While she was secretary of state in charge of all the Foreign Policy, she had a private foundation that was taking millions of dollars of cribses from foreign governments. And then in between those two things, she had this private server, right, apparently to keep all that stuff from the Public Domain and when the media found out of the private solder, she used hightechnology and hammers to try to get rid of all of it. I mean, i mean this summer i mean this summer the f. B. I. Actually found confirmed that she has classified information on that server, right . Exposing it potentially to being hacked by foreign powers compromising our National Security but they ended up deciding that in their words extremely careless and they proceeded not to go forward. Da or two ago, the f. B. I. Decided to not change their conclusion. Theres an old saying that facts are stubborn things. So let me give you a couple of facts. Facnumber one, mishandling classified information is a crime. [cheers and applause] all right . And heres what we know. Hillary clinton said she never sent or received any classified information. The director of the f. B. I. Testified before congress that there was classified information sent. Hillary clinton said that there was nothing marked classified on her email sent or received. And the director said thats not true. Hillary clinton said i did not email any classified information on my email. And the director said there was classified information email. We also found out that the f. B. I. That aides at the state department offered a quid pro quo to change the classified status on that document on that server. And then we found out this weekend that Hillary Clinton ad her maid printing off sensitive government documents from her email. Let me say this, many women of michigan here on this election day, the first hour of that election day, if only for their decades of selfdealing the politics of personal enrichment, paid to play, compromising our National Security and outright construction we must decide here and now that Hillary Clinton will never be elected president of the United States of america. It was time. It was time. I had to join the other side, which is you. We are going to do things so special. Our country was in trouble. 20 trillion in debt, making deals like the deal with a ran with iran where we give them 150 billion, where we give them 1. 7 billion in cash. Do you know what that is . That would fill up an arena. Nobody had even heard of things like this. When you look at our military is allowed to deplete. Our military is very depleted. We can do that. This is among the times when we most need a tremendous of tremendous and powerful and smart military. We need smart people. [cheering] mr. Trump and obamacare is a disaster. Everything is wrong. It has just been announced that the residents of florida sorry to tell you this, folks i dont want to make you depressed. Half of you will walk out of the room. Are going to experience massive, doubledigit premium hikes, ok . And they are far greater than you have been told. You have been told numbers as they did not want to do it before the election. I worked very hard to force those numbers out. Theyre going to have a great impact you know my poll numbers are going through the roof. I believe a part of it is obamacare. We are going to repeal it and replace it. [cheering and applause] mr. Trump in the great state of arizona, premiums are going up 116 . Over 90 of the counties in florida are losing obamacare, and they are losing the insurers that put obamacare there. But you know what . We are going to make it 100 of the counties because we are going to terminate obamacare, and its not going to make a difference. We will be terminating obamacare, and we will be replacing it with so many different options that you will have Great Health Care at a fraction, a fraction, of the cost. And it will be great. With obamacare, premiums are surging, companies are leaving, insurers are fleeing, doctors are quitting and deductibles are going through the roof. Yet crooked Hillary Clinton wants to double down on obamacare, make it even more expensive. Going to go way up. Obamacare is going to go much higher. [audience chanting lock her up ] mr. She was actually right. She should have said that. She doesnt know what she is doing. As part of our plan, to bring back jobs, we will lower taxes on American Business from 35 to 15 . We will create jobs and opportunities for africanamericans and hispanic americans that have been failed so badly. They have been lied to, they have been cheated to by the democratic party. You see, i believe americas best days are still ahead of us. Now, that does not mean we dont have to work for it, because we do. That does not mean that we can just expect it to happen as kind of a birthright. But i really believe that. I would not have worked for 18 months, traveled across our country, thought as hard as i have about what we need to do and how to do it together, defend thend up and legacy of president obama, which has given our country progress in the right direction, if i did not believe with all my heart that we could do this. Right . We can do this accept a darkto and divisive vision for america. Vote for ae can hopeful, inclusive, bighearted america. And [applause] mrs. Clinton our core values are being tested in this peoplen, and i know that are frustrated. A