An employee of nightses system put information into a storage cloud area and set storage to allow external access and as many as 14 million customers were found on unsecured storage controlled by nice systems. The number is close to 6 million customers and theres been no loss or theft or verizon customer information. The human error is not related to any of our products or production, environments, nor level of security but rather to an isolated staging area with limited information for a specific project.
