You cant have National Tea Party groups. By definition its grassroots. The grassroots that were involved in oklahoma think different from are the national folks. While there is a sympathetic hearing in the court they were ruled not to have standing. Are you confident at this point that you will have standing, that the house of representatives and the leadership of the house . First things first, we are going to test it out and push that. We believe we do. We believe that we are affected by that, the same as all americans are affected by nonformt of the law. Step one is to walk through that this has not been tested before.
