The mission even has a name, operation tidal wave ii. That, of course, a small comfort to soldiers and residents in brussels. Schools, Shopping Malls, the subway remain closed as authorities search for the source and a specific credible threat, those are their words, credible threat. 21 suspects arrested in weekend raids, four facing terrorism charges. Fifteen of those people have been released but still no major lead. Here at home, the opposite. Homeland security secretary jeh johnson telling americans to go about their business and that, quote, there is no credible threat here in the u. S. Do the Holiday Shopping to those malls as you hit the local malls and travel to see friends and relatives, are they in the crosshairs . Its a message that may not be resonating. We have the ceo of one of the biggest Shopping Mall operators in the nation, a fox business exclusive. How he plans to keep his socalled soft targets and you visiting them safe this Holiday Season. We called it a week ago on fox business, the flipflop has begun. The latest fox news poll shows its now terrorism thats the most important topic for americans. It beats the economy now by three points, 2421, with Foreign Policy, health care and immigration trailing kind of way behind. So what are we doing here for you . Weve got it all covered. General bob scales and Gillian Turner take up the fight against radical islamic terrorism as the u. S. Targets the trucks. Right now at this hour the Dow Jones Industrials down 48 points. Off the lows of the session, though, after the biggest pharmaceutical deal ever which some candidates for president are apop apoplectic about. A little Irish Whiskey with that viagra . Cant even spit out the word. [laughter] were less than an hour to the closing bell, lets start the countdown. Liz and at 3 00 eastern, 3 02, we are in the hottest year since 2007 for companies snapping each other up like pacman. Capped off today by a whale of a pharma deal that at this hour is turning into a major, flaring nerve in the battle over Corporate Tax implications. Pfizer, which is moving lower by 2. 5 , is the latest American Company to cardiology american corporate dodge american Corporate Taxes by buying a Smaller Company so it can capitalize on lower taxes that ireland offers. The allergan deal worth 155 billion creating the worlds biggest drugmaker, and president ial candidate Hillary Clinton putting her foot down. Within the last two hours, clinton announcing this she wont let u. S. Taxpayers suffer for this deal, or she wont allow the companies to slink around. I, Hillary Clinton, will propose steps to prevent these kinds of transactions which take advantage of loopholes that distort incentives for investment and disadvantage Small Businesses and domestic firms that cannot game the International Tax system. Getting a healthy dose of reality. Both of these stocks, interestingly enough, are moving lower. Maybe its sell on the news, but its unusual to see both names lower. You often see the acquiree moving higher, but in this case we do not. Were going to have much more on this coming up, but maybe these companies are just doing whats right for their shareholders, and perhaps its that tax code that we need to tweak now. Try yesterday. We have this breaking news coming out of paris. French police and these headlines are coming in fast and furious they found in the last couple of hours an an explosive belt without a detonator in the southern paris suburb of montrouge. All the activity a week ago were in the northern parts. It was found by a street cleaner in a pile of rubble, police are analyzing the belt right now to see if it may have been used or was supposed to be used in the attacks that killed 130 people. French president Francois Hollande and british Prime MinisterDavid Cameron visited the bataclan concert hall where 89 lives were taken. President hollande preparing for a visit to the United States, thats tomorrow, he will meet with president obama and hopes to cobble together a coalition to decimate the Islamic State once and for all. Meanwhile, paris still reeling from the terror attacks that just crippled the city over a week ago. Now we start to see bar and restaurant traffic thinning out. The question becomes how long will that last . Ashley webster has been traversing the city. Hes there with the latest and, ashley, how long does it last, but does it get worse . What have you seen around town . Reporter yeah, its been interesting, liz. You know, the lights are twinkling on the trees here, its 32 degrees, 9 00 on a monday night. You dont expect a huge crowd, but we have not seen many people at all in the Major Shopping Centers over the last three to four days, especially those highend stores, the pradas, the louis vuittons, the cartiers. They are subjected to bag searches and hand held metal detectors. But overall the lack of people is quite striking throughout. Even at the eiffel tower. I know, liz, you been here youve been here many times, not a whole lot of people. A lot of soldiers and police at the eiffel tower, not a whole lot of tourists. And for the businesses here, its been tough. Let me give you some numbers. Restaurant sales down 44 compared to the week, the same week last year. Hotel bookings down 57 yearoveryear. And according to euro news, they were reporting that catering orders down 8590 . By the way, not sure too many people know this, but in 2014 france was the mostvisited country in the world, some 83. 