You look. Cavuto starts right now. Welcome, everybody, im david assan in for neil cavuto. And to our top story tonight. The ccnter for diseass control doing damage control of its own at a house hearing today. This as were hearing the second Dallas Health worker testing positive for ebola got fly from cleveland to dallas to after reporting a fever. To former underseeretary of defense under bush 41 jed babin, government has strayed too far from basic role of protecting citizens. Jed, the government is so big its spreading itself thin . Its more than that. I think that people have a very good reason to not have confidence in the government because they called so many things so far wrong. And you really see a situation where you have to consider what the government is not doing to protect the public from this disease. Its what i called in law criminal neggigence, the failure to use reasonable care to protect the public from an obvious danger. Why dont we have a flight ban . Things in place to protect the american citizens, its a good question and the president ought to be answering it. Its contradictory, after the cdc gave the second nurse permission to fly, everybody is quarantined. We quarantine people here why, dont we quarantine the africans exposed to ebola over there . Well, its a very good question, we need to be doing Something Like that. Thats not to say we shouldnt send help over there, not to be saying we shouldnt send aid and supplies over there. We need to help the african nations deal with this, but to be importing those people who may or may not be infected, its a clear violation of the principle that the sovereigns first duty is protect the American Public. You were wondering why the government is doing it, im wondering how much Political Correctness is a part of this . We dont want to be seen as picking on the africans. Even though were picking on americans who traveled with the second nurse . Its not even a question of africans or other races or creeds or colors. The real issue here is the president doesnt want to do anything thats going to interfere him declaring amnesty and having open borders. Weve got a situation far beyond Political Correctness, its a ideological decision that the president made to not do these things and protect americans. Its a decision they think is promoted by Political Correctness. I think thats the motivation further beyond ebola to isis. You look at still calling this beheading workplace incident as they did still ith the guy in texas from fort hood too, in order not to upset muslims. Its this Political Correctness that is not protecttng our citizens which is the most basic role of government. Well, you are absolutely right with that. The call to fort hood massacre a workplace violent incident is bizarre, frankly. The man was shouting islamic slogans while he was shooting. This is a guy who declared himself a soldier of allah. This is not workplace violence, its home grown or home promoted terrorism. When you have people being beheaded in the streets or hospitals or in the cities in oklahoma or wherever else. Its time we have the realization that there are realities that do not fit in with the olitical correctness and we have to stop it. Back to my point, i think the government is spread too thin, too much involved and trying to control everybodys lives from health care the head of who, the world health organization, Margaret Chan i believe is her name was at a moscow Conference Last Week about raising Global Tobacco taxes when all this was breaking. Tobacco taxes may or may not be a good thing, for gods sakes focus on whats important right now . I cant disagree when have you who trying to tax my cigars out of existence, its bizarre. They are dealing with a deadly danger, ebola could metastasize to lord only knows where. We need serioos people in charge. Right now we dont. Leave my cigars alone. Jed, thank you. Good to see you. Thank you. A long way from this the era of Big Government is over. [ applause ] to our fox biz allstars on whether or not the government has grown so massive that its not able to protect us. Veronica dagher, anthony scaramucci. You are friends with that guy, bill clinton. I wouldnt say a commitment to smaller government. What he saad in that speech, what happened . How have we gone so far from the era of Big Government is over to what we have now . I like burger king bill clinton better than vegan bill clinton, point that out. I think that president clinton had a lot of things right. One of the things was to work in a bipartisan way. Conversation with jed is the campaign in the november elections. I dont think theyre goinn to do anything related to bola or anything that will upsay the the core base constituency going intt the election. President clinton, bipartisan, bring people together, president obama has made the decisionnhe wants to stay on one side of things. Tracy, want to know whats happened to our country . Anthonn just said it, its the elections. Always an election. If these guys dont get term limit, this will never stop, david, everyone is working towards the next vote, towards the next election, lobbying for playgrounds back at home to get votes as opposed to caring what theyre supposed to. Veronica, we did not have term imits in the 80s and 90s when bill clinton was running, we had bipartisan reform, trade, et cetera. We had a lot more bipartisan effort, thats for sure. The government is so big, when you have an institution that is so big whether a corporation or government, it makes it a lot more difficult to act nimbly, in Something Like ebola, you need o mmke quick decisions, analyze the sstuation and react. You look at this, i think local hospitals, hospitals on the regional level are much better equipped to figure out what they need to do, set up the procedures