Wonderful, their outlook was a little bit moderate. So not percolating today for the shareholders. Investors arent happy. Not happy with the numbers, theyre just believing this is not a story that continues into 2013. It is pulling back. Down over 5 1 2 today. Ashley we have time quickly. Blackberry rally continuing. The stock adding another 4 after that huge rollout in canada. Up 30 this week. [closing bell rings] they say they will not launch the blackberry 10 in japan. Pretty amazing. Liz not going to. Bells ringing on wall street. Already available in canada. Lets see how stocks finish up. Here you go. Here are the percentages to the far right. Not necessarily how miniscule, ashley, miniscule. Dow jones down half a percent. S p down three. Not. Of a bull pack. Pullback. Ashley so miniscule i had to put my classes on. Snowstorm expected to hit the northeast may be bad for your commute but it is good news for douglas dynamics. Why . Because they make three types of truck mounted snow plows. Liz who knew. Douglas dynamics. That cold weather helping heating oil. Rising 1. 38 settling at the highest level since october as the fear did not translate to things like natural gas and crude oil because they were marginally down. Despite that threat of a massive snowstorm thats what we saw. Natgas falling for first time this week. Once we start to see where the radar is taking us maybe these numbers start to move. Ashley exactly. Two Energy Etfs Hitting new 52week highs. Power shares, pxj. Its top holdings include weatherford, halliburton. Ishares ieo. Top holdings include occidental petroleum, anadarko and phillips 66. Liz here are the names. Coinstar, linkedin, athenahealth. They are all reporting any moment from now. Well bring you the numbers as soon as theyre released. Plus we have the ceo of athenahealth. He will join us exclusive. Here is why you need to listen of the his stock is up nearly 46 over the last three months. Thats not all. Health care related, how about a cigarette with no tobacco, smoke or smell . Electronic cigarette use is on the rise of the companies are sprouting up. One of the originals, one of the originals really capitalizing what ubs projects sales reaching one billion dollars this year. Weve got the leader in ecigarettes. Ceo and president of njoy, joining us exclusively, just vapor coming out. Wants to make the traditional cigarette on sew heat, ash. Ashley former governor of kansas, mark parker is warning about the huge impact our aging population will have on the state. He is currently the ceo and president of the American HealthCare Association and manages some Nursing Homes as well. Will be interesting to hear what he has to say. Liz well tell you what drove the markets with todays data download. Stocks ending lower but well off session lows which started pretty much as i said worry over the strength europes economy. Why anybody wasnt worried i dont know. Why is this a shock . The s p 500 did snap a twoday winning streak. All three major indices are on track to post the first losing week of the year. That is significant. Materials, technology, and energy as todays worstperforming sectors. The euro, look at this, sinking to the lowest level in nearly two weeks against the dollar after European CentralBank President mario draghi voiced those concerns about the impact of the currencys Exchange Rate on the economy. Too strong a euro can hurt the economy coming back. It turn around. Hit a intraday low versus the u. S. Dollar. The number of u. S. Workers filing new applications for Unemployment Benefits fell by 5000 to a seasonally adjusted 366,000 last week. The fourweek moving average, we tell you about that because is smofs out the wreak to week volatility, fell it a fiveyear low of 350,500. That is good news. Ashley straight to adam shapiro. We have a couple companies reporting, athenahealth. Coinstar. Begin with athenahealth. Lets start with them. This is a beat on earnings per share, ashley. 29 cents versus what the street expected, 28 cents. Revenue is a miss, 16. 6 million. The street was expecting 116. 9 million. Take a look at coinstar. This is an interesting mix here. Youve got an earnings per share breath of 93 cents when the street was expecting 73 cents. Revenue not nearly what the street was expecting. 564. 1 million. The street was expecting 580. 19 million. Liz the problem when you miss on revenue. You can engineer the eps. Squeeze out all kinds of cost savings. That is why both these names, athenahealth and coinstar selling off rather dramatically. Ashley afterhours. Lets get to todays action with Todd Horowitz in the pits of the cme. Lets get your reaction what we heard. Athenahealth and coinstar both missing on the revenue. What does that tell you . Hi, ashley, hi liz. What it tells me the stocks both anticipated, a mean that anticipated a much better number why selling off very heavily after the close the revenue miss is a bad sign for them. Coinstar was unsided. It looked to be the split decision because the charts were telling us that they couldnt figure out where it was going to go. The miss wasnt surprising. That would also look to be selling off. Liz talk about the sense in the market and certainly in the pits there about the fact that these selloffs are nothing too dramatic. In fact theyre rather shallow. Yeah. When you look whats going on the market is a in a big consolidation pattern. If we look at s p we see a solid top 1510 in the future. 