7 million tourists. Even chinese operators say they are reporting cancellations as high as 50 percent. Hearing the same stories, of course, out of belgium with the shutdown there. Some stores have owned, but there are no customers. No subways, no schools, no universities, all shut down. That is going to do some economic damage to brussels and, of course, that terror alert mains at the remains at the very highest level they say possibly through next monday. We shall wait and see. Couple of other notes, a will lf concerts were canceled here including u2, the foo fighters and even prince all canceled in the wake of those attacks on november the 13th. We heard from u2 today, they said, dont worry, were coming back. Were going to play on december the 6th and 7th, and bono saying, these attacks took lives, took music, took peace of mind, but they didnt take the spirit of paris. Back to you, liz. Liz ill tell you something about bono, after nerve he came and performed at Madison Square garden, be he wrapped himself in the american flag. He was right there for america. So were the who, all of the british groups. Its unbelievable. Thank you, ashley. Right there in paris. So we get to the military part of this. As we see now, it turns out the air campaign the u. S. Had been launching against isis terrorists wasnt working, but this on your screen, a sudden and major change in the way the u. S. Is now targeting isis. A new change in tactics, target the truckers. 283 trucks pulverized overnight in a bombing blitz. 30year army veteran and fox news military analyst general bob scales knows what this might mean, and Jill Van Turner is Gillian Turner is a fox news adviser, former security council. General, the u. S. Wanted to avoid that conga line of trucks because officials saw the drivers as, quote, nonisis, and if you killed them, they felt badly that it was collateral damage. Thats totally changed. Last week they destroyed 116 tankers, they dont care whos driving them, as well they shouldnt. Theyre just as much complicit in this, correct . Now 280plus, will it work . Youre absolutely right, liz, but dont hold your breath on this. The number of aircraft that are actually participating in this Truck Campaign that you allude to are really fairly small, ac130 gunships, fighter planes, its also episodic. And isis depends on this pirated oil for their existence. They makeover a Million Dollars a day in selling this stuff in Central Europe and in turkey. So theyre eventually going to find a way around that either by disbursing the trucks, some other technique to sell their oil. No, as long as you dont conduct a real Safer Campaign a real air campaign, as long as your air campaign is, essentially, an incidental set of pinpricks against isis, and isis has patience, it has resolve, it has the will to do this. No, this may interfere in the short term, but in the long term, isis will just find another way to sell their oil in the middle east. Liz gillian, i know youre not military, but youre security, certainly, and youve got a lot of americans waiting to see something happen so that they feel more secure. Let me just let our viewers know what jeh johnson said over the weekend. Hes the nations top Homeland Security chief, and people can judge the tenor of this, and then you can comment. Hold on. Heres jeh johnson. We want the public to continue to go to public events, celebrate the Holiday Season, travel, be with their families and the like and to know that law enforcement, our intelligence community, our National Security officials are on the job overtime. Liz and hes standing with Police Commissioner of new york bill bratton whos a brilliant Police Commissioner. Hes worked in l. A. , boston, new york twice. Gillian, is that enough . I think americans were waiting for a little guidance on that. My advice to people would be the secretary is right, dont change your plans based on reaction to the terrorist attacks in paris. We dont want that. Its not in our own National Security interest. People should continue to celebrate the Holiday Season as they normally do. The reality is were probably going to be safer this year than we have in the past because theres such a Strong Security presence now in our major cities around the u. S. But that said, its always good to be vigilant especially when youre traveling with your family. Keep your ears and eyes open is what i always like to see to my friends. If you see something, Say Something. Thats a slogan from from the nypd. Liz Governor Andrew Cuomo is launching the if you see something, Say Something campaign, and thats wonderful and important, Major General, but at what point do we see concrete evidence, what is the first thing second to targeting the truckers that we need to see