lot of people feel left out and left behind. Anger, inear, even our country. Say, anger is to not a plan, my friends. If we are going to harness our energy and try to overcome our problems, then we got to Start Talking to each other again, and we have to get good ideas, wherever they come from. Last night, i was in manchester, New Hampshire, and i was with , whose sonmr. Khan was killed while serving in iraq. You might remember him from the democratic convention. He was not a man seeking to be on the stage of a political convention, but when he heard my opponent say what he said about , and he looked at the flag that had been draped on his sons coffin, he felt compelled to speak out. He spoke powerfully about what america means to him, and how we have to defend our values and our constitution. Son, said last night, his serving in the United States army, with his unit, saw something suspicious, moved toward it to check it out, telling his men to stay behind, and when the car exploded, he lost his life. He was awarded the bronze star and purple heart. Id, when youhan sa listen to all of the people that my opponent has insulted and denigrated, would there be a place in Donald Trumps america for captain khan . Gives me hope, because they truly believe in the values of this great country up,urs, and they have stood holding the constitution, as he did at the convention, to say, people around the world cherish this constitution. Believe in our values. It is a source of hope for billions of people. That go,ever, ever let and we will never let someone ripped it away rip it away in the kind of negative, divisive, Hateful Campaign that we have seen on the other side in this election. [cheering] mrs. Clinton sometimes, when i speak, i dontt recognize the country he is talking about. That does not mean we do not have problems and challenges. That does not mean we do not have to do more to help people across our country get better economic opportunities. Of course we do. But boy, i believe we can do it. I love our country. I believe in the American People. I know what we are capable of. History,t our generations of americans have risen together to meet the tests of their times. They defended democracy, built the greatest middle class the world has ever known, marched for civil rights and voting rights, for workers rights and womens rights, lgbt rights, and rights for people with disabilities. [applause] tomorrow, we face the test of our time. Will we be coming together as a nation, or splitting further apart. That all of usls can help meet, or will we turn on each other and pit one group of americans against another . Now, our names will be on the ballot tomorrow, but those values, and every issue you care about, will be there too. What kind of country do we want . And i particularly think about this for young people, as i look at this crowd and see so many students and other Young Americans who deserve the same opportunities in this country that many of us were given. And we will. We will make sure they are available. Because if you think about what it takes to have a thriving america, it comes down to a couple of key issues. If you believe that america thrives when the middle class thrives, then you have to vote. You are going to make the biggest investment in goodpaying jobs since world war ii. Jobs and infrastructure, small business, clean energy, advanced manufacturing. [applause] are going to we actually deliver on that, unlike my opponent, who makes his products mostly overseas, buys cheap chinese steel and aluminum instead of what is made by american steelworkers right here in pennsylvania. We are going to invest in america, and we are especially going to invest in communities that are left out and left behind. We are going to stand up for the right of workers to organize and bargain. We are going to get incomes rising across america. That we needlieve a fairer economy, as i do, then we are going to raise the National Minimum wage. The cause nobody who works fulltime should still be in poverty. And we are going to do more to support working families with affordable childcare, paid family leave. And finally, equal pay for womens work crowd [cheering] you,clinton i got to tell this always gets about the biggest applause ever cover because fundamentally, we know it is not fair. About families. You have a mother, a wife, a sister, or a daughter who is working, you dont want her shortchanged, do you . About equal pay as well as these other family issues, my opponent says i am playing the woman card. Well you know what i say . Deal me in. [applause] you know, if you believe all of our kids should have good schools and good teachers, no matter what zip code they live in, then you have to vote. If you believe we can make College Affordable for every young american, you have got to vote. You know, i got to say, i was very proud of the primary campaign that Bernie Sanders and iran. It was a campaign on issues and ideas, not insults. And after it was over, he and i got together, and we came up with this plan. Public colleges and universities should be tuitionfree for everyone who makes less than 125,000 a year. Should be debt free for everyone else. I do not think you should go into this massive debt to get your education. It is good for you. It is good for your families. It is good for our country. And we are going to make it affordable for