1515 in the cash and solid bottom at 1490 in the future, 1494 in the cash. Right now the market is trying to make up its mind. We have a real lack of volume and lack of conviction here. The market is poised. The trend is still higher. To fight the overall trend is hard here. What you have to watch we have to wait until you get above the 1510 level to actively buy again. If you want to look short you have to wait until we break the 1490 level. That is where the market is. We went down to 1494 and went right back up. Ashley you say this market is all smoke and mirrors i guess so what because the trend has been up, up and up. What point does somebody, do the investors and markets realize, wait a minute, were living in a false world . You know as long as, as long as we have the fed, as long what they call the bernanke put the market will go higher. There is no place to go for yield if you look for yield you cant go anywhere else. You have to go to the equity market. You cant go to a bank. Bonds are offering no yield. Where are you going to go . You have to go somewhere in the equity market to get any yield on your money. Liz give me. 001 Interest Rate on cds doesnt thrill you . Ashley doesnt do it. Todd horowitz, see you in a few minutes when the s p futures close. Lets bring in our panel, our market panel. Bill stone, pnc Asset Management chief investment strategist. Lance roberts ceo of street talk advisors. Bill, let me begin with you. Youre the bull. Youre positive on the u. S. Market. You dont think its overbought and due for a correction of some sort . You know, would say my horns are not as sharp as they typically are. Ive been on here a lot and been positive even while things didnt look so good. When it gets a little bit overheated i would say, yeah, im a little bit less sharp of horns. But the end result is i still think the value is there on the stock side. I would say, tilt yourself to probably a little less aggressive kind of names at the moment but for those that are still waiting on the sidelines, i dont think this should necessarily get in the way of entering into some sort of program to get involved. Liz lance, bill just use ad good word, overheated. Do you see this market is overheated . When you look at the year charts, they look fabulous certainly. But, yet it doesnt feel like it is totally overheated. Maybe im wrong. Where do you see it . Last time i was talking with you, liz, it was probably back in august. We were talking about going into the end of the year we would have a correction. That was because at that time all of our indicators on a weekly basis were extremely stretched to upside. Sentiment was extremely bullish. You have exactly the same condition now that you had going into september and that led to about a 7 correction before your next good buying opportunity came in. So my point is, i agree with your other guest here is that the equity market looks good. The trend is positive. Things are good. You have the bernanke put in here. You have 85 billion a month pushing into the markets but chasing the markets at this point is a little bit risky. I would at least use some pullbacks to add to exposure, rather than jumping in maybe right today. Ashley that brings me to bill. Bill, where are you investing . What sectors do you like and how do you prepare, how do you hedge against that risk of a bit of a pullback . Yeah i think my sectors will reflect a little bit of, you know, act little more conservative. So think about maybe health care, staples, things that obviously are needed. I think there are some Great Stories obviously. You cant say the overall sector is great. Ill highlight just two names for you. I think one is pfizer. The interesting thing about that, you get a nice yield of roughly 3 1 2 , we think there is still a new drugstorery going on there i guess i should say a emerging new drug story. The cupboard had gotten more bare for a while. They have restructuring going on. They sold a portion of their Animal Health business in talk ses successful ipo. Theyre trying to unlock value. That is good. Maybe on Consumer Staples make you like proctor gamble. You get 3 yield. The stock has gone essentially nowhere in five years. Youre just back to breaking through there. Here is what is going on. We recently got a earnings report. Looks like margins are starting to come back. Theyre starting to gain market share back in major products. We think a emerging better story, yeah. Liz lance, i would like to get the you and the names you like. While youre striking a little bit more of a bearish tone you have positive choices among them kelloggs, Johnson Johnson. You like bluechips and utilities, energy as well. When youre looking at these names and these sectors what is it about them that makes more comfortable about making money. Im not more bearish. Im cautiously optimistic. Like bill, the trend is positive. Our job as investors and particularly as Investment Managers is buy cheap and sell when things are expensive. That is how we make money, right . Liz of course. Things are very extended and stretched. I Like Companies that have more defensive in nature when the markets are overvalued on a shortterm basis because when the market corrects this is where money goes to. Money will go into places like Johnson Johnson and proctor gamble, exxonmobil. Those are companies that have good stable dividend growth, good strong Balance Sheets and theyre the ones that will pick up the cash flows as investors look for a place to hide out of high volatility areas. Liz well, gentlemen, thats the thing. Youre big thinkers. Youre always cautious. You always have idea. We like that. Thank you so much for joining us. Thanks. Thank you. Liz bill stone and lance roberts. Ashley all right. We talked about this in the last hour, liz. Apple is sitting on lots of cash. Now fund manager david ion horns einhorns firm suing the tech giant saying they need to unlock shareholder value. Apple has put out a statement. Well talk about that more after the break. Yeah, thats right. Theyre beating on earnings per share. 