are doing a great job. Whats that supposed to mean . Fedex. Helping Small Business simplify ecommerce. announcer vo the new pixel phone by google. Only on verizon. Okay, google, show me korean restaurants in boulder. Google Assistant i found a few places. announcer vo the only network than can power the first phone with the new Google Assistant, unlimited photo storage, and a stunning vr experience. How is this possible . announcer vo so buy a pixel, only on verizon, and get up to 400 back. And right now get 20 gigs and four lines for just 160 with no surprise overages. All on americas best network. Charles all right, guys. Weve been talking about this market, right, and im telling you we know about the election, but im thinking theres probably more to this pullback than election anxiety. One of the reasons is because of guarded and weak guidance which has muffled out big news that with 85 of the s p 500 reporting, this is the First Quarter since the First Quarter since 2015 where earnings actually increased yearoveryear. In fact, 54 of the names have beat consensus on revenue, 71 on earnings per share. But 53 companies have offered negative guidance and only 25 have offered positive guidance for the fourth quarter. Now, i get that there are some people out there also when it comes to the fed that thinks thats the only thing that moves markets. I would say if that was true, all stocks would be making the same percentage gain. Moreover, think about this the world equity markets have reached their limits, i think, when it comes to central bank magic. Nations with negative Interest Rates have horrible stock market returns. Not just this year, but over the past three years. The bank of japan, they even buy stocks via etfs, and guess what . Of the worst performing markets in the entire world. So the big question for me, this investor anxiety may be a reflection of economic anxiety as theres no tricks, i think, right now that can really spark the market. I dont think you can get the catalyst in the market unless we see real growth in economies around the world. Joining me now to discuss, one of the best, gary kaufbaum in studio. There seems to be a few things eating this market, just gnawing at it. Well, look, first off, number one is uncertainty, and we see it on a daily basis into tuesday, and were going to have plenty of uncertainty no matter who wins the election. For me, were getting to the point where i call diminishing returns, number one, as you said, from central banks. But number two is the growth of government that continues to take money out of the real economy as well as the individual. Its just getting to be too much. The year 2000 Government Spending was 1. 8 trillion. 3. 8 trillion this year. Thats coming out of the economy, and the we dont change that trajectory, all heck is going to eventually break loose, and i think thats part of what youre seeing on the profit side. And debt and and deficits, garre can chan, and gargantuan. I think all this put together with the fact that Interest Rates are now ticking up because the diminishing returns of central banks, and i think you have a pullback here which i think probably gets worse. Charles the pullback getting worse, i think, is what im concerned about because weve seen for a long time now the market was really range bound for a while. Were now breaking some key support levels, and you feel that proverbial snowball could become a boulder because i dont know that weve got real strong hands out there. Theres something called the onesided trade where all the money goes into certain places because its forced, and thats what i mean by the central bank forcing things up, and everybodys in the same place so when things start to break, everybody its called the jailbreak, and thats when you get these bad moves to the downside like we saw in february. In february the market bottomed when japan and europe announced 2. 5 trillion in more printing. Im not so sure they have any bullets left, and thats what im going to watch for closely regardless of the election and, of course, the election over the long term is going to mean a lot because you have two different candidates. Charles although your problems with debt and deficit, youve got to believe its going to go up perhaps more under Hillary Clinton, but both candidates are making a lot of promises. We like the supplyside policies of donald trump, but both of them are promising a lot of money to a lot of people. Look, again, if they dont change the trajectory of how much Government Spending, forget it, because as the government grows, the potential for the economy charles political will for that now . It doesnt look that way. I always hear promises, promises. Donald trump has said hes going to control Government Spending. If somebody could come through with that, that would be great news because the greatness of this country is not them in washington, its the millions of people that go to work every day, and enough of this taking it away from them. By the way, we havent mentioned regulations and the rest of the crap charles well, thats the good stuff, we know hes going to get rid of regulations and lower tax rates. Someone who can build a hotel in washington, d. C. That comes in on time and under budget, gary, thank you very much. Pleasure. Youre doing a great job, charles. Charles thank you very much. Next, the president drops a bombshell on protecting votes cast by undocumented