Hes got a perfect formula today to go after her on the Clinton Foundation. The truth of the matter is Hillary Clinton took the job of secretary state not to basically serve the Obama Administration, but to run for president. Shepherd one more credential on her resume and equally as important, it allowed the funding of a mechanism this day and place to raise tons of money so that she can keep her staff around and keep moving forward, and thats what he did. He has to expose and expose quickly. Lou the National Liberal media is not attacking this scandal as i would have expected them to knowing full well they are leftwing liberal in every way. We know people arent complete fools, theyre not writing checks for 156 million, in many cases outside interest who were on her calendar, they were paying top of mean a Million Dollars or more. Well, friendship with a former president and her husband, thought she was going to be future president , and thats basically what they were buying into, and i think thats whats continuing. You see that this week why are all the hollywood stars out there basically raising millions of dollars . Because they want to have access to the next president of the United States. And my sense is that this is an opening for trump who needs to basically drill it. You have to define yourself in a campaign and define your opponent. He has to find himself as a leader, obviously hes a billionaire, he doesnt need anybody elses money and shes not a leader who can be bough b. Lou hes done that, and hes done that. He is doing it. Lou and he is driving it home. Also, trump is doing Something Else differently this time. He is adapting to a new circumstance, at least what he perceives as the circumstance when it comes to illegal immigration. , quote, unquote, softening his stance at least a consideration of so doing. Your reaction to that. Amist of all of this . My reaction to this is that its a distracting message. Should never use the word soft when youre doing anything thats illegal. And these people lou if youre doing anything thats illegal . These people are here illegally. Lou referring to Illegal Immigrants. Im not talking about the clintons anymore. Thats illegal. But you dont use the word soft. You dont basically back away and say im going to have a softer position. Youre going to have a fairer position and think about it. I think he has one more shot at his immigration. Whenever he gives it. And he can argue ive learned a lot about it, i need to make some alter rations but the truth of the matter if youre a criminal and youve come in here illegally, were going to find you and throw you out of the country. What impresses me, though, is that this kind of statement indicates to me that hes willing to actually govern, which takes needing to look at all of the information, realizing sometimes there would be some adjustments, and i think out of all the people out there, mr. Trumps approach is one that we can trust. Lou charlie, the base and how will they swallow this pill . As often the case with donald trump, its kind of hard exactly what he meant. Because in the one moment, hes talking about softening. And then, you know, two sentences later talking about enforcing the laws. And what hes been attacked for all along since the beginning of his campaign synthesis he wants to enforce the that have been duly passed by congress, signed into laws by the president , these are laws on the books and hes going to enforce them. Do you understand means if youre here illegally, youre going to be deported. So the thing that i find interesting and sort of a little bit concerning about him bringing up this new phrase of softening right now is the strategic standpoint. Why on earth would you know, from the beginning, republicans, most republicans have said, look, lets secure the border, lets start dealing with illegal you know, prevent illegal immigration in the first place. And then well deal with the 11 million undocumented. Lou lets be clear. There are two issues here. Exactly. Lou one is the issue of illegal immigration. The other is one of border security. With our question intertwined and codepended if you will. And you dont even need to talk about the second one until you do the first one. Lou well, you can talk about and these are the facts. And i hope that the trump folks are listening to this. Because the reality is if he continues to talk about softening his position on illegal immigration, ive always said his statement about deporting 11. 5 million immigrants. By the way, ive never called for the deportation of anyone by criminal Illegal Immigrants in this country in over ten years of writing books and dealing with this subject a great deal. Youre an early you were an early person to see all of this. Quite early. Not the first. Lou im sorry . If not the first. Lou well, well get to chronology back. But the reality is this, and its straight forward. I personally believe. And that is if you need to reform immigration law, you have to control immigration. Thats right. Lou and if you cant control immigration, its because you dont control your borders. Thats right. Lou and that is the insipiant point in which to begin policy especially with criminal aliens. Lou well, with all aliens. Not especially. Its with all will be the has been if youre going to start at least with criminals or at least move people out of this country, we cant make it easy for them to get back in. It also speaks to general National Security and the issue of course is terrorism and those groups as well. Lou well, the fact that method, heroin, the majority of it comes over the southern border. If we dont get our head straight over all of this, this is the great risk it seems to me, tammy, that donald trump is taking. I disagree. I think that what hes speaking about, and he was very specific about theres individuals here, that are great, and we want to look at that, and we dont want to be harsh. But he was not speaking about the wall or about controlling the border. Or amnesty. Lou by the way, i you can disagree with me, you may not. But you can i do sometimes. Lou cant apparently rest the syllogism out there, which is what i invited you to do. Can you defeat it . No. I agree with it. Lou then move on to the issue at hand, and that is the most corrupt candidate for the presidency of the United States in our countrys arguably history, charlie. And instead got people focusing on this. Yeah. And she stands, you know, in the polls right now poised to, you know, win back the white house. I mean these are people that they have taken lying to a whole new level. They lie about lying. And then when after theyre done, they lie about lying about lying. It is absolutely and i think to a huge degree, the American People have the reason she is doing well in the polls is that people have just sort of given up hope that politicians are ever going to tell the truth. I think people that theyre all corrupt, theyre all dishonest, and theyre all self dealing. But having covered a lot of politicians up close and personal for a long time, ive never covered any politicians that are like the clintons. It is like a syndicate. It is can i sort of put a script on that . Yeah. Postscript in that if Hillary Clinton is elected, it is a statement that we are willing to throw ourselves in the volcano, that weve given up. I dont think the American People have given up. We certainly have not. But they know its so obvious how corrupt they are. If we acquiesce to it, it means were giving them the position to destroy what exists. Lou then why as he attacks this ethical behavior that he is the Clinton Foundation, charlie . You cant you dont really expect the Republican Party to stand up and defend itself . Even when they have a winning issue, they still seem to fail to win the fight. They are defending themselves. And i think much of this operation, lou, while its intent is about isis and some of that is reclamation for isis attacking him, but its also the kurds. Everything he does in syria, hes got his eyes on the syrian kurds. Hes concerned about their gaining too much territory and therefore too much power and influence. So that is what is also happening here. Lou under the pretax then, taking on the Islamic State, u. S. Forces are in support of the Turkish Military thats advancing in syria and threatening kurds, and that is the likely outcome of the conflict that is going to continue it appears for some time in syria between turkey and the Islamic State and whatever other targets specifically the kurds it selects. Yeah. They wont state that. But the reach is that. And the second thing is you asked at the beginning why . Why are we doing this . Because theyre a nato country. We want that base that were using, were flying out of that space, also conducting some special Operations Missions out of turkey. So that relationship and the war on isis is important. I think that thats is what has driven this decision. What concerns me about this decision is everything that erdogan has been doing for the last three or four years and that should be impacting our relationship with him. Lou surely the obama sees you and i see when we look forward turkey, and that is a leader who is giving every appearance of creating an Islamic State before the Islamic State can and believe me. Isis, the strength that isis gathered is partly due to erdogans policy because he refused to shut down that border for those two plus years. Isis grew from several hundred out of iraq, singly iraqi fighters to close to 30,000 fighters from all over the middle east and other parts of the world. They all virtually came through the Turkish Border and erdogan and his people defy to that. Lou do you think were going to have greater involvement . What do you expect as a result to the steps that are being taken . The advancing of Turkish Forces, are air strikes in syria . What is the endgame for the administration . I think the endgame for turkey will be the Syrian Border and thats all hes interested in. Solidifying that border, making certain that the kurds arent advancing and getting too much power.
