North korea vowing revenge against the u. S. In response to tough new u. N. Sanctions over missile and nuclear programs. Former u. N. Ambassador john bolton joins us with more on what happens now. Illegal and unconstitutional. Chicago mayor rahm emanuel suing the department of justice blocking federal tax dollars for sanctuary cities. The doj firing back, saying what emanuel should be focused on instead of this. The white house is pushing back hard what they call an absurd report out of the New York Times about a 2020 shadow campaign. Well explain. First back to the markets. The dow climbing into the close to score, looking at that, another record finish. But oil that is moving in the opposite direction as opec meeting gets underway. Lets go to phil flynn watching action from the cme and Nicole Petallides on the floor of the new york stock exchange. Nicole, lets start with you. What exactly was driving the dow and s p to new records today . I want to point out, nasdaq up half a percent outperformed the other two. Thats right. What we saw were records here at the close. It is very easy to point out some winners. Thank apapproximately ultimately for the big jump in the Dow Jones Industrial average. That was worth more than 15 dow points. Puts it on a record close at a lot of for apple, its second in four trading sessions. That finished higher by 2. 20. Goldman saks, the financials have been acting very well particularly since the jobs report that was about the bet on friday. Walmart and boeing the other winners there. As far as the s p 500 which set a record all time closing high, the 29th under President Trump. We can see winners there. For example, tyson foods, 52week high and nvidia helping technology. N individual you up 3 today, is up 187 in the last 52 weeks. Nvidia. Netflix made the first real acquisition in its 20year history. This is about comic books. This is the new stan lee, mark millar, of millarworld. They have access to characters, old man logan and kingsmen. This helped netflix broaden offering for very loyal viewer base. Another record day on wall street. I cant believe netflix finally making the first acquisition. Nicole petallides, thank you very much. Move on to oil prices as theyre retreating as opec meeting gets underway in abu dhabi. Phil flynn good to see you. Good to see you. We dont see a lot of confidence and compliance coming out of this meeting, do we . No, we dont. That really broke the market today. We have a report came out by s p said opec compliance is the worst its been since they agreed to cut back production. The biggest increases, lauren, really was because of libya, nigeria, where production has been soaring, especially in libya where their production has gone through the roof. Theyre up almost a Million Barrels a day from where they were when they were at the lowest level. So that is a big concern. But bigger concern for the opec cartel is increase in Saudi Arabian production, which according to the last report went above 10 Million Barrels a day. Do you think theyre sending a message to the rest of the guys at this meeting . Hey, guys, look what we can do. You need to comply or well bury you. I think a subtle message from saudi arabia today. The market took notice but bounced back on hopes maybe they can get some kind of a deal done. We hope, to add all that, phil, i hate to say this, summer driving season coming to an end. Boohoo. It is. Gas prices dont know it. They have gone up eight weeks in a row. I noticed on my beach trips. Phil, thank you. Take one more shot here. The dow once again at record high. The ninth Straight Record close. The 52nd record close since election day. You have to honor at least a little bit the Trump Presidency for doing all of this. Now you have got profits beating politics. You had stocks soaring, new record highs despite all the roadblocks in washington, thank you congress. 3 of s p 500 83 of Companies Reported results and 68 about the estimates. We have steve cortes, spokesman for hispanic 100, former advisor to the Trump Campaign and Fox News Contributor. Steve, i have to give you credit on this one, if you look at the market since the election and since inauguration day, 35 record closes under President Trump. Right. This does say something. Sure, cheryl. It doesnt just say something, it screams something there is growth out there. Goth accelerating in the economy. Not just a stock market. The stock market is wonderful what it is doing for retirement accounts and 401 k s, regular people all over this country. In addition Consumer Confidence soaring. National Manufacturing Survey at alltime highs. The optimism, growth is palpable. Deregulation kickstarted all the growth, something donald trump could do on his own, didnt need help from capitol hill. The country and markets believe tax cuts are coming. As frustrating as the Health Care Debate was on capitol hill. I do believe tax cuts will happen. Speaker ryan spoke on your network very earlier optimistically about that. Certainly stocks believe it. Liz, well talk about health care in a minute. If you look particular at the idea of less regulation that is a big piece of the puzzle with optimism. Look at corporate profits which have been very strong overall for the Second Quarter. As we close out the Second Quarter. In addition to that you cant ignore the fact that under President Trump we have less fines being levied against companies, in particular against banks. Big piece