immigrants. Thats right, theyve got rights too. Well be right back. Or Charles Donald trump ramping up his fight in battleground North Carolina today where the tuesday may be turning in his favor the tide may be turning in his favor. Blake burman is in wilmington with the details. Reporter hi there, charles. Southeastern part of the state. This was the second of two stops on the east coast today for donald trump, and he exuded an air of confidence about where he feel things stand. And according to the latest fox news poll released last night, it appears, indeed, that this race is tightening. The numbers in that poll show trump is trailing now Hillary Clinton by just two points, 4543. But here in North Carolina earlier today, trump said he feels a brexittype situation is playing out, and he says that he is doing much better than expected in several crucial states. Were winning North Carolina [cheers and applause] were winning in ohio. [cheers and applause] were winning in New Hampshire. Were winning in iowa. Were winning in florida. [cheers and applause] were winning all over the place, theyre going crazy. Reporter now, as far as here in North Carolina, the latest polling averages from real clear politics shows this an evertightening race. Trump leading now by. 8 . This appears to have flipped trumps direction in the last few weeks. By the way, charles, trump now is in the air, hes headed out west. Hes not done on this day, hes got events the still to come tonight in nevada and colorado. Charles, back to you charles the energizer bunny would have had a hard time keeping up with donald trump. Thanks a lot, appreciate it. Illegal immigration, we know its one of the hottest button issues in this campaign and sure to be just as controversial on election day. And now president obama be addressing the issue of Illegal Immigrants actually casting votes. Take a listen. Of the millennials, dreamers, undocumented citizens and i call them citizens because they contribute to this country are fearful of voting. So if i vote, will immigration know where i live . Will they come for my family and deport us . Not true. And the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself, and there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, etc. 9 the sangty oity of the sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential. Charles joining me to discuss, troy, mark and gina. You know, its interesting, in the top ten states where Illegal Immigrants are the largest bulk of workers, seven of them are either democratic or swing states including, number one, nevada, gina, where we know that the headlines are probably going to be the hispanics make or break this election there. Are you concerned about how many Illegal Immigrants may be casting votes there . Well, of course i am, charles. I think the message that is going to our children here is so damaging psychologically. If you cant win fair and square, just cheat or steal the votes necessary. Now we know that their motive all the way along on illegal immigration and even on the refugee crisis has never been a humanitarian one, charles. This is about gaining more money and power and using Vulnerable People in a vulnerable situation to do it. Charles you know, mark, of course, one of the wikileaks talked about Hillary Clinton seeing no borders in is the sort of northern and southern hemisphere, merging into one. Homogeneous, you know, happy place. But people also understand this is a power base, this is a power source for the democrats, and if shes elected, she may do some things that guarantee that the democrats stay in power forever. Do you is that the game plan . Charles, can we just once in this election throw the talking points out the window and talk about what the president actually said . Charles it sounded like he said ill let you finish, but it sounded to me like he youre not letting me finish. Charles they should not be afraid to cast an illegal vote. The floor is yours. But, you know, he didnt say that. What he he was asked a question that a made no sense about undong united citizens undocumented citizens. If you dont have documents, youre not a citizen. If you vote, you are a citizen, you wouldnt be allowed to vote if you werent. And and all he said is your record of having voted and your id whether its your address or your Social Security number or whatever isnt going to be transferred over to i. C. E. , the immigration and Customs Enforcement service. Charles right, okay. It is shameful to say that the president of the United States encouraged illegal voting. We didnt hear that charles let me ask troy, because troys a criminal defense attorney. If someone who is undocumented, illegal immigrant, whatever you want to call, does cast a vote, how likely is it that they would be prosecuted . Its very unlikely, charles. Its been a federal crime since 1996 for any undocumented resident, any noncitizen to vote in a federal election. States are free to pass laws, there hasnt been any since the 20s, but states are free to pass laws that allow undocumented residents to vote in local and municipal elections, but they cant vote in any federal election. And what i heard the president say is that, dont worry, if you are undocumented and you cast a vote are are, nobodys coming after you. It sounded to me like the chief Law Enforcement officer of this country gave safe haven. And if i was a Hillary Clinton supporter, id be knocking my head, because this