Will be submitting questions to clinton to answer under oath as president of Judicial Watch tom fitton. Tom, thank you for joining us. Good to be with you, thanks for having me. Charles this is from ap, 85 of 154 people had phone conversations with Hillary Clinton ultimately donated to the charity or made pledges, and the numbers are staggering. 85 donors for 156 million. This is the kind of thing you actually warned president obama about, now were starting to see it come to public light . Exactly. I dont know how you could conclude anything other than you had a special in with the Clinton State Department if you were a donor to the Clinton Foundation. We have specific emails we released and the ap has done the analysis and the numbers dont lie, and we warned president obama about this, in fact, president obama was worried about this issue and the Senate Democrats were and Senate Republicans were even before she was confirmed. Thats why she promised to keep the bright line between the foundation and the state department and its a promise broken every which way she could. Charles tom, the report says the whos who, if you will, included an economist who needed help with the bangladesh government. A wall street executive, estee lauder executive. People and folks come from around the world, there is a line from ap where theyre saying the meetings between the democratic president ial nominee and the Foundation Donors two not appear to violent legal agreements between Hillary Clinton and bill clinton signed before she joined the state department in 2009. Are they wrong here . Well, you know, the people put their circumstantial evidence and im not saying its necessarily a crime here, but when you look at the numbers and over half or about half of her nonofficial visitors are with supporters of her foundation, you know, people are going to conclude, boy, thats strong circumstantial evidence that was something up. On top of that weve got the emails where there were specific inquiries from the Clinton Foundation on behalf of their donors to clintons top people at the state department. And most recently, the crown prince of bahrain, multimillion dollar partner, the foundations Enterprises Seeking to get a meeting with mrs. Clinton through the foundation because they werent able to get it through official channels. Foreign policy at the state department in that case was outsourced to the Clinton Foundation. Charles he went to donate, i think the number is 32 million to the Clinton Foundation. A staggering the numbers themselves are absolutely staggering. Your organization is going to have a chance to present questions to Hillary Clinton. I know theres still debate over the timing of it all. They would of course love to run out the clock until after the election. It wont happen until then. How do you see it playing out from here . The court authorized our attorneys to submit questions to mrs. Clinton. Written questions shed have to provide written answers under oath within 30 days of us providing her the information or the questions, and those enterrog tories as the lawyers call them are going to be given to mrs. Clinton and shell have 30 days to respond. Well hope to get a response soon. Charles we appreciate you taking out the time and look forward to having you back real soon. Thank you. Charles i want to bring in tammy bruce, jessica tarlov, im not a lawyer, i dont play one on tv, this article says it doesnt appear that it violated any legal agreements. Nevertheless, does scratch and sniff or the smell test is in the court of public opinion, this is really damning stuff. Yeah, its about ethics. I dont know if eracing 18 minutes from an audiotape is a crime either. This speaks to someones character and whether or not can you trust them, and if the state Department Access was for sale, if she was for sale as a secretary of state, would she be for sale as president . I dont think someone is going to change making that shift. These are the questions that americans have to ask themselves. If terrorists are the richest people in the world, spending money and buying access, does that mean theyd have access to the white house . Where does this lack of ethics this character problem end . And this is as we make decisions about individuals, two very imperfect candidate bus one obviously who will get the nation back on her feet and thats mr. Trump, versus a woman who has a history of lying, not being trustworthy and now is the most remarkable breach of ethics, selling of influence and the selling of the United States like the United States was living in the red light district. Charles jessica, you can add arrogance to that. Lot of people saying it was arrogant to not distance herself as secretary of state, and take donations from Foreign Countries. Bill clinton said if they win the white house. Charles thats what they said but what about now . Someone is saying this is taking down payment of favors. There is no proof of it. You can make an ethics argument. I happen to disagree with you. We know mr. Trump has talked about how he gave to republicans and democrats because he wanted to have as much influence with as many people as possible, there is an ethically challenged statement there if i heard one. We heard tom fitton and Peter Schweizer who wrote the clinton cash book, there is no quid pro quo, a lot of murkiness, and the smell test is stinky and has hurt her ratings dramatically to. Say that its going a bridge too far. Were talking access versus favors, i hate that we have to get into the mud with the semantics of it. She should be up 10 point not just 5. This is what it relates to. And i understand completely. Its not an accurate representation of this woman. Here are the numbers, 856 the 154 people who are private individuals that met with the secretary gave her loss of the money. Do you know how much . 