in the journal about, that liz, that is the story. All kinds of things. Banks are being treated more generously by regulators. By the way that has impact on the economy. Bank loans are accelerating again. Not all this money is going into fines. Bankers and other ceos across the country understand now we have a businessfriendly white house. That is a huge turn around from the obama days. There are all kinds of good news out there. Really at the end of the day, what is it all about . It is about earnings growth. That were seeing doubledigit rates. With higher guidance. It is pretty good news. Speaking of earnings, cvs reporting Second Quarter results. Nicole petallides has numbers. What do they say . A beat across the board. Cbs are having a great 2017 even without the super bowl or political ad spending they saw in the prior year. Cbs is up half a percent. Coming off the earlier high, moving around here, not having a big move that traders had anticipated. Forbes for example, really expected a big move one way or another. Whisper number would be slightly higher than estimate of 98 cents per share. We got a higher number of 1. 04 earnings per share. Revenue also beat, 3. 26 billion, beat the estimate of 3. 09 billion. What is interesting, jack hough in barrons talked about the landscape for sports and cbs and amazon and google and how theyre all going to be battling it out for years ahead. Well watch for anything on that as well. They did note theyre having a great year, despite the fact no super bowl or political ads. Cbs pulled back on u. S. Open and sponsorship. Maybe money is going elsewhere. Lauren. Doubting the president s plan for tax reform . The president has talked about three brackets, 10 , 25 , and 35 . Are these the rates that look good to you . Is this what you would like to see . What would you like to see in terms of an individual tax rate for the majority of the country . The. I like to see it very, very low. Those, if we could get to those rates that would be miraculous and very beneficial for the country. Liz peak, you heard orrin hatch. Come to you first. 200 days ago they had a mandate a mission, repeal and replace obamacare. Get tax reform done. Congress leaves for recess emptyhanded. Is that the frustration i thought i heard orrin hatch seek about there . Without a doubt. They have to go along doing through reconciliation which of course since they didnt repeal and replace obamacare manies much harder. They dont have saved revenues to work with, which gets kind of gobbledygook. That is tougher road. Talking about possibly working with democrats. You can see youre not seeing big cut on individual rates for high earners if democrats have anything to do with it. I know what is going on in terms of negotiations. There is a lot being done on the corporate side. I wouldnt be totally shocked at end of the day seeing Corporate Tax reform which has more, sort of buyin from the the democrats, particularly if we solve the repatriation issue on hundreds of billions of dollars overseas but i think well get to Corporate Tax reform. Whether we get individual rates lower i think it is questionable. Steve, that Corporate Tax reform. Repatriation brings money back to the u. S. And helps grow the economy. Do you think democrats understand that tax cuts and tax reform is about growing the economy . Right. Well, lauren i wish. I think a few of them do. People like senator manchin in West Virginia does but far too Many Democrats unfortunately, i would argue people in the Mainstream Media, they would rather see america fail than donald trump succeed. I think that is the sad reality. They would accept slow growth as long as it hurts trump politically than get the economy growing again. By the way that is the main reason donald trump was elected. We have had a decade of slow growth for the middle class. Almost no growth or recovery out of the last recession. This is absolute imperative. They were sent to washington. We won that election precisely to do this, to spur economic growth. It is already starting. We need to give it a big help with tax cuts. This is something the president knows something about, business. Thank you. Yes. Guys, stay with me. You have this possible bailout for Insurance Companies that were talking about now. Senate Majority Leader Mitch Mcconnell signaling that he would consider a bipartisan plan to continue payments to health insurers. Staff, what do you make of this possible idea, possible plan from mcconnell. Im not a fan. Look, sounds to me like bailout of insurers. Insurers by the way have done just fine under obamacare. Who hasnt done fine . Patients who see their deductibles skyrocket, their premiums skyrocket yet their care not change or even reduced care because they simply cant afford deductibles in the first place. I dont like this. Again i spoke of mandate on taxes. There was also mandate on obamacare. Republicansrepublicans were givs to the kingdom. Both houses of congress and the white house with the mandate to repeal and replace. I have had enough of squishy republicans who dont want to live up to their promises. They better do so, if they dont they deserve to be primaried next up for election. Anthem announced theyre getting completely out of Obamacare Exchanges in the state of nevada. They have done it in wisconsin. They have done it in ohio. This story will keep going on. You know what they said, guys, uncertainty. We have no certainty out of the washington. Were out of exchanges. That is sad state of affairs. Liz, steve, thanks to both of you really appreciate it. Thank you. Coming up, taxing the rich to pay for, the subway . Details on new york city mayor bill de blasio millionaires tax that has big apple residents seeing red. U. S. Is putting russia on notice. