Trump facetoface with Henry Kissinger. No shortage of topics for the two to discuss from the war against isis to the syrian civil war, russias cold war drama, venezuelas economic collapse, chinese aggression and protecting israel while dealing with the palestinians. Dick cheneys former National Security advisor here on the issue he says should be priority number one for the next president. A lot of issues, which one should be the top . Hillary clinton ended Bernie Sanderss winning streak with a photo finish in kentucky, did little to pressure bernie to quit the race, sanders took oregon and said he is in it to win it at least until the end. Tom baer with me live. Will hillary be forced to pick bernie as her running mate . Is joe biden back in the mix . He started speaking in columbus, ohio. The facebook faceoff and charlie about to break news, less then an hour to the closing bell, lets start countdown. Here it is, the breaking news, equity markets reversing and dropping after new rate hike clues were released in the last hour. The Federal Reserve minutes from its april meeting with janet yellen at the helm, the cards are in the feds hands. Most of the participants at the janet yellen said a june rate hike would be appropriate if the Current Quarter of Economic Data improves. The reaction was absolutely swift and nowhere was it more pronounced than right here. This number is jumping, this morning it was at 19 , what does that mean . Traders who bet on the next move are showing 34 probabilities, hike rates in the june meeting are very much a reality. This stood at a paltry 2 . Major us markets took a dip the minute the numbers were up 74 points before 2 00 pm eastern. You see the Market Selling off. We have it down a bit for the Dow Jones Industrials, call it flat but it had gone down 112 points, financials tend to do better in a higher rate climate. The Big Money Center banks and even regional are the best performers in the s p 500. You can see a lot of green on the screen. 3 to 5 to the upside, doa see up 5 . Target is still tanking after reporting, quarterly profit was higher than expected. Samestore sales, responsible for dragging down its rivals. And he talked extensively about this stock, down another 2 to 3 , this was 263 stock, we told you a week ago the embattled Canadian Pharmaceuticals favored billionaire investor bill ackman, she denied that and suddenly there is a report elsewhere, we remind you we told you that would happen weeks ago. The june rate hike is a game changer. Lori rothman on the floor of the Stock Exchange, got their reaction, what are they saying here . Reporter traders on the phone, everyone making adjustments, whenever the fed speaks or facebook or any of this stuff it is a reason to make adjustments and people have incredibly strong opinions on these things. The message in the market is we will indeed get a june rate hike. You show fed fund future that 46 but look at other market indicators, treasuries are higher, the two are sensitive to fed moves at a two month high at the moment, 0. 98 so that is significant. The benchmark, 1. 78 , about three weeks high, the banks and financial the leading sector followed by technology, healthcare, or you losing big time, everyone rushed to their phone and that is what they do when they find something to talk about, the traders here, to get on the phone, the main trading desk, to make adjustments, very strong opinions, that split politics with the president ial election coming up, the fed looking to build some credibility getting the fed hike up and doing it well in advance of that election. Liz you have been following markets for a long time, you brought up treasuries. A lot are invested in treasury. I was checking the 10 year, 1. 82 , you should 1. 8 , no surprise the dollar would be starting their as well. We can gain the market moves all we want but the fact is we were in the red this morning, we skyrocketed, we were up 98 points but with june no longer off the table we dumped out and just almost got the flatline, dow is down 16 points, lets go to the floor show, traders at the Stock Exchange and the cme group, lets talk about the reaction. We plummeted 100 points on the tao that the fed would probably keep this opportunity open. Do you believe we will see a june rate hike and will it really hurt the markets . I dont think a june rate hike but there is a big but to that, i am the other way that i was coming in. I thought we were going back to almost no probability and here we are 36 . The fact is we have three or four more weeks of more Economic Data. The fact is more of the fed governors than i thought want to go with this and whether you do it in june or september in that timeframe in between doesnt matter. You will get one but do you do it in front of the breakfast and what a full so the uk favors leaving . Does the fed make that move . They are looking at that. Liz we had ken from harvard who said there will be shortterm volatility if the uk decides to leave the European Union but this underscored how the fed felt, it is a minor headline eventually, it would moderate. John cortina, we just showed the volatility index in advance of this, it has been down. Now it is up 1. 