the u. S. Military do, and is it building a coalition . We know that Francois Hollande has spoken with the russians, hes coming here tomorrow, and maybe we do all need to work together. Well, the first thing we need is american leadership. Nothing happens against diabolical enemies like these until the american president stands up and builds and leads a coalition. President hold hande is a wonderful guy hollandi is a wonderful guy, but france doesnt have the military heft to do this. Liz well, can i jump in here and say that the russia Prime Minister medvedev has said over the weekend or just yesterday we have to work, and these are his words, together. We need to harmonize and coordinate. [laughter] youre laughing. Why . Liz well, i well, i certainly, id leave russia off my hop card, and id take iran off of it as well because if their strategic objectives are not the same as ours or a coalition that were going to lead, then in the long term they would do more harm than good. No, lets stick to the major players; great britain, france, u. K. , gulf states, sunni states, jordan, saudi arabia liz everybody. Gillian, can we do that. Thats your coalition. Liz can we make that happen, gillian . Quickly. Theres already or a 65country coalition, right . So its not a matter of building that coalition, its a matter of proving the viability and coordinating, as the general says, exactly right, coordinating the end game. Because this is no point in because theres no point in having a coalition if the end goals are not the same. If some of the players want to bolster the assad regime, others wallet to take him out, others want to defeat isis, its a disaster waiting to happen. So Everybody Needs to be on the same page before any kind of coalition can be effective. Liz Gillian Turner, Major General bob scales, we thank you so much for joining us. Thanks, liz. Liz getting some concrete evidence and ideas matters. Coming up later, we have an exclusive interview with the ceo of a company that owns several major malls across the country. Steven leibovitz, theyre in all kinds of locations across the u. S. , what he and his company have to do and are doing to make his tocalled soft targets impervious to the terrorists and a safer place for holiday shoppers. By way, what a dividend that company pays. We will get to that in a minute. We have this breaking news, a man accused of shooting a new orleans medical student who had stopped an apparent kidnapping on friday has been arrested. Police and federal marshals arrested 21yearold eric cane of new orleans at a house earlier this morning. If you didnt hear about this, its stunning. Cane was wanted on charges of armed robbery, attempted firstdegree murder. A fourthyear medical student named peter gold jumped into the scene as soon as he saw what was happening. He remains in guarded condition today. Tulane university. The woman was treated for minor injuries. We will continue. As you see, the gun was jamming. He tried to shoot that medical student in the head. Anyway, the local police in new orleans said were going to get you, were going to find you, and they apparently have. We will update you on this as soon as we yet to it. Oh, so much violence. Its very upsetting, but we like to see that certainly. The closing bell, 45 minutes away. The chipotle e. Coli crisis expanding as the mexican eatery deals with Public Health ramifications that appear to be spreading to four new states. So we sent our gerri willis out there live to new york city chipotle, its one of the hottest locations in nyc, and im going to tell you exactly in fact, not tell, im going to show you how worried i am about the safety of chipotles food. The veggy burrito bowl, the fork. Got it right here. Take a bite. Its from chipotle here in new york city. Find out the if i do next on countdown to the closing bell. You both have a perfect driving record. Perfect. No tickets. No accidents. That is until one of you clips a food truck, ruining your perfect record. Yup. Liz oh, chipotles stock has been the winner since it spun off from mcdonalds a couple of years ago, but chipotle customers today are looking for their mexican fix and seem to be shrugging off fears of recent e. Coli outbreaks. The contamination, which started in october, has spread to four more states outside the original sites in washington and oregon. Look at this, shares moving higher, up about 4. 