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson setting a deadline for action against moscow. All this as north korea is vowing a quote thousandfold revenge against the United States in response to tough new u. N. Sanctions over nuclear and missile programs. Former u. N. Ambassador john bolton joins us with more on what happens now. What we basically did was kick them in the stomach, told them to stop and said well not put up with any more. The ball is in north koreas court. They have a big decision to make. P . P . Take that. A breathe right nasal strip instantly opens your nose up to 38 more than allergy medicine alone. Shut your mouth and say goodnight, mouthbreathers. Breathe right. Potsch and best of all, this new truck is actually gary all laughing oh my. Potsch the current chevy silverado. Gary im speechless. Gary this puts my ford truck to shame. James ill tell you, i might be a chevy guy now. laughing lauren the president might be on a working vacation. That isnt stopping him from the tweet storm. Tweeting all sorts of things this morning from slamming the media to russia and north. Adam shapiro is is keeping track of all of this. Adam, good to see you. Please bring us up to speed with all the tweets. Where do we stand . Reporter absolutely. The tweets are coming fast and furious this morning. Lets talk about one cycle of them. This has to do with action over north korea and the United Nations weve been watching. Keep in mind the u. N. Sanctions will ban north korea from trading with some countries. For instance its coal exports as well as having labors go to other countries. This is going to be a problem for north korea because they will lose about a billion dollars in trade which they need because their people are essentially starving but the other issue in regards to north korea you could hear from sebastian gorka, the Deputy Assistant to the president on with the trish riege ban today, talking about what the sanctions mean and trying to give up north korea to give up its Ballistic Missile program and its nuclear program. Take a listen to the Deputy Assistant to the president. We took it to the u. N. Security council. We managed to convince everybody now we shall see what happens. There are simple signals. Rex tillerson just said it. If they stop the illegal Ballistic Missile tests we know there is a chance for peace and theyre acting in good faith. Reporter now you heard mr. Gorka talk about secretary of state Rex Tillerson who is in manila meeting with Southeast Asian nations where the north korean counterpart is in attendance. This is is the elephant in the room. Nobody can ignore the issue of u. N. Sanctions and north Koreas Nuclear program. Back to you, lauren. Lauren adam shapiro thank you. Cheryl folks, as you and adam were talking, lauren, president just put out a new tweet. Lets read it right now. The Fake News Media will not talk about the importance of the United NationsSecurity Council 150 vote in favor of sanctions on north korea. Bring in right now to respond to all of this, ambassador john bolton, former ambassador to the u. N. , former Fox News Contributor great to have you here tonight. Great to be with you. Cheryl the president is saying the media is not talking about it. Were talking about it with you. Do you think the sanctions, and this is is the u. S. That led the charge over the weekend, are the sanctions going to be effective when it comes to north korea, a billion dollars in exports were trying to cut off from the country . I think it is important political victory. It shows the opposition internationally what north korea sup to. But i think there is effectively zero chance this sanction will be enforced. Weve seen sanctions going back to 2006 against north korea from the Security Council. They have been ignored. The estimate here if enforced the sanctions would eliminate one billion out of north koreas total of 3 billion of export earnings. I would still like to know where those numbers came from. North korea turns out is expert counterfeiting american money. I dont think they release that in the official, port statistics. Exactly what the real impact here is i think is very hard to determine. I say again, the political impact is significant but i wouldnt count on chuck impact. Cheryl we need china to get on board with this. Maybe china will not be on board with this. I think that is fair. If you look at the peels daily, editorial, front page of their paper saying hold on just a moment. I do want to move from north korea over to russia because there is a we have to deal with north korea as well. