First thought is he was captured where we said he was going to be, in native state of sinaloa where he had until recently some protection. And my Second Thought really is that there must have been so much pressure on the Mexican Government and internal struggle to bring this about. The third thing is, i think that chapo has probably lost influence within his own cartel. Organized crime figures tend to survive as long as theyre make other people money. The pressure became so much they think was interfering with business and he lost the layers of protection. Liz tell me, do you think the sense that this capture will really mean, will he be extradited to the United States . I dont think so. I think that the Mexican Government will hold onto him. I think its a matter of national pride. They said they were going hold onto him. I think there is dangerous for figures in the Mexican Government to extradite. Liz look, we know, and, you know, that the drug scourge on this nation has only gotten worse, due mostly to heroin, right . Right. Liz so cutting off this head of el chapo, will that infect any of the ingesting here in the United States . No, it wont. It might for a week or two, but thats about it. Really if chapo is captured, the Sinaloa Cartel rearranged cards, theyre the primary exporters of heroin in the United States. Liz is there a new name . A new el chapo that you know of . Gain of 292,000 jobs for month of december. Were down 184 points. Why . Yeah it is surprising. Jobs number was good. Railcar loadings are weak. Ism numbers are weak. There is debate strong the economy is. That combined were in a bit of air pocket. With we have overseas from china and were in a air pocket until earnings start next week. Liz how does this hurst our gdp or our growth . I do not think it will hurt our gdp or our growth. We do not rely on china for our export growth. Most of our exports to the china are in the nature food products. Theyre still going to have to eat. I think what you look at u. S. Economy we are going through a period where things are somewhat unbalanced. Good news is, the Service Sector which is 85 of the u. S. Economy is doing quite well. And service ism had a solid reading of 556789 and of course in todays payroll numbers we had a very strong growth in the Service Sector. And construction is doing well as well. So i really dont think we have to worry about growth too much in this country. China means two things for the u. S. One, when we have these types of movements in Commodity Markets and in the dollar, that means well importing more deflation. That creates a problem for the fed because they cant hit their inflation target. The other more obvious problem and i think it is of shortterm nature, but i would love to hear what eddie has to say it really stirs the pot and creates very violent and pretty ugly short term swings in u.