25 after taking a 12 hit on friday on the news that it had spread to california, new york, ohio and minnesota. What are the customers saying . So lets find out. Gerri willis is standing outside the chipotle restaurant midtown manhattan where my staff loves to go every day do for lunch. Reporter i have to tell you, a lot of people love chipotle, thats what were finding out. Let me give you some details. The cdc says some 45 people in six states, as you said, have been infected including 26 in washington and in oregon, 13. Also in new york, minnesota, california and ohio. Take a look at that list. The cdc says they really dont know if its a specific ingredient or a meal that people are ordering thats getting folks sick, but what theyre being infected with is something called e. Coli 026. And if you dont know, this is a pretty serious thing. It can cause death in infants and older people, and among other people, it can contribute to bloody diarrhea. Listen to this. At what point do you guys put aside your loyalty to chipotle . When i have bloody diarrhea. [laughter] when we get it. I like it. Its kind of a healthy alternative to your regular taco bell, Something Like that. Reporter and so as you can see, the millennials are, in particular, very, very loyal to chipotle. We were told over and over again nobody cared there might be a problem, they would just keep patronizing the store because they love the food so much. Liz . Liz so do i, gerri, so do i. Im going to eat it right now, and ill tell you why. I have a burrito bowl right here, i am not scared, and heres why. Because the food industry, folks, is way more regulated than the financial industry. So i believe it is safe. No [applause] liz marco . Do. Liz marco wants me dead anyway. Ill eat this whole thing. I have no problem because i truly believe that chipotle knows what its doing. Lets hope [laughter] lets hope it knows what its doing. Im eating the whole thing after the show, but tell us if youre too scared to eat at chipotle or what you feel about this situation. Tweet me lizclaman, leave a post on facebook. Com lizclaman. Go to our web site, got the videos of anything you missed. Going to post a picture. And im telling you, im a doctors daughter. I am impervious to any of this, thats what happens. Doctors children feel they dont get sick. [laughter] well see what happens. Of ill keep you posted even if yo dont want to know the details. Law, whatever theyre calling her now, the final installment of the hunger games series topped the box office estimate with an estimated 101 million in the u. S. , but even with the impressive number, the hunger games mockingjay part two had the lowest Opening Weekend of the entire series which, of course, debuted back in 2012. The series has so far brought in more than 1. 1 billion in the u. S. Alone. In a fatheroff second place, the latest james bond film. Its been out a couple of weeks followed by the peanuts movie, seth row agains come rogens comedy, the night before, and finally, the secret in their eyes. They killed katniss off, didnt they . Im kidding. Did she die . Its a rumor, and im going with it. No, she didnt die. Thats how you end it for sure. Strange inheritance, season two back with two brand new episodes airing tonight, and jamie colby brings us the story to have a man who inherited the priceless relics of a chinese emperor. This is true. Yes. Liz this is really cool. At the same time the metropolitan museum of art had an exhibit of asian art, and it turned out that this gentleman whos a schoolteacher, paul weber and his wife sarah, inherited from his father who was a country lawyer, liz n vermont who took payment from a female client, how she obtained this emperor, chin longs, artifacts liz what . Chin long. Liz thats unbelievable . She inherits that, he paid he took a payment from this woman who had this chinese table screen. They were used, like, for the breeze coming through the window in china, and chin long definitely commissioned this piece because we had an appraiser take a look at it. Years before, ten years before he had appraised it at 2,000 and 8,000, so these two schoolteachers have adopted a young boy from tanzania. Hes now ready to go to college. You know what college costs, they dont have money, but they have the screen and these other artifacts. Listen to paul weber talk about his father as an attorney and this payment of this screen from a potential spy client. There was a small piece of jade carved into kind of a mountain scene. And there was also a feather head dress. They were always conversation pieces because theyre pretty unique. I really dont know anything about it. You must be curious. A little bit, but i dont know the woman, and im sure shes long gone now. She spent considerable time overseas, particularly in china. Maybe she was in the foreign service. Maybe she was a spy. Maybe. We report, you decide. But the chinese table screen went back to lark mason, the appraiser who used to be the head of art at sothebys. Hes now out on his own. Do you know what it sold for . Liz are you going to tell me . Im dying to know. Im going to tell you because watching the episode tonight and learning about this artifact and seeing the anticipation of these two schoolteachers, 250,000, liz. Liz thats good enough for a couple years of college, i would think. I think this young man is going to go ivy league. Hes such a great kid, theyre wonderful parents. He came to this country with the permission of his mother for a better life, and now hell have it. Thats one of the most wonderful endings that weve had on strange inheritance, but theres two end codes tonight. The other one is the mel Fisher Family. Have you been to key west . Liz no, i never have, id love to. A lot of people want to be amateur treasure hunters. The Fisher Family is very well