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson saying the United States will respond to russias cutting of u. S. Diplomats by september first. Russia made the decision to cut diplomats in retaliation for the u. S. Expelling Russian Diplomats for meddling in the election. Ambassador, what do you make of the statement by till are son we need to have a relationship with the russians no matter what . Well thats true but on the other hand this was a pretty significant retaliation by moscow and im sure it was ordered by putin directly. In the normal course of things at the state department, people would have been gaming out alternative scenarios for what the russians might do when the sanctions legislation was signed. Certainly expelling american diplomats is a quick and easy thing for the russians to do so what would our response be to that . To say we havent had one to date and wont be coming until september the 1st i find it hard to understand. Putin, obviously doesnt like the sanctions. He was fighting back. I think he needs to know this is just the beginning of the pain russia might feel. Cheryl of course he doesnt like sanctions but you know, i hate to say it there are things we do need to work with them on. Syria, north korea, iran. These are major threats to the sovereignty of the United States. Not to talking to them will improve any of those issues but if you need to there is always a lot of conference space in geneva. This is, people love to go there. The, this is purely political cutting the number of personnel at our embassy there by as much as the number that the russians picked. We have not really responded to it yet. So you want to avoid just titfortat kind of exchange but you need to make it clear to the russians what we object to interference in our election and their unacceptable behavior in eastern and central europe. Cheryl we object to that but it is interesting that the secretary of the state of the United States saying is this something we want to completely blow the relationship with russia and we need them on certain issues. I think it is fascinating that he brought that up in manila today. Thank you for your perspective. I would have done it differently but thank you. Cheryl you would have, i bet. Lauren call it a sanctuary city showdown. Chicagos mayor rahm emanuel slamming the Trump Administration with a major lawsuit. The fallout coming up. The Vice President taking a page from the president s book calling out the Mainstream Media for fake news but this time he is in the center of the story. All that coming up and more. It is absurd and really what you have got here speculation conjecture, halftruths masquerading as news on the front page of the never trump New York Times. Help. He really knows his wine. This is the new guy . Hello, my name is watson. You know wine, huh . I know that you should check vineyard block 12. Block 12 . My analysis of satellite imagery shows it would benefit from decreased irrigation. I was wondering about that. Easy boy. Nice doggy. What do you think . Not bad. Lauren the battle between sanctuary cities and the federal government continues. Chicago mayor rahm emanuel now filing a lawsuit against the Justice Department. Chicago will not let our Police Officers become political pawns in a debate. The city of chicago may be the first to bring a lawsuit but im also confident we will not be the last because other cities know that these are false choices, that the Trump Justice Department is asking us to make. Lauren well, well, the Justice Department firing right back saying this, in 2016 more chicago wants were murdered in than new york city and los angeles combined. It is especially tragic that the mayor is less concerned with that figure spending time to protect criminal aliens and putting chicagos Law Enforcement at greater risk. Powerful. We have Arkansas Attorney general Leslie Rutledge and former nypd pd Sergeant Joseph jaclone. Leslie, you heard the quote i read. Is rahm emanuel mixing up priorities here . Is he trying to protect illegals at the expense of protecting people . It is quite ironic that mayor should say police should not be used political pawns exactly what the mayor is doing. He is subjecting Police Officers in his city and Police Officers in his cities or his city to unsafe environment. By not accepting, putting application for federal grant saying they should have this grant money to buy those Police Federal law they too could have access to money of these federal grants he is suing the administration over. Lauren joe, what is the reluctance not to work with the feds here and why isnt rahm emanuel talking about the murder rate that keeps going up and up in chicago . Yeah i come from the school where you dont bite the hand that feeds you, this is exactly what happening here. These byrne grants not only Hp Police Department but Public Defenders Office and prosecutors with adjudication and corrections too. You know, i dont know what he is thinking about. I think we have over 415 i think homicides right now in chicago is a possibility. Possibility well have unfortunately a new record in chicago. The people in chicago hasnt held Rahm Emanuels feet to the fire. This is going on for years. They should demand it. After the Laquan Mcdonald shooting debacle, i dont understand why people havent called for his resignation in. Lauren leslie, seems like rahm emanuel is doubling down. He said chicago is the first to bring a lawsuit and wont be the last. Do you expect other cities to follow . The Justice Department sent letters to baltimore, albuquerque and san bernanadino and stockton, saying you could lose your federal funding if you asking these cities follow federal law. That we have cooperation between local, state, federal Law Enforcement to keep cities of that area safe. What rahm emanuel is encouraging for them not to be safe. Saying dont follow the law. What sort of message does that send to the people of chicago burdened with enormous crime rate which is dangerous