100,000 each, 20 gave more than a Million Dollars. The issue is hillary and the nature of what access she gave not what someone else may have done. Thats the issue here. Let me bring in the track record here. Charles let me bring in adam here. Were bracing for potential smoking gun, im not a lawyer, but i can tell you this is something that any average person will say does not smell right, and you talk about the highest offices in the land, first secretary of state and perhaps the white house, its scary. This is serious stuff. I disagree with jessica. This is not a matter of semantics, jessica. This is a matter of actions. Welcome to the clinton code of conduct. Clinton code of conduct says evade responsibility, excuse inconsistency, what weve learned from the emails is shes willing to sell off america one donation and one email at a time. This has got to stop. And instead of laughing about it on the jimmy kimmel show, she should get on the americans show before the people of this country and explain why shes done this and what shes going to do about it and for bill clinton to come on recently and say we may stop this if we win. He didnt say might. Its an absolute slap in the face what we believe in the country. Instead of protecting the wealthy and powerful protect the interests america and the people who live here. Charles listen, guys, he didnt say might. He should step aside. Thats going happen to, the name is going to change. Charles too little too late. And chelsea will still be on the board. Listen, we will see what happened. Can i say one thing in defense of the foundation, this murkiness is no good and i understand why her ratings have honesty and trustworthiness ratings have suffered. Were talking about a foundation that saved thousands of lives with hiv program, the done our mentioned who gave 32 Million Dollars to the foundation, not like he gave it to their pockets, it was an educational fund. This is a foundation that does a lot of good around the world. Im not saying this all smells right. We need to think of this as an organization. Charles i had the conversation earlier with Julie Roginsky and couldnt tell me how much went into the charitable causes, i think the number is really low. Charity watch says it was 10 million of 154 Million Dollars raised in 2013, less than 10 . Charles all right, guys, leave it there. Coming up, donald trump vows to stand firm on the immigration plan, and with more energy than president obama. What does that mean . Charles on a call with Conference Call with reporters this afternoon, rnc chair Reince Priebus says donald trump is working on nuanced immigration position saying he will be tough and fair. He is not flipflopping on this issue. I have very, very good relationships with a lot of people, a lot of his panic people. The bad once are out of here fast. Plenty of bad once, gang members, you see whats happening in los angeles. Theyre going out fast. Theyre going to be out of here so fast, your head will spin. As far as the rest, well go through the process with a lot more energy and do it only through the system of laws. Okay. Good. Bills that are in existence. Charles theyre going to follow the law but with a lot more energy than president obama. Joining me to discuss is former Arizona Governor jan brewer. Thanks for joining me. To debate whether or not this is an evolution or flipflop or just, you know, something donald trump has been saying but fine tuned it more recently. What i want to ask as a governor who had a serious issue with illegal immigration, how do you feel about the idea of not deporting illegals unless they committed crimes . In other words, some form of path to citizenship or letting them stay here . I believe that mr. Trump understands the issue and that we need to get our border secured. The bottom line is that that border gets secured and we go through the process of letting immigrants into our country with vetting and abide by the rules, there is no problem with that. To resolve and solve is a complicated issue, until our border is secured, all the other things cant take place. My nephew told me one time its like having the faucet broken and you run to the sink to get a mop and mop it up. No you turn the water off and then mop it up. Were not going to put up with the sanctuary cities and donald understands, im glad hes speaking to the hispanic community. We need to solve the problem but it needs to be done. Charles lets fastforward, President Trump is inaugurated in january of next year, and fall of 2018, the wall is up, big, its impenetrable. What do we do with the 11 million illegals in this country . That is the big question. How do you deal with them . That is something that president obama, along with congress, along with the American People, all of us together, hispanics and africanamericans and everybody, to find a solution what were going to do with the people. Certainly if theyre criminals, theyll be deported, unlike what president obama did, he would let them out of prison and right back into our country as weve seen evidence of over and over and over again. We dont need the drop houses and extortion and the money that it costs us. When i was governor it cost me 1. 