35 cents, liz. Street is expecting. Revenue is up. Street expecting 279. 9 million. Revenue from the u. S. Totaled represented 62 of the total revenue in the Fourth Quarter of 2012. Revenue from international markets, this is what a lot of people were paying attention to, 114. 6 million, representing 38 of total revenue in the Fourth Quarter of 12. Liz . Liz yeah, thats been a huge business for them. New users, 70 International Back in q3. Looks like the trend continues there. Ashley yeah. Liz last month it was herbalife. Today its apple. Green light capitals David Einhorn, a thorn in some companys sides, going after apple today, challenging the companys proposal to remove prefered stock from the companys charter. Ashley just in the last hour apple responding to einhorn. Shibani joshi joining us now with the latest developments on this story. And the story continues and continues to heat up with apple apple doing uncharacteristic things. There have been proxy fights before. There have been issues taken to the shareholders that apple has not responded to but it chose to respond in this instance. You brought it up in the 3 00 p. M. Hour. Lets bring our viewers uptodate. In case you havent heard it, the company reminding its shareholders they have announced a plan to return 45 billion to shareholders over the last three years. The companys release also went on to say that apples Management Team and board of directors have been in active discussions about returning additional cash to shareholders. With that, one sentence, shares of apple went on the possibility we could get more money inked out. Apple goes on to say this proposal number two, which is what David Einhorn is against, actually would not deter the company or prevent the company from issuing preferred stock which is what David Einhorn wants. Essentially what theyre trying to make a distinction of, is that it is this blank shares, a blank check prefered shares which are often used as a way to prevent a poison pill, to prevent companies from taking it over, to raise a lot of money without any shareholder approval. It is a lot of power for a board of directors to have. Theyre trying to remove that from the current setup. Again big issue here is that David Einhorn says there is a lot of money sitting in the cash coffers. He wants some of it back. One company that or one entity that does not believe or will not side with him at least in the short term is call percent. This is the nations biggest Public Pension Fund calpers. 243 billion in assets. 247 million shares of apple which is twice the amount that einhorn holds. They have already said that they are going to vote in favor of this proposal, proxy item number two, which goes contrary to what David Einhorn wants. He may not get that support after all. Apple coming back, as you mention a rare thing. Liz but it is so obvious shareholders with a big voice like einhorn are getting annoyed by looking at that pile of cash and saying give me some of that. He equated 145 per share sitting there that could be accessed by shareholders that apple is preventing. The stock price went down 30 in the last six months. Shareholders are looking around. Theyre saying give it back, give it back. Liz Larry Haverty of gamco on fox business predicted this on monday. I predict a shareholder lawsuit. Boom, it happened. Ashley hes right. Liz thank you very much, shibani joshi. Ashley well athenahealth selling off in afterhours trading after reporting a miss on revenue. Coming up next exclusively on fox business the chairman and ceo of athenahealth, jonathan bush. Here with an exclusive insight. Liz jonathan bush. Athenahealth chairman ceo and president. You do everything over there, dont you, jonathan . I mean well not everything, it turns out, liz. Liz listen, lets talk about these numbers. The stock is kind of moderating in the afterhours session. What do you think is in there they werent totally in love with and what do you think they do like . I guess what i like, nothing worse than a plan that you hit all of because, ive never seen kibuki theater. Liz i like that. You want have everybody run like hell and fall down and scrape their legs and people bust through the ribbon and people way ahead and couple people asking why. We ended just like that. We had a great year. We set out to grow 30 . We grew 30 . We set out to grow bookings 35 . We got 88 of that goal. So pretty good year. No complaints. Im not sure how many other companies in our shoes are growing organically at 30 . Liz thats the thing. As you say were looking for 100 of the bookings goal and got 88 . Liz you should know