5 . That is not exactly a skyrocketing vote here. It seems the market had a moment and is calming down a bit. We could turn positive, the tao is just lower by less than a point. We just turned positive. When we get big headlines like this expect headlines on the calendar, you will see a quiet period ahead of time. I will call that monday and tuesday even though we didnt see a lot of volatility and leading into this announcement and right after, that is when you see the tape tried to understand what this means and what it means on a shortterm basis, i want to get back to what ira said before. A hike is going to happen and when is it going to happen . Lets talk about the election coming up, how do we do a fed hike right before an election. That will be fine timing. Liz the fed is not political. It is dictated by washington. I dont mean that in a disrespect of way. What is happening in washington, the fed is going to take some consideration as to the election moving forward but lets also view one thing. When the fed hike in december, we are six month later, the fed did say they are looking at all the Economic Data, it will be a gradual move. We are six months down the road. Liz 71 chance of a rate hike for december. That would be after the election. Maybe it is playing into that. The dollar treasuries again. We have very many viewers invested in treasuries. You are looking at a yield that is moving higher because that happens when you see the probability of a rate hike. The dollar is going to move on you whether it is june or september the dollar will move on increased Interest Rates and the statement the economy is doing better. At these low rates there will be some pain. You got to be careful of that. We have a game changer and what it is is we have a timeframe. I dont know if it is june or september and i agree with what we just said. You are going to politicize this hike. The best time to do it is june if youre going to play politics and that way you are not in front of the election. Is it june or september . Liz do you think we enter the upside tonight. It is not Strong Enough to close positive tonight. Liz that is a gutsy call. The market looks like it is trying to get up there. Trying to but no real reason for it to happen so lets close this book. Liz the data is good enough that we could sustain a rate hike. Is a good enough . Good enough for rate hike, the stock market is tired. I think it is running out of momentum. We went back to the November December highs, you cant advance, the path of least resistance downward. Liz i am tired. Thanks for bringing the energy. Lori rothman as well. We need to look at retailers. Retailers have been struggling mightily. You must stay tuned to david asman and melissa francis, big earnings hour, lots of retailers making a big reveal from American Eagle outfitters, you could throw cisco in their too at 4 00 pm eastern following countdown to the closing bell. The tao is still down 29 points with 49 minutes before the closing bell rings. It might come to the upside or the flatline. Hillary clintons term barely trips up Bernie Sanders of winning straight, taking the kentucky political derby by a nose but when we come back clinton insider tom baer on whether sanderss success could bid on bernie as her running mate. He called it like he sees it. He is fair and balanced and so are we. More countdown on the way. When a moment turns romantic why pause to take a pill . Or stop to find a bathroom . Liz Vice President joe biden just made it official. Millions of workers will be eligible for overtime. The vp introducing new that will sweep in some 4 million of you out there who previously made too much to be considered for overtime. You will not be excluded from getting paid over time until your salary reaches 48 grand a year. The previous threshold was 24 grand. After that if you were any higher, no overtime. Both Democratic Candidates appraised this move, Hillary Clinton saying it was left up workers nationwide, Bernie Sanders tweeted it is time hardworking americans got the pay they deserve. Businesses pushed back saying it would result in job losses. The most curious part of this rollout was the location, columbus, ohio. Ohio is a crucial swing state for any candidate. Since no democratic nominee has ever won the white house without it since 1960, no republican has ever won the election without ohio. Tom baer is a democratic strategist and Hillary Clinton supporter, as i know you you call it like you see it. First your thought on this about the overtime rule. According to a new poll there are a lot of people who really felt from the working class that this was something that needed to be done. It is about time. It is ridiculous that you get no overtime today without this rule if you make over 23,000 a year. The theory of this, since 1975, you have to exclude administrative or executive personnel. You are considering, quote, and executive personnel if you make 23,000. This is something that is needed. The American People are hurting. They need this and it is about time. Donald trump hasnt weighed in on it yet but he has bucked the republican trend on things like minimum wage, summarily republican say if you hike the minimum wage you kill business, kill jobs. Donald trump says he knows some states can raise and hire, others cannot. If he comes out and says we can deal with this. They wanted to be 51,000 but lowered it after they weighed in with businesses. It cant be that high. I dont think donald trump would be opposed to this. He wants to get votes. We have to have we have to have a safe america and we have to have an economically viable america but we also have to have a just america. Americans, working men and women are really getting the shaft because they cannot get time and a half if they make over 23,000. Liz