and address the issue. Anthony, let me be specific, we have president obama, a political activist who believes that the government needs to play a much bigger role in everybodys lives than it used to play. Isnt that what has changedd thats the big issue, the thing thats changed the most is the gerrymandering. We had gerrymandering for decades, centuries its gotten way wwrse. Go look at the districts now, they look at jagged edge jig saws. They always have, i was writing about that in the 80s. I understand. They strained out everybody that is not their friend. The congress is down a 9 approval rating. John mccain saying its paid staff and family members. Probably paid staff now. Yes. I would argue once again that all these proolems have we havent had term limits ever on congress. Gerrymandering, et cetera. There is something new with the administration what they brought to america. Called socialism. Theres a need o have everyone on the government dole. More people on welfare under this president than in history. The villeification of the rich is killing us, tooo you are bifurcating this country more and more, thats whats different. It wasnt like that under bill clinton. The real issue is if its about Big Government, why isnt government taking control of the ebola situation. Because they have a handle on it now. I dont think they have a handle on it. Okay, gang, we got a lot more to talk about. Think the American Public is worried about ebola . Wait until you see how the markets are reacting. David ebola and a lot of other factors hitting the market again today. Should investors be worrying or seeing a big opportunity. Back with our allstars, big volume day. Taking a point of view opportunity. We see this as a correction, that doesnt mean there wont be 36 down from here. Were seeing this as buying opportunity. Relative to the market. R risk david youre buying riskier stocks . No moving back into stocks. Wee shifted towards fixed income recently moving back into stocks, taking a position that the markets are oversold here and everything is contingent on the u. S. Economy. David i had n interview with Richard Fisher from the dallas fed, even Richard Fisher said stocks are getting too cheap, theyre jumping in just like anthony said. Right, im hearing a lot of Financial Advisers use this as a buying opportunity. For the average investor if you have a longterm financial plan, this is the time to stay with it. Stick with it. You have goals, you have what you want to achieve out of financial plan. In terms of ups and downs in the market, were going to have more volatility. It was quiet over the summer. The volatility is shocking. This is what were in for, for the fall, and stick to longterm plan. David if i am an average kind of investor, middle class investor, has a little in the 401 k , maybe a little bit in a mutual fund. What should i be doing right now . I hate to say turn off the tv because thats how i get paid. Turn off the tv. David in terms of the background noise. The arket correction doesnt mean the economy is in trouble. People have been calling for this correction. Market s ggtting toppy. And yet its here and eveeybody panicc. You had a Shopping List of stuff you wanted to buy when we supposedly corrected. David put an m 80 next to anthony and he get frazzled. Stay right in the zone. Do what you think based on the situation, react on the situation, the economy is stronger than people expect. And the corporate economy is way strong. The middle class and lower middle class economy not so much, david, but the corporate economy is strong, that means stocks are going up. David stay away from the smaller cap stocks and go to the big guys . Not necessarily. The correction in the russell 2000 long overdue, thats going to play itself out. Probably another 5 or 6 . Well be sitting here a year from now and stocks will be higher small and large cap stocks. David what do you keep as a safety in case stocks further go bad. You want a certain percentage of portfolio liquid, whether its cash or shortterm shortterm bonds meaning what . What specifically should people be buying. If were talking about 90 day treasuries to theeone, twoyear treasuryy, i understand that. Your term negative on the bond market. Were not going to go through 150 on the bond. Theyre 204 right now. That surprised people. There is deflation, we have been talking about that. David would you rather hold cash than bonds . I would hold the cash. There is opportunities in mlps, utilities, higher yielding securities. Whats interestinn with the s p 500 right now, you can buy the s p 500 with a yield higher than the 10year treasury. That is a huge piece of information. You have to do this, regardless of what any of us think, you ave to sleep at night. If something is making you nervous adjust accordingly so portfolio can live through this stuff. Thats great advice. I dont want you to turn off the tv. Were doing okay. David he knows what hes talking about. Other than that, i love you. David the government telling us everything about isis and ebola, americans weighing in next. receptionist gundermagroup. Gundgetting in a groove. Ng. Gr goal is to grow. Gottai just talked to u. They got experert advise, special discount new technologies like smart pick ups. Thell only sh u wh you print a label and is automatic. We save time and money. Time . Ney . Timeawesome. Ey. Awesome awesome awesome awesome allawome love logistics. Apparently, all of us have some trust issues with the government. A new fox news poll showing 64 of voters think the government is hiding information on isis. 46 think its hiding information on ebola. Conservative columnist Katrina Pearson says its impossible to believe the government is telling us everythiig. Katrina, do you think the governmenttis actually hiding right now