Middle east could be on the brink of a new conflict. Tonight, israel is poised for a tough response after the bodies of three missing teenagers are found in the west bank more than two weeks after they disappeared. Israel accusing hamas of kidnapping the teens and a massive crackdown already underway. Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened an emergency Cabinet Meeting and vows hamas will pay. All of this comes amid chilling new terror threats aimed at the United States from the middle east. Lets go straight to our Cnn Senior International correspondent ben wedeman in hebron. Whats the latest from there . Well, were about six hours ago, the israeli Authorities Say with the help of local israeli volunteers from a nearby settlement, they found a body under a pile you have rocks. They alerted the police and the military in the area who came and found two more bodies so a total of three bodies. Its believed that they are the bodies of the three israeli teenagers who went missing on the night of the 12th of june. Beat heard that the israeli Prime Minister after holding an Emergency SecurityCabinet Meeting, he described the killers of these three teenagers as animals. He pointed the finger directly at hamas saying that hamas will pay for what has happened here. Brianna . Ben wedeman in hebron. Thank you. President obama i should tell you has just issued a statement on the deaths saying as a father i cannot imagine the indescribable pain that the parents of these teenage boys are experiencing. The United States condemns in the strong jest possible terms this senseless act of terror against innocent youth. From the outset i an offered our full support to israel and the Palestinian Authority to find the perpetrators of this crime and bring them to justice. And i encourage israel and the Palestinian Authority to continue working together in that effort and urge all parties to refrain from steps that could destabilize the situation. The israeli people have the full support and friendship of the United States. Lets go in depth with the former israeli ambassador to the United States, our cnn middle analyst had michael or ren. I want to ask you first, ambassador, about that statement we just heard from president obama. In it, hes obviously urging caution and restraint. What do you make of that . Good afternoon, brianna. Well, israelis will certainly welcome this statement from the president. It is very strongly worded. But theyll also ask the question whats not in the statement. What is not in the statement is any retreat or even intimation of a retreat from the very swift american recognition of the unity government between hamas and fatah. And the Israeli Government had strongly objected to that unity government. It still objected to that government. Now you have hamas implicit in these three terrible murders being recognized as part of a government with fatah. There was no hint of retreating from that in the president s position and beyond that, israel is now going to probably take military action against hamas. President did not support that the military action. On the contrary, he called for restraint on the part of all parties. Yes. Thats certainly something you know the in that statement. When we hear the Prime Minister saying that hamas will pay and you say military action appearing likely, what are all the options on the table for israel . Well, if the past is any guide, israel will strike back at hamas positions in gaza. It chooses these positions well in advance. They could be physical facilities but could also be individuals, high ranking members of hamas that could be singled out. Either way, the Israeli Government will have to respond to this in a very forceful robust way, Public Opinion in israel now which has been deeply traumatized by this kidnapping and murder of the three teenagers will demand a very robust response. Do you worry, ambassador, that this is just the beginning of many, many more lives being taken . Well, im sure theres a debate within the Israeli Government. The Israeli Government met today. My sources told me there was a debate over extent of israels retaliation for this murder. Theres an awareness that once you get into a military action, you know how it starts, you dont necessarily know how it ends. Hamas has well over 10,000 rockets. Their ranges could hit tel aviv. Some of them could go by the last round, hit the outskirts of jerusalem. So theres going to be a big debate over the extent of israels retaliation, and to there will be those within the government who say lets keep it calibrated and lets make hamas pay a painful price but not trigger another major round of fighting but theres obviously that risk in all of this, of course, ambassador. I wonder as people are looking at this region, they see syria in crisis. Iraq in crisis. Now, this going on. Is this now a region on brink of crisis sort of in a much wider swathe . Well, prior to this incident, if you look around the middle east, perhaps ironically, one of the quietest and most stable regions has been the west bank and israel. And even hamas even in gaza has been rel tubally quiet since the latest round of fighting in 2012. But yes, the possibility does exist that this could become another active front, not of the magnitude of syria where you have 160,000 people being slaughtered or iraq where thousands have died in the isis advance on baghdad but still, a flash point in the middle east. To go by history, we have every several years, israel has had a round of fighting with hamas and other terrorist elements in gaza. I think the idea again is to strike a balance between retaliating for this atrocious murder of the three israeli teenagers but not triggering off another round of fightinging yeah, and well see obviously how that proceeds from here. Ambassador oren, thank you so much for being with us. The al qaeda spinoff that sent the underwear bomber on a flight to the u. S. May be working on more frightening explosives that cannot be detected by todays air sport screening devices. U. S. Authorities are racing to catch up here. Cnn chief National Security correspondent jim sciutto has been digging on this, as well. Do we know exactly what were talking about, these devices . We know this is a threat that involves al qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and the means of attack concealed bombs on airplanes that truly keep Counter Terror officials up at night. Were told the u. S. Is now considering new screening measures at airports due to new information about attempts to build explosive devices designed to get past those airport screeners. They are Homeland Securitys most dreaded threats. Explosive devices hidden in objects from shoes to toothpaste tubes and undetect be by Airport Security. Now the u. S. Is considering new Airport Security measures due to increased concerns that terrorists from al qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula or aqap are developing new bomb designs to fool current security screening. We remain concerned about the capability of some of these elements to develop weapons that could be thwarted by our current security systems. Reporter officials tell cnn there is no imminent threat or plot. However, an additional vulnerability has been identified. Which the department of Homeland Security is currently working to address. The department of Homeland Security is regularly reviewing our security procedures to adapt to the threat that we that is faced by our transportation system. As advisories are required to adequately inform the traveling public, well make those announcements. Representative peter king discussed the threat on abcs this week. A number you have airports do not have the type of security they should have. Beak were saying anyone that will be having someone that can fly to the United States, they have to increase security. Overseas Airport Security is a real concern. This is the man believed to be behind the threat. Aqap master bomb maker ibrahim al asiri. In recent months u. S. Officials warned he and terrorists trained under him were improving designs of new explosive devices that could fool screaming many ises. The threat has grown all the more severe as chaos in syria and iraq has created a safe haven for terror groups to train, plot, and recruit westerners 0 to join their fight. Allowin them to pool up in syria and have safe haven the size of indiana between syria and iraq and i say they, i mean al qaeda minded individuals that now have an army. That is as dangerous a time for an al qaeda threat to the United States as ive ever seen. U. S. Officials have been tracking both aqap and isis closely for some time, whats different now is isis now has a huge expanse of territory villately unchallenged. The closest weve come to that is it al qaeda in afghanistan before 9 11 and perhaps al shabaab in somalia. That new reality is a factor in why Counter Terror agencies are always watching but right now theyre particularly concerned. And one thing that you and i have talked about it before is the idea of the foreign fighter who have been recruited to go fight in syria and now iraq. Many europeans, hundreds of