lets get to the race on the democratic side. Bernie sanders gave hillary a run for her money, he won oregon, she won in kentucky, does she have to make in her running mate . No. Liz why not . The issue of who your running mate is is one paramount issue and that is who can be president of the United States if you cant, if you are sick or unavailable . Liz does bernie get a roll . I think he gets a roll if he is interested. Sometimes people are a little less then the movement they create and that is the case with mister sanders. He has had 35 years in the public trust, hasnt done anything. It seems to me that he has had an enormous whirlwind of support with people. Liz you just swipe at Bernie Sanders. I didnt swipe at him. It is not a swipe. He should be admired for having brought this along but he is not necessarily the greatest thing in the world. Liz lincoln was a republican, president lincoln became president he immediately brought on his rivals, William Seward and others, they were among his biggest critics yet he brought them on. That was a really amazing move because sometimes you bring in the people with whom you fight the most and they have good ideas too. I am not saying he doesnt have good ideas and he will want to roll them. Let me tell you why this is so important. At the right time he will endorse as he said he would Hillary Clinton, and he will ask everyone to support her and will go out vigorously to support the democrats. Liz there is a super pac supporting hillary, painting donald trump is antiwoman. You run a risk when you do that because he has shown time and time again he will turn around and not swipe at her but at her husband. If you were advising her would she be better off avoiding that . She cant control super pac. You dont reach the question of his behavior with women without donald trump. Once you decide he is not qualified to be president of the United States which i think is the decision, what difference does it make what his attitude toward women is . I think what is clear is this is a man who is by experience, by his background, not qualified to be president of the United States. Once the American People reach that decision there isnt any necessity to undo his character. If they reach that decision. I hope they do. Liz good to see you. Tom baer, democratic strategist, be sure to tune in to making money with charles payne, 6 00 pm eastern, he will have brandnew fox news polls about the state of the 2016 president ial race. Closing bill 39 minutes away. I thought we had the flat line. We are down 55 points for the Dow Jones Industrial that this very second. He will reportedly attempt to calm fears that the social network suppressed conservative views. This comes days after citing former employees published this report saying the trending topics featured on facebook intentionally bypassed conservative views showing political bias. Robert gray has been on the story outside facebook headquarters in california. There are 1 billion people with facebook pages who depend on this news flow. Facebook initially denied it. Will they deny it during the meeting . It is anybodys guess what is going to happen across the street down the way it facebook headquarters in two hours time but it does seem mark soccer will stick to his story denying those allegations, unnamed former employees on facebook, it will be interesting to see. Mark point berg invited leading conservatives, the next hour after that, go presumably with someone else to see how the trending feature works. We will talk to rob bluey of the daily signal who said they have seen unusual traffic patterns for facebook for the past year. It is an opportunity for facebook to be more transparent about what goes into picking trending topics and what they are using to get the news to 1 billion users. Reporter some of the other attendees will be dana perino from fox news, glenn beck, the American Enterprise institute, and others on hand to discuss this with mark point berg, getting a peek behind the curtain, what role humans play in selecting what is trending as opposed to just the algorithm. We thought it was just the algorithm before that and as far as investors go we reached out to alan and most of them say this wont be a factor as far as stock goes, facebook has underperform the Broader Market since these allegations came out. Liz facebook has done extremely well. The annual high for facebook, 118 points, we are just a dollar below that, just a dollar below that right now but regardless these are the kinds of things, to deal with and evolve from. Robert will report the second he gets the news, he is standing outside facebook. With all this talk about social media we have a facebook page. And liz claman, you can follow me on twitter at liz claman. We are pushing 50,000 followers. Last june we were at 32,000. This is thanks to you guys. Spread the word. We are going to spread the word. We have our own website, liz claman. Com. I am proving to be wrong here. Can someone help me . I said the tao would end flat, we are down 62 points. We got marco so close, no cuban cigar or dominican cigar. We are 17,065. We are standing by live in multiple locations with cameras waiting for gop president ial candidate donald trump to either arrive or leave from meeting with former secretary of state Henry Kissinger. He may have given the slip to the media but there are no shortages of issues for trump and kissinger to discuss. The fight against isis, chinese and russian aggression, unrest in