itself, saying dont follow the law . We need a mayor that says lets follow the law. That is what the administration is encouraging him to do. Lauren joe, how can local Police Forces work with Immigration Law and work with the federal authorities . I mean it is pretty simple. If they have somebody who committed a felony or convicted of a crime theyre supposed to notify the federal authorities and this is where the crux of it is. You know, people are worried about traffic stopping somebody who is here illegally being deported because of that. I hope not to see that too but we want to get those people involved in criminal activity, specifically felonies and gang members and the like. If they have committed a crime, they are here illegally, then they should be removed to try to help them out. But we need to dig deeper into the chicago problem because illegal immigration might not be the sole reason why they have such a high crime rate. Lauren joseph, leally, we have to leave it there. Thank you for your time today. Thanks for having me. Cheryl were getting breaking news on a stock really getting hit in afterhours trading. Look at shares of Avis Budget Rental car company. The stock dropped 10 . They had a big miss on sales and earnings for the Second Quarter. International was strong for the company. The americas was the problem. Shares of Avis Budget Group losing 10 in value you. A stock to watch overnight. Well check it for you first thing in the morning. Lauren rare to see misses in corporate earnings season. When we come back you will not miss 7 a day, maybe you will. The mayor of new york city says we wont miss the seven bucks. Bill de blasio, a new plan to tax wealthy new yorkers. Cheryl i dont know about, here is tax i think i can get behind. One restaurants plan to charge men more than women. Lauren maybe. Cheryl it is for a good cause. Lauren maybe. Cheryl well explain when we come back. Its time to rethink whats possible. Rethink the experience. Rethink your allergy pills. Flonase sensimist allergy relief uses unique Mistpro Technology and helps block 6 key inflammatory substances with a gentle mist. Most allergy pills only block one. And 6 is greater than one. Rethink your allergy relief. Flonase sensimist. Cheryl well take another look at these markets and how they closed. You have the dow and s p 500 closing at brand new record highs. That was the ninth in a row for the dow and first for the s p for the month of august. Lauren, obviously good numbers. Were loving it. Lauren september and october more volatile so we will see. Stay tuned. New york city has a big problem with its subways, if you ride them you might know and democratic mayor bill de blasio says he has a solution. Too many people paid in have not gotten their fair share back. Too many people who could have been paying a little more havent been. So it is time for fairness when it comes to supporting the mta. That is why today i am calling on albany to pass a millionaires tax to support the mta. [applause] lauren while he is targeting the rich to pay for muchneeded repairs, they are needed, but how you pay for them is a different question. Wall street journal editorial page deputy editor, Fox News ContributorDan Henninger joining me now. Hi, dan. Lauren. Lauren he is trying to support his base. He is up for reelection or is he serious here . He cant possibly be serious but he is certainly running for election. Quinnepiac poll had his approval rate dropping 10 points. Down to 50 f youre a democratic mayor in new york city and cant keep the approval up over 50 there must be a problem and there is a problem. The subways are falling apart. Lauren dan, only 7 a day. Said equivalent of a half hour of parking in a parking garage, why wouldnt rich want to pay for that . In new york, theyre paying quite a bit. If you add, federal, state and city taxes in new york state, your marginal rate is 47 . This would put it over 48 . Add Social Security and medicare, it is over 50 . They have tried this sort of soak the rich thing in maryland, connecticut and new jersey and what happens . People leave. They move out. And you lose the tax base. Lauren they move out of the city. It is also de blasio, his second time with plan to tax the rich. The first time failed. Well see what happened with this one. Is there any way federal Infrastructure Spending can help the citys is subway system . Youre raising an excellent point. Metropolitan area has a big infrastructure problem. It is called the summer of hell. You know the infrastructure around here goes back 100 years. The people of new york are living off the infrastructure their grandparents and great grandparent put in. It is reached the end of its useful age. It is falling apart. It needs billions of dollars to fix it. But now new york state is asking the federal government to send most of that money, which essentially means americas taxpayers should bail out the new york metropolitan area, overall spending money on Public Pensions and building a welfare state while ignoring its infrastructure needs. Now suddenly it is saying we need help. But theyre the ones who created this problem by redeploying the great wealth in this region into or the things like Public Pensions rather than infrastructure. Lauren blast brass saying this tax could bring in 700, 800 million which is a lot of money. Not to be naive but are there other shortterm fixes here . Can the mta work on a plan to add more cart to the subway trains . Or maybe, i hate to say it, because i take them, but you know, increase the price of tolls come into and out of the city . They could try that. That would be a longer term fix. Lauren yeah. The irony here the metropolitan Transit Authority brought in joe lota to fix it. That is the republican bill de blasio he defeated in the last election. If anyone can the got job done it is joe. They have problem with switches across the, we check a app city map morning or night to see if our train is running on time. They have to get those switches fixed. That is is what joe lota will use what money has to impetus. Lauren ridership declined first time in two decades. Theyre not taking trains. Right hailing services are also available. Subway is not cheap. 