europeans, dozens of americans, what do they do when had he come home . They have what they call clean sheets, in other words, travel documents thoughts allow them to get on a plane. Thats a worry going forward, as well. We talked later in the show to congressman king. One of the big concerns it seems you almost registered the fear of the idea of these different groups working together. Thats really the source of so much of it. It is. And thats a complicated thing. Ive spoken to intelligence officials. There is some connectivity between for instance aqap and isis. But theres also some division because isis has fought, we no, sir in syria there have been divisions within these groups, as well fighting amongst themselves. Sometimes theyre marriages of convenience. Sometimes they dont Work Together well. A big concern we do know about is the most radical groups fighting in syria have had dmuks with al qaeda core back in afghanistan which ive been told has encouraged them to sort of look abroad and think ambitiously about the kinds of places theyre going to attack including in europe and the u. S. Wed like to think this problem will stay contained over here but it has a real danger of hitting the u. S. Homeland. I want to ask you about israel as we watch our breaking news that has happened. Three teens found dead, three israeli teens. It sounds like talking to ambassador oren, were expecting retaliation from israel. It just seems almost guaranteed if past is prologue. When you look at the hot spots and i asked him this, syria, a huge conflagration, iraq, as well. He says this is a smaller scale thing. Israel is trying to strike a balance between something that doesnt provoke too much from hamas but isnt that the risk that there could be a great problemvation here . Its interesting michael oren made this point. Israel has been an area of peace for these last couple years. So to have this attack now disrupts that. But first of all, syria spills over to iraq. Weve already seen that. Youre worried now about isis crossing the border in jordan and saudi arabia. Theyve taken the border crossings there. Those countries are very nervous. You have fears about the battles going into countries like lebanon. Its been relatively peaceful. Hezbollah, you know, which has had tremendous activity in syria, what is isis going to do with them there . Theyve made thats against hezbollah in lebanon. It doesnt take much top push niece countries into violent conflict. I think thats where we are now. Feels so much that way right now. Jim, thank you so much. Next in, passions are running high over a stunning Supreme Court decision involving religious freedom. Obamacare and Birth Control. What the ruling by the deeply divided justices could mean for you. And a furious president obama blaming republican inaction for a surge of undocumented children on the border. Theyve proven again and again that theyre unwilling to stand up to the tea party in order to do whats best for the country. Fill their bowl with the meaty tastes theyre looking for, with friskies grillers. Tender meaty pieces and crunchy bites. In delicious chicken, beef, turkey, and garden veggie flavors. Because its time to stop letting chaos decide our. Energy future. Tell congress and the epa to stand up to big oil. Dont gut the renewable fuel standard. Busy day here in the situation room. We have more breaking news. For that, we want to get straight to the Barbara Starr at the pentagon where shes learning new information on additional u. S. Personnel being moved into iraq. What can you tell us . The pentagon announcing just a few moments agoing that an additional 300, 300 u. S. Troops are moving into iraq. Lets explain this to everyone. 200 of these additional troops will be moving directly into providing security for the u. S. Embassy for u. S. Facilities in iraq. And also for the u. S. Positions at the Baghdad Airport. An additional 100 troops who were already on stand by close by in the middle east also moving in. They are going to have additional helicopters, additional unmanned aerial vehicles. Their job all of these additional 300 troops will be to provide security for the u. S. Troops and people at the embassy already there. You have your 300 advisors. And plus, these, plus some additional people at the embassy. Its basically all now adding up to about 800 troops on the ground in and around the baghdad area. And these additional new troops now being announced this afternoon 300 more. Their main job will be security. Help protecting u. S. Facilities and protecting the personnel already there. Brianna. Barbara, when we heard this announcement first from the president from the administration about sending members of the u. S. Military or from the u. S. Government in, it was up to 300 advises is what we were told. Obviously, this is different. This is troops. But do you have a sense that this is more of a rampup than what was initially expected or is this just sort of what goes along with those advisors and maybe we didnt have a number on it before . No, i have to tell you, i think this is an indication that they do feel they need to really make sure they have security for americans working at the embassy, for any americans at the airport, for the American Military advisors. They have got to have security nailed down for these people. We knew, for example, that there were 100 troops in a nearby country ready to move in to provide security if needed. Those troops going in now. But another 200 going in to do the same thing. To provide security. They will have helicopters. They have arms. They will have unmanned aerial vehicles, drones, flying overhead to keep watch. Clearly, they are feeling that they need to have more security around the baghdad area, which is supposed to be under government control and as troops, these advisors may in the coming days move north out of baghdad where they might run into some of these isis fighters, so clearly i think they feel theyve taken another look at it and this is the additional security that they need. Because i have to tell you, every reporter covering the pentagon has asked for days the obvious question is this it . Are any more troops going in . And the answer till about five minutes ago was no, that is it. Now we see another 300 going in. This is just in response to the strength of isis . Well, i think perhaps the strength of isis, the general uncertainty in iraq right now about the security situation. And the fact that youre going to have eventually first 300 military advisors moving around the country. They have to be protected. If youre going to have helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles, perhaps operating out of Baghdad International airport, that has to be protected. The americans at the embassy have to be protected. You know, they had a lot of firepower already there supposedly to do that, marines at the embassy. Extra security personnel. But now, it looks like you know, they realize what theyre dealing with. And that they just simply need to have more security, more military security on the ground for the americans. Brianna. What they had not enough. It appears. Barbara, really appreciate it. Iraqs state tv is roaring mortar rounds have struck one of Shiite Muslims holiest shrines in samara. An attack in 2006 destroyed its dome and it set off bloody sectarian violence. The incident comes as the brutal Jihadist Group that has captured a vast swathe of iraq and syria which weve been talking about is making a brazen new proclamation and aiming new threats at america. Lets go live to madame jamjoom in beirut with the latest. Muhammad . Its a dangerous new declaration by isis. This is a threat that showcases not just how brutal the Group Remains but it also constitutes a new propaganda effort by this group. Theyve changed their name but not their tactics. Isis which stands for the Islamic State in iraq and syria says now it will simply be known as the Islamic State. And it declared all areas its overtaken in syria and iraq to be a caliphate or Islamic State. A significant move. In using the word caliphate, you see the full extent of isiss ambitions. They include taking over more territory, requiring all muslims to swear allegiance to the group. And to continue waging a chilling propaganda war. There is no place on this earth that these buildings are safe. Like in this newly released videotape. Just minutes before blowing this iraqi Police Station to bits, the video shows a member of isis smiling as he reveals what appears to be men held captive in that building. So we take a look inside. Exclusive footage. You see here prisoners. This is just some of the hundreds of prisoners that we have. Analysts say it highlights how merzilessness is very much a part of the groups strategy. It gets to the extent to which isis relies on threat of force, brutal threat of force to assert its dominance both in iraq and in syria. And showcases also how comfortable and confident the organization feels in iraq. This car right here belongs to the border patrol. So do other cars. Message to the people in the west, just keep giving and we will keep taking its one more way isis hopes to