We should invest more resources to helping them. The vast majority of people with Mental Illnesses are not violent towards other people and never will be. You need transmission lines. You need a way to have it reached other centers desperately looking for energy. Have environmental cost. The industry that is having the effect on americans will take more than one generation. The issue is this will affect us within that generation. If you grow the industry to fast you can actually generate preventatives. And energy there is no perfect solution so when there is no perfect solution, you look or the good.
