Clearly, in taking over the system, they did not take into account the need, the staffing, and the funding that is going to be needed to properly administer a safe water system. The government recently passed a budget item to increase budgeting for flint water. So if you find the funding isnt sufficient for these massive problems that we went through, where do you think the money should come from . Should the federal government step in . Absolutely, but the state has to maximize all of its resources. This is what is critical. There are some good things that came out of what the fbi found. Previous administrations use the exact same process. Now we are saying it is not appropriate and we do not want our secretary of state to use private servers. Something good has come out of that. Was the mayor of the city in my police departments, i depended on them and help them to a standard of accountability that they would be they would provide safety to the citizens that they represented in that community.