continue to appeal to nonarab jihadists. Isis has become particularly dependent upon foreign fighters. Analysts say its a simple equation. More videos are produced in english, the more threats are directed at america, the more fighters will flock to iraq. The question that obama, did you prepare enough diapers for your soldiers or not . Brianna, this is the second such video in as many weeks to be produced in english. Clearly, a campaign thats very much designed by isis to try to appeal to foreign fighters and this is really what analysts are telling me is a dangerous new front in this propaganda war. They believe the group may be able to recruit a lot more fighters from western fighters to come join the fight in iraq. Brianna . Chilling. Mohamed jamjoom, thank you. Next, we have details of a stunning Supreme Court decision involving religious freedom, obamacare and Birth Control that will could have some serious and wide ranging ramifications. And a furious president obama blames republican inaction for a surge of on the border. Hes now ready to take action on his own. Were moving our company to new york state. The numbers are impressive. President obama says that hell side step congress and use executive action to deal with Immigration Reform, citing the urgency of a dramatic increase of children crossing the border from mexico. And he pointed a finger at House Republicans who are blocking a vote on an immigration bill thats already passed the senate. Athenia jones has more from the white house. Tell us what the president said. That bill you mentioned, that senate bill passed a year ago. Thats the bill stalled in the house. We heard from a fired up president obama today really sticking it to House Republicans. This after the white house said that last week, House Speaker john boehner at an event told the president theres not going to be any vote in the house on Immigration Reform this year. Lets listen to what the president said earlier in the rose garden. Our country and our economy would be stronger today if House Republicans had allowed a simple yes or no vote on this bill or for that matter any bill. Theyd be following the will of the majority of the American People who support reform. And instead theyve proven again and again that theyre unwilling to stand up to the tea party in order to do whats best for the country. So there you heard the president really keeping the pressure on House Republicans. But he also said hes not going to stand by and wait for congress to act. So today he announced what the white house is causing a new effort to fix our broken immigration system as much as possible through executive actions. That meenz hes asked his team to come up with additional steps he can take without the help of congress on immigration on the immigration issue. Hes asked for those recommendations to be presented him by the end of the summer. But he also anticipated some of the republican criticism hes likely to get on this because republicans have already been accusing him of abusing his executive power. Lets listen to what he had to say on that. I take executive action only when we have a serious problem, a serious issue and congress chooses to do nothing. And in this situation, the failure of House Republicans to pass a darn bill is bad for our security, its bad for our economy. And baetsd for our future. Really strong words from the president. On that republican criticism as you know, Speaker Boehner last week vowed to sue the president over his use of executive actions and today in response in the rose garden he said in part i told the president last week what ive been telling him for months. The American People and elected officials dont trust him to enforce the law as written. Until that changes, its going to be difficult to make progress on this issue. There you have it, a bit of a chicken egg situation. The white house saying the president has to act because Congress Wont act and members of congress, republicans in the house saying if they pass a bill and the president doesnt uphold it, thats what left them in the stalemate situation. We can expect the debate to continue. It certainly is a Midterm Election year. Athenia jones at the white house, thanks. It is a hot button sish that has something for everyone. Religion, obamacare and Health Coverage for Birth Control. Today a deeply split Supreme Court ruled that the private hobby lobby cane and certain other companies cant be required to pay for certain types of contraceptives for employees. Pamela brown is at the Supreme Court with this. Brianna, todays ruling has major social and political implications and could impact tens of thousands of women. This is a ruling that was divided along ideological lines with the conservative major favoring hobby lobby and religious liberty and dealing a big blow to president obamas Signature Health care law. Fiery protests on a ruling that converged three contentious issues into one, religious freedom, abortion and obamacare. Today, the high court striking down a key provision in the Affordable Care act that requires for Profit Companies to provide comprehensive Birth Control coverage. The main plaintiff, the evangelical cristian owners of hobby lobby craft stores challenged the law saying it violated their religious beliefs. American families dont give up their constitutional right to religious freedom just because they open a family business. Obamacare ca covers 20 types of Birth Control. This case focused on four of those, plan b, the morningafter pill and the week after pill known as ella, and two types of uids. Hobby hobby equated those with abortion because they say they prevent a fertilized egg from attaching to the womb. Entiretiers of the contraception mandate say this ruling unfairly brings a womans boss into her private medical affairs and will dump a huge financial burden on female employees. I think immediately tens of thousands of women who are employees of these companies will either be out of their Birth Control or already absolutely have to double pay because we already pay. That adds up at the end of the month. The five conservative justices on the court used a 20yearold federal law to make the case that closely held for Profit Companies have religious liberty rights just like individuals do. Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel alito said the plain terms of the federal law make it perfectly clear can that congress did not discriminate in this way against men and women who wished to run their bys as for Profit Corporation and the men are required by their religious beliefs. But in a strongly worded dissent, Justice Ruth Ginsburg says now Company Owners can force their own religious beliefs on their employees. She says it would deny legion jonz of women who dont hold their employers beliefs access to coverage that the aca would otherwise secure. While the court settled this specific fight, the ruling could open the door to even more legal challenges to obamacare. And this could set the stage and be a primer for her pending lawsuits that are in the pipeline right now, bianna, challenging the contraception mandate and other provisions in the Affordable Care act. This could be just the beginning. Certainly pamela brown at the Supreme Court for us there. Lets bring in chief political analyst gloria borger, senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and completely canadienator ryan lizza. So jeffrey, youve got the majority saying this is a narrow ruling. Is it really . Youre hearing all these other concerns we hear pam bringing up. Certainly it is broader than anything weve seen before. Before today, the Supreme Court had never even said corporations have the right to freedom of religion. That is clearly established now. And now the court is going to having to define how broad that right is. Who can exercise it . Is it just a corporation controlled by a Single Family or what about other for profit privately Held Companies . And how much religious freedom can they ask for . Contraception, these four areas. What about other forms of contraception that many religions have auction to . Blood transfusions, cristian scientist who have objections to broad ranges of prekd medical treatment. So Many Political figures weighed in about this including Hillary Clinton while on the decision while at an event in aspen. Shears what she said. Its very troubling that a sales clerk at hobby lobby who needs contraception which is pretty expensive is not going to get that service through her Employers Health care plan because her employer doesnt think she should be using contraception. There are companies ha may be closely held by employers who dont believe in blood transfusions. Thats a religious belief that certain people hold. Does that mean if you have need for i blood transfusion, your insurance policy doesnt have to cover it . I mean, this is a really bad slippery slope. Shes saying its a slippery slope. Everyone is weighing in on this. Ryan, do you think, is this something that threatens the core of obamacare or is this a lot about politics . Look, i dont think it threatens the core of obamacare. Obamacare defines very clearly what should