better. What have you done for me lately, jonathan. Absolutely. Go ahead. Liz what can you do to avoid that in the Current Quarter . What is happening in the Current Quarter where youre excited you feel you might see better numbers. We had the Company Party last night. Most importantly. Liz of course. Anybody dance on the table . Ashley there goes the revenue. We feel Business Conditions are right for us and we have a cause that is worth doing. We know why we go to work as well as what we do and how we do it. The nation is not connected clinically at all. So there is only 4 of the doctors on athena net. The idea we should stop shooting for 30 growth because we only got 88 of the goal in one year is ridiculous to me and im glad to say all 2400 people and six offices at the Party Last Night fully, fully agreed and hadnt even had that many cocktails at the time. So the year is starting well. The energy is high. Were going to keep trying to grow this thing 30 a year in the nation is connected and it eight unit close yet. Ashley jonathan, your energy is high, there is no doubt about that youre a cloud based service. Does the new Health Care Law impact you at all postively or negatively . Yeah it affects us postively and negatively amazingly. There is kind of one rule maker crowding out all the other rule makers in the form of uncle sam. But, and that means there is less creativity and less dynamism. It does mean there is an easy benchmark to compare yourself against. So meaningful use is the order of the day. Did you attain federal meaningful use status. Here we are in year two of this federal program and weve got over 95 of our clients on Athena Clinicals medical Records Service at attainment of meaningful use. Liz right. Nation is well below 50. So its a differentiator. We wish there were more different efforts improving quality than just in washington. Anyway it is a good way to show were different. Liz we have about 20 seconds left. I would simply say there is so much opportunity here when only 4 of doctors are sort of the in the system yet. There are Many Disparate efforts out here, competitors, if you will. How do you maintain a leadership position here, jonathan . Well, were, luckily not the leader. Were the comer. There is a lot of bigger, older established companies that were written in software whose code stopped being used when i was watching 1adam12 at five years old. We have to use Lean Development against old software. Im sure well win. Liz mod squad. Mod squad, that is the one i should have said, liz. Ashley classics. Jonathan burch. I have a feeling you are the live wire at the party. Athenahealth ceo and president. Thank you, ashley and liz. How about smoking but without the smoke . Ashley that would be good, wouldnt it . Liz talk about a business thats kind of been sticking still, the cigarette industry hasnt had a real Product Innovation in nearly 70 years, but one company says were not part of the cigarette industry, were going to change that industry with our product and even believes that big tobacco has met its match. Njoy is the Electronic Cigarette maker, i am holding one right here. Says its ecigarettes are just like the real thing complete with the glowing tip but without the fact smoke or door. Joining me now, president craig weiss. You are not a smoker thats correct. Liz your brother, whos filed some patents, is not a smoker. But here it is. Looks exactly like the cigarette. These ecigarettes are pretty amazing. Lets talk about this, and youre going to show it because see ha tip . It glows. Sure. Here it is. Its got nice fliptop packaging and looks like smoke, looks like flame liz what is the smoke im seeing coming out of your mouth . Its just water vapor that comes out of the product. But no tobacco, no combustion like a cigarette. Liz there is nicotine in here, correct . Yes, there is, and thats what smokers crave. So we have the nicotine but without the odor, without the smoke. You cant smell any smoke, and, obviously, it gives the smokers what they want without what they dont. Liz they want that feeling of opening up, for example, the box, feels like youre opening something up, holding what looks like a cigarette. Because theres a patch out there. There are other opportunities for Smoking Cessation, but is this a Smoking Cessation tool . We dont market this as a smoking accessation tool, and if it was just about anemic teen, then everybody would be using the patches or the gum. So its clearly more than just nicotine. Its habit the handtomouth experience. Smokers, they like to smoke. Liz look on the screen. One billion estimated sales in what, just a couple years ago, wasnt even a business. Now, these things are about 7. 