As a person who worked in local selfgovernment, you remember i was a deputy of the Kyiv City Council there for three and a half years, i more or less understand how it all works on the ground and i well understand what the needs of different communities are, especially when we are talking about frontline communities with on the other hand, when we talk about communities that have lost other waters there, well, in business, it is clear that income from personal income tax is very often the key main income for a huge number of communities, while it is also clear that there are some communities that have increased their income for the personal income tax account is 3 times, sometimes four times, and of course it looks, uh, quite inadequate. Well, at the same time, the stories were artificially inflated. Were quite meager, uh, my personal opinion is that, of course , the excess personal income tax should be sent in a certain part to the needs of the armed forces, there is no discussion here for me, but i would leave it for local communities.