6 billion, charles, a year for the health care, the incarceration and the education. Its outrageous. That problem needs to be addressed. Mr. Trump listened to the people, hes listening to the people continuously, hes got himself a great staff and he will solve the problem. Thats all i ask is a breath of fresh air. Charles i want to get back to the money angle on this. People were saying its too much of a financial burden. People come, they have the theres the situation with the anchor babies and all those things, you just mentioned the numbers, we flashed them on the screen, even from an economic point of view, a lot of folks said its a lot smarter to enforce and deport a lot of people, more than just the criminals but people straining the system. There are so many places barely making it and where illegals have greater benefits than people born in this country. Thats not easy to reconcile, i understand, that was a promise that a lot of people were hoping for. Well, and im looking forward to when he does make his policy statement on it and what the solution is that hes going to present to the American People because people do want the borders secured. Theyre tired of the illegal immigration coming into our country, including all the criminal elements that ends up in our jails, but its a difficult, complicated issue, but youve got to stop the problem so it doesnt get larger. Weve got 1115 Million People here, probably illegal. People that are working, families, baby, its a terrible situation that has been neglected and finally got a president , weve finally got a president thats willing to work on it and listen to us and come up with a solution, thats what donald trump does. He finds solutions to problems. Charles let me ask, you talked about sanctuary cities coming out of this. Would a Trump Administration have the power or ability to somehow forts sanctuary cities because there are hundreds of them to roll up the red carpet and get rid of the criminals and make it easier for all of us to make an easier situation to grapple with . Well, we have a lot of federal laws. I think between the president and congress, they would come up with that solution. Everybody understands that sanctuary cities are a terrible situation. Charles they are. Its outrageous. Who would have ever thought 20 years ago that we would have this arrangement. Youre illegal and a criminal, you can be safe in a city. Charles and illegal to begin with. Thats more than our rights. Thats more than our rights. Charles governor brewer, thank you very much. Thank you. Helps on the way okay, coming up, president makes his way to hardhit areas of louisiana. Zeal well have details from his visit there. Hes touring with him. Stay with us, a lot of people say too little too late. Charles president obama was in floodravaged louisiana today, a trip he made after days of criticism, and the friday visit to the hardhit area by donald trump. President obama made a point to push aside politics. When disasters strike, thats probably one of the few times where washington tends not to be political. You know, i guarantee you, nobody on this block, none of those first responders, nobody gives a hoot whether you are democrat or republican, what they care about is making sure theyre getting the dry wall out and the carpet out and theres not any mold building and they get contractors in here and start rebuilding this quick as possible. Thats what they care about, thats what i care about. Charles donald trump reacted to the president s visit on twitter joining me now congressman gary graves who represents louisianas 6th district, the hardest hit area of the disaster. Congressman graves, whats your feeling on this . Is it too politicized and what are your thoughts Going Forward. You know, look, lets be honest, when people are chest deep in water and they saw the president playing golf, it was very hard for people to digest. So his visit today i think was much appreciated. I think that it barrad much needed attention and lastly you really cant understand the scope of the devastation without being down here driving around and seeing for tens of miles every single Home Business with all of the sheetrock, furniture, everything is out on the curb. Charles representative graves, as you watch president obama today, im not sure how well, you know him, but do you think what you described us to and what others have said is something that you have to be there to understand the full scope of it . Do you think he gets that, and if so, are you hoping for measures that go beyond a typical response from washington, d. C. . The only way to respond to this is to tailor a recovery package to this disaster. This was a 1,000year storm. We received 31 inches of rain within two days in some of the areas, that is the National Average annual rainfall for the United States. This really was a profound disaster and i do think that no matter who you are, you cant come here without having some sympathy for the devastation that people here