And while water levels in the major reservoir serving the west of the country, have dropped alarmingly in recent years. There is another invisible Development Also emerging. What we dont see whats happening underneath the ground. And thats the disappearance of ground water. The ground water is disappearing at 7 times the rate at which this water in lake paul is disappearing.