be covered by companies. This takes away certain kinds you have contraception for certain kinds of companies. This is not about gutting obamacare. This is one kind of coverage for one type of company. Politically, he think it shows us the 2014 Midterm Elections are maybe a little bit more important today, right . The senate, the big prize for these elections is who is going to control the senate. The house is going to be republican barring some catastrophic collapse. And voters have a clear choice, do they want the democrats or republicans control the senate and help obama confirm a justice if one would retire a justice in the last two years. It all came down to Midterm Election and policies. It comes down to the president ial election. Look, the president can probably through regulations say to these women who are affected okay, guess what, the governments going to pay for this kind of contraception for you so you dont fall between the gap. Conservative Justice Alito actually kind of suggested that. Let the government pay for it. What the democrats are likely to do is bring this up on the floor of the senate. Why are they going to bring it up . They know that republicans are going to stand as opposed to it and they want to bring it up on the floor of the senate because they can talk about the old war on women which weve heard about before. And which will become a Campaign Issue not only in 2014. If you listen to Hillary Clinton, sure sounded to me like a candidate for president. Sure. Shes talking so much about women. By the way, maybe she would not support a nominee for the Supreme Court who would have ruled as alito ruled. Alito was almost defensive saying hey, look, i want you to realize that there is a path here. You can cover this. For the president. Theyve done it already with religious institutions. He said you can do the same thing with hobby lobby. You can have them get tear contraception coverage with a government paying for it. So conservative justice talking about Big Government paying for solutions to problems. Can we talk about the women issue here . Because and i wonder well. You guys. 45 is the ruling. All of the women are in the minority. There are 112 justices in the history of the Supreme Court. Four have been women. Three are currently on the Supreme Court right now. All of them voted with Stephen Breyer in the minority in this case. But just as significant i think is the five justices in the majority were appointed by republican president s, the four justices in the minority were appointed by democratic president s. When are you electing a president , are you electing Supreme Court justices. They hang around a lot longer than president s. Sandra day oh con, he dont you think she would have been on the side of the certainly the later Sandra Day Oconnor might well have been. Look at justice kennedy, swing vote. This is going to be a big issue in this election. Jeffrey, gloria, ryan. Thanks to all of you. And straight ahead, millions of americans could see their fourth of jewel celebrations maybe rained out. The president introduced bob mcdonald just about an hour ago. Bob is an expert in making organizations better. In his career, hes taken over struggling business units. He knows how to roll up his sleeves and gets to work but thing an end to what doesnt work, adopting best practices that do, restructuring, introducing innovations, making operations more efficient and effective. In short. Can mcdonald get those results . Senior washington correspondent joe johns is here to try and help us out with that. The white house is billing this former ceo bob mcdonald as a transformational leader to guide the scandal ridden department through some of its worst times. Hes been picked to hold a job that used to be reserved for top military brass. The man who once made big bucks selling tide laundry detergent and crest toothpaste was a surprise pick as the new va chief. He is not a name that was on anyones radar. We need a turnaround artist. If he can help turn around the va, thats what our veterans need because the trust is broken. The white house is clear little thinking outside the box with this pick. The challenge for mcdonald will be tackling a huge Government Department as an outsider, countless studies have shown how entrenched bureaucracies do not respond well to agents of change. Can he be that turn around artist . Well have to see if he can fight against the bureaucracy. Its going to be a very tough job for him and probably going to last for a while. Sure. A Tropical Storm on the 4th of july and there is a good possibility that millions of people on the east coast could see their celebrations rained out. Thanks to whats right now a low pressure system in the atlantic and our Severe Weather expert meteorologist chad myers is tracking all of this for us. Chad, what are you seeing . You know, were seeing that what will be arthur, i know it will be. It will run up the east coast and make rip currents up and down the east coast, significant weekend and midweek rip currents. I dont want anybody, no kids or adults in the ocean without a life jacket on. Its going to be that treacherous out there. Chicago, i need you to be looking to your west and get inside. This is a very dangerous squall line headed your way like a bulldozer pushing air ahead of it at 80 Miles Per Hour. That air is going to blow through milwaukee all the way down to chicago and it could rotate enough to make a couple of tornadoes. Thats the first order of business. Heres the first order right now, the immediate threat, chicago and Northern Illinois, thats the second tier risk of Severe Weather tonight. Ive seen wind gusts of 80 Miles Per Hour already tonight. This, about 30 Miles Per Hour. Doesnt look that bad, looks like what florida would call just kind of a blow. But i tell you what, this is going to get its act together and run up the owes coast somewhere between charleston and the outer banks. And if we do have all of those winds on shore, 60, 70, maybe 80 miles an hour, what were going to get is the water piling up on the beach and rushing out into the ocean and were going to lose people to the rip currents. This is over by july 5th. You need to take precautions right now. Chad, obviously so many people will be vacations in those areas. What should they do . Well, if you can cancel plans, especially if are the next couple of days, i would. I wouldnt go towards the beach until friday. If youre planning on being there tuesday and wednesday, its not going to be pleasant. This will be long gone by the weekend. Thanks, chad, coming up, is the middle east at a dangerous new Tipping Point . Well have more on that. When folks think about what they get from alaska, they think salmon and energy. But the energy bp produces up here creates Something Else as well jobs all over america. Engineering and innovation jobs. Advanced Safety Systems technology. Shipping and manufacturing. Helping this big country move ahead as one Norfolk Southern hows that function . Happening now, israel may be ready to strike back. Its vowing that its forces will punish terrorists hours after the bodies of three kidnapped israelis were found. Plus north koreas brut l regime reveals its disturbing plans for two american captives. And disastrous weather. Millions along the east coast are in for a dangerous stormy 4th of july. Wolf blitzer is off today. Im brianne than keilar and youre in the situation room. We have breaking news this hour and were getting a new report that the Israeli Military just destroyed the house of a suspect in the death of three israeli teenagers. Tensions are exploding just hours after their bodies were found. Now a short while ago president obama condemned the killings but he also urged all parties to refrain from steps that could further destabilize the situation. This is a dangerous time in this region and it may be getting more dangerous at this hour. Our Senior International correspondent ben weed daman is joining us live. Whats the latest there . Reporter what we understand from an eyewitness in the city south of here is that the moment of one of the two palestinians who the israelis have named as prime suspects in these kidnappings, that house has been destroyed by Israeli Forces in the area, completely demolished. That seems to be the first step in what were expecting the israeli retaliation for the death of these three teenagers. Their bodies were found not far from here in essentially shallow grave that was dug. It was discovered this afternoon. Apparently by settlers, volunteers from a nearby settlement who came, found one body and then two more under a pile of rocks. This is a drama that began at about 1 30 on the evening of the 12th of june when these three teenagers hitchhiked rides home from a junction just north of here. May made a brief one of them made a brief phone call at about 10 30 at night saying weve been kidnapped. Thats the last that was heard of them. It now appears that they were killed shortly after the kidnapping took place. Brianna . Ben weedenman, thank sow so much. Now lets bring in mark ragman. Hes the spokesman for the israeli Prime Minister. Y ear hearing