known. Well, they arrested a wreck of a spanish galleon, and wait until you see what theyve inherited from their father, mel fisher, the treasure hunter who said todays the day. Todays the day to see these two episodes tonight. Liz i want to see the asian art one. My dad is a doctor, he used to sometimes get paid with stuff that just turned out to be fake scrimshaw. Im sorry. So you owe money for college. Liz oh gosh, you know, but theyre Great Stories to hear, jamie. Thank you. Tonight at nine on fox business. Liz absolutely. It is a History Lesson all wrapped into a most amazing inheritance story right here on the fox business network. We have 28 minutes before the closing bell rings. The markets are still wavering, but were well off the lows. Dow jones industrials down 19 points, have been down more than 77, so not a bad comeback here. Commerce grinding to a halt in the face of terror threats in one european city. Should we be worried about attacks at socalled soft targets like Shopping Malls and sporting events . Well, no. Because, guess what . The ceo of at least one of these companies that owns Shopping Malls all across the nation is worrying for you. He is going to tell us exactly what hes doing to make sure these malls are safe. Hes going to answer that question. Stay tuned. Were coming right back. Im definitely able to see savings through using the car buying on usaa. I mean, amazing savings. I was like, wow, if i could save this much, then i could actually maybe upgrade a little bit. announcer usaa Car Buying Service powered by truecar. Save money, zero hassle. Liz folks, weve got 22 minutes before this chosing bell rings, and we need to tell you as we told you at the top of the show, there is quite the teal for the record books that has just been fully affect chaited. Pharmaceutical giant pfizer will, indeed because we heard about it, but now it is happening they will buy allergan to form a 155 billion global drug behemoth. So the combined businesses will be renamed pfizer, but legally, they will be combined under allergan to, you guessed it, move the headquarters to ireland to avoid paying much higher u. S. Corporate taxes. So the combined Company Expects that its tax rate will go to 1718 . And right now its at 25 . Forget the fact that the Corporate Tax rate is really supposed to be 35 here, but big corporations have figged out ways to finish figured out ways to game it down. Taxes are precisely the issue that the 2016 president ial candidates are trying to fix, and this just coming in, Hillary Clinton blasting the deal between pfizer and allergan. She promises to release her own plan in the next few weeks. But shes saying this for too long powerful corporations have exploited loopholes that allow them to hide earnings abroad to lower their taxes. This proposed merger and socalled inversions by other companies will leave u. S. Taxpayers holding the bag. Okay. Lets bring in fred barnes, executive editor of the weekly standard, and Julie Roginsky is a Fox News Contributor on the democratic side. Fred be, right off the bat this is not exploiting a loophole. This is were buying a company, and were moving our domicile, meaning our headquarters, and thats just about it, to ireland so we can participate in better tax rates. Is there something wrong with this inherently as you see it . No. And it certainly servings the stockholders serves the stockholders. Its trying to avoid the highest taxes on corporations and businesses, small and large but particularly on large, in the world. You know, in other countries, most every other country, if you pay if you have a company that makes profits overseas and you pay taxes there, you dont have to pay them back at home. But president obama and his entire administration and Hillary Clinton, they want to tax you both places. Its double taxation, and it puts American Companies at a distinct disadvantage in the world. Liz okay. So so the offshore corporate profits are a different story, but, julie, at this point is Hillary Clinton going after the wrong focus here in shouldnt it be lets fix the Corporate Tax rate and lure these companies to stay back here . Because this is the greatest nation the world. Why not have the protections and all of the wonderful things about america and slightly lower tax rate . Well, i think youd be hard pressed to find people who are voting democratic in the democratic primary or really, probably, most people around the country who would say that corporations are not paying their fair share. In fact, a lot of people think corporations are not paying their fair share. Theyre exploiting loopholes. This is actually, i agree with you, not a loophole, but theyre not paying their fair share while middle class people are. Look, i dont blame pfizer for exploiting this. I think its a smart political sorry, a smart corporate move for them and their shareholders, but this is the kind of stuff that you see corporations getting away with and normal, regular people voting in democratic primaries or general elections saying, wait a second, we dont get to exploit these kinds liz listen, on a great day wed