Booktv what are you reading this summer . Im reading profoundly disconnected. Its about the skills gap in a country. Im reading that to get a little bit of Additional Information but its an area of been working on here in the senate and also when i was in the house. We are trying to do is make sure all americans know, look, theres tremendous value to the opportunity to get skills training, vocational training, to build get vocational degrees as well. And we have thousands and thousands and thousands of jobs around the country that are available if people have the right skills. Thats what this goes into is respecting those skills and those degrees just as much as college degrees, that we have to culturally get to knew there. The other thing im reading is the admirals. It is a world war ii admirals, and how they Work Together, the five star admirals, how to Work Together to help win the war. Its kind of a leadership book almost of how so many Diverse People and people very bullheaded some of them with their own opinions, still managed to come together to help lead our country to victory. Who are some of the authors you have . Howard zinn, noam chomsky, some of our better known authors. So does haymarket have a closet about the kinds of books they publish . Absolutely. We are independent and interested in voices that we fill continued to improve it a people to shake things up and make a difference. One of the things we want to talk about is some of the upcoming titles that haymarket has will fall of of 2014. Great. Our leadtime is a book that comes out of the movement around education reform are less test driven education is a collection called more than a score, edited by a teacher in seattle, washington. Theres been some very interesting developments there and around the country with parents, students, and teachers challenging over testing of students. So thats something were really looking forward to in the fall. Then we have a book from someone who works at haymarket books. A former army ranger who has written a book in which he talks about having served with tillman, the nfl player who unfortunately was killed should we keep going . Okay. In afghanistan and how he became politicized and ultimately came that hed been sent to fight. He took a walk across the country to raise money for the tillman family, the tillman foundation. And also to raise awareness around what he thought was an unjust war. War. And thats coming out in the fall of 2014, worth fighting for is what that is called. What else is co