the report obviously from ben and we have an eyewitness who is saying the Israeli Defense force destroyed the house of the one suspect. What else can you tell us about this . Well obviously its a very difficult day for all israelis. Those three teenagers were brutally murdered by hamas. Their bodies were discovered. Its a difficult day for us all. I think all israelis are quit ug around the families of those three victims of terrorism. Tomorrow well probably see the funerals. Once again youre seeing in my country an outpouring of sympathy and compassion for the families of these three teenagers. Ultimately were talking about boys who were going home from high school who were killed by these hamas terrorists. And if i can say something, i think this atrocity demonstrates clearly what hamas is all about. Hamas is a Brutal Terrorist Organization committed to a terror war against every israeli civilian, man woman and as you can see in this example, children as well. And its not by accident that hamas is classified officially by the United States, by canada, by the european union, by japan and australia and many others as a terrorist organization. These are, as my Prime Minister said, cold killers who have no scruples, no hesitation whatsoever in targeting children. Certainly that isnt lost on many people when youre looking at these three young faces and the trauma that many israelis are feeling from their deaths. But im wondering as weve see this what limited response at this point, how do you thread the needle between responding and also doing so in a way that doesnt provoke some sort of larger response that leads to even more people, including israelis, including more young israelis losing their lives. Do you think well see a further military reaction here . Well, i can tell you what our focus is at this very moment. It is to find the perpetrators of this a atrocity and bring them to justice. Those directly involved in the kidnapping and the murder and their accomplices. Were also acting against the hamas machine. Hamas says every israeli civilian is a legitimate target. So were totally within our right to protect our people by trying to mitigate the threat that hamas poses. But the best thing that could happen now is for the International Community to send an unequivocal president to the president of the Palestinian Authority and say to him, you stay youre a partner in peace, you say you want reconciliation with the israelis. Break your Political Alliance with hamas. Break your pack with hamas. You cant on one hand say that youre a partner in peace and at the same time embrace these terrorists from hamas, these killers of children. It doesnt fit. It doesnt work. This strike that weve seen and we have an eyewitness whos seen it on one of the suspected one of the hamas members whos suspected of involvement in this. This isnt the only hamas member who is a suspect. So im wondering will there be more, mark . Will we see a further reaction . Is this just the beginning . The Palestinian People are not our enemies. On the contrary. We want to live in peace with our palestinian neighbors. But there can be no doubt that hamas, which is an extreme Islamist Organization is committed to an extreme agenda, a very radical agenda, not dissimilar from hezbollah from lebanon or isis in iraq. These groups want to kill. These groups want to murder. These groups believe that through this orgy of violence they somehow cleansing the world for their warped and extreme religious views. They have to be opposed. Theyre enemies of peace and humanity and of the pal tin january people because they are in many ways putting the Palestinian People on their agenda. I think all people of good will can unite against these killers. Thank you so much for being with us. We do appreciate it. And now there are new fares of terror attacking targeting americans and other westerners at busy airports and crowded Shopping Malls. Barbara star is here with new details. What have you learned . There are no worries that alqaeda is going after one of its top targets, a u. S. Airliner. Could one of the targets of alqae alqaedas most dangerous wing be a middle east Shopping Mall full of westerners . Theyre not particularly well defended and secured. There are a lot of westerners that go to them. Some concern recently about some of the Shopping Malls in the persian gulf. The attack on kenyas West Gate Mall caught days of worldwide attention, exactly what alqaeda wants. And they dont have to worry about getting into the u. S. To attack a mall. But that is not all. The u. S. May step up Airport Security measures. There is concern the group known as alqaeda in the Arabian Peninsula has found a new way to get around current airport screening. U. S. Officials tell cnn a vulnerability has been identified in Airport Security because of the advances. Officials dont sooe see an eminent threat pu one official telling cnn were steadily tracking significant threats from aqap. The department of Homeland Security is regularly reviewing our security procedures to adapt to the threat that we that is faced by our transportation system. The big concern is this man, aqaps master bomb maker, expert in designing bombs with no metal and undetectable exexplosives sh as the one wear in the Christmas Day underwear bomber attack targeting a u. S. Airline. The top u. S. Military commander in europe says foreign fighters are a huge worry rnlts we remain concerned about the capability of some of these elements to develop weapons that could be thwarted by our security systems. What kind of passports are these people carrying. If they have western, european passports, u. S. Passports, they could come out. A very busy day. I want to ask you about iraq. Weve got more troops heading there. What are you maerg . 300 additional troops announced by the pentagon headed into iraq for security, security at Baghdad Airport for the first time in years. There will be u. S. Troops there specifically guarding security at Baghdad International airport. The concern is that isis has made such inroads towards baghdad theyve got to reinforce and there be and at the embassy. 300 security troops going in. This is going to bring the total numb of u. S. Troops in iraq to Something Like 800. Thank you. Peter king, he is the chairman of the subcommittee of counterterrorism on the house Homeland Security committee. Congressman, take us through this, what you know that you can share with us about this threat and what are you concerned might happen here . Brianna, first we should say im not aware of any direct threat. What were talking about is the whole threat situation has gotten worse. Not a particular threat but the capacity of a group such as isis to attack the United States. And the fact that, you know, theyre now getting a sanctuary. Secondly this group is the worse of the worse. Theyve attempted to taye tack the United States before back three years ago when they were so called alqaeda in iraq. We know they want to attack the u. S. And the concern is that you would have affiliated groups like alqaeda and the Arabian Peninsula that have science working for it. You can find these groups coming together and coming up with an explosive device which they believe cant be detected. We saw this with the Christmas Day bomber in 2009 and theres been other reports of similar type devices or variations of that device that alqaeda and the Arabian Peninsula was working on. Now the concern is that isis could be making use of that technology and advancing it to the extent that they could have devices that couldnt be detected. Now so this in is way, congressman, if youre concerned that aqap and isis could be sharing information, could be sharing knowledge and that other affiliated groups would be as well, is this is new thing and how much does this elevate the threat . I would say i would leave it at this. Theres greater concern now and to me the threat was always elevated. This to me makes it more serious. And we have to be on our guard. We have to do what we have to do to stop it. We have to work with our allies to attempt to stop it. You hope that youre wrong, you hope that the threat is not there. But considering the cast of characters thats coming together, we have to assume that there can be a device that they would attempt to use against us. Now, again, this is always been a concern but theres more reason to be concerned now than you have these groups possibly coming together and you have isis which is so extreme and so deadly and is obtaining so much pow near that region of the world. Have you been told about specific devices that have a possibility but perhaps you cant share that with us . Yeah, theres discussion of certain devices. Its not definite. And i really cant go beyond that. Okay. Other than to say there have been reports. Okay. And so when were looking obviously folks are familiar with the security procedures at domestic airports here in the u. S. Is not always the security in international airports. Its not always as secure as we see here. There there specific changes that you want to be that you want seen taken up abroad . Well, i think its important my ubsing