be worried about this, but of course, terrorism appears to be the number one thing. It has now basically jumped ahead of the economy and things like Corporate Tax rates as the number one thing that really matters to people. Fred, you have all kinds of candidates saying all kinds of things. Sure. Liz i mean, you have got donald trump saying one thing about waterboarding, bring it back, youve got ben carson making comment, you know, ben carson who actually, i believe, thinks that Thomas Jefferson wrote the constitution. He did not, James Madison did. So i put less sort of stress on that. But rubio and cruz, theyre certainly getting a lot of attention here. What is the answer to terrorism at the moment and who has it, if anyone . Well, i dont know, well, look, its clear that president obama doesnt have it. He still dismisses it. Isis is some group that just has, you know, tough guys who have good social media liz okay, but which candidate is coming closest . Well, in the polls, i tell you what, what most people think and whos gained the most since the paris attacks, and thats donald trump. I mean, it seems like when world events happen, donald trump goes up. Hes gone up some. But then also marco rubio. When you look at his numbers, his Foreign Policy rating is much higher than his overall rating, so hes gained in particular. Ben carson who is, who doesnt come across as a guy with a real grip on Foreign Policy and what to do in International Affairs has lost ground. Liz yeah, he has. And, julie, Hillary Clinton came out on friday and very specifically made a pointed comment about boots on the ground. Yeah. Listen, i think none of these people on either side of the aisle have been honest with the American People. What you need to do if you really want to address this issue and im not necessarily for this, but you need to put hundreds of thousands of people on the ground in five, six or maybe even seven countries, cut a deal with iran, with russia, with assad. If thats what you want to do, if you want to get isis. If you think irans your number one problem or russias your number one problem, then youve got a different strategy. Nobody has the faith in the American People to have a nuanced discussion and say this is not a linear thing. We need to talk about what our priorities are and the difficult decisions we need to make, but were in campaign silly season, and thats the problem. Liz well some people are. Look at Lindsey Graham. Hes proposing 10,000 troops. You dont need hundreds of thousands of troops. Isis isnt that big. But you just need to do a lot more than what obamas doing which is just pinpricks. But, fred, Lindsey Graham wants to go to war against assad and isis, he wants to go to war against everybody. Thats not a real solution. Whether its Lindsey Graham or somebody else, he has a solution that can work. I dont think so. Leon panetta, the former defense secretary under obama said on meet the press just yesterday that obamas not doing enough. Liz yeah, well, that is hes not leading. Hes not. Liz that appears to be the consensus now, and general bob scales just said 50,000 people could do it, because its raqqa to mosul, its spreading, we shall see. Were watching this, and when somebody comes forth with a very delineated idea of what happens, well argue about that again, guys. Thank you so much. Good. Liz we have the closing bell ringing in about 16 minutes. We are four days away there from black friday. Millions of americans will brave the unruly crowds to get Bargain Basement prices, but as we face a worldwide terror threat, whos keeping us safe as we shop til we drop . Liz the biggest shopping day of the year just days away, but the deal cans are now no longer just in stores. Of course, major etailers like amazon and walmarts online strategy are slashing prices on big ticket items. We picked out a couple of the ones we thought were interesting. One of the best preblack friday deals on walmart. Com is this monster 55inch samsung h dtv. Originally 1200, now going for just under 800. 797. And then i personally found this one on amazon, a soupedup black and decker matrix 6 tool combo kit. I dont know why i love this so much, because i cannot change a lightbulb. But originally it cost 360, going for 150. So how is a brick and mortar store or a mall competing with the foot traffic . Cbl and associates is the biggest mall operator in the southeast, has more than 145 Shopping Centers across the United States and also grappling with the security postisis terrorist attacks in paris too. So were bringing in the ceo, steven leibovitz. Great to have you. Just as people want to get out there and shop and see the Christmas Decorations and sit in santas lap, youve got the online guys, first of all, who are really offering great deals and, oh, by the way, you dont have to battle the traffic. How do you battle that as a competitor . Well, this is a great time of year for everyone, the holidays are on us, its a perfect time of year for shopping, and people love to shop. It is an american pastime for this weekend just like football and eating. And the stores are