plays exactly into the trump playbook. And they should be highfiving each other because it plays right into the narrative that charles right. It sounded like that to me too. [inaudible conversations] weve got to wrap it up here [inaudible conversations] charles it sounded like that to me as well. Thank you all very much. Two candidates, three days and its the final countdown. Were going to discuss it next. Charles well, its down to the wire. We are in the final stretch to election day. Joining me now to discuss, Ford Oconnell, Matt Connolly and youre in a state that will obviously play a major role, pennsylvania. Maybe a couple of weeks ago thought to be out of reach, certainly now within striking distance. How do you see it playing out . I see pennsylvania very much in play. I would predict honestly he is going to win pennsylvania by three points, and ill tell you why. Hes hitting a nerve with immigration, with jobs especially from the energy sector, and he is going to take care of the vets. Weve got a lot of vets who are very unhappy with the v. A. , and trump is packing the houses. Weve got to understand that this kind of energy is not for hillary. And be lets also not forget one thing, theres a transit strike in philadelphia right now, and its going to go through tuesday. That could really affect poll workers. Charles you know, i know thats sort of a wildcard, but what about the experts who are saying the white women of philadelphia, suburban philadelphia where donald trump cannot catch up. We know that melania gave a speech perhaps targeting that Group Earlier in the week. Do you dismiss that completely . Dont dismiss it completely. They are a tougher or sell because theyre a little more choosy when it comes to their candidate. But in the end, you know, its funny, hillarys numbers go up when she is not in the spotlight. When shes in the spotlight which she is now, for the worst possible reasons, for dishonesty and lack of transparency, their going to to shake their heads and say, you know what . Weve seen it before, we dont like it. Im going to go with trump, im going to hold my nose, hes going to win. Charles all right, ford, this is the mad dash. How do you see it playing out . You have to understand that, first of all, trump has to win florida, North Carolina and ohio, and at that point he only has 253 electoral voteses, and he has to go shopping for more. Hes going to have to thread that needle tighter than a Ben Roethlisberger pass. I dont like his chances in pennsylvania because theres 900,000 more democrats than republicans, and theres only 1. 2 million independents, so thats a very narrow needle to thread. I like his chances in New Hampshire because republicans outnumber democrats, and a third of the voting electorate is independent. I like New Hampshire, iowa, nevada or colorado and maine too, and that gives you 270 electoral votes, and that makes donald trump the 45th president of the United States. Charles so, adam, donald trump hit florida, North Carolina, nevada, today, i think he might swing by minnesota and virginia tomorrow. Is that the right strategy . Minnesota and virginia, those are two states you think he should be focused on two days from the election, or should he follow the Ford Oconnell map . [laughter] well, im going to give one to ford here. Thank you. I agree with ford. Can i offer you just the perspective from florida since this also seem to be described as ground zero . The one number adam shapiro didnt mention, right now in early voting and absentees, theres a 7300vote margin by democrats. Four years ago it was 177,000 edge for democrats on election day. And that was an election four years ago that mitt romney lost by only 74,000 president obama. If you look at the numbers here in florida, the numbers and under the numbers, theyre looking very, very positive for donald trump. And i can feel it on the ground here in tampa bay. He was here earlier. Its hard to generate momentum and enthusiasm that doesnt exist. Its much easier to channel something that i think has become a movement into votes. Charles what about nevada, guys . Its, you know, im hearing things out of nevada that over 70 of people have already early voted, that theyve clark county has been just a grand slam for the democrats, even that county with reno in it. Are you concerned, because the way i look at the map, i think hes got to win nevada, ford. I absolutely agree with you. Im concerned about the seiu busing people to the polls. That could make the difference, the turnout in the clinton machine. I also like potentially colorado to keep a lifeline open or michigan, but in those cases black vote has to take a serious nose dive just like pennsylvania. Charles weve got to leave it there. Great show and, of course, keep it right here on fox business all weekend long for full election coverage. Lou dobbs is next on fox business. Lou good evening, everybody. Three days until the election, and donald trump is crisscrossing the country trying to win over as many undecided voters wherever he can find them. The republican Nominee Holding a record four rallies today in the battleground states of florida, North Carolina, nevada and colorado. Earlier today trump was in wilmington where he insisted that a Clinton Presidency would usher in an era of unprecedented corruption. If she were to win, it would create an unprecedented constitutional crisis. If she ever got into the oval office, hillary