is that i believe the department of Homeland Security has come up with certain procedures that they want followed overseas. I believe theyre waiting for white house approval. And i think, you know, the white house should give that approval. I dont want to go into what they are be because then we would be tipping our hand. But i do believe that the department of Homeland Security wants to have security improve at airports overseas where the u. S. Is the final destination. There are certain airports that i believe do not have the level of security thats needed. We want to make sure that they do and use whatever not just influence, whatever pressure we can to make sure that that security is provided. And again department of Homeland Security and tsa, both of them, secretary jay johnson, they realize the significance of the threat. My understanding is theyve come up with proposals and theyre waiting for a signoff from the white house. Thank you for coming own and talking with us. Congressman peter king appreciate it. Just ahead, kim jongun versus the u. S. Whats driving his new plan to indict two americans who are prisoners in north korea. Is there Something Else that we wants . President obama lays into republicans. Hes vowing to go at it alone to try to fix americas immigration system. The only thing i cant do is stand by and do nothing while waiting for them to get their act together. Thank ythank you for defendiyour sacrifice. And thank you for your bravery. Thank you colonel. Thank you daddy. Military families are uniquely thankful for many things, the legacy of usaa Auto Insurance can be one of them. If youre a current or former military member or their family, get an Auto Insurance quote and see why 92 of our members plan to stay for life. Indict two americans who are waiting for them to get their now this hour were keeping a very close watch on north korea and ominous new threats by kim jongun. His regime is planning to indict two americans being held captive and put them on trial. Cnns brian todd following the new developments. Pretty alarming especially when this rings with hay lot of americans when youre talking about two americans. Yes, brianna. The dangerous unpredictable regime of kim jongun has decided to make an example out of them. Making all of this worse, the condition and the location of where theyre being held are not known. They came in as tourists. Theyre now prisoners and theyll likely soon be designated as convicts. The government says two americans, will be prosecuted for what the regime calls pepper trath hostile acts. Matthew miller was taken in custody on april. Jeffrey foul was detained in may for allegedly leaving a bible in his hotel room. Any independent religious active is viewed as a serious Security Threat by the North Koreans. There are story of North Koreans who have bibles being chained together like slaves with hooks through their ears. Swedish diplomats who handle American Affairs last had access to jeffrey and Matthew Miller on june 21th the theres no word on their concern and the state department isnt saying much. Out of humane tarn concern, we ask that north korea release them so they can return home. The u. S. Government is asking the North Koreans to release a third american theyre holding, kenneth bai were held for more than a year and a half serving hard labor for allege e edly trying to bring down the ra veem through religious activities. They think of them as leverage. As an american there you can be considered a very high value target if youre detained by their government. What does the volatile young leader want . Hes acted erratically since december. His regime announced the trials after test firing two bra two b missiles. Theyre trying to get us to agree to Nuclear Arms Control to accept them as a Nuclear Weapon state, which we cant do. If they cant get the nuclear concession ors a high level dick tear to negotiate for the americans release, analysts say the North Koreans may extract confessions from them, may hold them for a while and may eventually let them go. But kenneth bay will be held for longer for a much more serious threat to them. Well be watching this. Lets talk a little bit more about north korea and other flash points around the world. With us now cnn National Security analyst and former cia op tift, bob baier. What i really want to talk to you about is what we heard barbara star reporting on which is concerns that analysts have raised that a very real possibility of a target in the mideast would be many shopping malice which include areas where a lot of westerners frequent. Were familiar with having seen that in kenya. How can you protect against this or really can you . Brianna, lets take the border between iraq and jordan. Its por ris. Westerners stand out there. Even the border with saudi arabia is somewhat p oror ris. The rest of the kingdom could be vulnerable as well as a place bike dubai. If we take a role in it at all, i think its almost certain that americans will get hit somewhere. So what should americans do . Americans who are traveling, who are in those areas, what kind of precautions can they take . I would stay out of malls, any place thats crowded, any place that attorneyers congress gait. Stay away. Keep out of Hotel Lobbies with and of course malls. Tourists sites, stay away. And then one of the other stories were following today, its an incredibly busy day, has to do with the idea of aqap and other groups pairing together, sharing knowledge and maybe even sharing resources but certainly sharing the ability or the knowledge that they have when it comes to trying to build weapons that could slip through u. S. Security, interNational Security. What is your read on this threat, how specific it is and what our concern should be . Well, keep in mind, brianna, that the Technology Develop since the invasion of 2003 cell phone detonators and the rest of it, and youre going to see that stuff appear in iraq again. Youre going to see people from yemen even that know about suitcase bombs, printer bombs will be showing up in iraq. The whole idea of a cally fate. This is a new win to the jihadists. This is very serious and were going to see repercussions from it. Explain that. This is something if youre not very versed in this area you dont know how significant that is. Explain why that matters so much. Youre talking about the inheritance of islam and it goes back to the 7th century and the succession. And theres this feeling that the sunni muslims have been humiliated over the last ten years and theyre going to rise again if they stand behind the ka ran. And they want to unify islam. It hasnt been unified in more than 100 years. I realize its just propaganda now but were going to see what sort of following is attracted to it. Certainly thats a been concern. Thanks for joining us. Just ahead, the Supreme Court strikes a blow to obamacare. That could set up future challenges to the president s sikt legislation. Ill be talking with one of the architects to have law next. A furious president obama is taking action on his own to deal with Immigration Reform. Is it congresss inaction or are we deal with an imperial president . Where its biggest refinery has been attacked. More chaos over there means higher prices here but we can take control with Renewable Fuels like ethanol. It means more jobs and more security. Less pollution and less pain at the pump. Because its time to stop letting chaos decide our. Energy future. Tell congress and the epa to stand up to big oil. Dont gut the renewable fuel standard. A furious president obama vented his frustration today with republicans blaming them for failing to reform immigration and vowing to take action of his own without congresss help if thats what it takes. Let eelgs bring in cnns athena jones. Shes at the white house with the latest on this. Reporter the president really laid into House Republicans for refusing to vote on a comprehensive immigration bill that passed the senate a year ago. Here he is in the rose garden earlier today. Our country and economy would be stronger today if House Republicans had allowed a simple yes or no vote on this bill or any bill. They would be following the will of the majority of the American People who support reform. Instead theyve proven again and again that theyre unwilling to stand up to the tea party in order to do whats best for the country. Reporter and so the president is trying to keep the pressure on congress but hes also saying hes not going to stand by and wait for congress to act. Hes directed his team to come up with exec ty actions he can take on the immigration issue and he wants to see the recommendations by the end of the summer. He also had a message for republicans who are already mad at him for using executive actions. Lets listen to that. If House Republicans are really concerned about me taking too many executive actions, the best solution to that is passing bills. Pass a bill. Solve a problem. Dont just say no on something that everybody agrees needs to be done. Reporter now House Speaker john boehner in responding to the president today said in a statement that he basically blamed the president for