information from us . Well, why not . Theyve Hidden Information all the way from fast and furious to simple financial debacles at the gia, we have the cia, ebola, you name it. David what is information you think the government might have that theyre not honest with us about . I think the initial reports the cdc was given to hospitals here in dallas was flawed considering, i found an article one month ago in the new england journal of medicine that did an epidemiological study founding a mutated strain of ebola zaire that is not presenting with bleeding or fever in caaes, thats why its out of control. Why are we having a congressional hearing today where this information is just being broughttout. David why do you think the government is hiding information from us, on ebola, anyway, to start with . Well, you know, the minds are out there, but maybe its becauue they dont want to ensue panic, but you wonder why are they pushing out protocols from 1976 or early 2,000s if they have the information whether its transmission or viability outside of the body, the information is not sent out to Health Care Providers which could have been really important in dallas. Why theyre doing it . I dont know, i hope they get questions in the congressional hearing. David some people, glenn beck, by the way, says theyre doing it because they want to stand behind the policy of not quarantining the west african countries and to make it seem a little less, less awful than it is, theyre keeping information from us. Could that be part of the reason . I think that could be part of the reason, and we have to question why weere giving visas to liberians at a bigger rate than we were prior to this. Thats just one concern that we have, particularly being in a city that has now been affected by ebola. We need to take that furthethe arguments on not restricting travel from the nationals into the United States is somehow going to hurt the effort and to fight it, that doesnt even make sense. The administrations number one priority should be to protect the United States. Time and time again, every debacle this administration has done, this is a poster child for the Obama Administration and the democrats in this country who do not care about american citizens, they care more about illegals than people in west africa, that should be on the ballot come november. The ballot is about whatever the person voting thinks it should be about. Do you think the voters will take into the ballot room, concerns about whether the government is honest . I do. This hit home. We have children plagued by Central American diseases who are paralyzed and now dead. The government will not tell us what School Districts they put the children in. They flooded in tens of thousands from the border and now have the problem with ebola. It doesnt take Rocket Science to know that this situation is completely out of control and the government can do more to protect americans and they are choosing not to. David katrina, one thing we dont have during this election, we did in the last midterm in 2010 is the Tea Party Movement. The Tea Party Movement was strong, galvanized peoples feelings in a political way that they brought into the voting booth. The tea party for a lot of reasons including democratic attacks and media attacks on it, is essentially a nonfactor in this race. Might that keep people at home . To an extent, maybe, but we also have to remind people, republicans attack tea partiers and some of them are suffering in the close races because they have pushee grassroots away from them. But every american is now seeinn this as an american issue, not a republican issue and not a democrat issue, because their chillren areage. Ed at home. And i think that will play at the polls. Davii Katrina Pearson, good to see you, appreciate it. Thank you, david. David whos the boob who came up witt this ad . Why this ad has become downright dangerous . Synchry fs withr two hundred thousand businesses, om fashion retailers withr two hundred thousand busto healthcare providers, fromewelers to Sporting Good stores, help their customers get at they want and ne. Whe set up orationin o part of , people in other parts go to work. Thats not a coincidenc its one more parofour commitme. David in tonights let me be brief, why a particular ad is giving drivers whiplash . The lawsuits are already piling up, but first, a Texas College is rejecting applications from nigerian students because of ebola. Is that legal to turn people away because of the issues in their country . Lets bring in two attorneys. Randy zellen says the college can legally do this, Whitney Bowen says they cannot. Randy, why are they free to do this . Its not particular to their country. This is rapidly turning into a worldwide crisis, deeply affecting this country. I would respectfully submit the college has good cause having any effect on our citizens concerning the ebola virus, its so bad that apparently theres a code now, you shouldnt be using the word lest you spread panic. David whitney, you take the opposite opinion, dont you . I do, i do, i think their approach here is begging for discrimination based litigation, if you come from a country where there are documented cases of ebola, what about students from the United States . It doesnt seem like a reasonable approach when you discriminate against people from african countries. Theyre asking for litigation. David randy, why spell it out, why not expel the students and not give an explanation as to why . You are damned if you do, damned if you dont. If you dont give the explanation, you leave it out there. If you are specific about the explanation you are called onto the carpet for being specific. Worrying about what gets said and worry about the bigger issue. Its the individual versus society, and sometimes