So, she is going to get a subsidy she is not entitled to or eligible for. Take a husband and wife living in madison. The husband has been the person with the insurance for the family. But he is losing it because the company is not doing it anymore. Or he got his hours knocked out 30 or Something Like that. And her works at a job, employer does offer credible insurance but she did not take it because she has never before and it is just another year and she is not doing it. He goes and signs up for the exchange. He gets the subsidy. He gets obamacare. Buty are not eligible they are not eligible. You have no way of verifying that. What are you going to do . Runs contrary to the premise of that you can keep your doctor if you would like. And it runs contrary to the premise that you can keep your Health Care Plan if you like it.