3 that is the middle class traveling among the five borrows to get to their jobs boroughs. If they fail the middle class will migrate out of new york. Lauren thank you, dan. Thank you, lauren. Cheryl google in middle after pr mess. An employee is openly criticizing the companys diversifying efforts. Hillary vaughn has the details on the Technology Company and their problem. Hillary, hey. Reporter cheryl, a Google Engineer is blowing the whistle on google work place culture. His 3,000 word internal memo went viral. He put the company on blast for programs that create inequality, create race and gender tensions and harm the company. The memo calls for reform. Here is some of his suggestions. He wants google to stop alienating conservatives or restricting programs to certain genders or race. He asks for open and honest discussion about the cost and benefits of these programs but says that that conversation is often shut down, writing as soon as we start to moralize an issue we stop thinking about it in terms of costs and benefits, dismiss anyone that disagrees as immoral and harshly punish those we see as villains to protect the victims. Googles new vp of diversity, Danielle Brown disagrees saying there is plenty of places for employees to sound off saying in a statement in part, part of building an open inclusive environment means fostering a culture which the alternative views including different political views feel safe sharing their opinions but that discourse needs to work alongside the principles of equal employment found in our code of conduct policies and antidiscrimination laws but some are taking issue with browns guidelines for free speech. Veteran beat reporter and Silicon Valley editor at tech crutch has a different take, writing in an online editorial, contrary to what some people have written this engineer was not violating antidiscrimination laws by writing his memo. This persons memo was not hate speech. It would set a terrible precedent if google signaled to employees expressing ones think something a fireable offense. The employee also says that people with different political views are routinely shamed on company forums. They dont speak up because theyre afraid that they will be fired, writing my larger point is that we have an intolerance for ideas and evidence that dont fit a certain ideology in highly progressive environments conservatives are a minority that feel like they need to stay in the closet to avoid hopes tilt. Now part of the memo also claims that the reason there are fewer women in tech is because of psychological difference, not because of bias or discrimination in the work place. Cheryl. Cheryl i will hold my tongue on a lot of those statements, hillary, im real curious here, they still dont know hot employees is . They have not identified who the employee is . Reporter google has not publicly identified who the employee is. The name is circling around but has not been confirmed. Cheryl i knew it. I will google later. Lauren do not hold your tongue. There is a cafe in australia looking to bridge the gender pay gap by charging men more money. Theyre tacking on an 18 surcharge, a week a month, saying it is voluntary and money will go to womens charities. The story gone viral with mixed results. Many are calling this a form of discrimination. Cheryl you could say equal pay might lauren that is the whole point. Cheryl a challenge from inside the white house. Of a government that provides too much for too little. The government should only do for the people what we cant do for ourselves. That is what President Trump got elected for. That is what he will continue to fight for. Cheryl it is interesting, capri, the president ran on certain things, the wall, taxation, less regulation. That has nothing to do with somebody elses fault. He brought to the table ideas, capri. I said number of times part of President Trumps success he carried an economic message to middle of the country to people i spent 10 years representing in northeastern ohio. One about trade. One about currency manipulation. One about bringing back manufacturing. This was frankly a democratic message, one traditionally what i would call, traditional democrats would carry. So he coopted that message very effectively. He reflected that anger back, and that frustration more specifically back to the american public. It wasnt about him convincing them, convincing his base so to speak somebody else to blame. I think reflection back on the frustration that has been building up 30 years. Cheryl i wish we had more time, brad, capri. Its a great story. Thanks for being here. Lauren well be right back. Its a highly contagious disease that can be really serious.