societys interests have to win, and containing this disease. Its dreadful out there, if it means rejecting someone out there for the greater good, i think thats a smart thing. David whitney, do you think that were going to see lawsuits on this . I do, i think this is not narrowly tailored enough to address the issue randy is bringing up. Theyre rejecting people without verifying they have had ebola exposure or they bear any risk at all. There are measures that could be taken where they make the Prospective Students who want to attend the university or the college come in, be subjected to examination and can verify whether or not they have the ebola. There are steps that can be taken. They dont need to just reject students based on country of origin. David randy, would a lawyer take it on contingency, you dont have to put up money to pay for me, if we win, i get a chunk of money . Unless there is somebody standing behind me, the answer is no. David believe it or not, this ad featuring a womans breast allegedly caused over 500 Car Accidents in moscow. Whitney, could somebody sue somebody for this . No absolutely not. The only problematic boobs here are the men who are not able to apparently drive when they have mammary glands within their periphery or vision, its ridiculous. The people driving the vehicles are responsible for their own actions. If they cant handle driving a car because theres an advertisement with a womans breasts on it, im concerned pthat they cant handle drivin at any point in time. David randy, if you have something thats that distracting, isnt it legal to order somebody to take it down . Without question. With the attention that we girlfriend distracted driving, texting, being on the phone, certainly, and lets take a step back and think about the standard. When you talk about someone being negligent. There is a duty of care, and you blow off that duty of care and you cause someone injuries. David by the way, are there precedents for that . Have people sued for being distracted and having it cause an accident . It happens every single day. Theres an accident, you look to place blame on someone. Taking this particular situation. A reasonable and prudent ad executive has got to know if you put breasts on the road, that drivers no, no, noo to look at that instead of looking at the road. David whitney . I totally disagree, i totally disagree. For one thing were talking about moscow. I lived in moscow when i was younger and the prevalence of sexuality and the advertising that exists there had a long history and its very different than what it is here in the United States. David thats true, Community Standard is different. Breasts and advertising there is not a new thing. David randy, i got to tell you, ive been to brazil, i used to go to brazil a lot. Brazil has a lot of standards whats acceptable and whats not that we wouldnt accept here. Why dont we stay abreass of the situation. David ahhh. Every boob for himself. David i knew the puns were coming. Thank you, appreciate it. Could we be seeing more pictures like this . Why fears of Ebola Outbreak could lead to a psychological outbreak . Thats next. You, my friend are master of diversification. Three cheese lasagna who t would go with chocolate cake andeviche . The same guy who thought that small ps and bonfunds would go with a merging markets. David ebola fears reaching a whole new level. Check out this woman waiting for her flight in a homemade hazmat suit. Psychologist Jennifer Duffy says a hysteria outbreak could be worse. In this, do you think this is just a stunt or do you think this is the real thing . Youre going to end up seeing more of that as time goes on, anxiety is created by things that we dont know. There is uncertainty with the ebola virus, and the problem is weve been watching this for months unfold from afar and our worst fears have come true because its now in our country. David we have a lot of germophobes in the United States. I think of the Jack Nicholson movie he had the germ phobia, had to wipe everything down. This could cause those people with the phobias, hundreds of thousands of folks like that go nuts . Off the wall. re oing to be the problem is we look to the government and our president and the heaa of the cdc had made many broad statements. David also made many blunders. Absolutely. In the next day you find out most people start to wonder can we trust the government . Can we trust what theyre telling us . If you do, you think theyre withholding information. Either way you lack confidence in the leaders ann youre only going to feel more anxious. David what do we do . We understand that panic can hurt, panic with cause all sorts of problems that we dont want to have. On the other hand, we have the government lying to us, how do you find middle ground . Live your life and use common sense. I think the government has to get it right and they have to be truthful. David thats a big stretch riiht now, theres no precedence for that happening. When you have people like this walking through the aisle of your plane, you get more nervous. You are right. If they told the American Public what they know or dont know, they have confidence theyre going to tell us the truth. Right now i dont think people have much faith in the government. So theyre taking measures into their own hands like putting on a hazmat suit or being aaraid of traveling. As a psychologist have you seen increase in neurotic behavior based on Current Events . Definitely the people i see its on their mind, and my children are worried about it, theyre constantly talking about fears about dying, all their friends are talking about ii. David but the people who you counsel who already may have had fears or phobias going into this thing, are they locking themselves in their house at night . Definittly