General assembly that no nation could be totally secure in the world if we dont stand up and defend their freedom of ukraine in the face of russian brutality and aggression. That is why we brought together a coalition of more than 50 countries to help ukraine defend itself. It is critical. It is wide together with our partners and ukraine we have provided humanitarian aid as well as tens of millions of people with food, clean water and so much more. That is why we have begun the process of formalizing our longterm commitment to ukraines security alongside the g7 and with other partners. And that is why we support a just it a just and lasting peace respecting ukraines sovereignty and territorial integrity. Mr. President , the people of ukraine have shown enormous bravery and inspired at the world. They have inspired the world with their determination to defend these principles. We are determined to see that we do all we can to assure the world stands with you and that is our overwhelming majority objective right now. So welcome. Pres. Zelenskyy thank you for your warm and strong words to all of the ukrainians. I am glad to meet you earlier this year. Thank you for this time. Congress to thank the members of their support. I am grateful for a chance to have a frank and constructive dialogue. I met with both chambers and i am grateful. And with the first lady i honored innocent victims at the pentagon who tragically died on American Airlines flight 77. It is important to all the world to remember the victims of terror.