venezuela, israel, the palestinians, the list goes on. John hannah was Vice President of dick cheneys National Security advisor and up next on which issue should be the most pressing for the next president. More countdown on the way. The arrival has just happened, donald trump has arrived to meet with Henry Kissinger, the man many consider one of americas most experienced Foreign Policy mind. Trumps teteatete is grabbing a bit of oxygen in newsrooms at this hour. The two sets to meet and discuss a bunch of issues. They have been talking on the phone for several weeks, kissinger had been very critical of Donald Trumps call to temporarily ban muslims from entering the us. Kissinger saying back then if trump became the nominee he would, quote, urge him not to make such a blanket exclusion based solely on religion. Connell mcshane is on the streets of manhattan with the details of the meeting between trump and Henry Kissinger. We thought this was happening at Kissinger Associates but it is happening at the kissinger residence but you know what is going on, lets hear it. The substance of the meeting was more important than the location though your point is we didnt know it would be one of three locations with trump tower being thrown in. The Trump Campaign was tightlipped on where they might be meeting. We talked to a trump advisor earlier who was talking about the goal of this meeting from the Trump Campaigns perspective. This is what you do when you are the presumed republican nominee, you meet with Henry Kissinger to talk about foreignpolicy. He presumably knows more than anybody else. Part of it is you want to get in and pick his brain and see what you can pick up if you are donald trump from all the knowledge he has picked up. The other thing the Trump Campaign wants to do is send a message that donald trump when it comes to foreignpolicy is a realist. That is the word they keep using, a realist just like Henry Kissinger because the Trump Campaign seems to think that in some ways their candidate has been portrayed wrongly as being an isolationist and keep saying america first. Only cares about staying out of more than things like that because he talks about his opposition to the iraq war but on the issue of Foreign Policy they have been quick to point out they want to make the point that he is a realist, that he is a pragmatist and to use trumps own term a negotiator. We dont know what is happening in the home of Henry Kissinger, maybe we will hear from donald trump on twitter or in person but for now back to you. Would that we could split Connell Mcshane into three different pieces for a host of reasons because we love you. Thank you very much, Connell Mcshane, director of National IntelligenceJames Clapper speaking at a briefing this morning with the head of us cybercommand michael rogers. He noted during this event a new and growing threat from overseas, cyberattacks specifically aimed at us president ial candidates and their campaigns. Throw that onto the pile. We have a number of other massive issues around the world that are simultaneously threatening americas interests. Isis bombing baghdad, expanding its power in libya, venezuelas economy in chaos as protesters hit the streets. Russian jets flying dangerously close to us naval forces, chinese aggression in the South China Sea and on the web and we dont forget the it ran deal for which the House OversightCommittee Held a hearing yesterday. Foundation for defense of democracy senior counsel john hannah testified at that hearing. There are so many things to talk about not the least of which is Donald Trumps meeting with Henry Kissinger. What is that a sign of . Is that a sign that donald trump is willing to hear people who have criticized his positions and perhaps get a little more experience in an area where he has been accused of not being up to speed . I think i agree with that entirely. Donald trump doesnt have a lot of experience in Foreign Policy, National Security, as opposed to his likely opponent, secretary clinton. I think this really does give him a chance to talk to one of the giants of american National Security policy and gain all of the insight that he has about a lot of very controversial issues and mister trump has talked about from china to russia to the issue of nato, leaving europe, possibly Nuclear Proliferation in asia. This is a great opportunity for him to touch base with deep thinkers on foreignpolicy and i think it should be encouraging to everybody, especially if this is the first step in reaching out to a whole lot of people who might be able to provide some insight and experience. Liz it is encouraging to some people who felt donald trump is a smart businessman but perhaps week in certain areas. Maybe this is a sign he is reaching for some bridge building and a little help. Let me focus on what we have been saying. We articulated and laid out a whole bunch of issues that are flat in front of us that are quite frightening. What do you think should be the number one foreignpolicy issue that the next president tackle that deals with right away . Number one is very hard. Immediately we are a nation at war fighting an apocalyptic terror group that has openly taken action to strike the United States as well as our best allies in the world. Immediately and that inbox has got to be the objective of trying to defeat isis as quickly and efficiently as possible but then you have these issues as you mentioned of russia and china for the First Time Since the end of the cold war, the