affects behavior, theyre rellctant to travel. If they have to travel theyre going to put on a hazmat suit or wipe everything down. David im wondering whether it does eventually hit industry, like hit the airlines, hit the vacation spots, et cetera . Of course, people are afraid to travel, people are going to be afraid to go into the emergency room. I think to myself, the flu season is goinggto be a nightmare. Everything who has a temperature is going to think they have ebola. The symptoms are similar and a lot of overreaction and people are going to be afraid to go to the local hospital for care. David one reason its affecting the markets. This is going to have an economic spinoff. Going to be a disaster. David dr. Jennifer duffy, thank you so much. Could a sooution to reining in ebola be in front of us . Dr. Eileen marty thinks military can stop ebola spread in the United States right now. Doctor, you have experience in the military, and experience with infectious diseases, you were in africa recently. How could the military help . Well, the military has a number of units and groups that are well trained in hazmat, and in addition, physicians and scientists that are very experienced with high evel pathogens that can help advise and train the rest of the community. Thats one thing. David youve also talked about setting up and forgive me if i get the phrase wrong, but the nonhospital isolation areas that the military could be involved with. What do you mean by that . Well, yes, the military knows how to set up field hospitals and also field hospitals that are at the level that is required as an isolation area, that could be done as well. May also address the fear issue . David please. The fear issue that you were talking about earlier is extremely real, and its a real serious concern. We saw it in africa and my colleagues now in spain are seeing it in madrid as well. Its a very common human reaction to something that he people are unfamiliar with. And the mention earlier of flu reminds me to tell everyone, its a good idea to take the flu vaccine to reduce that confusion. David let me just, if i could throw a question in, in that regard, you recently went to africa, you were in nigeria which hasnt been hit as hard as the other West African States but has been hit by ebola. When you came back, as i understand it, you werent screened, either in europe or miami when you caught the connecting flight. Its that kind of inattention to ebola that does make people fearful. The other factor is denial. That was what was going on, denial. All the broadcasts, the media attention, and whats happened is finally bringing home the fact we cannot deny were dealing with a very Serious International health issue that affects us directly. David but you know, the first reaction of the cdc last weekend when we heard about the nurse getting sick was to say she wasnt, she wasnt paying attention to the protocols. To suggest it was her fault when at the same time, the protocols, regarding your trip to africa and coming back from the trip, the protocols themselves have not been properly established. We need to have protocols in the United States that equal or exceed the protocols that are being used right now in africa. Medicine la frontiers developed protocols that do not have near the resources that we have. We certainly can do what theyre doing and get our act together. David thank you very much for coming, appreciate it. Coming up, gas prices at their lowest since 2011, are drivers getting pumped up for nothing . Why this may not be good news after all . Thats next. Things. Things. Whs wrong withtrying new t . Feel that in your muscle yeah. I do. Try a w way to bank, where no branches equals great rates. Pavid Oil Continues its plunge, dipping below 80 bucks a barrel before rebounding, being down almost 30 this year and lowest level since 2012. Drivers are cheering at the pump. Is this a good thing . Andy liposays in some ways its not a good thing. Why not . Its not a good thing, its reflecting a decline in expectations for demand, that is reflective of slowing economies around the world, thats a bad thing for all of us. David it does help to have more money in our pocket, we can buy other things that help the economy, right . Right. No doubt the consumer is going to benefit from the lower gasoline prices and especially in the northeast, the lower Heating Oil Prices and will be able to spend more money in restaurants on movies or whatever else they desire. David thats a good thing att the very least. What about the domestic Oil Production, due primarily to fracking, horizontal drilling, all the new techniques that we have now that make us succeed the oil competitors, the Saudi Arabians and Oil Production, driving down the price, despite the glut, theyre pumping out more oil, are they trying to kilt u. S. Domestic Oil Production . I think they certainly want to slow it down until World Oil Demand rebounds. The fact is up in north dakota as well as west texas we need about 70 to 80 a barrel oil to encourage new investment. If Oil Stays Lower levels for a lonn periid of time, were going to see that investment slow down and eventually the production is going to taper off and start declining once again. David today it did have a 70 handle. It went down below the 80 mark, do you think it could go down to 70 or below that . Well, i certainly dont expect it, however, given that the saudis and the kuwaitis have signaled theyre not going to cut production to stem the oil price slide, theres a good possibility that tests below 80 and down to 75 a barrel again. David are they not actually just maintaining production, but arent they im hearing theyre ramping up production, actually pumping more. Is that true or not . Well, its hard to tell with the saudis, in august they said they