everyone. The millions of americans already struggling with student debt, we are going to ease that burden. We are going to get those Interest Rates down. You a going to give different way of repaying it as a percentage of your income, not tied to a 6 , 8 , 10 interest rate. And you are never going to have to pay more than you can afford. You see, i think there are a lot of positive things to get excited about, and i think the agenda we have put forth in this campaign is one that will really give everyone hope. You see, working for children and families has been the cause of my life. But it has never been more important than it is right now area so this has to be our mission together, doing all we can to help every american, especially every young american, and especially every child to have the chance to live up to your got have been given potential. The cause when it is all said and done, that is what matters most. Have you helped somebody else . Have you reached out and trying to ease somebodys burden . We do it individually. Through agot neglected, abandoned childhood because people showed her kindness. Her own parents did not want her. Her grandparents did not want her. But the first grade teacher who saw she had nothing to eat brought extra food every day to make sure my mother had something to eat. [applause] when she was and 14 and had to go out and find a gotto support herself, and a job as a maid and a babysitter in somebodys home, she was just relieved that she had a place to live and that she could support herself. But the mother of that home understood my mom wanted to go to high school, so she said, dorothy, if you get up early and you get your chores done, you can go to high school. You will have to come right back, because we will need you, but you can do it. Look, that sounds harsh to our ears, telling a 14yearold, ok, you can go to high school, but you have to come right back and work on both sides of it, but to my mother, it was a blessing. So when i think about what so many people have gone through to give us the opportunities that we have had and i am speaking my mother gave me the resilience, the grit, the get up and go. She told me, everybody gets knocked down. What matters is whether you get back up. [applause] and we had a lot of americans knocked down because of the great recession, didnt we . Millions of jobs lost. Millions of homes were lost. Family wealth was wiped out. ,avings accounts, 401 k s everything people had worked so hard for you. Well, we have dug ourselves out of the hole. Now weve got to get up. And we got to make sure we dont leave anybody behind. I see this man standing here with a sign, coal miners for hillary. And i will tell you, sir [applause] mrs. Clinton i know how hard times are. And as i have said, and you can take it to the bank, i will not forget you, and i will do everything i can to help people who have given so much, worked so hard throughout their lives for generations, to build this country. We are not going to forget any americans but i cant do any of this without your help tomorrow. Is going to really set the course of our country. Here is no doubt in my mind tonight, i will be in philadelphia with president obama and michelle. Crowd [cheering] mrs. Clinton and i so appreciate how hard they have worked for me. But it is not for me. It is for us. You know, when president obama came into office, put yourself in his shoes, this young, dynamic, first africanamerican elected to become president of the United States. Find . At does he he finds the worst financial crisis since the great depression. Thats what he finds. Wow, those were hard, hard times. I dont think he gets the credit he deserves for making sure we did not go even deeper into the ditch we were in. But make no mistake. Re were reasons we and the we ended up in the ditch. It did not happen by accident. We had huge tax cuts on the wealthy. The administration and office took their eyes off the financial markets. And we know what happened. They ignored the pressures in the mortgage market. And we know what happened. Consequences for everything we care about. And that is why we have got to you each and every one of put down your stake in our future. If the lines are long tomorrow, please wait. [applause] mrs. Clinton in early voting, we have had people waiting in ,ine for two and three hours and there have been reporters and others going up and down the line, asking people, all kinds of americans not one type, all types why are you here . Because my future depends on it, they say. [applause] so, tomorrow is the election, but that is just the beginning. We have to heal this country. We have to bring people together , listen, and respect each other. Now, i know it is unusual for somebody running for president to say this. I started saying this months ago, because i literally was meeting people who were scared by what they were hearing in the election. I have known a lot of the republicans who have run for president , been elected president in recent history. I did not agree with them on everything, obviously. We had our differences. But i did not doubt that they were fit to serve as president. This election is different. This person is temperamentally unqualified, experientially unqualified to be president and commander in she, and so many people commander in chief, and so many people know that. So i think we do need