99, they last as long as two packs of cigarettes . Depending on usage because, you know, people smoke at different levels. Even twopacka day smokers will take a deeper drag. People are using our product differently, too, because they can keep it in their hands, it doesnt burn their fingers liz you dont fall asleep and set the house on fire, how many fires did i cover in local news about that . Look, youve gotten the attention, certainly, of big tobacco because lolrilard bought your competitor, blue. Phillip morse wants to be a part of this Philip Morris wants to be a part of this. Thats not something that were foreseeing right now. Were keeping focused on our mission which is to obsolete cigarette, and its a bold, audacious goal, but its something were very focused on. We say obsolete because we think of ourselves as a technology company. Liz i would be remiss if i didnt ask you are you in a way, i know you would never market to little kid, but kids would say i could look cool with a cigarette. Are we creating a whole new group of people who will eventually need different types of health care that cost money . In terms of the first question, were the only Cigarette Company to join the wecard program to make sure theres age verification at retail. Liz good. We sell our products in nonselfservice displays to make sure or anyone who isnt age verified cant purchase it. So were very serious about age verification. We support all laws that would ban the sale of Electronic Cigarettes to minors. And in terms of, you know, because were only focused on adultcommitted smokers, were only focused on people who are already getting nicotine. Theyre just getting it in a different way. Liz no smoke for secondhand smoke. There are some benefits i think people really see in these as we watch it closely, well be following your company which is called njoy with a capital n. Hey, thank you very much. My pleasure. Liz doesnt even smoke, ashley. Ashley not having to worry about secondhand vapor, thats great. Interesting stuff. Well, can states afford the Health Care Law . Population age 65 and older, get this, is expected to more than double by the year 2060. How will this impact already cashstrapped states . Liz its big business, but its a big issue too. Weve got someone very familiar with the matter. Mark parkinson, he has a passion for the elder care profession, operating several Nursing Homes with his wife and serving as ceo and president of the American HealthCare Association. You and your wife have built these into some serious business, but obviously theres a massive need. What have you seen in the past couple years since we last spoke with you when it comes to demand and need . Well, youre right, theres a huge need. You know, just indicated the number of people over 65 is doubling to over 90 Million People over the next 20 or 30 years. The need for elder care continues to expand dramatically. The challenge that we have in this country, though, is how are we going to pay for it. At the very time that we have all these boomers turning 65 and the greatest generation in their 80s right now, the countrys never really been in a worse position to pay for that care. So thats the challenge that we face. Ashley im fascinated by this doubling of the age, you know, the age 65 and older. That, to me, sounds like its going to have tremendous strain on the system already in place. Can the infrastructure be put in place ahead of time, or are we just going to deal with Serious Problems . It is a huge strain, but we need to, first of all, step back and say isnt it great . We have dramatically expanded Life Expectancy in this country. People are living longer, and theyre living a Higher Quality of life in their older years. Ashley yeah. But its a real challenge. Because the issue of how were going to pay for it comes up. The first thing we have to look at is the governments going to have to get serious about entitlement reform. The cost figures just dont hold up. These programs were developed with age Eligibility Criteria 30 and 40 years ago, were living longer now. We really need to look at that. The second thing we need to do is look at the companies and Business Opportunities that are out there. You just had the ceo of athenahealth on, that niche of care, of company is really helping improve taking cost out of the systems and keeping quality up. Ashley right. We also think theres a tremendous opportunity in our sec or to have. Alternatives to hospital stays whether theyre Nursing Homes, assisted living facilities or home health are a way to take care of people in a cheaper way, hopefully in a quality way. Liz but it all does come down to money. And what we have seen especially since the payroll tax cut was eliminated, people are now poaching their 401 k s, mark, just to pay for basic needs that they have, and then youve got the Sandwich Generation which is sort of straddling that that they need to pay for either their parents or themselves. Youre right. It is a really tough time right now. Folks that have resources are spending them on their kids going through college, trying to take care of mom and dad at the same time liz because mom and dad are living longer. Yeah. So its a great thing, but its also a very challenging thing. Liz have you had the president s ear on this . I think the president understands at least on the cost side that whether its hospitals, nursing home, docs, we have to lower the cost of health care. The cost will keep going up, but it cant keep going up at a higher rate than inflation. So, again, its a tremendous entrepreneurial opportunity because companies that can figure out a way to help lower costs are going to do well, which is why you see these Software Companies booming. Liz ashley and i were talking about what a change in washington since you left the governorship as a democrat. You crossed the aisle many times to work with your republican brethren. You dont see that anymore. Whats going on . The middle has disappeared. Twenty years ago there were a hundred swing districts out of 435, so