the stalemate that is in congress right now dealing with immigration. He said that he and others dont trust the president to enforce the law as written and until that problem is solved theres not going to be any progress on this issue in congress. We can expect a lot more back and forth between the president and House Republicans on the issue of immigration. Its like political hot potato. Thanks so much. Well, the Supreme Court has ruled on its most high profile Supreme Court case this session in the 54 decision on contraceptives and obamacare is as continue verbal as expected. Break it down for us. Reporter well the conservative justices making a big Statement Today saying that for the first time the closely Held Companies can exercise their religious freedom rights like individuals under the law and this means that Certain Companies cannot be forced by the government to provide certain types of contraception coverage for its employee if it violates their faith. Its a ruling that can impact tens of thousands of women. Fiery protests on a ruling that converged three contentious issues into one, religious freedom, abortion and obamacare. Today the high court striking down a key provision in the Affordable Care act that requires for ifProfit Companies to provide comprehensive Birth Control. Hobby lobly challenged the law saying it violate ud their religious believes. The court reaffirm that American Families dont give up their right to religious freedom just because they open a family business. This Supreme Court court case focused on four, plan b, the morning after pill and the week after pill, also two types of uuds. Hobly lobby equated those forms of contraception with abortion because they say it prevents a fertilized egg from attaching to the womb. Supporters say this ruling unfairly brings a womans boss into her private medical affairs and will dump a huge burden on female employees. I think immediately tens of thousands of women who are employees of these companies will either be out of their Birth Control or will absolutely have to double pay because we already pay. And that adds up at the end of the month. The five conservative justices on the court used a 20yearold federal law to make the case, a closely held forProfit Companies has religious liberty rights just like individuals do. Writing for the majority, Justice Alito said the plain terms of the federal law make it perfectly clear that congress did not discriminate in this ways against men and women who wish to run their businesses as forProfit Corporations and the manner acquired by their religious belief. You Justice Ginsburg says now the Company Owners can force their believes on their employees. It will deny legions of women access to the coverage. While the court settled this specific fight, the ruling could open the door to more legal challenges to obamacare with other companies trying to argue their religious believes should exempt nem from having to provide coverage for samesex cups, vaccinations and medical marijuana. So could it not only have social and political implications, it could be a primer for pending lawsuits in the pipeline right now challenging other provisions in the Affordable Care act. This could be just the beginning. Tip of the iceberg. Well see. Pamela brown at the Supreme Court. Thank you. Joining us now to talk about this more, Jeffrey Tobin as well as ezekiel i manual. Hes a professor of bioethics and a fellow at the center for american progress. You know, and to you first, ezekiel, you were a key adviser on the Affordable Care act. Youre intimately familiar with it, the accommodations, the fixes after it was passed. What can president obama do now in the wake of this ruling . Well, what the ruling says is that the government needs to find another way thats less restrictive to do it. But i would also emphasize, this ruling, whatever its r ramifications does not go at the heart of the Affordable Care act, nothing about the exchanges, the medicare, the quality improvements, the cost f the bill. What it does do is prolong the uncertainty about various provisions and in that sense uncertainty is not good for people getting on with it and that i think is the biggest effect. But not at the heart of the bill. Lets bring in Jeffrey Tobin. One of the interesting things is weve heard sort of the majority propose fixes for this, right . Justice alito says the federal government can pay for contraception for these women who lose it. Is that true . Is there a provision in the law that says that the federal government could sort of take over paying for this benefit that the company declines to pay for . No, its certainly not in the Affordable Care act. I think what he meant to say is the government could come up with alternative mechanisms to cover these kind of interventions that now individuals and employers find objectable and dont want to pay for. And, you know, whats more worry some to me is many of the other things he said, well, its not covered in this ruling but looked like it should have been covered in the ruling, things like blood transfusions and vaccines which the state does already provide to millions of americans, state and local governments provide them. Why cant a employer say on religious ground were not providing that and the Supreme Court could say all right youre exempt from providing that too because the state could come in and provide it to people. In fact it does for many millions of americans. And i think that is really a disen generous view. The state could come in and provide anything if it passed a law. At a cost obviously. Youre very concerned obviously that this sort of opens the door, even though the majority said this is narrow, you have concerns that it isnt . The way i read it, theyre inviting additional lawsuits to expand that, that this case was about contraception. They didnt want to draw more attention to this case so they said look, its about contraception. There are all of these other things. And i didnt read an inprinciple ran why vax zeens and blood transfusions wouldnt be covered until a an employer had a deeply held religious view that said look, i dont cover that kind of stuff. Youve said that this and other aspects of how the Affordable Care act is playing out suggests that maybe people shouldnt get their Health Insurance through their employees as traditionally been the case. Do you real hi think the Affordable Care act is a wedge 0 getting rid of employerpaid health care for a lot of people . We certainly didnt want to do that when it was crafted. The view was that we wanted most american to continue to get their Health Insurance through their employer. Some people really like that. Other people, especially Health Economists dont like that system but thats what weve had since world war ii. But since thing have evolved like the hob, lobby case, there does become an increasing argument that look, the best thing is for individuals to decide how they get their Health Insurance now without employers telling them whats on the service thats being covered and the services not being covered. I think this adds one more pebble to the balance between is it better for employ employers to continue to cover or is it better for people to get a voucher or a defined contribution from their employer and shop in an exchange on their own so theyre not restricted by their employer as to what they can buy and not buy. Youre so fluent in this. We really appreciate you being with us to talk about this ruling. Jeffrey tobin, really appreciate it as well. Theres severe storms moving right now across the midwest, chicago is in the line of fire. This is a dangerous start to the holiday week. And by hth of july, millions of americans in the eastern u. S. Could be soaked ord even worse. Our Severe Weather expert chad myers is here with the latest on this. Take us through it. Brianna, wind coming to milwaukee, to chicago, across all of Northern Illinois and a potential tornado down here across parts of missouri that we actually have pictures of. We see this rapidly rising air i dont believe this is actually a funnel or a tornado but rapidly rising scud. The rapidly rising air that isnt yet rotating but the whole storm appears to be rotating. This is not that far from albany, missouri on the one storm i talked about. Why am i worried about this one . This is all by itself. This will and is right now becoming a supercell thunderstorm that will likely put down a tornado, even brief. This is wide open country. This is not kansas city. I know you see kshb and you might recognize that as a kansas city affiliate. But this is well north of that area. 80 miles north of kansas city probably closer to des moines than kansas city in the middle of the farm country in northern missouri. But as the storm gets more aggravated and intensified, gets higher in the sky, continues to rotate, thats right there the part that i believe will probably get on the ground with a tornado. So a Tornado Warning for that area there to the north. Ill show you right now, heres the storm itself on my radar. Kansas city way down there. This is the storm here moving into southern indiana, illinois as well. There is the line of weather thats going to run through chicago, maybe milwaukee, could see 50 to 70 mile per hour winds in the next hour sore so. Just powering that way. Thank you so much, chad. General motors is recalling 8. 