have experienced. Charles the whole country watched the cajun navy and all the folks down there gather around, help each other, and its an inspiration to all of us, and i dont think anyone would begrudge the idea that the people there need extra help. Ive been able to speak with people from fema, red cross and others, and one of the issues is how do we make sure that these things dont happen in the future, that people arent stranded or left high and dry, no pun intended. Is this the right time to talk about the role of congress particularly with Flood Insurance in america as much as in other Foreign Countries . There are few here and well have an opportunity to dig in this a bit more. There were multiple instances where under traditional response, government would have stepped in, whether it was rescuing folks in boats and helping people in the initial home gutting and demucking of homes. All of this was done by the cajun navy. It was done by neighbors helping neighbors. You wouldnt believe the efforts that just regular citizens pitched in and did, so i definitely think there are discussion to be had there. More importantly, there is a backwards approach to federal disasters where we come in and spend billions after a disaster instead of spending millions of dollars before and make communities resilient. There was a corps of engineers project designed in the 1980s designed to help prevent flooding and that has been stuck in the corps process for decades now. Charles governor, we appreciate your time and wish you all the best. Well keep coming into visit with you guys. Great, thank you. Charles want to bring this out to our panel and discuss it. Dave and kirsten join us now. Its an amazing thing and we see the aftermath and the cost, its smart to invest millions if you can save billions, were in a difficult situation in this country. The politization of it, wasnt it too little too late for president obama. Never too late as i president to be comforter in chief and to show you that care, but he really gave donald trump an opportunity to act president ial, and he did. Donald trump had a great week last week, and im not someone whos been a super vocal supporter of him. Definitely was Donald Trumps chance to be there and show the community he cared and president obama, it was good, but, yes, should have come out to a microphone and given a speech. Come on television. He could have done that, if he wasnt going to make an appearance there, they said dont do, that it will hamper relief efforts. Charles a democratic governor said president obamas presence would have hurt initially because it would have sucked up resources. Nevertheless he was appreciative, the same governor, of trump showing up. Delay a tee time and get in front of a camera somewhere and express condolences. We heard representative graves talk about people chest deep in water, hoping to hear from the commander in chief and he wasnt there . I agree. He lost the symbolism, governor edwards wanted him to delay. There could have been more thats done. Not enough focus, not enough coverage. 110,000 families. This is ten years to recover. The congressman made a great point. Whats the preventive strategy in the next governor has to get into prevention and not just relief. When the spotlights leave, whats the strategies that help these people recover . Its also, lets talk about this as american families. Look at our budgets as families and say what insurance do we need to get, and if we dont, most americans in this country dont have 5,000, even 1,000 for a rainy day situation like this. Thats a huge financial burden. Charles i interviewed a guy who has a business and a home, he can only afford to insure one, the business, he lost his home. Hopefully hell get that back, you acknowledged that president obama blew it. What about Hillary Clinton, dave . I havent heard anything. I think she sent out a tweet about this . She should get there. Right now theres a time charles make time between Leonardo Dicaprio and Justin Timberlake . Its a busy schedule. I think the president probably overreacted to the advice to delay the trip. I agree should have made a statement you made a great point on insurance. The truth is as climates are getting more extreme in terms of the weather situations, insurances are harder to get. The average person in the louisiana flood earlier this year got 7700. Charles talking about Big Government becoming bigger isnt necessary. Hillary clinton put out a statement. Someone who wants to be in the white house, last word to you . Absolutely. This is a moment we shouldnt have to be politicizing this, the value the politics has brought to this is were talking about it. Everyone should go home from here, even if the media doesnt cover it. Churches in the area should volunteer as theyre doing and thats what shows the resilience of the American People. Charles coming up, donald trump looking at black and hispanic voters saying president obama turned inner city neighborhoods into war zones. Well discuss that. Stick around. Whether its bringing cuttingedge wifi to 35,000 fans. Or keeping a Hotels Guests connected. Businesses count on communication, and communication counts on centurylink. With this level of engineering. Its a performance machine. With this degree of intelligence. Its a supercomputer. With this grade of protection. Its a