those were people who had to work with both sides of the aisle. There are now only 35 swing districts, so republicans have become more conservative, democrats have become more liberal. Its created some real problems. Liz good to have you. Former governor mark parkinson, caring about the elders in this world. And there are more and more of them. Ashley oh, gosh, yes. Liz you saw toyota showing off its brand new truck at the Chicago Auto Show. Up next ashley yep, its back to jeff flock to hear from another big truck player. Jeff . Reporter we are talking trucks, and we are talking vans. Ram is the brand. This is the man who runs it live, up close and personal with freddie whereas and his latest incarnations behind us. Bodes well for the economy. Today tuned, and well stay tuned, and well tell you why. All stations come over to mission a for a final go. This is for real this time. Step seven point two one two. The big show just getting started, were getting a look at some of the big trucks. Ashley lets go live to the floor where jeff flock is joined by ram truck brand ceo and president. Jeff . Reporter and i am in the back of the Ram Promaster van just unveiled not long ago here at the chicago show, and ill tell you, a big step for ram. And theres, perhaps, fred, no better barometer of this economy than vehicles like this one, right . Youre absolutely correct. This definitely show that is the economy is on the mend. As a matter of fact, when you see Housing Market starts, the truck market along with the Housing Market, they seem to follow the same trend line. And what were seeing economically with Housing Starts indicates that its a great time to have reporter so if nobody screws up the economy, youre all good. [laughter] thats correct. Reporter or this is also, guys, the latest marriage or i should say the spawn of the marriage between chrysler and fiat. Tell me why. These are on fiat ducato. These are platform vehicles, and theyve been redesigned and reengineered to fit the north American Market with a stiffer suspension is and a few other things like gps and Wifi Technology to fit what the needs are for the american buyer. Reporter youve got a big one here and a smaller one here. Now, this is going to compete with fords version of this as well as the sprinters. Thats correct. Ford has a transit version, and daimler has a sprinter version reporter used to sell, ironically. This is our version. And something important to know is that this ducato, which is now a promaster, dominates in the European Market with over 4. 5 million sold, and this is already the Third Generation of this ducato product. So we feel very confident we have a winner. Reporter ive got to jump off the stage here and, fred, follow me down, if you would, because we just had the unveil of the Toyota Tundra which is a competitor of yours, truck of the year. This is your ram truck of the year, right . Yes, it is. That is our ram truck of year. Were very honored. Reporter you ready for the competition . Were ready. We think weve done a lot to this truck. Weve got truck of texas under our belt, the motor trend truck of the year and, of course, the north american truck of the year. So those are the biggest and most prestigious awards, and were very honored and humbled by that. Reporter i still love the ram box. Thats my favorite thing if you come back here, bob. Spin back here, if you can, real quick. The only ones of all the f150s and the gmcs, the only one that has a little box in the, what do you call that . Theyre fantastic. Reporter beer and everything in it. Any beverage of your choice, the full set of golf clubs. I was hunting a couple weeks ago, rifles, fishing rods, anything that your mind can imagine including your cold, frosty beverage of choice. Reporter fred diaz, one of those ashley not a good combo. Reporter beer, bait and oh, forget it. [laughter] you like that . Yeah, i do. Reporter country music. Liz is a big fan too, im sure. Liz im a big fan of chocolate, as long as it doesnt melt in that thing. [laughter] thank you very much. Weve got a story, an update on former tyco ceo dennis kozlowski. He will have another chance at parole. Seen here back in 2008 with me where i interviewed him in prison. Hes serving 825 years for grand larceny. Back in april he was denied parole. His lawyers said, wait a minute . They in essence said hes a threat to society. Today a judge reversed that decision saying there were no details involved as to why kozlowskis release would undermine Public Safety today. Hes been a model prisoner, all of that stuff. This clears the way for a new hearing possibly as soon as next month. Kozlowskis attorney, alan lewis, sent a statement over to fox business saying, quote liz as you know, kozlowski was sentenced, hes been serving more than some murderers in that same prison for stealing from his company. But we should also point out he has paid back more than 90 million in fines and has already served many, many years. So its just an interesting thing ashley very interesting. Liz hell be able to get another shot as soon as possibly next month at parole. Ashley continue to follow that too. I cant believe its been that long ago since we spoke with him in prison. Liz yeah, exactly. 2008. Murderers in that same prison have come and gone, so you decide, right . Ashley sometimes the Justice System is crazy. All right, listen to this.