ready, our properties are ready. The survey for black friday weekend showed that 70 of those surveyed are going to be out shopping in the stores. So, yes, people are shopping online, theyre using their phones, but theyre going to the stores. Thats where 93 of shopping happens. Liz im wondering when the survey was taken, because postparis attacks people are worried. Brussels is saying stay away from shopping streets, Shopping Malls. Here in the u. S. People sometimes feel invincible, but maybe its wormed its way into the public conscious. You concerned about that . Im concerned, of course. Were all concerned about security and safety, and unfortunately its very sad, what happened in paris, and its very sad these other incidents that have occurred. Weve been very vigilant and alert as an industry about security liz how much are you spending on security . Going back to 9 11, its been a priority. Weve worked very closely with local authorities w the police, with the fbi, with Homeland Security on training and collaboration. And thats the most effective tool. And i can tell you that based on the crowds last weekend which are preblack friday, people are not staying home. Theyre going out of their homes and, yeah, you know, were worried, but its not keeping people away from the properties. Liz well, look, your stock is down 28 or so yearoveryear, but you have a monster dividend. I have to point this out, 7. 9. So people can get paid to deal with the insecurity at the moment of shopping during this questionable time. Well, cbl is a great opportunity, absolutely, from a buying point of view, and our stock is cheap, and we see a lot of opportunity going forward. And the whole industry is healthy. Our occupancy is almost 95 as an industry liz really . Which is record highs. Operating income is up, and sales are up. Our cbl sales are up over 4 for the year. The industry is up almost 3 . So its a positive story that we have about our industry. Liz well, folks, you can shop online all you want, but you cant sit in a virtual santa lap, okay . Youve got to go to the mall to do that. Steven, good luck. We help you have a safe, healthy and happy and profitable Holiday Season. And come shop. Bring your kids, your friends, its a great way to spend the weekend. Liz 145 locations around the u. S. , cbl is the company. Thanks, steven. Closing bell just seven minutes away. With just one month away from the end of the year, should you buy this or sell that . We have some picks for you coming up, and were taking you to the trading floors. More countdown coming right back. Liz i think people are already buying things and shopping and baking pies because the Trading Volume is thin right now. Running around 11 below the onemonth average. So ignore the crowd. Ignore the herd. Nows the time to do some holiday stock shopping. Here for the best picks of the season and what to sell, rob rf chief Operations Officer joining me from the New York Stock Exchange and alan is with us from the cme. Alan, i will start with you first. Because we love to tell viewers okay. You might want to buy this, but you need to raise cash and sell something so that you get that money to buy it. Whats your sell this buy that trade . Well, im looking very closely as everybody is at the oil market. We held that 40 level and it looks like we may have some bullish diversions, new lows but not making new highs of volatility. Thats usually the sign of a bottom. So im looking at getting into marathon oil instead of exxon. Marathon down 40 , a push above 20 sends it to 26. Which is a nice gain and exxon down on the year, yes, it can make some ground but marathon could be. Of much better. Liz okay. So youre saying sell exxon, buy marathon. Now we get to our secondguess. Rob, tell me what youre selling to buy . Well, from a macroarea, im looking at bank of america right now to buy actually. Bank of america has exposure to the entire u. S. Market, overseas as well. I think if youre looking at something to sell, i would sell some of the smaller banks, the regionals and super regionals, i would be in a larger bank right now, rising Interest Rate level,. Liz well, thats what i wanted to ask. Do you think if the fed tightens even a quarter of a point, the real beneficiariers would be the bigger Money Center Banks . Absolutely. I think youre really going to see with the fed raising rates, a longer time for that to happen but i think 25 bits if thats what were seeing in december, every little by the helps from the banks and thats where you want to have the exposure. Liz neither of you are saying buy chipotle. Did you know that i ate live on the air a burrito bowl just to prove. Just to prove what, i dont know. Youll be fine. The stocks looking more like a buy. It was here at 750 just a couple of months ago. I agree. Thank you, doctor. Ill be fine. We dont want to hear about that bloody diarrhea that gerri willis kept telling us about. She articulated the problems that may come from this. Rob alan, great to see you. That will do it for closing bill. Im going to go finish that bowl. David unnecessary to get that aphic description.