prospect of the american conflict was the great global powers that possessed Large Nuclear arsenals is actually on the table. The next president has to deal with that to figure out a way to manage those peacefully if possible. Liz lets get to it. You have been very vocal about being against the a ran nuclear deal. A lot of people thought it was an abomination, if you ever held hands with that rogue nation and in the wake of it we have seen they showed very little appreciation for any length of rope we have given them. You have been criticized too, you were criticized by Eliza Cummings who said who is anyone from the Bush Administration to speak about trying to cover up certain intentions which people said the Obama Administration wasnt quite up front about the ran nuclear deal because of what happened with iraq and the weapons of mass destruction and that was a big situation where people said you perpetuated misinformation. What do you say to that . I would say there was, the intelligence on iraq was false. The important distinction, the only one i would make is that was not a misleading narrative developed by the Bush Administration. What everybody believed the intelligence said including the current leading candidate to be the next democratic nominee. Mrs. Clinton believed that and voted on the basis of that intelligence to allow the administration to go to war to remove saddam hussein. There were not those misleading false narratives and we engaged our intelligence community. According to the article that was recently published about mister rhodes, president obama, the ci director leon panetta was left completely in the dark about a lot of this and other things he did make judgments on regarding the nonexistence of moderate in the Islamic Republic to do a nuclear deal. It looks like the administration completely dispensed with that and put out the narrative anyway that there were moderates in the rainy and regime we were reaching out to to make this Historic Deal which proves to be at least misleading. Liz i wish we had more time, there is israel and the palestinians but i have to ask about this bill the Senate Passed yesterday that now goes to the house enabling families of the victims of 9 11 to sue the Saudi Arabian government for its role in the 9 11 attacks. There is some criticism, some people believe this is way too much opening a can of worms and we would then be vulnerable to lawsuits if you can suit different nationstates. Do you feel it is narrow enough to be focused on 9 11 victims and their families . I think we will have to look at what the final bill says but in general i think there are countries out there that are killing american citizens on us soil, there has to be some accountability. At a minimum the American People just need to get to the bottom of what was the full story of what happened and who was involved, 28 pages, the American People need to have those released because they are not any longer confident that what was revealed in the 9 11 Commission Report was the full story. I think at a minimum we have to release that. The saudis themselves have said get out the 28 pages. We have nothing to hide. Liz lets hope that is come out because the pain is still there 15 years later and will forever be there. John hannah, thank you, foundation for the defense of democracy, senior counselor, appreciate you being there. Closing bell 15 minutes away, the losses on the Dow Jones Industrials, the fed saying keep the june rate hike open, june 15th, market on your calendars is when we will know for sure, markets not loving it at the moment but we are well off of lows. From foreignpolicy to the economy donald trump wasting no time planning another meeting for tomorrow, senator Jeff Sessions and two of the key players of his unofficial economic team, the whos who list, it is morphing as we speak. Charles sessions is a prominent economist of reagan proportions. The heritage foundation, foxbusiness person, fox contributor, meeting with sessions to talk about trumps economic policies. This is important because sessions is the top advisor to donald trump on policy, senator from alabama, donald has had a tortured relationship with conservative economists particularly about his tax plan and the stuff he has said about the debt. I think they are trying to assure the right wing of the party, the conservative faction of the Republican Party which is the Republican Party in many respects, establishment conservatives that he is a conservative. Today he put out a list of Supreme Court candidates. That is one aspect. Conservatives want to make sure he has people who believe in the constitution, and another reach out to conservatives on economic policies and two guys that are rocksolid conservatives. I will say this, this is where it gets interesting and where larry and steve more, dont want to put words in their mouths, steve more will be on the air tonight or tomorrow, Jeff Sessions will be on neils show at 4 00. Here is where they differ with donald fundamentally. They are not antifree traders. They are rocksolid freetrade. Doesnt mean giving the store to china but freetrade is the best way to provide growth. The history is really bad. Number 2, they have quibbled with the dramatic nature of donalds constitution. Read about this on foxnews. Com. They want somewhat higher tax rates in various brackets. Donald wants to take the top rate down 20 to 39. 