fortress. And with this standard of luxury. Its an oasis. Introducing the completely redesigned eclass. Its everything you need it to be. And more. Lease the e300 for 549 a month at your local mercedesbenz dealer. Mercedesbenz. The best or nothing. Charles donald trump keeps courting black and hispanic voters, but some say he created more controversy last night at a rally in ohio. Take a listen. You can go to war zones in countries that were fighting, and its safer than living in some of our inner cities. Theyre run by the democrats. Charles even some of Donald Trumps supporters are calling on him to take this message that hes been fine tuning to black colleges, black churches and maybe, you know, work with the tone and everything else. Here to discuss, Caitlin Huey Burns and ashley bell. Ashley, ive got to start with you. You just got a promotion, didnt you . [laughter] i dont know if it was a promotion, but it was i just started about nine days ago. Charles okay. And youre the black representative for the rnc, and do you also work for the Trump Campaign . No. Im the senior strategist for the rnc and National Director for black engagement. Charles so youve got to be excited with what youve heard from donald trump over the last week or so, a con centered effort concerted effort to reach out to voters the gop has written off for years. Where do you think its going to go from heresome. Look, perfect timing. Im very excited this chairman decided to bring on three senior staffers and make a hard, last push to go after the black vote. Im excited that donald trump is now in the game. Hes talking about issues that affect the black community, hes talking directly to the black community. Thats something we didnt see in 2012 with mitt romney. And so im excited that were having this conversation because it exposes a lot of the ails of the inner cities that democrats have created. You cant have a conversation about crime unless you have a conversation about the people committing the crime. Those people many times arent high school graduates, those people had failed schools, and what is the republican solution to that . School choice, about give giving these parents the opportunity to get these kids in the best opportunities to succeed. Charles caitlin, you wrote a piece about this. I did. I think the real strategy behind what donald trump is doing is really to signal to Republican Voters, traditional Republican Voters that hes losing ground with, heist white suburban voters who just dont find his rhetoric appealing on issues regarding race, immigration and other things, trying to make himself seem more palatable to those voters by talking about ways in which he wants to expand the republican tent. A lot of the ways that he has been conducting minority outreach has been seen as offensive to some, and he hasnt been participating in community events, hes rejected invitations from the naacp and other places that candidates traditionally participate in. Charles right. Ashley, identify got to tell you, i personally dont know if i would go to the naacp. I dont know they necessarily represent black people to the degree they did, but you said earlier he made a direct appeal. Some are saying a direct appeal would be if he went to the church on 145th street and convent avenue in new york or in eastern harlem. In other words, go in the heart, give this message, fine tube fine tune it. Is this something that you have suggested or think would be a smart move . Definitely Going Forward you will see more opportunities for donald trump to speak to different audiences, and thats something that were all encouraging and we think will be able to see happen. But the speech that he gave is not like black folks dont watch tv or listen to radio. Whether you enjoy it or you didnt like Donald Trumps statements in milwaukee, they were played on every black Radio Station in the country. So weve deny Charles Charles so its okay then, you think this is fine . You dont think listen, i listened to steve harvey, and i heard they talked about it, but not in a very flattering way. Exactly. Right, right. So the thing about donald trump is even if he was in front of an allblack audience, the message wouldnt change. What he said wouldnt change. So the question is, are we reaching black voters . Yes, we are. Charles okay. Now, the question is can we develop a message thats broader, thats more inclusive, that recognizes all of the black experience, middle class, lower class, upper class . Yes, we can still do that charles as long as youre happy with it, ashley, and you think its going to resonate within the black community, i think, honestly, he needs to go into those commitments more, and i think the message is spot on, but i think to your point, its got to be nuanced a little bit because my son, you know, hes 19 years old, he took the train, went down to tribeca on sunday, came home and didnt get shot, so it could be nuanced a little bit. Definitely, we can expand charles i gotta go, buddy. Congratulations, and were going to have you back real soon. Thanks a lot, caitlin. Hey, guys, by the way, good read on housing today, also oil prices finishing higher after goldman called for a crash. My market commentary is next and market, by the way, at alltime highs. Well be right back. Charles well, Hillary Clinton actually took a little bit of time off