cut 400,000 barrels a day, and increased 400,000 barrels a day. No doubt that opec is pumping more oil and seeing that glut on the market. David to the effect it does affect domestic producers, have we seen signs of domestic production, frackers shutting down wells and that . We have seen in canada its more expensive to extract the oil fans. Companies like totale and fan have cut down projects. David they must be happy. Its a twofer for them, gas prices go down going into an election, thats a good thing for the party in power. On the other hand, they hate fracking and this helps them kill off the fracking industry in the United States, right . Certainly seeing the market at work when oil prices are higher, encouraged fracking throughout the country. And now that we increased Oil Production substantially, were seeing that dd to the world supply and now depressed prices. How will all this affect the pconssmer in the guy out there getting a little benefit at the pump, will he get benefit with heating oil, if we have a long, cold winter, which is forecast by a lot of people . The consumer is definitely going to benefit. I expect ttat the retail gasoline price goes to 3 a gallon by halloween and dip to 2. 80 by thanksgiving. So those consumers in the northeast iexpect Heating Oil Prices are 20 to 25 cents a gallon less than they were last winter. Davvd finally on the demand issue, one of the reasons the price goes down its slowing up in europe. Do youhink the pblems in europe and china get worse and could that eventually spill over into the u. S. . The markets seem tong so, or at least worry about it . Im particularly concerned about germany, when i heard theyre on the verge of a recession, and thats the strongest economy in europe, it makes me worried about the rest of the european union. In china, theyre still growing but at a slow are rate. I expect oil demann to continue to rise there but at a slower pace, that certainly has the market concerned for oil demand. David andy lipow, great to see you. Thanks for having me. David more tv networks are launching streaming sites. Dont throw cable box out just yet. Find out why next. [laughs] when were having th much fun, why quit . D bounty haso quit in it either. Watwhile their two sheets, nty just qt. Oworking, bounty, the e noqt pickerupper. David tonights biz blitz a streaming take over. Cbs joining hbo in announcing a service that could be on its way. Back with our all stars. First of all, regulations they might get in the way of this. They might. I think its interesting that companies are doing this. They need to integrity. Well see how this turn out. I think this speaks to the consumer. A lot of folks cant afford those big cable packages or Big Television packages anymore so this appeals to people whos wallets are strapped for cash. Maybe they will pay 5. 99. David because a shake out there are hundreds of channels. Will people pay for individual channels like, for example, fox business. I know they will pay for fox business. You and i both know that and fox too for that matter, but heres the issue the whole distribution of content is change if they dont get further in front of it, theyll all be left behind. You know who killed the ipod . That would be steve jobs. He put the island into the iphone they looked at him and said why did you do that that. And he said someone was going to kill it. It might as well be me. If they dont kill what theyve got and replace it with something the future Millennials Want to watch, theyll be in trouble. The problem is for the little channels that youve never heard of. My kids only watch things that stream. They dont even watch things on a television. We have to Pay Attention to what these kids are doing. That being said, you know, youll never come across that random channel on discovery or whatever and happen upon the kick boss. So stuff like thatt same problem with the bookstores. You want to browse a bookstore, but theyre shrinking. Tracys kids are already there. No matter what anybody does in the marketplace you have the smartest kids. Mobile is such a big deal for this younger generation. Still we dont have the wiggle room we talked about to take care of things like ebola what if we have to go to war again. We dont have the spare change to do that right now. When our spending habits, when will that affecc the markets directly. I dont think it will affect the markets because of the size of the deficit relatively to the gdp of the economy. The trouble its not growing enough. The troubling thing is that were still spending. Federal spending is up 1 percent, tax revenues are up 9 percent. That deficit should be balanced, david. Thats the big problem. We have nobody at the command control switch organizing the government. Could it be balanced by us growing more . Were growing more they would be adding on more spending programs. Thats the problem. Its a matter of confidence among the average americans. They see the Government Spending so much on programs theyre not benefiting from. The average person is not seeing their life Getting Better what it was five years ago. So theyre under so much economic strain, but the government is getting an 8. 6 percent raise. When was the last time you heard someone get that high of a raise. Thats the best thing we can say. We will not go bankrupt. Keep those tweets and emails coming in. Thanks everybody for watching. What happened to the constitution . Nothing. Its still here. We wrote rules that helped create the most successful country in the history of the world. This allows for experiment. Lab to hers of democracy, the lab are a to hers of democracy. That gives some people like gay marriage and legal marijuana. We founders are horrified by the way the dpg violates the principles we wrote in here. Rick perry gets his right.