4 million more cars this amid new safety concerns and its the 54th recall from gm this year totaling 27 million vehicles. The latest recall comes as the auto maker announces that a composition claim fund headed by the same man who ran the funds affected by those of the 11 and the bp oil spill. I thank General Motors for their total cooperation in establishing this program, via funding it. And theyre funding it without any cap on aggregate amount of money thats going to be available. Joining me now is poply harlow. You sat down with ken feinberg if an interview. What else have you learned . Hes put it into three parts, those who died as a result, their families will be compensated. Those who were seriously injured, they will be seriously injured as well as those with lesser injuries. The people who died, their families are going to get at least a million dollars, likely more than that. He gave examples of 2 million to 8 million. They need to show that the proximate cause was the ignition defect. Gm hasnt put any cap on this. Whatever ken feinberg determines the number should be, gm has to pass that out. Theyre also not going to use contributory knowledge in this. Thats an interesting development. We talked to ken feinberg about how he determined this, how he put a price on life and also what the real goal here of this is. Listen. Youve said that this is a program to help victims and the survivors of those that died. Not a program to punish General Motors. Why did you say that . Because this program is to compensate victims. If you want punitive damages, if youre determined to wage litigation war against gm and try and secure millions in damages, dont come into this program. General motors had a rev you of 155 billion in 2013. This is a company that has made and continues to make a lot of money. How did you determine how much money, how many millions they should have to pay out to these victims and their families . Has nothing to do with General Motors wherewithal. General motors ability to pay as never been a part of the program. A lot of people will look and say, is it enough . Thats human nature. I guarantee you as sure as anything, based on experience, there will be many, many claimants who will say, but is it enough . How can money ever be enough if youve lost a loved one or a quadriplegic or a permanent brain injury. Money is a pretty poor substitute, i must say, for a loss. Absolutely. Thats a point he made time and time again, brianna. That no amount of money can bring the family members back, can fix these horrific injuries. I did ask him because we know the department of justice has launched the criminal probe. I asked him if he believes there is a criminal case against General Motors and he wouldnt get that. He said hes not there for that, only to compensate the victims. And the families of the victims, as they consider whether to participate, this is a choice theyre making right . Absolutely. If they decide to take whatever money is offered to them from ken feinberg, they have to give up completely their right to sue General Motors in the future. That is a tough decision for some of these family members because some of them told us, this isnt about the money. We want to send a message, we want our day in court. One mother said who lost a daughter, thats a very tough decision theyre going to have to make. One of the mothers who logs her daughter in a crash she blefs was caused by the ignition defect was at the press conference today. I want you to listen to her a reaction. Its really not about the money. It just isnt. Its making sure that, for me, that each aefr every Single Person that died is acknowledged, that their name is written down as being part of this issue, you know. Further more, the second part, this is the minor story today. My goal is to pass legislation that will prevent this from happening again. I mean thats the only way we can really go forward. Otherwise, all of and that is the decision they have to make, is, do they take this money offered to them or refuse and take gm to court. They face an uphill battle because of the gm bankruptcy in 2009. Gm is not liable for claims pre200 the. It makes it a tougher fight for these families in court. And all the money in the world doesnt bring back their loved ones. Now just ahead, a frightening moment aboard a united flight as the emergency slides deployed on board the plane. Can you imagine the shock of passengers when the emergency evacuation slide deployed inside the cabin. Cnn aviation correspondent renee marsh is here with details. What happened here . Right. That is the big question. Thats what faa is trying to get to the bottom of. Adding to what you just said, it happened midair. The plane was flying. Forcing the pilot to make an Emergency Landing. Shock, more than 38,000 feet in the air, when an emergency slide accidentally deploys, inflating in the rear of a United Airlines boeing 737. All of a sudden you heard the faces go like this and big bang and his. More than 100 people on board united flight 1463 from chicago ohare to John Wayne Airport in southern california. Was forced to make an Emergency Landing in wichita, kansas. Do you have any injuries from the deployment of that no, everything is fine. Just a door light we just want to get on the ground and have somebody take a look at it. But everyone is fine. Former quarterback Taylor Martinez tweeted this, scariest flight of all time. Many factors could have caused this. Mismounting of the slide by the maintenance personnel. They will look at pressurization of the unit that inflates the slide. In addition, they will look at the mounting brackets. Everything that goes into how this slide is put into the airplane. The faa says, there was an issue with the planes door and theyre investigating. We have highly pressurized gasses that are inflating something at a very rapid rate. This slide takes up an awful lot of room. If it deploys at the wrong place on a landing, it could block an exit. Which could be critical to pass not jer evacuation. It happened before, a slide deployed on jetblue plane pinning a Flight Attendant to a wall. The ntsb said that incident is still under investigation. Jetblue said in a proactive move they decided to replace the slides on their fleet with a new design. When it is available, the fleet will be rhett tetro fighted. All passengers were seated, so no injuries and thats a good thing. Oh, that so scary, though. Team usa preparing for tomorrows big match. Youre probably getting ready for it, too. Here is the thing, we have good news for you about an injured star player who could turn the tide for the underdog American Team and cnns Rachel Nichols is joining us with all of the details on this. The host of unguarded with Rachel Nichols. Tell us all about this. Yes, josie, injured 21 minutes into the americans world cup venture here, will be quote, available, for this game. As coach points out, just having him on the team with the locker room and sideline, that is a huge emotional lift for them. How many minutes he will play on the sore hamstring, thats another question. Not showing his hand there and part of that is just tactical. We want belgium to have to prepare for maybe seeing him a lot, maybe not at all, maybe just a few min puts. That will split their focus and preparation. So expect to be kept in the dark because he wants belgium in the dark as well. But he will be available, bre anna. Is there concern he could be reinjured or you know, do we expect that he is just going to come out of the gate flying and maybe he will play a lot of the game . Yes and yes. Any time have you a hamstring injury, if you push it, you could injury it. But this is the knock out round. These guys need to go for broke. I would expect him to go for broke when he is out there and take it as it comes, because there might not be a tomorrow. Tell us about the bracket, what is ahead and what the expectations are. This belgium team is good. But you are going to see an American Team more confident than we have ever seen in u. S. Soccer. Now that they made it out of group of death, they feel like they could beat anyone maybe for the first time ever. We heard a change of their tone. Remember at the beginning their coach said it is not realistic for them to win the world cup . All of a sudden now, he told players and their family members, change your airline tickets. I want you to buy a ticket for after the world cup is over because you should expect to be here in brazil the whole time. So, a lot of confidence from the americans when they step on the field. Belgiums are dealing with their own injuries. Their captain might not play because of a groin injury. But you look at bravada. Thats the american way. I love it. The power of positive thinking. Thank you so much for joining us. Now remember that you can always follow us on twitter. Tweet me. Also tweet the show. And be sure to join us tomorrow in the situation room.