6 . They say put it to 25, check the numbers. Liz you need revenue. The supply sidekick, longterm supplyside economics, when you lower taxes you get a revenue increase. Wendy you get that . Liz Bernie Sanders has Just Announced he will accept fox newss invitation to debate. We havent heard from the Hillary Clinton campaign but here it is. Both campaigns have been invited by fox news to the debate, bret baer was talking about this last night. He reiterated the invitation, Debbie Wasserman schultz was saying we will see. Bernie sanders jumped ahead and said i am in. Charles there are a lot of calls on the democratic side for him to bow out. Hillary clinton can focus on donald trump who if you look at polls, a lot of people say dont take it from me because they dont mean that much. Polls show donald catching up nationally with Hillary Clinton. Liz bernie is ahead of both of them in head to head matchups. He is saying i am here, the only caveat Bernie Sanders is putting in is he just wants to reach a mutual agreement on a debate moderators. We know the debate moderators in the past have been bret baer, Chris Wallace and megan kelly. Charles what does Hillary Clinton say . Liz nothing yet. Charles he will be under tremendous pressure to shut up. Liz too late. He never has just like donald trump. Charles i bet you a Pumpkin Spice latte this debate never happens. Not going to happen. The Democratic Party is worried about donald. His poll numbers are rising. They have to focus on the inconsistencies which are manifold uneconomic policy. They want hillary to focus on him, not Bernie Sanders. I cant imagine this is going to happen but you never know. Liz dont you find it interesting that now it appears the democrats understand the power of fox and foxbusiness as well as the republicans do. What else . We have some viacom news and the news is the board has decided to stop paying Sumner Redstone. The man who founded viacom and brought it all together who has been embattled will now charles you and i have talked about this, particularly on the board. It is based in fact, basically liz can we see a viacom chart . Charles by allowing them to remain as executive chairman. Liz at 38. Did the board do you any favors by allowing redstone to stay in as long as he has as executive chairman. This is a guy, the question is was he confident. He didnt sound so great, it took that lawsuit to get them to step down. Liz shares are down 1. 8 . Dow jones is saying viacoms board voted to stop we were perhaps a little cheekily calling it the steak and sex situation because he had an exgirlfriend, he loves sex. Charles she said he wasnt competent and was losing it. The question is forget about steak and sex. That gets the headline. Was Sumner Redstone competent over the past couple years to be executive chairman . That means you are running the company in a lot of ways. Liz a lot of mistakes, we at foxbusiness do our best to hold their feet to the fire. Charles i am not a medical expert. Liz the writer for vanity fair a year ago. William cohen. Charles sound like a mobster. Charles liz willie conan was my professor. We need to get to laurie rothman. What do you have on the market . We are getting closer to the flatline. Lori i hate to rain on your parade but i have to point out the s p 500 just crossed its 50 day, 200 Day Moving Average and that happened in the last we 10 years, very bearish signal was so we are going to watch it from here. Traders are on the phone, back to the desk. Liz repeat what you said about the s p. Lori technicians out there who watch the levels and make Investment Decisions where markets are, 2047 on the s p 500, a 200 Day Moving Average. When those levels cross the moving average crossed, could be a bearish signal. Liz the tao is getting closer to the flatline. Two minutes to go. We might hit the flatline. Lori the Interest Rates look like we will get the june hike, treasuries and facility sectors all point to expected increase. Liz the alpine firm, you make a move on a day like today where the fed says june may be a possibility for a rate hike. Und you see utility stocks down three, 4 . That is the part really hidden. No matters what happens with the fed, we think income generating stocks not only with high yield but ones growing their income will do very well in this kind of lowgrowth environment. That is what were looking for in the rising dividend fund. Liz Goldman Sachs decreeing today that they dont love stocks. Do you . Yes in certain ones. You have 15 yield on the s p, higher than 10year. Active management will be very key going for war. Liz do you have a favorite sector, knowings what we know, that june 15th question might see a rate hike . When i look at Biotech Group and a name like gilead 7 times earnings. Liz cheap. I see in retail, even lowes growing dividend more than 20 a year every year for three years that is perfect kind of stock for this type of environment. Liz we have about 10 seconds. Do you think the markets can handle quarter point rate hike in june . I certainly hope so. If youre only up to 50 basis points, year off emergency levels. Again i think it will be key where youre owning it. I think dividends and income will be key. Liz 15 seconds to make me right. I said we would end flat. Were down five points. [closing bell rings] david and melissa big earnings docket, intel, take two interactive. Here is the the closing belle. David stocks struggling to show any kind of a gain. Im david asman. Melissa im melissa francis. This is after the bell. We have you covered on the markets. Here is what else is happening at this hour.