from fundraising to lay out her plan for Small Businesses. Weve got the details. How does it stack up against sorry, donald trump. Well tell you, stick around. Charles very interesting action in the market today. Stocks popped out the gate, right, while crude oil stumbled. You know, sometimes they trade together. Well, the former was good news, right . The housing data, and some of those earnings were also pretty good. The latter, the oil to, there was a bearish note from Goldman Sachs saying that brent crude would trade in a real narrow range, 45 50 a barrel from now through the summer of 2017. Now, this calculation was wrong from the conclusion that the major oilproducing countries of the world would not make adjustments to lower their output. Later this session, there was a report that iran was up to some kind of production cap. Meanwhile, those new home sales soared last month, coming in at a nineyear high. Annualized pace of 654,000 was 12 higher month over month, 31 higher than july of 2015. Now, i do think were in something of a housing boom, and its only limited right now by supply. The fact of the matter is last month 70 of those new homes sold are either under construction or havent begun construction yet. Toll brothers selling those highend homes like hot cakes. Lets face it, parts of the economy are starting to get back to historic averages. So after years of slow growth, sluggish recovery, it does feel really good against that backdrop of low expectations. Now, i would still invest further for the appreciation of crude oil in homeowners, home markets rather. I think theyre going to go up. And also, listen, we might go from celebrating mediocrity to celebrating the fact that weve gone back to average. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton unveiling her new tax plan for Small Businesses and, you know, some people are concerned because its not exactly the kind of stuff that donald trump suggested. But were going to break it all down for you when we come back, next. If a denture were to be put under a microscope, we can see all the bacteria that still exists. Polidents unique micro clean formula works in just 3 minutes, killing 99. 99 of odor causing bacteria. For a cleaner, fresher, brighter denture every day. Charles well, we have breaking news for you on that ap story we brought at the temperature of the show. The chipton Campaign Clinton campaign has released a statement. Quote this is part of it, by the way. This story relies on utterly flawed data. Its cherry picked, a limit subset of secretary clintons schedule to give a distorted portrayal of how often shes crossed paths with people connected to charitable foundations to the Clinton Foundation. Were going to keep an eye on it. In the meantime, Hillary Clinton did manage to hold a Conference Call today unveiling a tax plan targeted at Small Businesses. The plan calls for a new standard deduction requiring less paperwork and raising the capital expense deduction from 500,000 to a Million Dollars. Joining me now, dave moreys back along with susan sullivan. Susan, i think of you immediately, what do you think of Hillary Clintons new Small Business approach . Well, charles, actually its very evident that she doesnt understand what Small Businesses really need to get growing again. I mean, lets just take that standard deduction that you were talking about for Small Businesses. You know, its not a terrible idea, but is it enough . Is it enough to really help businesses that have higher infrastructure costs versus a business thats perhaps in the Service Industry . And then, you know, what Small Businesses really need is a complete simplification of the tax code. We need lower taxes. It costs Small Businesses over 200 more to comply with tax laws than it does big companies. And then lets go on a step further. Lets talk about the death tax. I can tell you right now she said in one of her stump speeches that trump wants to do away with the estate tax so he can save his family 4 billion. Well, guess what . People with that kind of wealth, the clintons included, they have tax attorneys and estate planners who are shielding them from that death tax. Its People Like Us who are Small Business owners who want to pass on the biggest asset we probably have in our portfolio which is that business that we built with sweat equity and time and energy and passion, and we want to pass that on to our heirs. And guess what . We get hit with that big death tax bill. A lot of businesses close up. I know personally businesses who are taking on serious debt just to pay that death tax. And when they go out of business, so go jobs. Charles and, susan, were talking Small Businesses, and we throw the family farm in there as well because a lot of family farms have been lost because of the estate tax. Dave, this looks like so little, so late when it comes to Small Businesses. Really, think about this. Youre a Small Business, and donald trump is dangling 15 tax, lower regulations, revamping, ditching obamacare and revamping it so it doesnt crush your business. It just seems like to little from her. Let me take it a different direction. I think it was a good first step. This is the first time shes talked about cutting taxes, cutting regulatory issues. Thats a good thing, and its not just politically smart, its smart in terms of leadership because the truth is there are 27 million Small Business owners, 50 of the company gdp wise, 50 of the work force comes from Small Business, so its very, very smart. Any recovery comes on the back of that. The key, i think, charles, is im to going to be bipartisan for a second, i think both candidates have to be much more aggressive being up where picking up from where you left off. She needs to be more aggressive because 250 billions not going to go et you anywhere get you anywhere. Charles so, susan, im going to give you the final word here, but, you know, i do think there is a political aspect to this. Americans have lost faith in all large institutions, but if you ask about Small Businesses, we all have faith in them, we believe in them because we know theyre who drive the economy. Its a very trustworthy voting block, and people are taking this very seriously. Were listening to what the candidates say. We need people who understand the Small Business issues. I would really like to see mrs. Clinton to go out, change her name, start a business from scratch and grow it. I bet she couldnt do it, and i tell you what, thats what you need to do. You need people who understand whats going on in the Small Business marketplace. Small businesses arent hiring. 85 of Small Businesses say they arent ready to hire. They arent wanting to take on debt even though she wants to make it easier for Community Banks to give loans to Small Businesses. Guess what . Were so uncertain about whats happening in this economy right now charles right. The bottom line, susan we dont want to go into debt. Charles the point you always ma grow first and foremost, and then maybe confidence after that. Coming up, Virginia Governor Terry Mcauliffe restoring just a way to drum up more democratic votes in november. Were going to discuss law and order in america. Please return, well be right back. music playing push it real good. announcer vo or you can take a joyride. Bye bye, errands, we sing out loud here. Siriusxm. Road happy. Charles Virginia Governor, long time clinton ally Terry Mcauliffe has restored Voting Rights for nearly 13,000 exfelons by executive action. The move is just one part of what seems to be a larger bipartisanship towards criminal justice reform, so how will this play out with Donald Trumps strict law and order stance . Joining me now to discuss, sheriff david clark and jessica tarlov. Sheriff clark, youve been real busy with donald trump lately. Hes talked recently about restoring tough police powers. In other words, policemen have been afraid some call it the ferguson effect of doing their jobs. Well, lets take a look at, you know, donald trump has cornered the market on being law and order candidate. Everybody believes it, and he has that wrapped up. As for governor mcauliffe, look, hes found a way to circumvent through the constitution, the Virginia State constitution, to restore the rights of some of these felons. But what i find interesting is they just liberal democrats have such a hard time telling the truth. This is about trying to increase the voter rolls for november. If those 200,000 felons came to governor mcauliffe and said, look, weve changed our ways, we want our rights restored, were going to join the National Rifle association, were going to vote republican, and we want to purchase firearms, mcauliffe would not have restored those rights, and he knows it. Charles jessica, you know, its interesting because wills a move its been going on for a while to restore a lot of rights for felons. Right. A bipartisan effort. Charles it is interesting because what would be a deterrent for committing the kind of crime for a felon in the first place . Well, you have more trouble getting a job, you have trouble getting charles well, youre going to ban the box thats not going to fully solve the problem. I greatly respect sheriff clark here, but i dont think Terry Mcauliffe would not be in favor of this if people said im going to join the nra i get tired of the liberal left, the progressives acting as if black people are some sort of mental my misfits that we cant adapt to cultural norms and mainstream values. We always have to have the bar lored for us. My father didnt lower the bar for me. He raised it. He expected me to meet it. When people make questionable lifestyle choices like engage in criminal behavior. We shouldnt mainstream them, we shouldnt find excuses. We should early on, but to continue to lower the bar i find quite insulting. Democrats agree about that. We obviously need to create better Educational Opportunities and keep people out of prison in the first place. Charles guys, thank you very much. Sheriff, thank you, jessica, thank you, and audience, of course, we love that you keep watching. Thank you very much. Now heres lou dobbs. Lou good evening, everybody, im lou dobbs. We begin tonight with a displaying revelation of the shocking level of clinton corruption. A new report shows more than half of all outsiders she met with when she was secretary of state gave money to the Clinton Foundation, more than half suggesting clearly mrs. Clinton was basically selling her office, pay for play, and the dollar amounts were huge. The revelations validate what donald trump has been charging for months now, that mrs. Clinton, her foundation and the state department she led were all corrupted by the clinton cartel
